"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with a no drain condition. On arrival customer had advised me that they have had 2 loads that did drain, but clothes were still wet. Once on towels, and once a very small quick wash. Checked for error codes but saw 0 codes present. Ran unit on high speed spin and verified no wobble or noise present. Checked suspension and found no damaged or broken shocks or springs. Advised to make sure unit does not end up overloaded or off balance, or it will cause it to stop. Drain and spin has been successful when unit stopped. Advised on proper loading. No failures verified. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for Dishes Not Drying - Dishwasher. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics cycle and water filled, wash arms sprayed, diverter turned, and drain pump removed water. Once drain pump turned off I opened the door and water was sizzling across the heating element. Dishwasher running as designed. Customer is using rinse aid. Customer has a water softener so we turned the rinse aid dial down to 1 1/2 instead of 3. I noticed a good amount of suds inside the dishwasher once diagnostics had completed. With the dial turned down on the rinse aid dispenser the suds should subside. Explained to customer that plastic dish ware in most cases will need to be hand dried. He showed me a picture he took previously of the wet items after the dishwasher had completed a cycle and the items were all plastic. Explained the importance of keeping bowls and concave glasses at an angle on racks to prevent water from pooling and leaving water in these concave areas where water cant slide out. Customer was very responsive and understood how the dishwasher works with rinse aid and plastics. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Gained access to evaporator and monitored defrost operation and found fully defrosted before going back to cooling. Spoke with customer on possible causes of intermittent cooling. All tested good at time of service.

Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop not lighting the rear right burner. Ran unit and saw no spark at all on that burner. Removed cooktop cover and checked wiring. Found the igniter wire for that burner had been run under the cover for the spark module and it was cutting into it and causing it to arc on the cover. Moved wire and insulated. Reassembled and retested. Verified unit working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Went to remove hose from valve and the knob to turn off cold water was missing. Hot water valve has the knob but no water is plumbed to this hot water valve. I was able to use my pliers to turn the cold water stem to the off position. Unfortunately, when I went to remove the hose water was still spraying out of the washers cold water valve end of the hose. Tried using pliers to turn the cold water stem the opposite direction and more water sprayed out. Even with the stem turned to the off position water still comes out of the wall. Explained to customer that the valve was not turning off and until they had a plumber come out to fix it we wouldnt be able to repair and replace the valve. Customer stated the washer has been working great since my last visit when the lid latch was replaced. She may or may not call us back to repair the valve. Again, at the current time and since my last visit the washer is working as designed. Removed damaged bezel and installed new bezel. Customer knows only cold water will allow the washer to run correctly. Job completed."

Arrived on call for complaint of range loosing gas supply when power outage. Called tech line and they had me check to see if when power was resumed would gas leak if knob not shut off. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon inspection I found FC=9 after removing all items in the FC so the door had been opened for a few mins. I accessed the ice maker and it cycled as designed but would not fill. The customer stated he had recently replaced the filter so I removed the filter and engaged the valve. The IM now filled as designed. I re installed the filter and the ice maker now fills as designed with no sputtering or restrictions. I found the upper right hinge on the RC was crooked and not depressing the door switch all the way. I tightened the hinge and straightened it out. The ice maker and all other functions are working as designed at this time. I advised the customer to monitor the unit to ensure it produces ice.

"Arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on bake at 350 degrees using my multimeter and placing my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack. My temp readings were 380 at preheat and 403, 323, 389, 321, 377 for an average of 362 degrees. Customer advised that when they bake at 500 degrees the unit will heat then shut down. I tested the unit at 500 on bake and the unit got to 500, but failed to hold temps. I recommended replacing the main control and sensor

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven door not sealing properly. Upon further inspection, I found the oven door not sealing on the left side. The right side is good. I removed and the door and inspected the main chassis for damage and found none. I found the hinge receivers good. I removed and replaced the passive hinge and tested the door and found no change. It appears that the inner door panel is warped on the left side causing the door to not seal. I am ordering the inner door panel, outer door glass, nameplates, and the left/right door trims. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of no gas to any of the burners, found failed regulator, I replaced regulator, unit tested good.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not dispensing properly. I tested the dispenser and found the water coming out slowly. Removed the filter and retested and the water dispensed as designed. Customer advised they recently replaced the filter and got the same results. I am ordering the filter head housing and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. Customer has a filter system on the home and I recommended leaving the filter out for the time being. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11451366 (Filter head)
