Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in RC. Upon inspection I found the RC at room temp. I found the damper closed and frost building up in the top of the FC on the walls and shelf. I cleared out all frost from the FC and cleared any ice cubes that had escaped the bin. I replaced the FF control and harness with thermistors. I verified the airflow was not blocked by any ice build up. I tested the damper in diagnostics. It opened and closed as designed. I reassembled the unit and explained to the customer they need to monitor the unit for the next 12 hours before re stocking. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Placed my gauges in the unit and checked pressures and found them very low. Gained access to the evaporator and found a pinhole leak on the left side in the coil. I vacuumed the system and removed and replaced the evaporator and UV drier and vacuumed the system again. Pressures held at -30/0. Installed 4.8oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held at 2/190. Reassembled the unit and no water lines connected to the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing everything up in the freezer section near the door according to the customer upon arrival. Upon further inspection I arrived and found that there was little to no ice inside the shelving of the freezer door and upon further inspection found that the freezer and fresh food sections were set to zero and 37? but the actual temperatures were zero and 39? in both compartments indicating that both units were cooling as design customer also stated that a week before showing up they had noticed that the ice and started to go away on its own but could not figure out what was causing it upon further inspection of the doors I found no issues with the door gasket ceiling or any other indications if there any hot air leaks. At this time unit does seem to be functioning as designed with no ice building up inform customer to keep an ion it to ensure that the problem does not come back also instructed him to take temperature readings at least 2 to 3 times a day in the event that there is an issue that comes up we can gauge whats going on with the unit

When I opened the right RC door, I found water debris on the ice chute and on the bottom side opening of the ice bin. Removed the ice bin and found water leaking from the fill tube chute area. Removed the ice maker and found the fill tube chute clogged with ice. Removed the ice and found insulation/fill tube debris inside the chute/ice. Removed the debris and placed ice maker back into place and tested ice maker. Cycled power to the unit to reset controls and Ice maker is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Called Susie and she recommended to call tech line again. Called tech line they had me verify all three spin speeds. Asked customer to load washer with normal load for sheets. Customer did use proper amount of soap but mixed sheets and clothing and some small towels. Customer then set to heavy duty cycle. As washer ran the sheets balled up in washer this will cause a off balance load. Instructed customer to wash on bulky cycle and sheets should be separated for better results.

"Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the dryer and punctured the system. I found a full charge in the system. I installed a new uv dryer, access valve, and evaporator. I pulled a vacuum for 15 minuets and found the vacuum holding. I out a measured charge into the system and found it holding. I powered the unit on i and found good pressures. I found a good frost pattern on the evaporator. The unit is working as designed. Job complete."

Beach towel that were left out in the rain. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found F7-E7 motor not able to reach target speed. Ran automatic test mode and tested all components. Ran manual test mode and ran high spin to attempt to recreate motor fault also switching to agitation back to high spin. Customer provided their own rinse aid, so we topped it off. Found the unit making a vibrating grinding sound as it was attempting to heat. Check door switches in all door switches checked good. Checked the magnetron and found no evidence of a burn out or improper resistance through the magnetron. Replace diode and tested unit. Unit still would not heat. Replaced capacitor and tested unit. Unit still would not eat. Spoke to CS and was advised to replace the magnetron as well to ensure the transformer was not at fault. Replace magnetron and unit begin working as designed. Call complete.
