"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I found the UI non-responsive. Checked voltage at the outlet and junction box and got 124V at both. Removed the outer door panel and tested the fuse and found it open. Customer provided several parts that were sent directly to them from GE and the fuse was one of them. I also found that the vent was badly rusted, the inner door panel was rusting as well. I removed and replaced the fuse, main control, vent, and a UI solenoid and tested the unit. Unit began to operate as designed. Customer turned the unit on to test and found water would enter the unit and the heating element would come on but the motor failed to come on. I inspected the motor and found where previous repairs had been done to the harness connection at the motor and was not good. The motor and the harness will need to be replaced. Arrived on site for an oven that is too cold. Inspected unit and work area. Found aluminum foil lining the bottom oven liner. Attempted to remove aluminum foil and found it sticking to the bottom oven liner and damage caused by the aluminum foil. I did calibrate the unit a little bit for the customer.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I fund if dye at the fresh food evaporator. I gained access to the evaporator and found the housing and cover broken due to the refrigerant leak. I evacuated the system. I replaced the housing, evaporator, and cover. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found no leaks. I charged the system with 7 oz of refrigerant. I monitored the pressures and found them building properly. The fridge is cooling. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for UNIT STARTS, YOU CAN HEAR IT BUT NO WATER COMES OUT, THEN IT JUST STOPS--MOTOR IS NOT WORKING. Placed in diagnostics and F4E3 came up. Cleared error code. No other errors displayed. This is the third time weve received a failed motor error on this customers dishwasher. Called WP tech line to have this documented. Tech line had me test voltage under a load and I got 120v. Tech line also requested we inspect the sump and motor for any areas of clogging or debris. Once sump and motor was removed I found excessive grease build up throughout the sump and motor. Took photo of findings for documentation and filing. Installed new sump and motor and ran diagnostics cycle. Dishwasher completed the full diagnostics cycle without error. No leaks detected. Job completed. SR-7730460830"

Arrived onsite for the microwave arching while in use. During testing found that that the wave guide is damaged and that the magnetron caused the arching and the damage to the wave guide.

"Arrived on site for knoking sound coming from the refrigerator lauder than normal. like a blade hitting on something and humming. No noise was apparent initially. Temps were normal and fridge is cooling as designed. Unplugged fridge and allowed to cool down for approximately five minutes. Removed back cover to inspect fan. Plugged fridge back in and fan was spinning as designed. No knocking or humming. Once compressor turned back on I began to hear a knock. Inspected FC fan and RC fan. Neither were hitting anything and spinning freely. Pulled up owners manual to research normal noises and found Popping - contraction/expansion of inside walls, especially during initial cooldown. This explains why the knocking started after I plugged the fridge back in. There was no frost build up on the evaporator cover or the cover inside the fridge causing the fans to make a knocking noises. Explained to customer this was not an abnormal noise, but just the fridge walls contracting and or expanding during defrost mode. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for washing.machine knocking around. The customer stated it occurs when the unit is agitating on different cycles. They stated it started occurring the last few months and is almost like a loud continuous shifting thumping sound. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. I then manually activated each component. I could not replicate the noise they indicated. I gained access to the gear case area and found everything in good shape. I found the customer using delicate, white, and color for every cycle even jeans and towels. I advised the customer on proper loading. I couldnt find any mechanical failures. I called techline and spoke to Sterling and received SR# 7730464638. He explained the service pointer W11520474 and said it seems that this is the issue. He recommended running a load on drain and spin to replicate the issue and if it replicated then to replace the control and if it did not then to instruct the customer. I could not replicate the noise. I installed the control just to be safe. I then calibrated and tested the unit in diagnostics again. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with deli drawer not closing and ice build up on the back of the bin. Upon inspection I found the RC evap cover encased in a block of ice I attempted to run the RC fan through diagnostics but got no response from the fan. I accessed the main control and confirmed 14VDC output to the RC fan and 1.5 - 5 VDC output to the RC thermistor. to replace the fan and clear the drain if needed also will add shims if needed. I explained that there is a small possibility that there is a shorted wire within the units chassis I advised the customer would have to manually defrost the unit 48 hours before our next scheduled repair to ensure all the ice melts off the evaporator. I powered the unit on and found the compressor building pressure. I installed a access valve and a UV dryer. I pulled a vacuum for 20 minuets and watched the gauges. I found no vacuum leaks. I put a measured charge of 4.8 oz. I monitored the pressure and found them holding. I powered the unit on and found the pressure building appropriately and holding. I inspected the evaporator and found it forming a good frost pattern. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning out clothes. Upon inspection I found F7E1 stored in the Unit and a error code for unit not ruching target RPM. I ran a auto diagnostics cycle and found the unit would agitate but did not sound strong. In the spin cycle of diagnostics the unit would not spin. There is also an issue with the latch not unlocking. You have to unplug the unit to get it unlocked. I lifted the unit and inspected the drive system. I found a grey oil sprayed around the inner walls and on the pulley shield. I removed the belt and attempted to run a spin to see if the motor will even spin. The motor did not spin on its own but would spin if I started it by hand indicating a bad capacitor

Arrived onsite for seal problems and door alignment. Made minor adjustments to ensure proper sealing and advised customer on designed and proper seal. All checks good.

Arrived on site for MAKING A SCREECHING IN SPIN-NOT SPINNING ALL THE WATER OUT-SEEMS OFF BALANCE CLICKS ALOT. Placed in manual diagnostics and set to high spin. Noise was evident. Found grease and the cam/splutch. (W11454372) and cam (W10721967) Job completed.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. The customer had a video of the leak upon arrival and you could see it leaking aggressively from under the left side door. He also stated again that it was only during a heavy duty cycle. I ran a diagnostics cycle and could not replicate the leak. No error codes were present. The unit is still level. The customer changed soap as advised and it still leaked. I called techline and spoke to Cathy and received SR# 7730461182. She recommended not using pods at all.
