Also found the fill tube frozen with ice and a large block of ice at the bottom of the FC section. I removed the ice maker and using my steamer, I cleared the ice from the fill tube and reassembled the ice maker. Tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. I removed the block of ice from the FC section and pulled the unit out to find the drain tube clogged with debris. Removed the debris and removed the remaining ice from the evap drip pan and tested flow through the drain tube. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises and items freezing in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise is coming from the freezer section and stops when they open the doors. I inspected the ice maker and found the fill tube frozen and a mound of ice built up on the dispenser motor housing (photos). Also found where water had trickled down the FC evap cover and froze near the evap fan which is the cause of the noise. I removed the ice and removed the fill tube at the back of the unit and sealed the fill tube with permagum. Also found where the customer is placing food items too far back against the fresh foods section back wall and blocking air flow which is causing their food to freeze (photos). I made recommendations for food item placement to the tenant. I contacted the owner and advised of my findings. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for dryer not heating or rotating timer around when it would turn on. Upon arrival confirm complaint and upon further inspection found that there was a major meltdown failure within the outlet itself that are both a hold inside of the outlet and ruined the power cord which was causing unit to only receive a total of 180 V from the outlet to the unit. I verified the element fuses and thermostats are all working as designed and replace the timer. Inform customer that I would have to leave the unit unplugged and they would have to get an electrician to replace power cord and outlet at the same time before using the unit safely. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making unusual noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise sounds as if its coming from the back of the unit and gets loud enough they cant hear the tv. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the FC fan and found it operating as designed. I tested the condenser fan/compressor and could not duplicate the noise. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover and checked all refrigerant lines and they were good. As I placed the cover back in position, it began to make a rattling/vibration noise. I placed some sealant pads in between the cover and chassis the that noise stopped. As I was getting ready to leave, the unit began to make the noise and the customer identified the noise as the one its been making. I removed he kickplate and found the condenser coil under the unit is what is making the rattling noise. I overdo the unit and the noise stopped, but when I opened the right RC door, the noise came back. I level again with the door open and was able to get the noise to stop. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. The RC door closer cams were worn badly and the door would not close as it should. I found the harness for the FC door was broken open and advised the CX that they may have a failure of the water and/or ice system in the future and they will contact us if it occurs. There was considerable gapping at the front lower part of the mullion, but the gaskets were able to conform to the gap and a reasonable seal had been attained. I verified the sealed system issue and recovered the refrigerant. The unit had a good charge and I could not find any signs of leaks. I removed and replaced the compressor, dye drier and service port and vacuumed to 410 microns. I allowed the system to sit for 15 minutes and seeing no loss of vacuum, charged with the MFG prescribed 5.75 oz of refrigerant. Found no defrost issue in either fresh food or freezer sections. "Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found attached cabinet door panels keep door from closing properly if body of refrigerator is too far back into cabinet installation. Also found display is not working because the motor has added pieces of tape to keep door switch in closed position so the chime stays off. Removing tape corrects display issue and installation should be corrected so that the doors can close properly every time.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found evaporator tray in fresh food section is bowed. Disassembled fresh food section and found water is dripping from condensation gathering behind icemaker adapter then running behind air tower going underneath evaporator tray and lifting it. Because of this evaporator tray is also frozen over and not draining properly. Replacing adapter kit and tray may correct issue.

Arrived onsite to perform Heating Element - SP W11540964 - Special Project S17304. Upon arrival I installed new heating element and tested unit and and found unit operating as designed no leaks job complete.

Arrived onsite for for washer leak. Upon inspection I found that the leak was coming from the water temp sensor due to the bracket that holds it down was loose I created a spacer out of a silicone sheet I had and installed it in between the sensor and the bracket to increase the clamping force of the bracket and tightened it down. Then I tested unit several times and found no leaks. No charge issues was same as before. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator water dispenser spitting when in use. Upon inspection I found that the water filter was not sealing properly in the filter head.I installed and tested the unit and found that the dispenser was working as designed.

Arrived onsite for DW with a loos handle upon arrival I attempted to tighten up but it would not. I replaced the handle and found that it was now solidly mounted. Job complete.

I tested the components on the unit and and found all is good. The drain pump is showing 20ohms, within range. Customer advised they discuss with their sibling and contact the office if they choose to go forward with repairs. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. Ms stated the RC was staying around 50 degrees and the FC around 15 degrees. I found the RC coil completely frosted up and coming out of the bottom of the evaporator cover. When I pulled the unit out to test the thermistors from the control I found where there was a bad void in the insulation causing the rear of the panel to rust up from the left side to the right side. I explained to the customer that the unit is not repairable.

"Arrived on site for garbage disposal, inspected unit and work area. Tested old garbage disposal and found it not working. I removed and old one and installed new one and found old lines for drain wont reach. CX is going to need to properly route the drain lines to the garbage disposal. I could not test for leaks. But unit is powering up and working like its supposed too. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that isn't heating intermittently. Found no failures to unit at this time and advised customer door needs to be closed firmly to activate safety switches. No further repairs needed and job is complete.
