"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was leaving some condensation in unit after cycles. On arrival inspected unit and found no rinse aid was being used, and unit has a plastic tub. Advised the customer they meed to be using rinse aid to cure the walls of the dishwasher to allow water to run into the sump and not stick to the walls. Also advised to run high temp options as this will also improve temp and dry temps.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating properly. Upon further inspection, I found water in the tub and the customer advised that the unit wont drain. I pressed the start button for 3 seconds to engage the drain pump and I could hear the motor humming, but it wasnt draining the water. Arrived on site for a wall oven that intermittently shuts off. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will intermittently shut off on its own and they have to cycle the breaker to get it working again. They stated it happens roughly once or twice a week. I tried to replicate the issue but could not. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E0 for lost communication to UI. I found the UI and control bad. I cycled power off and replaced the UI. I cycled power on for a while and then back off. I then replaced the control. I tested the unit and preheated the oven for a while.

Arrived on site for refrigerator still not making ice. Tested and inspected unit and found water fill tube still had ice buildup. Removed tube from back and completely defrosted. Reinstalled and tested unit and all operations are normal. No water leaks present at time of service.

Arrived onsite for wall oven no power upon inspection I found the thermal fuse blown. I used the provided mini multi amp breaker to bypass the thermal fuse. I accessed the main control. I tested the bake and broil relay both were outputting correct voltage but the unit would display f1e1. According to the techsheet I am to replace the MRC when this error occurs. I found 120 VAC outputting from the control to the fan motor but no fan function in preheat. The unit would only work for about 60 secs before displaying F1E1. The unit will need a blower fan main control and thermal fuse to complete the repair. I will need to re order the fan and return for service. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the outer door being damaged, I removed and replaced the outer panel and test3d the door closure. I found the door continued to not close properly. After further inspection, I found both door hinges were bent. Also found the 3rd level rack did not slide out all the way due to not being installed correctly. I pulled the unit out and removed the 3rd level rack and adjusted it and tested. I found the tracks were bent and the right stop is broken beyond repair. Also found the unit is not leveled correctly as the tile flooring does not go back far enough for the leveling feet to rest. Customer is going to provide more flooring to be able to level the unit. Also, mounting brackets are not correct. Open refrigerator door and found that the inside liner that activates the door switch was bowed inwards causing the door ajar light and dispensing issue. Arrived on site to diagnose vent hood with discoloration on the side. On arrival I found both of the sides had some heat coloration. When looking at the cover I saw it wasnt able to tuck completely into the body of the hood. Removed and found a screw protruding keeping it from sealing right. Adjusted and cleaned off with cleaner and found all is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that customer said does not have accurate bake Temperatures. Ran unit at 350 and measured temps. Found temp average right at 348. These ranges do have longer cycle times, and temperatures are going to fluctuate. Low average of cycle was 328, while high average was 368. Unit is within 2 degrees of set temperature. If customer is using a metal thermometer, it will not be accurate due to being unable to keep up with real time temperature cycles. Unit is heating and cycling properly, no failures found. Please advise resident that unit operates in a wave cycle spans will consistently be rising and dropping temp, and average is at temp. Please adjust accordingly as this is working as designed. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with water dripping in the back of the units interior. Upon inspection I found the floor of the FC frozen over with a sheet of ice. I cycled the ice maker to make it wasnt overfilling or leaking from there. Ice maker filled as designed. I removed the ice maker and evaporator cover and found the drain pan frozen over. I found a good frost pattern. I tested continuity of the heater element and it showed good resistance according to the techsheet. I found the mastic on the capillary line was melting and sagging down the coils. I was able to clear the ice from the drain and found some mastic had fallen and lodged into the drain tube at the FC pan causing the ice to form over. I verified water flow through the drain. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks detected. Job compete.

"Arrived on site and dryer has been uninstalled, disassembled dryer and found lower connector directly under lint funnel is missing a screw, also found blower wheel has lint buildup only on 1/2. Removed Motor, internal air vents and did not find any issues. Support wheels and tension pulley are in good shape. Found a shoelace next to the lower wheel and some lint but nothing excessive. After reassembling Dryer it is running quieter then the previous visit but not as quiet as when new.

Removed top cover and ensured harness from pressure switch to control board is good, attempted a new pressure switch but this did not have any positive affect. Removed pressure hose and insured he does not have any pinholes or damage. Removed air trap and inspected it and also did not find any issues. Unlocked washer door and after plugging back in washer will stop running the drain pump but it is now just sitting idle. It will not begin a normal cycle and although you can enter diagnostics a diagnostic cycle will not start and nothing happens except it displaying C00. Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection the unit was throwing the F9E1 error code. I tried to manually activate the drain but nothing happened. I then gained access to the drain and found only 15V going to it when I manually activated it. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for no drain and FAE2 for vent wax motor problem. I ran a diagnostics cycle and the unit ran through as designed with the exception of no drain at the end. This indicates the vent wax motor and control need to be replaced. Ordering both and the drain just in case. No leaks observed at the time of service. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11410063 (Control) and 1 W11414073 (Vent Motor) and 1 W11497943 (Drain Pump)

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed crisper frame. Inspected crisper braces and they were installed as designed. Crisper frame was bowing and not keeping its true shape. Shelf trim had broken edges allowing it to move when it should be stationary. Installed new crisper frame, center rail, and shelf trim. Crisper brace I was sent with was smaller than the actual size needed. Used original crisper brace after inspecting original brace and couldnt find any areas that looked out of shape on brace. Placed fruit/vegetable drawers back in crisper shelf and could not find any areas bending or bowing. Customer did not have many items to place on top of the crisper shelf. Glass shelf was not damaged and was giving good support. Job completed. ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site for washer not turning on and customer stating had a cracked valve upon arrival. Upon further inspection of the machine I found that the valve wasnt cracked and the waterlines are disconnected from the unit. I also found that when power was restored to the washer the main control was getting 120 V through the power cord from the outlet but was not turning on and I could not run a diagnostic test I then got authorization through office to go ahead and replace the main control and the water inlet valve so that I could probably Tessa washer further to see if anything else is wrong after installing the two needed parts I was able to reassemble and Test unit partially. Due to the damage to the actual waterlines and selves I was not able to reconnect the waterlines from the cut off valves and inform customer that they would have to purchase new waterlines to install for the washer but I was able to verify a test at the unit is agitating spinning and draining as designed but during the drain cycle found there was also a clog somewhere in the PVC drain line and I inform the customer they would also need a plumber to come out and figure out where the line is clogged in order to keep the washer from backfilling up the drain line whenever its draining at this time all of the functions on the washer working as designed with no further issues that can be for seen. Call complete

"Arrived onsite with MZ, for unit leaking from time to time. Looked at the unit. Found that the suction line was sweating. Pulled unit apart to look at the evaporators. No issues with the evaporators. Looked at the suction line once again, and it was still sweating, and saw that water was coming out of the top of drain tube. Removed drain tube and checked for clogs.
