Upon entering diagnostics I ran and found the follow test results: Test 2= 23, test 4= 0, test 18= 4Test 23= 55, test 24= 66, test 25= 51, test 26= 01 & 40, test 28= 35, test 29= 13, test 30= 33, test 31= 25, test 33= 31, test 34= -18, test 35= 31, test 36= -7After documenting results with I house help, I called whirlpool techline and spoke with Adrian sr#7730178587. Adrian instructed me to Check p8-3&4 on the main control to ohm out thermistor in freezer where defrost issue is occurring. found 23.7 ohms and Adrian says thats a safe range for freezer thermistor. Also Ran test 89, 126 and found passing results and freezer now set to 8 hr regular defrost pie Adrians recommendation. At this time Adrian from techline is recommending that we replace the 3 way valve due to it possible leaking extra refrigerant into evap in freezer when its not supposed to. Updated CS on whirlpool recommendation. Wil need to reschedule upon confirmation from CS on sealed system repair. ; ordrng 1 W11099684 (3way valve) and 1 Unknown (Oil less no dye UV dryer) and 1 Unknown/research (Any additional oil less equipment needed for repairs)"

"Arrived on site to inspect trash compactor noises. Upon further inspection, tested the unit and as the ram got to the trash, it began to make a loud grinding noise. Removed the drawer and taped the switches closed and retested and as the ram got to the lowest point it made the loud grinding noise. I pulled the unit from the cabinets and laid it on its side and removed the bottom cover and found the small gear missing teeth.I removed and replaced the gear kit and retested and unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that?s intermittently not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed until it got to the drain cycle. Noticed water filling up in the sink and then siphoning back into the dishwasher. Tested the unit several other times with the same result. I all functions of the dishwasher are working properly. Advised customer to clean out their drain and garbage disposal to resolve their intermittent issues. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not filling. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E6. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Once the unit filled with water, it failed to agitate as the entire basket moved with the agitator. Unit went into spin mode and operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and found the actuator arm was not connected to the splutch assembly. Using an actuator (W10913953) from my van stock, I removed and replaced the actuator and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and manual test mode and the unit is operating as designed. Using my jumper wire, I jumped the IM from points T-H and the ice maker harvested but failed to call for water. Once the harvest should have been done, the ice maker continued to harvest continuously.I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for a dryer door not staying closed. Upon further inspection I found the strike needing adjustment. I adjusted the latch and the door was having a stronger hold when closed. The customer also stated the unit would take several cycles to fully dry. I found the unit working as designed and advised the customer to get the airflow at the wall checked. I also advised the apartment complex of my findings. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for washing machine not working properly when using extra power and the strike being broken. Upon arrival customer stated the extra power button would not fill the unit properly. Otherwise, the unit would run correctly. Upon further inspection I found the strike broke and I replaced it. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E4 lid not opened between cycles, F0E5 for off balance load, and F7E9 for a locked rotor. I found the F5E4 was due to strike being taped into latch until we fixed it. I have advised customer on overloading. I then ran an extra power cycle and it ran as designed. I showed the customer on the service pointer on the extra power and how it states it will wash for a while and it will add after later in the cycle. During the cycle I ran it did exactly this. I then put the unit back into diagnostics mode and manually activated spin, agitate, and fill on all valves. The customer thought the fill might be a little slow, I found it was working as designed. I also found no issue with the rotor and the tub spinning freely. All components ran as designed. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and kept SR# 7729987726. He advised it was working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected newly purchased Kitchenaid dishwasher not starting.Confirmed the complaint when customer turned on the breaker.Unit was beeping 3 times, which is directly related to the float switch.I looked underneath the unit and discovered the plastic tray where the float switch is housed was not inserted properly.This is directly related to the amount of space needed verses the actual space the customer has for the dishwasher.I called CS and SW and advised both I have the part to fix the functional failures, but the unit is simply too large for the space. The drain hose is also in the way of the tray fitting properly into the unit.I removed and replaced the float switch, which fixed the unit.Unit is required to be raised via the front leveling feet, but the space doesnt provide this opportunity.I took several photos of the unit JOB COMPLETE"

Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s leaking from the back. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they turned the water off to the unit and it has since stopped leaking. Turn the unit back on and found a crack in the valve at the back causing it to spray as water was being supplied to it. Replaced water valve and tested unit. Unit began working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer making a screeching noise during spin and customer stating that it was also getting thrown off balance upon arrival. Upon entering diagnostics I did find that the only error codes stored was an F0E5 indicating an off-balance load was detected. I then found that the gear case watch cam and top assemblies that had previously been repaired were still intact and were showing no signs of physical or visual damage I then found the service pointer indicating that the triad could be an issue with the unit and I ran the high-speed spin test in diagnostics to verify whether or not the screeching noise was occurring but I could not duplicate the noise at all even after simulating cloths weight with water in the tub. Then called whirlpool techline and spoke with Tj sr#7730590156 Who informed me that based off the repairs that weve already done the only other thing that we can do at this point is go ahead and replace the main control that has the trike built in that could cause this issue Spoke with SR He was able to go ahead and order the main control for me part number W11498796.

"Arrived on site for washer making a clunking noise during agitation according to the customer son upon arrival. Customer son had shown me a video of the washer making a slight clunking noise during agitation that did seem a bit abnormal. I took my own video of the washer symptoms and sent it into our in-house tech line and spoke with PR guarding the symptoms of the washer at this point it is recommended that we returned with a rotor and stater and upon return repair we need to replace the rotor, stator, slider, and clutch assembly; ordrng 1 W10915700 (Stator) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor)"

Arrived on site for range not operating correctly. Upon arrival found range was showing functionality at the main controls display. Found though that none of the high voltage hardware was turning on when activated. Upon further inspection found both main control and terminal block were not receiving full 240 vaults. Inspected power outlet and found only 120 volts at outlet. Informed customer that outlet would need an electrician to repair. At this time though the bake/broil elements as well as other hardware passed inspection. Unit will function as designed once proper power is restored all complete

Arrived on site for Needing a previously diagnosed main control. Upon arrival I was able to disassemble washer UI and install the new main control underneath and then reassembled and plugged in the washer and found that there was full functionality back to the Ui and that the washer is working as designed with no weird power fluctuations between the main control and UI. Arrived on site for a washing machine that won?t fill with hot water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it?s not the unit doesn?t fill with water but that the unit is seemingly overfilling. She advised that she ran the unit one time without clothes in it filled up to the top of the basket. I did advise her that that is normal on wash cycles without clothes because the unit doesn?t know how many clothes are in the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and the unit had no stored error codes. When an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I did notice the unit drain pipe is a closed drain and is back flowing water back into the unit after then it stops raining. I advise the customer to fix their draining situation at the wall to allow the unit to work properly. Call complete.

Arrived on site for range that the glass door had broken off the front. Upon arrival customer stated that when the incident happened they had noticed the right side of the handle was loose from the door and they could not find any way to tighten it at that point they tried to open the door to inspect it and found that the glass had fallen out of place in the process of opening it due to how loose the hand was and not holding it. Arrived on site for dryer not running correctly. Upon arrival customer stated that theyve had a hard time getting the dryer to start. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the motor and belt were still intact but when you hit the start button the unit will turn on but would not run. After disassembling the back of the unit I was able to verify that the thermal cut off so the heating element as well as a heating element themselves are all working great but the thermal fuse the gauges airflow leaving the dryer has shorted out causing the dryer not to start. I was able to reassembled and tested dryer and verified that the unit is fully functioning as designed and fluctuating temperatures as needed I did however inform the customer before leaving that because of the issue was due to a dryer vent clog inside the venting of the home and that they would have to call someone out to scrub out the dryer vent from inside the house before being able to reconnect and use a dryer safely. Call complete

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with console start and cancel button being stuck. Upon further inspection I found both buttons not responding. I was able to get the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle on the unit and found it running as designed. I gained access to the console control and found the buttons visibly broken on it. I unplugged the unit and installed the new console. I then tested the start and cancel buttons which were now working. I ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through as designed with no errors. I removed the toe plate and observed no leaks during service.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed FC fan harness and installed new FC fan harness. Removed RC fan harness and installed new RC fan harness. Removed UI and installed new UI. Removed HV board and installed new HV board. Ran diagnostics to test compressor and fans. They are running as designed. Customer will contact us if the fridge doesnt seem to be cooling properly. Job completed.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining at the end of the cycle. Upon further inspection I found the issue was the same as the prior visits. I installed the previously diagnosed parts. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and the unit ran through as designed. The unit did not skip the drain t the end and drained as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.
