"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit using my multimeter. I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 422 degrees. This is normal as high temps are needed to help heat the entire metal surface to give a better more even cook. The next 5 readings were 332, 396, 334, 373, 341 for an average of 355.2. When testing temps, average temp reading should be with 10 degrees above and below temp testing which was 350 degrees. Unit temps are within range and no repairs are needed at this time. Home is a vacant new build. Job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with possible failed sealed system components. I found the FC at 37 degrees and the RC at 57 degrees. I found the compressor extremely hot. I checked pressures and found the low side at 0 and the high side at 275 psi. I ran service test 4 and found in step RC section pressures were 12 psi on the low side and 275 psi on the high side. When it went to step 5 it was 0 psi on the low and 275 psi on the high. There was hardly any refrigerant flow in either evaporator. I checked line temps and found the drier extremely cold indicating a possible restriction at the drier. I replaced the drier and compressor. I installed a low side service tap. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 5.5 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and found correct pressures. RC 12 low 150 high, FC 0 low 150 high. Call complete."

Arrived on site for range needing a previously diagnosed door trim as well the screws for the oven door. Upon installing the necessary parts I found that one of the trim brackets on the sides of the door had snapped since our initial trip and will need to be replaced in order for the door to function properly on both sides was able to reschedule customer. Other then new trim breaking the over all functionality of the door is much better ; ordrng 1 W10761018 (Trim black left) and 1 W10761014 (Trim black right)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power and will not unlock delay. Inspected unit and work area. Power cycled the unit and attempted to place unit and service diagnostics. The first try did not allow me to get into diagnostics but the second one did. Found an F1B1 indicating a main control fault. Tested the unit in an auto test and found the unit filling but the drain pump not draining out water. Tested voltage going to the drain pump and found proper voltage. Attempted to move to the next step of the cycle and found the unit unresponsive.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling after previous sealed system repair. Upon arrival after disassembly of both evap coil compartments as well as compressor area I did found some odd rust coming from mullion at bottom right side under the crisper drawer but could not pinpoint a leak accurately at that spot. I did find a leak within high side connection on the compressor itself. After speaking with SW in-house I installed a new compressor and dryer after recovering refrigerant in system. After verifying no leaks after new compressor was installed with dryer I charged the system with 6oz and let unit run to verify cooling. After 10 minutes I noticed the compressor acting up. Upon further investigation I found compressor starting to fail no could not run smoothly as needed. Unit was not over drawing amperage but compressor showed signs of locking up. Customer advised that she is still under manufacturer warranty and provide a proof of purchase receipt for the unit. Inspected unit and tested water valves in diagnostics. Found the cold water valve not pulling in water. Removed cold water hose and tested the water running to it and found proper pressure.
