I asked the customer about whether or not they had any electrical power outages or surges. The customer advised they get power issues all the time. I did advise the customer that it is most likely that they are either have a failing breaker or an electrical supply issue. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that was rusting and unbalanced. Upon further inspection I found the underside of the lid rusting. I then tested the units suspension and found it bad. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the gearcase in good shape. This indicates just bad suspension rods. I installed the suspension rods and test the unit. I found the unit now as designed and no leaks were observed at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E5 & F3E2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit filled with water but when the unit was to spin, it would not get up to proper speed. I cancelled testing and tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on all four panels, the rotor and drain pump. When I went to remove the rotor, I found the rotor bolt loose and the rotor had dropped down slightly not making contact with the slider. Once I had the rotor removed, I found a large amount of gearcase oil on the underside of the rotor, clutch and the slider and the slider teeth were stripped (photos). Unit left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a range with burners acting up. On arrival the customer stated he thought it was not properly converted to LP. Upon further testing and inspection I found it had not been converted properly. This was allowing flame discoloration and high flames. "Arrived to inspect cooling issue in RC. I found the unit has several items that need to be addressed. The ice bin to fascia gasket was badly folded and allowing RC air to circulate through the ice bin and the low profile ice maker housing will require adjustment. The right RC door gasket was torn at the top and bottom overlap flaps and is likely moderately contributing to air circulation from the outside of the unit into the RC chamber. The crisper drawer control had water incursion and the connectors were badly corroded, and some were completely separating from the harness connector, requiring the door to be replaced. The crisper UI had water damage and will require replacement as well. The crisper drawer harness was broken in several places and had different lengths along its run and will require replacement. The crisper mullion has approximately 1/8 gapping at the top of the cover and will require sealing. At least one led in the low profile ice maker housing has failed. The unit is on custom leveling legs that are effective, but I did not remove it to check for drain tube gapping due to prior service. I will discuss with management and we will contact the CX to see what resolution can be reached with the additional information. No leaks observed during service. ; O-emld tckt"

I calibrated the unit and retested and the lights continue to turn on. I cycled power to the unit for 1 minute and the unit continues to fail. Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is not cooling in both Sections. Upon inspection I found that the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit back in and tested for airflow in the unit and found that there was none. I the checked the evap fan and found that it would not spin. Upon further inspection I found that the harness connector was not settled properly. After correcting this the fan cam on and I watch a frost pattern develop on the evap indicating that unit is now operating as designed job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replace the water reservoir and went to test of the unit. The unit was stuck in demo mode because it was expecting the hot water spout to be inserted. I asked the customer about the part as it was not anywhere around the unit. The customer advised that they had several parts missing off the unit but were unsure as to which parts exactly they were. Spoke to claims and was advised that under their normal warranty, we could not replace missing parts. Was advised to have the customer contact JennAir for further assistance. Call complete."

Arrived on site for wall oven.inspected unit and area. At arrival builder manger came up to us to lets know that unit is sitting in the garage. We went head an replaced previously diagnosed parts. We were unable to retest until. If there is any other issues builder will contact Whirlpool. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, tested the ice maker and it stopped mid-cycle and began to make a loud popping noise. Ice maker is cover under AEX 1yr warranty. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and unit is operating as designed. Cycled power at the breaker to reset controls. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
