"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that the freezer is cooling fine, its making ice, but the RC is getting to warm at times. On arrival I found the RC at 41 degrees with it set at 37 degrees. The FC was at -3 degrees and in ice mode. There was ice in the bucket. The customer stated they have seen the RC get up to 47 degrees sometimes. I found not find anything that would cause this at this time. I changed the dampener control to see if this makes a difference. The customer will call back if they continue to have issues. I canceled out the drain cycle and ran into into diagnostics. Found an F8. E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. I checked the back of the washer and found calcium buildup inside of the valve. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I manually tested the fill and the unit operated as designed. I questioned the customer on how large of a load they are washing and how much detergent they are using. I found that with the small size of the basket the unit has, the tenant is putting too large of a load of clothing and using too much detergent for this unit. She advised that several of her items are taking longer than normal to cook. I tested the unit and diagnostics and found both bake and broil elements working. I tested the unit on a 400?F bake cycle and found the unit cycling between 364?F and 385?F indicating the oven was off by about 20 to 25?. I went ahead and calibrated the oven for the customer and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Turned on supply and ran test and found both hot and cold valves are energizing properly. Spoke to maintenance and the chief complaint was that the unit was leaking. Spoke to previous tech and tech did not detect any leaks during first visit. Ran extensive testing on this visit and not a single drop was recorded. I did find water streaks on the outside of the door, as if water were dripping from the bellow to the floor. Noticed debris gathering around the door glass that could have caused a small gap between the door, glass and seal, allowing water to pass through. "On arrival verified complaint of no power. First inspection found break is tripped. Customer was baking and using both big burners at the same time, checking amp draw found bake was 10 amps, roil was 14 amps. When using bake cycle and both big burners we maxed out at 34amps which is close. If anything gets on to the elements in the oven it may trip over the 40 amps. Recommend based on ohms law reducing the amount of burners used at the same time as bake, unit is working as designed. Job complete."

The customer advised that the unit will bark and act like its going to start working, but then will shut down within the first minute of operation. I tested the unit on a normal cycle and found the unit lock, shift and span and then I heard the motor sound as if it were running but the belt was not attached. I checked underneath and found evidence of the belt getting completely stripped. I removed the shield cover and found the belt on the bottom of the shield cover completely grind it up. Did not find any other parts that work affected. Ordering the belts and will return with several other parts for repair. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has an upper rack that has fallen. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found one of his slides broken, causing the issue. I found the customer was covered under a service pointer for this repair. The customer advised that he was told by Genaire that the whole service would be covered by them. I spoke to the office and was advised not to collect. I replaced the slides and tested the unit. I found that the right upper adjuster was broken and would not adjust upward. I did show the customer the issue, but he advised that he has never adjusted that rack upward and did not care about its functionality. He just advised that as long as it sits on the track, he is OK with it. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Ive done site for a dishwasher that is collecting murky water inside of the dishwasher when not in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does wash and work properly but that after they drain the unit, it back fills back into the dishwasher of the next few days. I checked underneath the sink and found the drain hose was attached to a PVC pipe underneath the garbage disposal. I found that the connection was on the bottom side of that pipe causing water to backfill into the dishwasher whenever the customer was running water into the right hand sink. I did show the customer the issue and did advise the customer to adjust her drain hose to where it loops above the garbage disposal to prevent any kind of water backflow into the dishwasher. I showed the customer the issue and the unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

326Arrived on site for no cool in fresh food section. At time of visit unit running through a defrost cycle let defrost cycle finish fan not powering on replaced defective fan motor.

Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed except the middle burner as the flame does not completely go around the burner. I removed the burner head/cap assembly and removed the cap from the head and cleaned the grease from the cap and head. Reassembled the burner assembly and tested and the cooktop is operating as designed. I tested the Bake and Broil oven functions and neither ignitor came on. I pulled the unit out and tested the module and found it not getting voltage. I removed the module and found a small burnout on the control. Replaced the module and retested and still no ignition. I removed and replaced the main control, since the module was not getting voltage and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit on and water cycling over the evaporator but no ice being made. The water in the reservoir was room temp maybe a little warmer than room temp. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and while in cooling mode (compressor), I found no frost pattern on the evaporator and no frost built up on the refrigerant lines under the evaporator. I found the condenser fan was operating. I advised the customer that the compressor would need to be replaced and I would be ordering parts and the office will schedule return service. "Arrived on site to insect cooktop burners slow ignition. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the rear middle burner is slow to ignite. I tested the cooktop burners and found all burners operating as designed. Customer demonstrated the middle burner slow ignition and when he turned the burner on, it took a few seconds longer to ignite. I removed the burner head and inspected and per service pointer #W11643965, I adjusted the burner head and retested and unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer monitor the burner and if it begins to failed again to contact our office and I would order a new burner head. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven door noises and not closing. Upon further inspection, I found the upper oven door not closing properly as its not flush with the control panel as it sits approximately 1/8 inch to far to the right. Also when opening and closing the upper door, it makes a creaking noise like an old door. I removed the door from the unit and disassembled the door and removed and replaced both hinges. Reassembled the door and re#installed it to the unit and tested. The door continues to make the creaking noises. Looking at the unit, with the door offset, it appears the unit is not installed properly and the chassis could possibly be twisted which is keeping the door from lining up with the control panel. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaints, my findings, previous repairs and my repairs today. Andrew provided a text message to my phone so I could send him photos of the issues at hand; however, I did not have good service to do so. I was able to duplicate the noise for Andrew and he recommended rebuilding the upper oven door and advised that all new info would be documented to previous SR#7738706192. Arrived on site for dishwasher with broken upper rack adjuster mounts. Upon arrival confirmed issue and replaced adjuster kit. Found upper rack working as designed. Call complete

Arrived onsite and found unit tripping breaker upon initial start up of the compressor. Determined not caused by supply circuit. Ordering compressor and inverter to repair. Office to reschedule. Aluminum cap tube. ; ordrng 1 W11593917 (Compressor) and 1 W11593911 (Iverter) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier) and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 R600a (R600a)

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a loud buzzing sound from fc. Upon arrival confirmed failure and disassemble fc evap area and found water leaking from fill tube of ice maker down the back inner wall of fc on the evap fan motor and causing noise. Removed ice and added a clear fill tube extension to liner and found leak no longer present and noise removed. Call complete

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not powering on or running. Tested unit and found console unresponsive. Found good voltage / polarity and functional control. Replaced console and tested. Verified proper operation. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site for loud noise. Ran diagnostics loud noise due to ice hitting evaporator fan blade in fresh food section,ran defrost heater heater powered on,removed cover found ice build up on right side of evaporator,defrosted ice,replaced cover assembly. Reassembled unit ran fan test passed changed defrost setting to basic."

Arrived in site to test unit for control lock. Cant unlock console. Will need to order new console rescheduled for 4/17 per customers request. ; ordrng 1 W11600355 (Console)

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a piece broken off inside. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise of the top part of the middle piece. Had broken off. I did find the agitator broken due to one of the tabs on the bottom part having broken. I was going to head and replace the agitator and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

On arrival verified compliant of shaking. Replaced basket as previously diagnosed. Ran calibration then test mode and confirmed all Operations are correct. Job complete no leaks detected during service.
