"Arrived on site for middle drawer not closing properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the middle drawer sticking. I replaced the drawer and both rails I found it still sticking. I found the rails not seating all the way in the slots. I removed the evaporator cover and fan scroll, and retested the drawer. I found the rail still not seating properly making the drawer stick. I called techline and spoke to Anthony, I advised him of my findings and sent in pictures of rails. He advised the liner is bowed causing the rails to bend inward pinching the drawer. Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking and would sometimes stop washing. Upon inspection I found that the dispenser would leak when I ran unit in quick wash. I reaped the dispenser and tested unit and found that the was another leak at the door due to pet heir buildup I clean it up and tested and found the the leaks had stopped. I tested unit again using the pods the cx unit in the manner in which she uses them and found that the unit started flashing SD on display and it stopped washing. I then advised cx to switch to the liquid detergent and to use on up to the first line in the Measuring cup No matter the load size and they should help with this issue. Job complete.

"Arrived to inspect drain issue. I found debris within the strainer and I removed it. The CX advised me that the bellow would not drain and I found and removed a large amount of debris from the lower bellow drain and during removal, discovered the bellow was wearing through and had two pinholes in it. I removed and replaced the bellow and tested. I discussed detergent type and amounts with the CX and advised to refrain from pre-measured detergent pods. The drain did not have a safety strap and I added one. Operational test good, no leaks of the water supply observed during service

"Arrived on site for fridge gaskets being torn. I found both torn and stained. I installed both gaskets, the door seals are in and sealing around the fridge.

"Arrived to inspect blower speed issue. I found the unit appeared to only have one speed. Upon further inspection, I could hear the motor straining as the speed was turned up. I removed the venting and tested and the unit operated as designed with clearly different speeds. The outlets used for this installation are not of a type that I have seen before and appear to be a vacuum breaker type of pvc cap. The outlet gap between the cap and riser pipe is only 1/2 and calculating that with an average circumference of 23 yields approximately 3.6 of air space. This is much less than the MFG recommended 6 diameter minimum and also the type of outlet forces the air to make a 180* change in direction, which is also advised against. I recommend replacing the existing stand pipe system with the MFG recommended wall cap with built in damper and pest screen."

I tested the cooktop burners and found all burners operating as designed except the middle burner would not ignite. I found the ignitor arcing to the sides instead of straight up. Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is turning on after cycle is over. Found no failures to unit and advised customer on wrinkle prevent options and usage.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not dissolving the soap. On arrival the customer stated it has happened the last four cycles. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E4 for float switch open. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit ran through as designed. However, at the end of the cycle there were excessive suds. I found the customer had a water softener. I walked the customer through proper soap usage via the user care guide. I advised them to run a clean cycle on the unit to remove some excess soap build up. I also informed them if it continues we may need to replace the dispenser, for it could be dispensing to much rinse aid. I found the unit running as designed at the time of service.

Upon inspection I found that the freezer door switches connector was not settled properly resulting in the unit thinking that the door was open all the time I resettled the connector and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed. Used my heat gun to reform new door gasket and advised CX to keep doors closed for a minimum of 6hrs. Unit had frost on the freezer chamber just on the goods none build up on the evap cover. I explained to CX that its a must that doors dont stay open more than seconds because moisture will get up in the cooler sections and cause frost. No leaks where observed during service. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the unit cooling well and the FC was at 5 F. I discussed the CX complaint and it was the unit would work fine and intermittently the temperature would climb and then afterwards, water would pool in the bottom of the unit and then it would start cooling normally until the next incident. Inspection of the unit revealed the FC door liner was allowing the gasket to pull up and get very near the top of the front lower border, allowing air to circulate into the FC chamber. The upper FC drawer was binding badly, preventing full closure of the door and plastic debris was found within adjacent areas to the rear and lower drawer slide areas. I removed the debris and applied MFG approved lubricant and the prior binding of the upper drawer and subsequent failure of the FC door slides to pull the door fully closed, was completely remedied. The right RC door gasket was torn in several places and the magnetic door strip could be seen as well. I tested the defrost system and found it working as designed and cycled the compressor multiple times, without fail. Office to order FC door and RH RC door gasket. Office to contact the CX and arrange return service. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 12977880SQ (FC Door, SS) and 1 W10830162 (RC RH Door Gasket)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker that doesnt work and the unit is making a loud chugging noise. On arrival the customer provided a video of the sound and it appeared to be the compressor valves rattling. I checked temps and found the FC at 8?F when set to 3?F and the RC at 40?F when set to 34?F. I gained access to the RC door harness and found two wires damage and two completely severed going to the IM. They were to close the the door to repair. This is why the IM is not working. I then gained access to the back of the unit and found the RC drain line was missing and the unit was dripping directly into the bottom of the unit. I was able to replicate the noise and verified it was coming from the compressor. In order to repair the unit it will need a new door, compressor, and RC drain line. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for washer that was flailing around in spin. Upon inspection I found that the gearcase leaking and the basket damaged and spinning freely in tub with no resistance. I attempted to removed the Agitator and found that it wood not come off no mater what.o replace the tub, basket, Agitator, gearcase, cam and belt.

