Tested both fill valves and found water coming in but running a little weak. Tested the drain portion of the cycle and could not hear it drain. Remove the drain hose out of the drain pipe and found the drain hose too long. The customer advised that the unit seemingly would fill and then stop as it was filling. Check behind the unit and found that the shipping bolts had not been removed from the unit remove the shipping bolts and found that the two blue shipping bolts had partially broken off inside of the tub. I did run the unit through an auto test and the unit did run as designed.

Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. Upon inspection I found the power cord damaged and the ground on the cord terminated with the units neutral connected to chassis ground. I corrected the unit wiring. I found only 1.3 VAC from L1 to L2 with 125 VAC at each pole to neutral. I advised the customer would have to have a licensed electrician come service the outlet due to the absent voltage. I called techline to report the situation. Besides correcting the wall voltage. Upon replacing the console the unit was still not operating properly as designed, I found that the control and drain pump had to be replaced as well, the unit is now operating properly as designed and was calibrated after replacing the control. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with visibly broken parts. Upon arrival the customer showed me tears and corrosion on his gaskets. Upon further inspection I found all three door gaskets corroding, and the rights side RC door gasket ripped. I replaced both RC door gaskets, and molded the left side one with my heat gun. Both gaskets were now sealing as designed. I advised the customer on not opening the left side door for a minimum of 4 hours to let the gasket set. I am ordering the FC gasket to replace. The customer also stated the FC light was out. I found the FC light bad and needing to be replaced.
