The customer advised they ran a bulky load about a week ago and it did not finish the cycle. They also advised that they had run a towel cycle a few days before that and that that load did not finish the cycle either. I ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I asked the customer what type of load she was running on the bulky cycle and she advised that she was washing some rugs. I did inform the customer that the unit will have a difficult time washing rugs due to the weight of them and due to potential for off-balance loads. I instructed her that it is possible that the reasoning that shes getting those types of loads not finishing is because it does go off balance and its not completing the cycle. She advised that she has been running the unit for the past two months with normal loads and the unit has not had this problem but wanted to get a checked out due to having two loads do the same thing. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7731676789. He advised that the unit showing a minute left on the cycle and continuing to run was an indicator of an off-balance issue. He advised that based on the information, the issue is with the customer loading and low types. Went over loading with the customer and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-Long Fill/No Fill. I cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit was to fill with cold water, the unit stopped and shut down. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and retested and it completed testing but did not fill properly. I removed the water hoses and found debris in the cold valve. Arrived on site for Oven will not heat up. Found latch switch does not click when door is closed. Tested hinges and the door is closing fine. When I press the left side switch with my finger on the latch the switch does not click every time. I requested the latch when I received the callback but the latch did not arrive at the parts department yet. Im requesting the latch again (marked as failed to bring with me) and will return with all parts to complete the repair. I showed the customer how to make the switch recognize the door is closed by gently pulling on the door handle forward and backwards until the switch clicks and turns off the light. "Arrived on site to follow up on oven that was throwing NTC sensor error. On arrival checked the boiler and found the sensor blown out the bottom of the boiler. Swapped with new boiler and called tech line, SR7732375073. Tech line had me check resistance on the pressure sensor and inlet valve. Tested both and found readings within spec. Checked water supply and found good supply. Tech line said to swap appliance manager and retest. Swapped appliance manager and ran unit on steam bake as directed. I found no water entering the boiler again. Shut down unit, and within seconds boiler popped the sensor. Boiler and board appear defective. Reordering both, and replacing valve to resolve. "Arrived on site Clicking or Clacking Noise - Top Load Washer. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Placed in high speed spin and I could hear the belt squeak in the beginning of all three speeds. Placed in agitation and could hear something under agitator. Removed agitator tower and found candy wrapper and clump of hair along with tiny round crystals. Removed debris. Customer showed me a video of what her husband experienced when the noise was present. I couldnt replicate the noise in diagnostics, but it didnt sound like the gear case or splutch. Instead it sounded like something lodged underneath the agitator. Removed dust cover and splutch and there was not any evidence of grease. Ordering a belt to return and complete the repair. ; ordrng 1 W11239857 (Belt)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed fan motor. Upon arrival confirmed fan motor failing but found issue was due to extensive ice build up due to unit not going into defrost mode. Due to thickness of ice couldnt access or remove parts. Also found during diagnostics defrost issue started due to a failing bimetal thermostat & thermistor. When running diagnostics unit would restart at random once entered. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the water dispenser dispensing water slower than it did before prior services. Upon further inspection I found that the valve was moved closer to the closed position in order to regulate the pressure and eliminate the chattering. This is why the flow was weaker, and I let the customer know we could adjust it to allow more water through. However, the chatter may come back. I found the water pressure at the wall was the cause of the original chatter and dispenser faults. I informed the customer on my findings, and on installing a pressure valve regulator to help with this. The customer stated he would like to install his own pressure regulator.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning properly and leaving the soap at the bottom of the tube. I inspected the unit and work area.I found a spoon holding the float switch up causing the water valve to not open. I removed the spoon and put the unit through a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing water. Found water filter not fully installed and reinstalled it properly. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I toke operating pressures for the unit. I found the low side at -19 and the high side at 0. I put 125 psi of nitrogen into the system and found it holding. I put a measured charge into the system and found pressures dropping. I inspected all the visible lines and found no dye. I wiggle the dryer and could hear hissing coming from the line in the cabinet.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that had issues finishing loads. Customer had to open and close the lid several times to trick it into progressing. Checked under unit and found gearcase oil splattered everywhere, belt covered in oil and started to shred.

Arrived on site for range needing previously diagnosed ACU. Upon arrival confirmed prior complaint and installed needed part. Reassembled and tested unit. Found range functioning as designed with now error code failures. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for left rear burner not igniting. Found bad igniter ordering new IGNITOR office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10669524 (Left rear IGNITOR) and 1 W10860916 (Module) and 1 WPW10475149 (Module)

"Arrived on site for a dryer stopping and starting on its own during the dry cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated that they had removed the doors from the laundry closet to allow the unit to air out while running, and the issue has not replicated since. The customer also provided a video of the issue. They found that from the beginning of the cycle the unit would stop roughly every 10 minutes, and then kick back on throughout the entire cycle. I found the customer was not using sensor dry, nor the wrinkle control settings. The timer was recently replaced, and I found it good. I checked voltage at the wall and found good polarity. I gained access to the ignitor and motor. I found both in good shape. I tested the door switch and found it good. The customer also just cleaned the vents through the wall and stated that with 100% certainty there is no clog, but the issue is still occurring. I also found the customer typically used sanitize heat for most cycles, and often dries large loads. I informed the customer of the possibility of over heating and causing the motor to over heat and stop. I found no mechanical failure at the time of service and could not replicate the issue. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for broken oven glass and repaired by replacing oven glass and handle. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for wall oven microwave combo giving inverter failure. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and after further diagnosis found inverter had failed due to mag. Found mag covered under limited parts coverage. I installed and reassembled unit with new parts. Tested and found p it functioning as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=16 degrees and the RC=39 degrees. I removed the FC evap cover and found a block of ice forming in the upper right corner of the evaporator on the cap tube. I checked amp reading to the compressor and got .93amps. Also, I found that both RC door gaskets are torn and the defrost bimetal is bad.I am ordering the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve, evaporator, 2 RC door gaskets, defrost bimetal harness, CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB. Office to schedule return service.
