Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer showed me where the water had been leaking and found some water damage. See pictures. I found the diverter valve leaking.

Arrived on site for vent hood fan not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the lights working. I found the fan humming but not spinning. I removed the fan assembly and found two screws that are too long and stopping the fan from spinning. I tested the fan outside the shroud and it worked as designed. The builder will have to come out and replace or remove the screws. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for Washer throwing error code F27 Please DO advise cons if you all service commercial appliances. Stackable washer was stuck in error F27 displayed. Could not reset or place in diagnostics because key to panel is missing. Gained access to the filter and removed all suds and fibers stuck inside. Suds were very thick so I went over amount of detergent necessary to avoid over sudsing. She knew about the over sudsing due to high efficiency washers, but is still working with her staff to only use a tablespoon. Gained access to pressure switch and it wasnt kinked and when I blew through it it was not clogged. Tried powering back on washer and same error remained. Ordering new lock (comes with key) (W11231586) to return and complete the repair. Once we are able to gain access to the interior panel and start diagnostics to reset the fault codes the washer may begin running as designed with the work Ive done today. Returning with all parts. Found hot water line had a small leak at the washer valve. Evidence of water stain on rear panel. Took picture for quick pics of water stain. I was able to tighten the hose to eliminate the leak. Once washer is repaired and it calls for water we will need to double check that the hot water hose isnt still dripping as it was when I arrived.

"Arrived to inspect microwave that intermittently trips the breaker. Tested the unit and Unit didnt malfunction. Is heated and didnt Tripp. All of customers outlets in kitchen are on the same gfci outlet series. Customer advised when they have the crock pot, toaster and other items on at the same time is when the issue intermittently occurs. Unit didnt malfunction on this date when put to the 2 minute water cup test, twice. No parts needed at this time. Customer encouraged to replace gfci with standard breaker."

Arrived on site for microwave not turning on/getting power. Upon arrival confirmed complaint And verified unit had stable 120v connection. After further testing I found all 4 door switchs functioning as designed. Found fuse on noise filter had blown. Used a tester fuse and found unit powered back on. Found all heating hardware fully functioning as designed with tester fuse.

Start relay had voltage but was not engaging. Tested with a spare start device from truck stock. Unit kicked on and started cooling. Talked with SW who had me monitor the Amp draw and found Amp draw consistently increasing. Customer advised to remove a massive dust buildup from the coils and rear of unit. I advised they must monitor the unit, as compressor likely caused the original start device to fail. Advised customer that the sealed system is likely failing causing the problems. Call complete."

The I in stalled new sump and motor and tested unit and found that it would ash now but not drain. I installed new drain pump and tested unit and found that unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator with. Rosen door bin. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Upon arrival customer also stated water/ice dispenser+icemaker were all fully functioning as designed. Found lower right side shelf bin in rc door cracked. Replaced bin. Unit functioning as designed call complete

"Arrived on site for ice build up in freezer. Found excessive ice build up on right side liner walls and roof,closed door found right side of freezer door not closing causing warm air to enter freezer. Removed door and drawers removed ice on walls,adjusted brackets,reinstalled drawers and freezer door. Door sealing correctly to cabinet no gaps between gasket and cabinet

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I removed the failed console and replaced the console, display board, and main control with new. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is shaking. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit for diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (oversuds) error code. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Ran the unit through a high speed manual spin and the unit ran as designed. The customer stated that she does not overload this washer and that she only lives with her husband. She advised that they only throw in two towels with a couple small hand towels and the unit will go off balance. She also advised that when she runs lighter loads with a pair of jeans, the unit still goes off balance. I did notice underneath her washer the unit is sitting on a plastic tub which is sliding when the washer is pushed or pulled. I did advise her to remove the tub underneath the washer to avoid the unit sliding. Also went over loading techniques and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not producing ice. Checked icemaker and found the ice bucket had a sheet of ice in it due to water spraying out of a frozen over fill cup. Removed icemaker and bucket and removed the ice buildup. A piece of Styrofoam had lodged in the fill cup. Used some silicon to seal the Styrofoam by the fill tube. Unit is now working as designed with no further leaks. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for burner not igniting. Test unit and found unit not converted to LP correctly. Put the correct orifices to correct burners test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site and replaced timer diagnosed by previous technician, after replacement dryer still wouldnt run and trips breaker immediately. Spoke with techline and thermostat heater is reading 7 ohms, They said this is likely the reason for the experience, 7732753124 replaced thermostat and this did not correct the issue. Next spoke with SW and went wire by wire circuit by circuit and could not find the reason the breaker keeps tripping. Will need to bring back all parts again including wiring harness ; ordrng 1 WPW10117655 (Pts) and 1 W11050715 (Switch) and 1 WPW10185982 (Timer) and 1 W10704067 (Harness) and 1 279827 (Motor) and 1 WPW10237959 (Door switch) and 1 279838 (Element) and 1 W10900067 (Cut off kit)"

Arrived on a 2/2 for a dishwasher dispenser not functioning properly. Confirmed the complaint and found the actuator on the dispenser assembly was defective causing the malfunctions. Removed and replaced it and unit tested properly. Job complete
