In picture ice droplets on shelves and per customer temp will reach 0 and at times can reach 20 but does come back to 0. Called tech support gave all information,per tech support ice droplets could be due to humid air entering freezer when doors are open or gasket not sealing. Lifted unit up to look underneath found gearcase oil leaking unit will need a gearcase replacement. Went to go break washplate off cause it was stuck rem9ved new gearcase to use box as trash new gearcase had oil feel on it and smelled Notified supervisor of the findings asked what would he like for me to do . Arrived onsite for previousl issue. I found the unit not to be defrosted.i defrosted the unit enough to get the back cover off and found the thermistor reading correctly. Put it into a defrost and found the heater working. I went to the rear and found the control not sending correct DC voltage out. I replaced the control and thermistor and advised maintenance to let the unit go through a natural defrost. Maintenance stated they will leave it off for a bit so it can defrost most of the frost and turn it back on by 5pm. No leaks. Call complete. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying the clothing/heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and the door switch in the closed position. I found the element illuminating in the back left corner vent (photo). Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit, and the first 2 tests failed. With the element illuminating and the unit heating properly, I recommended that the customer have the vents checked/cleaned since, per the customer, the vents have never been cleaned. Recommended that once the vents are checked/cleaned, if the unit continues to fail to call his extended warranty to schedule service. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water out of the ice area and at the water dispenser. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit leaks water inside of the ice container section, and we'll drip all over the inside of the freezer door. He also advised that the water dispenser. Well, a periodically dispense water for no reason without the paddles being touched. I checked all wiring connections underneath the. Refrigerator and at the user interface. I found all connections were good. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I found that when you pressed the water dispenser paddle that it was filling the ice maker and had overfilled the icemaker, causing it to leak everywhere within the door. I regained access underneath and swapped the water tube connections and found the unit began to work and operate as designed. It appeared that during the install of the new door, the waterlines had been swapped from their needed locations. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. Refrigerator and found the freezer at 12?F and thenice cream was a little soft. She explained that after she made the call back in for service, they pulled everything out of the freezer section, and it has since come back down to 0?F. She just wanted to have the refrigerator checked due to ongoing.Issues with the unit. I found no evidence of any defrost issue within the freezer section. I took temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the freezer sitting at 3?F, and the refrigerator sitting at 38?F, going through a defrost. I found the compressor kick back on and began to cool the. Refrigerator after opening both doors for testing. I did advise the customer that it appeared that the door may have been left slightly opened and did not find any specific issue with the machine. The unit is working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that won't drain again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit wouldn't fully drain during a wash. Cycle and that her son found the drain hose pinched in one area. She advised that he duct taped the hose into a certain position to get the unit to drain out and has not used it since. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found the rubber elbow at the bottom side of the drain hose kinked, restricting waterflow. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0nE2 (oversuds) error code. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found when I pinched on the elbow that water was able to more freely drain out. I did advise the customer that she will need a new drain hose for repair but that the part was an installation part, which isn't covered by warranty because it's not a part of the machine. I spoke to the property owner and advised him of the same situation. He advised that he would get a new drain hose and get someone to install it for the client. WED6620HC0 Arrived on site for a dryer making nosies. On arrival client stated that the sounds started at the beginning of the cycle it didn't hear anything. Further inspection I found the pully was in terrible condition I replaced assy drive and then tested product is working as its designed no sounds at all.

WTW4855HW3 Arrived on site for a washer with pump sensor issue. On arrival I verified the issue long drain i replaced control board and calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

The customer advised that most of his cycles end up not running through properly and will stop after about an hour. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F1 E1 (main control failure), F10 E4 (diverter cannot find position), F10 E2 (vent motor electrical problem), F7 E1 (wash motor single speed error), and F9 E2 (drain pump electrical problem) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the machine appearing to work and operate as designed. I spoke to PR and was advised to replace the wash motor, control, and vent assembly.
