"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not producing any ice. On arrival I found the bail arm for the icemaker was stuck in the off position. I reset the arm to the proper position to allow ice production to continue. Attemped to jump icemaker and found it unresponsive. Icemaker usually will not run unless temp drops. I power cycled the unit and advised to contact us if ice is not producing by the morning. If production does not resume we will need 2 hours since unit can not be pulled due to being built in with panels around it, and is in a corner. So freezer compartment will need to be disassembled to get to the icemaker. Repair complete."

Arrived onsite for a DW that will not start a wash cycle. Upon arrived I put the unit in diagnostic mode and found code f5 e1 stored (door stuck open code) upon further inspection I found. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the freezer side, completely frosted up in the freezer section. Checked the unit and found the freezer and refrigerator compartment. Thermistor is within range And found the defrost thermistor in range. I went to check resistance values from the control, but found that refrigerator installed in the RV with a lid that wouldnt make it difficult for me to uninstall without damaging the RV. Arrived on site to replace range power cord. Installed nea cord and verified all functions working properly. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found tub gasket had water residue on it. Replaced tub gasket ran unit and no leaks present at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer not heating . Found unit is heating but has air flow restriction. Found outside vent was covered up bye mulch . Advised customer to have vent cleaned . Collated 162.36 AUTHO 3LW9K4. Job complete. Cleaned lint out of unit .

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed ui and control. Also cleaned out clogged condenser. Unit now working as designed. Job complete.

SS on arrival verified the complaint vent air is coming down onto the cooktop and not vented out. Found installation issue where it vents out. There is not a tubing connection and there is a gap down to the cooktop. Back of unit must be flush against the back wall. Installer must also add spacer to the back to block air flow down. Operational test good.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the icemaker and HV board on to the unit. When I plugged the unit in it filled the icemaker with water. Customer said that after the last technician the icemaker worked for about 3 days then stopped again. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite for a vent hood that is not moving air out of the home. Upon arrival I ran the blower in all speeds and found that it ran in all speed but it didnt move air up though the hood like it should. I then gained access to the vent tube and disconnected it from the unit and ran the blower again and found that now it moved air Up through the vent hood like it should, this points to there being a restriction somewhere up the vent leading to the outside of the home.I advised the customer to have someone come out to check the venting/ duct to see if they can find the Restriction"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling in RC, tested unit found FC evaporator completely frozen over, defrosted and found brown heater wire has popped out, removed molex connector and added butt splice and applied shrink wrap, replaced thermistor, UI and control as precautionary, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected job complete ; schdld next appmnt for 10/3 TUE !"

"SS WOES3030LS00 on arrival verified mod ser then began to preheat unit at standard 350. After initial start for pre heat rapid pre heat came across the screen. Set unit to standard preheat by hitting start after the notification came across screen and proceeded with testing in standard (normal) mode. After 13 minutes of preheat unit claimed preheat temp of 350 with actual internal temp of 395 which is expected. Cycling temps were 329, 380 found avg was 5 degrees high. Recalibrated to 5 down and shut unit down. Operational test good."
