Arrived on site for an oven that is not reaching proper temperature. Inspected unit and work area. Had a customer turn on the oven prior to arrival and found the unit sitting between 347?F and 369?F. I did find that the unit did have oven calibration settings. Advise the customer of the calibration settings and calibrated 15? north of where it was. Test at the unit again in a bake cycle at 400?F and found the oven bouncing between 407?F and 390?F. Did advise the customer that if they have any further issue on how they can calibrate the oven properly. Both elements were working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for washer-not running/locked RV @ Redbud Ranch RV RESORT. Found door would not unlock but would turn on. Once powered on the washer would run the drain pump constantly. Gained access to bottom panel to release the pull tab to unlock the door. Once the door was open I was able to capture a photo of the model and serial number. Customer threw in a few tshirts and we tried running the washer. The washer would sense and drain pump would run but the washer wouldnt turn on water to begin the cycle. We found the LED display lit up the light that looks like a hashtag inside a circle that reads Water cannot be drained. Drain pump filter, drain hose, or pump may be blocked. Check drain hose for kinks or clean the filter as shown in Washer Maintenance. This is #9 listed in the owners manual in the Control Panel and Features section. Sr Tech SW has ordered the parts for this repair.

It was leaking out of the corner front right. Tried to level the front feet to the unit to get the water to stay in the unit, but noticed that there is extra flooring underneath the unit causing it to sit some what forward and making the water leak out. Let customer know that it needs to be better leveled with the front feet picked up, and that some one else needs to remove the left over flooring and possibly issues with the cabinetry. "Arrived onsite for the dispenser not fully dropping out the soap and unit not cleaning properly. Looked at the dispenser door and noticed that the gasket seal on the inside of the door some how got rolled up underneath, causing the door to not open all the way. Re adjusted the seal to the door and door was shutting correctly. Also looked at the spray arms and found some food stuck in a few holes. Customer cleaned the spray arms and filter. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=66 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component listed in the tech sheet and the unit failed to respond. Neither the evaporator fan nor the condenser fan were on and the compressor would not come on. I tested voltage/polarity at the wall outlet and got 122V. Plugged the unit back in and the unit began to operate and cool. Referring to the unit wiring diagram/tech sheet, I tested the voltage DC components and all checked good. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. I recommended that the customer wait 48 hours to place food items inside the unit. Also found the water hose connection at the water line going to the unit was not tightened and was slowly leaking. Tightened the connection and tested. No further leaks. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator thats not making ice. Inspected unit in work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found very little ice cubes inside the icemaker. Tested the unit and good night get the unit to jump. Unplugged and replug in the unit and tried to jump it again. Still had no response. Had voltage going to the motor but the motor was not turning. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit again. The unit filled with and did not fill correctly. Only a third of the ice cube tray had been filled. Checked the valve and reservoir for any frozen lines or issues with voltage. Check the water dispenser and found very little water flow coming from the water dispenser. Checked the waterline at the wall and found water barely dribbling out of the wall. Advise the customer that they would need to get a plumber out to fix their water supply issue. The customer then got a call from the sun a minute later and advised that they had lost all water pressure to the area. Advise the customer to call back if they have any further issues. Call complete.