Add on Arrived on site for off balanced and vibrating. Found from left foot not touching floor . Readjusted leaving foot . All checked normal in diagnostics. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found all light on and fans running. Accessed compressor compartment and found compressor not running. Verified voltage and has 120vac. Replaced start device and had no results. Customer needs to be replaced. Spoke with SW, ordering parts . Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 R600a (Ss repair 3hr)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all components and unit is operating as designed. I tested in a normal wash mode and once the unit filled with water, it failed to turn on. I pressed the start button again no it began to fill then stopped and after a brief moment the unit began to wash. It has been an ongoing issue with this unit stopping mid-cycle and not draining. I placed the unit in diagnostics again and while testing the valve, I paused for approximately one minute and when I see the key to engage the motor, the unit got out of diagnostics and went into a normal wash ready mode. I removed the outer door panel and found where water had leaked in through the dispenser. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site for. Washing machine throwing error codes. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes F9e1 long drain, f8e3 over flow condition in diagnostics. I ran a diagnostics cycle, I inspected the dispenser and found it empty. While running a diagnostics cycle I noticed the unit filling up with suds when no soap is used. I let the unit finish the cycle and found it spinning and draining as designed. I spoke to the customer about running a clean cycle on the unit once every two months to prevent soap scum build up which can lead to over sudding.

Arrived onsite for flickering light and inspected unit for control or connection failure and determined that the filament in the light bulb was loose and bouncing causing the flickering. Advised that light bulb should be replaced. All else checks good. Unit is in good working order.

"Arrived on site for cooling issue in fresh food compartment. Found evaporator incased in ice,diagnosed a defective thermistor,removed fan scroll,defrosted evaporator replaced thermistor and fan scroll,reassembled unit ran diagnostics checked air flow good,changed defrost setting to basic.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not producing ice. Found icemaker fill tube frozen over and removed ice from tube. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to test unit for freezer door not closing properly, customer stated that it was working good and then one day it stopped, tested unit found frost buildup on rails, used steamer to thaw out slides, door is now functioning properly, gasket is sealing properly, advised customer to open and close from center of handle to prevent door not sealing properly causing frost buildup, at this time unit is functioning properly, no leaks detected job complete"

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. On inspection found the RC and the FC light were not working. CX asked if the tape was supposed to be on the RC and the FC on door switches. Removed all the tape off the switches and tested unit. Unit operating as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for no ice. Removed cover found broken wire on cutter grid,ran diagnostics all test passed good frost formation on evaporator plate. Replaced grid cutter assembly. used 1 W10919199 (Grid cutter) from stock"

JM: Arrived onsite to inspect microwave door. I found that the microwave outer door was not hooked to the inner door panel correctly. I hooked the door and panel properly and the door began operating as designed. Tested door a few times. Operational test good. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for tripped breaker/burner out. Upon arrival unit displaying F47 error code. Tenant stated that the unit did not Tripp breaker, it was just making a clicking noise. The left rear and left front burners operate correctly. The right rear and right front burner do not operate. Need to replace module right rear burner and right front burner. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10857232 (Module) and 1 W10396547 (Hot plate) and 1 WPW10396549 (Hot plate)"

Arrived on site to test unit for not starting/completing cycles and constant clicking. Found unit will not enter into diagnostics and relays for valves just clicking consistently. Replaced latch with no improvement. Recommend replacing control. Ordering valve as a precautionary to ensure completion on return visit. Arrived on site for dishwashing needing previously diagnosed element. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed part. Reassembled intested unit and found no leaks. Call complete
