Arrived onsite for DoubleOven Upper Oven Upper Oven Not Heating. Noticed customer was not on WiFi. Customer connected to WiFi. Then reset breaker. Test unit and unit preheated to 350. Instructed customer of benefits of being connected to WiFi. Unit operates as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=44 on a setting of 40 and the FC=5 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors and found in test 39 the RC evap thermistor was shorted. I pulled the unit out and tested the evap thermistor and found 24.5kohms at 2.27VDC which is way out of range. Tested the RC thermistor and found it at 2.87VDC & 6.7kohms. I removed and replaced the RC evap motor harness, secured the evaporator to the back wall, foil taped and ziptied the evap thermistor to the suction line and sealed off the back panel of the evap cover with permagum and re-positioned the RC evap drip pan shims. Reassembled the RC section and sealed the gaps in the liner to chassis with silicone. Checked all door gaskets and were sealed properly and leveled the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site and replaced control panel diagnosed by previous technician. After replacement oven is working properly. Remainder of repair covered by PL1

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I installed a new ignitor. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found a small air gap on the top left hand side of the freezer gasket, water line to Icemaker in Fresh food section is frozen, and two interior LED modules are out. Used steamer and heat gun to reset freezer gasket, used steamer to thaw water line to icemaker. Icemaker cycled and filled properly. Freezer gasket should now be sealing properly.

Arrived on site for dryer taking to long to dry cloths. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After further testing found all heating hardware functioning as designed. After further inspection I found clog in exhaust of dryer. After clearing clog I found unit could heat as designed with no failures call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I found no power to the unit. Checked the breaker and it was tripped. Cycled power and retested voltage at the outlet and got 247V. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow and found two out of two tests passed. I removed the back panel and tested the fuse, cutoffs, thermostat and element and all checked good. Removed the element and found the middle plate beginning to warp. I replaced the element and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E8. Following the tech sheet, I tested continuity to the control panel harness and it was good. I removed and replaced the microwave appliance manager and retested. At the end of testing, the error code F6E8 appeared again. I removed and replaced the control panel and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises and now its not working. Upon further inspection, I tested voltage at the wall and got 243V. Removed the back panel and tested the thermal fuse and found it bad. I disassembled the unit and found the rollers, idler pulley and belt are bad I removed and replaced the two rollers and cleaned the axles, replaced the idler pulley and belt. Cleaned the lint from the unit (photos-before/after) and reassembled. Removed and replaced thermal fuse and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes and white residue on dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. During testing, I opened the unit door and found a large amount of suds in the bottom of the tub and the element has old detergent caked on it. I removed and replaced the element and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. I made recommendations for cleaners also. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found the FC opening had substantial gapping and I corrected by filling with mfg adhesive. I squared the doors to the chassis and equalized door height. "Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found it is not draining properly there is standing water in the tub, found drain pump is running but water is barely trickling out, send a video to KB/service management. Inspected drain hose and found knock out was never completely removed when dishwasher was originally installed. After removing remaining knock out water flow is still weak when viewed at garbage disposal. Cleaned out drain hose with shot back and it is still weak. Swapped out first part of drain hose for a new check valve and water flow is now good.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice. Found ice cubes jammed in auger preventing motor from running. Cleared clog and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to test unit found half evaporator has frost and cracks in liner

"Arrived to inspect over-cooling. I measured the internal tempaerturn and found it near the expected temp, but the unit had been opened by the CX several times prior to my arrival. I accessed the temperature sensor and compared its readings to K-type thermistor, placed under the sensor and found the resistance at the control reading 22.35Kohm (45.5F) at 53F (18.35Kohm) with the expected temp and resistance within parenthesis. The unit should actually be too warm with the error. I verified all wiring and airflow and discussed the issue with the CX. They elected to hold off on the thermistor and will set the temperature up to get it to the proper internal temp to stop freezing. The unit does not have an offset and cannot be adjusted. I leveled and squared the chassis. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect no spraying. I entered service test mode and found 4-3 stored. I entered the automatic test mode portion of the cycle and the unit filled, circulated and I interrupted it to close the detergent door. Upon main door closure, the circulation did not start up, but the detergent door opened. I found the motor tested ok, but there was a constant 111 VAC anytime the pilot relay was activated and when the unit should have ran the circulation pump, the voltage jumped to 118VAC. Secondary testing revealed the pump drew 1.14 amps initially and then at any pause after, when re-energized, the amperage would momentarily jump to .5+ and then decline, indicating the inability of the control to supply the correct power. Further testing showed the voltage to drop out completely and the motor showed 7.6 ohms, within mfg specs. No leaks observed during service. I removed the center cover and found the damper not sealed properly allowing airflow to the front of the unit. Using foil tape, I sealed off the damper and re-installed the cover and retested. I explained to the customer that using foods that create a lot of grease will collect on the top of the unit and cabinets above unless they keep the unit vent screens clean and made recommendations for use and care. I moved the basket and found the basket shaft welds have broken. I removed the agitator and found the welds were in fact broken and the basket is not secured. I attempted to remove the spanner nut but it would not come off. I tilted the unit back and found all components underneath are good. I advised the customer of my findings. Unable to fully test the unit, I am ordering the outer tub, basket, drive hub, spanner nut, tub ring, suspension rods and will return with all prescreened parts. Also ordering a CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. "Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they plugged the unit into a different GFCI outlet with GFCI breaker and the unit continued to trip the breaker. I inspected the ignitor and it was good. I inspected the harness to the ignitor and gas valve and they are good. I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. I plugged the unit into a non GFCI outlet with AFCI breaker and tested the unit. Customer advised that the unit would trip once the oven reached preheat temps approximately 15 mins afterwards. I tested on Bake at 350 degrees and once the unit reached preheat temps at 12:22, I monitored the temps and fluctuation and approximately 32 mins after preheat, the unit continued to operate as designed. I recommended that the customer replace the GFCI breaker due to it getting weak. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with a deli drawer control panel that does not work. Upon inspection I found that the was water intrusion in the cavity that the control panel sits in causing it to short out. Arrived onsite for refrigerator that would only display crushed Ice and the ice in the ice bin would clump sometimes. "Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I measured the RC and it was at 57. The FC was 11. I found the RC evaporator intake was full of frost and I advised the CX that the unit will require a 48 hour defrost to ensure all of the frost and likely ice has be defrosted fro the RC evaporator. Further, the right RC door gasket was torn at the top, at the mullion flap area and will require replacement. The drain tube at the lower unit area was badly gapped and I corrected and sealed with mfg sealant. I set the unit to Basic defrost, from the standard setting of Adaptive, due to the low use by the CX ; ordrng 1 W10688387 (RH DOOR GASKET)"

