On arrival customer told me that after water had been restored to their house they had seen the DW filling up. When restored water pressure was low for some time. When I checked the unit and powered the valve on, I didnt see he seep anymore. Ran through diagnostic and unit filled properly and I dont see a run. With pressure being low, there was not enough water pressure to hold the solenoid valve closed. Unit is running fine, and I could not verify a drip after powering on.

I pulled the unit and got access to the main control and tested voltage at the PX1-1 to PX3-2 and got 249V, but while testing the relay clicked and I lost voltage. Placed unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. Cleared the error code. Job completed."

DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KUDS30FXBL8 on site for dishwasher the customer stated the water inlet valve is cracked upon arrival the customer wanted to inform us that the plumbers that they had previously doing work before arrival had removed the old inlet valve for the customer but in order to do so they had completely uninstall the dishwasher and they also added in a new cut off valve under the sink that did not allow for the water line to be reconnected to the hot water as it was intended I informed the customer that due to that hed have to get the plumber back out in order to fit a new waterline connection for the unit and I also recommended that they get a new stainless steel water fill line due to the fact that the old unit was copper and with how the plumbers previously shoved in the dishwasher things were not mounted properly and unit was crammed. She has been washing clothes since our prior visit three weeks ago. Went to remove agitator and found the agitator completely seized onto the gear case. Attempted to remove with vice grips and flat head screwdrivers but was an able to get the agitator to move at all. The customer says that the unit does spin out that they seem to be wetter than they should be and shes having to run a second spin cycle in order to dry them out the way that she wants them. Ran the unit through several cycles without clothes and then a load with clothes. The unit is working as designed. With the clothes, the customer had put in two towels and jeans and a couple shirts. The towels and jeans were dry enough to put into the dryer. I did explain to them that since everything is working properly, there would be no ability to Perform repair to make it better as there is no guarantee any replaced parts would guarantee dryer clothes. I cannot recreate any failures at this time. I explained that the ambient temperature in the garage can affect the sensors in the unit and cause inconsistency in performance. (See Quick pic) I am not able to access the compressor at this time due to the unit being on a concrete platform and up against the wall. DISHWASHER FRIGIDAIRE PLD4375RFC0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher that had no power. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit was hooked up and hardwired to an electrical outlet. The issue was that the dishwasher was hooked up to the upper outlet and the power was hooked up to the lower outlet. Found power to the lower outlet but no power to the upper outlet. I did advise the customer that the unit was hooked up incorrectly and that there was an electrical hazard. The customer did have some wire nuts that he used to not the unit properly together to ensure the unit did have power. Once he did so he turn the power back on and the unit is not working as designed. Did advise the customer to wrap the nuts and electrical tape prior to used to avoid water penetration into the electrical outlet. Call complete.

DOUBLE WALL OVEN KITCHENAID KCGS556ESS02 "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop calibration. Upon further inspection, I found the actual unit being serviced is the wall oven. I corrected the model/serial number info on the ticket. Customer advised that the temps in the lower oven are off approximately 25 degrees. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. In the beginning, the unit temps were way off. Upon arrival I was able to disassemble the unit and found that the bearing glide assembly and felt lining belt that helped the front of the tub rotate were shattered just due to wear and tear in old age and due to the fact that the parts required are mostly plastic and overtime wear down a lot faster. I was able to verify that the unit is heating as designed and I was able to reinstall a new felt bearing glide assembly and felt. FREEZER WHIRLPOOL WRS571CIHZ01 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit warm in both compartments and no frost pattern on the evaporator. Checked compressor and it showed .50amps. I found oil on the condenser line at the lokring indicting a leak in the system. I connected my gauges to my piercing pliers and pierced the drier and found barely any refrigerant in the system. I removed and replaced the drier with a UI drier and installed an access valve and a sleeve at the lokring location removing the lokring. Vacuumed the system and installed 5.0 ounces of R134a refrigerant and tested pressures. Unit is holding pressure and evaporator has a good frost pattern. Unit is beginning to cool. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
