Powered on washer and diagnostics wouldnt come up. Tried turning it on by pressing power and still nothing. Checked voltage at the wall and was getting 120. Tested voltage at control and was getting 120. Removed connector from control to console and control would power on and click the lid lock open and closed then drain pump would start. When I plugged the console back in the control would lose power again. Ordering another control W11419171 and new console W11569437 to complete the repair. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making ice slowly. Inspected unit and work area. Checked freezer temperature and found the unit at 2?F. Attempted to jump the icemaker and found the icemaker would jump, harvest and fill. I did find the ice bin half full of ice. The customer advised they maybe have used roughly 15 to 20 cubes since the icemaker was replaced. They said that the unit made ice fairly well for 2 to 3 days and then completely stopped and only made a handful of batches of ice since. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7732323067. He advised that based on the current information and the temperatures being good in the freezer, the issue would have to be with the icemaker. .; ordrng 1 W11546935 (Icemaker)"

"I arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with no cool in the refrigerator compartment, I gained access to the service diagnostics and verified functionality of the fans and the thermistors, found all checked good, I gained access to the Fresh food Ui, I found no corrosion, I gained access to the harness to the fresh food ui and found no broken wires. I gained access to the evap and found frost build up at the rc evap, I pulled out the unit and removed the back plate, I gained access to the drain tube and removed it, I found that the drain tube was completely clogged on all ends, I removed the clog and informed the customer of the issue, the customer is going to defrost the unit for 48 hours due to not utilizing the fridge at the time due to the no cool, the unit is operating properly as designed aside from the no cool in the rc due to frost build up from the clog, customer will contact if any issues persist post defrost, Job complete."

Arrived on site for DW-SP-S17304 heating elm upgrade. Tried pulling out dishwasher but it would not come out. Found legs were lowered all the way so dishwasher wont go down any further. The current flooring was installed on top of the previous flooring. Found countertop had a lip preventing the front of the dishwasher from tipping far enough forward to allow me to walk it out. Explained to customer they would need to make the dishwasher accessible in order for the heating element to be replaced. Customer stated the dishwasher works fine.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making the same noises as before. I could hear the vibrating noise she described but the customer advised that the noise gets louder. I twisted the chassis by pulling and pushing at the front upper corners of the unit and the noise would get louder and it was coming from the back of the unit. I pulled the unit out on my floor protector and removed the back cover. I found the bolts to the compressor were not secured all the way. I tightened the bolts and pushed back on the compressor and the noise got very loud. I found the sound pad that goes in between the condenser coil and the lower bracket was not inserted. I placed a pad in between the coil and the brackets and tested and the noise stopped, but a new noise began at the front the unit. I found the sound pad in between the coil and the bracket at the front of the unit was smashed causing the coil to rest on the bracket. I placed a new sound pad in between the coil and bracket and tested and no further abnormal noises. I contacted techline and spoke to Ed and advised of the complaint and my findings and repairs. Ed provided SR#7732320401. I provided the SR# to the customer. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Disassembled dryer completely and found rear support wheel is not rolling properly but could not find any other issues. Recommended replacing repair kit. after replacement ran dryer again and found airflow meter is showing restricted, recommended that homeowner contact a dryer vent cleaning company to correct issue, job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=33 degrees & RC=43 degrees. I found the recently replaced UI is missing digits. I placed my gauges on the compressor and drier and tested the unit in test 4 of diagnostics. Pressures equalized at 22/25. In step 3 -19/125; step 4 0/130; step 5 0/150. I found a ball of ice on the upper right corner of the FC evaporator and amp reading is low at 1.21amps. I dumped the charge and vacuumed the system for approximately 20 minutes and then reinstalled 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the system in test 4 of diagnostics. Equalized pressures was 30/30. Step 3 of test 4 pressures were +7/145; step 4 +6/150; step 5 +10/200 and compressor amp draw is 1.77amps. I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint, the history on the unit and my findings. Rich advised that there is a restriction in the 3way valve and to replace the 3way valve, UV dye drier, UI and compressor. Provided SR#7731799838. I am ordering the compressor kit, 3 way valve, UV dye drier, access valve, UI and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. Office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11387386 (UI) and 1 W11429659 (3 way valve assembly) and 1 W10832994 (Compressor kit) and 1 TJ90SF8404 (Access valve) and 1 CNOTE (Authorization)"

"Arrived on site for WHEN THE MACHINE STARTS--THE LID WILL TRY TO LOCK BUT DOESNT, AND THEN JUST POWERS OFF. Placed in diagnostics and F0E3, F2E1 came on. Customer stated when they lost power it gave them an F5 error code, but no lid lock codes were present in diagnostics. Cleared error codes. Ran manual diagnostics and lid lock was working as designed. Customer stated after it powered down they tried running the washer again and they put pressure against the lid where the lid lock latches and it has been working perfectly since. I gained access to the lid lock and removed it from the lid. I cleaned out the strike and lid latch to remove dirt and debris. Removed coins from between wash plate and basket. Reinstalled lid lock and tested. Lid lock still working as designed.

Arrived on site and inspected Washer and found saved error code F6 E2 for communication failure between control board and control panel. Control panel is unresponsive and will not enter a diagnostic cycle.

Vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. Installed 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. In step 5 of test 4, pressures held good at 0/150. Unit is cooling as designed. Confirmed the complaint and drained the unit, ran diagnostics and confirmed the new style actuator wasnt inserted into the cam per service pointer. R&R it and unit tested properly. Customer only had one hose(cold)and was advised to get and install a hot water hose. Job complete"

Arrived onsite to replace the element nuts. Replaced parts. Tested the unit. No leaks at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the gearcase failure leaking oil, I removed and replaced the gearcase, clutch and slider and calibrated the unit. Tested the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Unit is operating as designed.