"Arrived to inspect washer with code. I entered service test mode and found F2E1, F0E5, F0E7, F0E3 and F2E2 stored. I found the gear case had leaked oil and there were signs of missed-engagement in the rotor teeth are and slider areas. The unit will require the gear case, suspension, shifter, rotor and slider. Due to the saved F2E2, I am adding the UI, but it may not be needed. No leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a no ice condition. I found the FC only at 16 degrees. I tested thermistors and found the FC thermistor registering 16 degrees but the evaporator thermistor was at 32 degrees. Upon further diagnosis I found that the FC had just finished a defrost cycle before I arrived. I found the freezer temp had dropped to 5 degrees and was still cooling. I tested the icemaker and found it going thru a harvest and not filling. I found no voltage leaving the icemaker to energize the fill valve. Icemaker needs to be replaced. Arrived on site to test unit for intermittently making ice. Found all functions pumps working. Was unable to get compressor to engage in diagnostics. Accessed compressor and was extremely hot. Condenser motor working as designed. Removed condenser cover and allowed compressor to cool down. Was able to get compressor to turn on but pulling a consistent 2.9amps. Tested voltage and all connections and all was good. Tested the control by unplugging one connector at a time and cycling power and the control continued to fail. Unit is stackable and customer will have the units unstacked upon return service as they did today. Both units left unplugged and water tel the washer was turned off for safety. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining and flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and ran through diagnostics. Did replicate the failure. Customer advised that sometimes it will drain but sometimes it will not and is flashing the code. Went ahead and checked voltage to the drain pump and found proper voltage. Checked resistance on the drain pump and found it out of range. Replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. I had the customer run a load after I left to ensure that the unit was working properly. He did advise that the error message still came back so am ordering a control for repair. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and check voltage at the icemaker. Found no voltage being sent to the icemaker. Checked voltage at the top of the freezer door through the harness and did not find any voltage. Checked underneath where the harness connector from the freezer door connects to the refrigerator. Found voltage being sent to the icemaker at that connector. Spoke to SW and was advised we would need a new freezer door for repair. The office will need to contact the extended warranty due to part. If authorization is given for the repair, please contact the customer about a return date; ordrng 1 W10438770 (Freezer door)"

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. The customer had the upper cover removed on arrival. I found the evaporator starting to frost up more than halfway down the first coil then the frost started disappearing. I found all sealed system components running. I found the foam air duct blocks missing on the sides of the fan shroud. I checked pressures and found my low side at 0 psi and my high side at 315 psi. I found that the sealed system had been repaired at one time and a dye drier was installed. I found dye on the back wall behind the evaporator and at the bottom under it. The compressor and evaporator would need to be replaced. The foam blocks need to be installed on the fan shroud for proper airflow and the defrost heater should be replaced when the evaporator is replaced. I d the customer for the defrost heater and foam block kit parts . SS are still covered. Ordering 8201798 Fan Blocks, WPW10427993 evaporator, WPW10140162 heater, W10720770 compressor, WPW10143759 Dye drier, & W11506635 Access valve. Per the customers request I left the rails, shelf studs, and the evaporator cover off and inside the FC with all the screws on the floor of the FC on a towel. The cover had 5 screws missing. "Arrived on site for washing machine not spinning. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the gearcase. I found the belt broken, the gear case leaking oil. The unit will need a new gearcase, belt, cam, actuator and motor to repair.

"Arrived on site for Maytag washer, inspected unit and work area. I tilted unit back to inspected the stator plate and motor and found stator plate bolt lose. I then used some thread lock on bolt to correct issue and also found rust around the motor. I tested unit in diagnostics and found error code stored F41, I set unit in a diagnostics cycle to test performance of unit and heard some clunking and bearings noises. I search for parts and could not find a gearcase but has the same symptoms of a gearcase. Im ORDERING PARTS RESEARCH on gearcase.I also messaged my management Skype thread to review this callNo leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10381078 (Tub shaft bearing assembly) and 1 Unknown (Gearcase)"

Arrived on site for a dryer not spinning. Upon further inspection I found the belt ripped off. I replaced the belt and tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. I found the dryer vent extremely crimped and advised the customer on getting a new one. I informed the customer on the safety issues and lack of performance if not. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing properly. Upon inspection I found that the unit had error code f5 e1 stored that was due to the cx taken too long to close the door when starting a wash.
