Sound lower spray arm is not secured in place, after resetting it took another video and water movement is stronger. Also recommend to homeowner that water be run at the kitchen sink until it is at its hottest before starting dishwasher to get best wash results. Also recommended running a machine cleaner like washer magic to remove any sediment or buildup that could be effecting wash performance, job complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer stated the real issue was the RC was over cooling. And the FC was getting condensation on the top of the door gasket. I checked temps and found the FC at 4?F and the RC at 35?F. Upon further inspection I found significant water/condensation build up on the top of the FC gasket. I inspected the mullion between the RC and FC and found the bottom of it was bowed and separating from the chassis. I found the RC cooling as designed. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7733880450. Joel recommended inspecting the FC gasket and we found it is more compressed at the bottom of the door than the top. He recommended installing washers on the bottom of the RC door (pic in SD where to put them), and to raise the door a little when doing so. He also wants us to silicone the gap. Ordering parts. I tested the unit and found it still not working as designed and the lid still locked. Upon further inspection I found the green LED on the control not on. I tested voltage at the control and timer and found it still bad. I ohmd out the lid lock, drain pump, motor, cap, and found it within range. I called techline and spoke to Andy and received SR# 773387882 Andy agreed that it was a voltage issue from the wall. While on the phone the customer made the unit accessible. I was able to check voltage at the terminal block and found L1 to ground getting 60VAC and L2 to ground getting 180VAC. At the wall it was good. I advised the customer that under load the voltage is bad. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for Intermittently, the microwave stops working completely. Sometimes it just looses power, and appears to be off, other times the control panel is powered up, and timer counts down but it's not actually on and not heating. The only way to get it to work in these situations is to switch it off at the circuit breaker and then back on. This happens like 3-5 times a week. Other times, we get the 'door' error and we have to push hard on the door to clear the error and start the microwave. Called techline for support.Tech recommended there is an issue with Switch actuation heter installed incorrectly or user not shutting door correctly. Tech gave Sr#773388024 Contacted SW for further assistance due to the unit powering off intermittently. Sw recommended replacement of control and UI. Replaced control, UI and door switch. Test unit and unit operates corr. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not working and ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, tested the dispenser and water trickled to a stop. I removed the water filter and found one fo the gaskets had been removed (photo). I recommended to the customer to not remove any gaskets from the filter as they will damage the filter head and leak water. I retested the dispenser and got the same results. I tested the inlet valve at the back of the unit and it is getting voltage. I removed and replaced the valve and the filter head and retested and unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that they would filter. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a grinding sound during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and attempted to remove the rotor from the bottom of the unit to check the slider. Used a crowbar, flat head screwdrivers, and attempted to remove the rotor. Was unable to get the rotor off the driveshaft. Spoke to CS and was advised there was nothing else that we could do due to what sounded like melted metal on metal. Advise the customer they would need a full rebuild for the repair. The customer advised they would contact whirlpool to see if they can get assistance but otherwise they would not proceed with repair.

Found the new diode did not change anything in the garage of the heating cycle. Remove the microwave from the cabinet and remove the top cover. Found burn marks all over the magnetron where it had blown apart. Found all wiring was fine going to the magnetron. Replaced magnetron and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine where the customer had temperature questions about the washer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when they run the Internet on hot water wash, the temperature of the water never seems to get up to the right temperature. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Tested the valves and valve showed they were working. Tested the unit on a whites cycle with hot water. Found the unit drying in quite a bit of hot water and was actually heating the water properly. I did explain to the customer that several cycles may have different water temperature thresholds. Went over the user care guide where it shows that the unit may be pulling in cooler water than previous models. The unit is working as designed. Paul complete."
