"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making enough ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to only make about 20 to 30 cubes a day and is not keeping up with her and her husband. She showed me the ice container that was Filled with about 12 cubes of ice and advised thats pretty much work. The ice will be even if they leave it overnight. I tested the icemaker and found the icemaker harvest and bill. I went ahead and replaced the icemaker due to ongoing issues but did advise the customer that this icemaker will only produce 52 to 66 cubes per day. However, I did explain that less than that was most likely an issue with the icemaker itself. I tested the new icemaker and found the unit working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had started a load of laundry with a sheet and a few towels and the customer had stopped the cycle due to the noise beginning. I restarted the cycle and immediately heard the noise which was the pulley rubbing the shield. While the unit was in the cycle, I looked underneath the unit and found the pulley shield sitting on the floor. I drained the water from the unit and tilted the unit back to find the front leveling feet all the way up and the bottom of the cabinet sitting on the floor and the rear leveling feet were down approximately one inch raising the back portion of the unit off the floor. I lowered the leveling feet and then adjusted the unit to completely level the unit and retested by filling the tub assembly with water and watching the tub lower. I found with the articles in the tub and the tub full of water approximately half way, where it was when I arrived, the tub now site approved half an inch from the floor. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No charge as this issue should have been corrected at the previous service call."

Gain access to the pump and found hole in the recirculating pump housing. Installed new pump and retested the unit. The unit passed diagnostic with no issues. It looks like the unit was dropped on the front right. The over flow drip pan is hard to get out or in. The installer had to make a new hole for the toe plate on the right side. RED4516FW0 Arrived to inspect long dry times. I found flow was severely restricted and the air intake would not even hold a piece of paper. Removing the vent caused the test to work as expected. The customer advised the noise is loud regardless of the size of load she washes. I tilted the unit back and found the pulley shield falling off on the right side (photo) due to the mounting bolt missing. I removed the pulley shield and found the be,t had been rubbing on the shield and the belt is fraying. I found the pulley had been rubbing on the shield as well. I removed the pulley and found no gearcase oil. I replaced the cam assembly and belt and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and if it begins to make the noise again to contact our office to schedule service, at which time, the gearcase would probably need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which they said will start after approximately five minutes of operation. I found the noise to be the blower wheel vibrating after it heats up and expands. I disassembled the unit to find the blower wheel broken (photo). "Ive done site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. upon entry. I felt no cool in either compartment. I gained access to the back and found no pressure within the system. Little pressure into the system, I found a leak coming from the dryer. I replaced the dryer and vacuumed down the unit using a micron gauge. We found pressures hold and no evidence of any leaks of any kind present within the system. We charged the unit up with 5.5 ounces of. R600 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a dryer with no heat. I tested the dryer and found it not heating. I found an issue with the electrical supply and there was only 21VAC from L1 to L2. There was 16 VAC from L2 to ground but if I punched on the outlet I would get 123.6VAC. I explained to the apartment complex there is an issue with the wall outlet. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for washer leaking. On inspection flipped the unit up looking for evidence of water leaks I saw none at the time. I started the diagnostics cycle and no water leaks. Ran the unit in quick wash and still no leaks. I popping the lid up to examine the tub ring and right next the fabric dispenser was water marks running down the tub. I installed the new tub ring on the unit and told the customer to run a few loads and monitor it for leaks. If leak is spotted make note of the cycle and the time in the cycle. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Found L2 was completely burnt off terminal block. Replaced terminal block from truck stock(WP3397659). Removed damaged wiring and installed ring terminal. Advised customer to have vent screen on exterior vent cleared as unit is not provided sufficient air flow. Arrived onsite for fabric softener not being dispense. On inspection found error F5E3 (door open) went to run diagnostics cycle and it took serval tries to get into the diagnostic menu. I ran the diagnostic test and it went through we no issues. I pulled the water lines off and found the hot valve was clogged with sediment. I replaced both valves and ran the diagnostic test. The test doesnt have a fabric softener test. The draw was clean and Imsaw no issues with drawer. Customer is going to run a load and see if it is working. "Arrived on site to inspect wine cooler shelf damage. Upon further inspection, I found the top shelf, 2nd shelf and bottom shelf all had scratches on them (photos). I removed and replaced the shelving and tested functions and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for oven door not closing. Test unit and found right hing not in hinge receiver correctly. Removed door and secured door correctly test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed power supply. Hot neutral. All else checks good.

Arrived on site to replace filter housing that was damaged on delivery and install. Replaced housing ajd verified proper operation. CAll complete.

"Arrived on site to replace left roller on columns freezer. Attempted to separate units to replace the roller and ran into difficulty. Contacted tech line who advised to properly replace the roller we need to tip the unit on its back. Also found the trim between the 2 units stuck/unable to be removed without damaging it. Talked to CS who wants to order new trim, separate units and tilt on the side to replace. Office to schedule when trim arrives.; O-emld tckt"
