Went to jump her the icemaker and found I spilled up inside of the timer area restricting the motor from being able to turn. Did notice the icemaker was leaning forward potentially causing the issue. Remove the icing it attempted to jump the icemaker. Found that the motor would not turn. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. Then I began to work and harvest as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a range that is flashing an F3 E0 (oven sensor open/shorted) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is also flashing other error codes. Found the unit flashing an F9 E1 (miswired range). When I went to clear that code I found an F1 E0 (main control failure) error code

This indicates a bad power supply from the wall. I also found the customer had very restricted airflow at the wall. I informed the customer of my findings. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install a bake element provided by the customer. Upon further inspection I found the bake element physically broken. I informed the customer that if I installed their part then the repair is not warrantied. installed the new element and then tested the unit. I preheat the unit to 350?F and found the unit working as designed.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival the customer showed me a video of the DW leaking from the diverter. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for diverter cant find position and F8E1 for slow drain. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it aggressively leaking from the diverter. I installed the new sump and motor and then test the unit. I found the unit running as designed and no longer leaking.

Arrived on site for a dryer that would turn on but not start. I checked voltage at the wall and found across both legs it got 200VAC. I found that both legs to neutral or ground get 120VAC. I informed the customer that this could cause longer dry times. I also found significant lint build up in the unit. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out all components. I found the thermal fuse open. I cleaned the unit and installed the fuse. I then tested the unit and found it running as designed.

I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block and found it good. I then gained access to the control and checked voltage to the UI. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker in the freezer not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the ice maker using my jumper wire from points T-H and it failed to harvest. I found the shut off arm had come out of of the shaft and the ice maker was in the off position. I adjusted the arm and placed the ice maker in the on position and the ice maker is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated how to re-install the arm should it happen again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range leaking gas. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not leaking gas, but the cooktop doesnt work. I found the display blank and the gas turned off. I turned the gas on and then found the display on and scrolling to check the cooktop knobs are in the off position press Start. I tested the cooktop burners and nothing happened. I then pressed could hear the safety valve click and the burners all began to operate as designed. I advised the customer that they had a surge or power outage recently that caused the unit to go into a safety mode. I went into tools and turned the energy save mode off. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. When I took the unit out of diagnostics, I demonstrated the customer how to get the unit out of safety mode when the control begins to scroll, I advised to press the button and listen for the click. Once they hear the click the cooktop will be available for use. I used the ga sniffer prescreened for todays service to check for any gas leaks and found one. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door falling open. Upon further inspection, I opened the unit door and it opened very fast. I found the left hinge cable had come off. I pulled the unit out and found where insulation had gotten tangled in the cable/spring and the cable had gotten wrapped around the pulley causing it to fray. I removed and replaced the left hinge cable and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for not spinning out clothes off balance loads. Found customer primary load is washing bedding every day. Advised customer on high rate of clumping and off balance with bedding loads. Advised on adjusting the balance manually and running. Drain and spin cycle. All else checks good.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that is still not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit running but the evaporator plate not making ice. Hooked up my gauges to the unit and found the pressure equalized at 45 psi. Went ahead and charged it back up to 55 psi on both sides and ran the unit. Found the unit reaching 125 psi and two psi on the low side. Ran unit through an icemaking cycle and the unit did not harvest the ice due to a hanging evaporator thermistor. Fix the evaporator thermistor to sit on top of the evaporator plate line. The unit went through another icemaking harvest and the unit harvested ice as designed. Spoke to CS and was advised not to make any further repair and to wait and see what was going on. The customer requested that we contact whirlpool as well. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7733792104. He advised the same thing based on the findings of the unit. He advised that if the issue persists after recharging the unit, then it would need another sealed system repair but do you have the customer contact back it further issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked voltage to the unit. Found proper voltage. Disassembled the dryer and tested all heating components. Found the element open. Replaced the element and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating properly after restoring water supply to it. Tested unit. All checks good. Provided customer instruct on operation.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does not complete the cycle most of the time but will complete some cycles. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (over suds/air in pump), F6 E6 (incoming water temperature below 65?F), and F8 E1 (long drain) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Opened up the dishwasher and checked the resistance on the ohWI thermistor. Found it within range. Spoke to SW and was advised the issue at that point could only be with oversuds in and with incoming water temperature to the unit. I did find that the dishwasher was not pulling in hot water during the cycle and found hot water took a really long time to get to the kitchen sink. After running another test cycle, found excessive suds after getting hot water to the dishwasher. Advised the customer to run hot water to the sink prior to running a dishwasher cycle and to try to remove the excess suds from the dishwasher before further cycles. Was advised not to make any further repair at this time and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=51 degrees & RC=55 degrees. Being as the unit recently had a sealed system repair, I tested system pressures with my gauges and found the system equalized. I went to place the unit in diagnostics and using my ultraviolet light, I found dye in the evaporator pan and in the RC drain tube. I removed the RC evap cover and found dye with refrigerant in the drip pan. I found the RC evaporator had a leak at the cap tube. Also found the RC evaporator defrost thermistor was bad. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier and RC evaporator and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good. I installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit in diagnostics test #4. At the end of testing, the unit was operating as designed and the evaporator had a good frost pattern. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dryer with no heat. Upon inspection I found that the T-fuse had blown. I replaced fuse and tested unit and found unit operating as designed.job complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I ohmd out all major components and found the cap bad. Upon further inspection I found the latch physically broken. I replaced the cap, latch, UI, console, and control. I called the WP safety team and spoke to Lauren and received SR# 7733675381. I then cycled the unit five times in order to sync, but the UI became unresponsive. I called techline and spoke to Orlando and received SR# 7733794899. I walked Orlando through the repairs, and how the blow out on the control burned out the UI too. Orlando stated that per the SP W11498806 you have to replace the UI first in order to sync it to the original control. However, if the original control is damaged and unusable along with the UI then this is not possible.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed pats. Upon arrival I installed new harness and fuse and tested unit and and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for range oven not closing. Upon inspection I found that the right side hinge was broken. I installed new hinge and tested unit and found unit operating as designed.
