Arrived on site for double walll oven no heating correctly in upper section. Upon arrival confirmed and corrected M&s. After testing upper oven I found when set to 350 unit would exceed set temp by 100-150 degrees more within the first 5 minutes of a 20 minute preheat cycle. Found thermostat failing. Due to units age I couldnt pull up any part numbers for repairs needed. Unit will need to be replaced at this time. Call complete

Arrived on site for cooktop continuously sparking once ignition on any burner was activated. Upon arrival found cooktop located over wall oven built into cabinets underneath. Confirmed model and serial number. During diagnostics I found both front and middle burners couldnt be disassembled fully because flow pipes were siezed into threading and risked breaking if removed. Arrived on site for frost not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the freezer at 19 degrees and no ice build up on the Evaporator. I gained access to the compressor and found a process stub installed on the compressor. See pictures. The compressor was hot to the touch and pulling .8 amps. The system will need a sealed system repair. I am ordering sealed system. I gained access to the control and tested the defrost heater, I found 105 ohms. I tested the rc thermistor and found it at 2.3 Kohms (about 70 degrees), I tested the fc thermistor and found it reading 8 Kohms(about 35 degrees). I called techline and spoke to Andy. I advised of the situation.

"Arrived on site to inspect Angie oven broil not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the broil burner and found the ignitor arcing and gas releasing form the burner, but no flame. I adjusted the ignitor and retested and same results. I removed and replaced the ignitor and retested and same results. I found the broil burner fitting was slightly bent upwards. I adjusted the fitting and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer warned me that a previous company had replaced the ice maker and placed electrical tape on it. I found the electrical tape on the fill tube chute and around the fill tube. When I removed the IM cover to jump the motor, I found a large amount of oxidation debris inside the cover. And unit was not even getting 240v. Only getting 120v. Showed customer the issue and advised to get the electrician to fix the issue.

"Arrived on site to replace evap cover and drain tube on previously diagnosed refrigerator that has a blockage in the drain tube causing the rc to freeze near the liner, I gained access to the unit and found that the evap cover was missing screws on the top, I used van stock to replace the screws on the newly installed evap cover, I steamed out and vacuumed all of the ice from the unit. I gained access to the back of the unit and removed the drain tube, I found that the drain tube was completely clogged causing the build up of ice into the rc, i removed the drain tube and replaced it. The unit is now operating properly as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite for washer making loud noises in spin. Upon inspection I found the basket has an obvious bearing rumble when spinning by hand. The customer agreed so I attempted to replace the component. I found the hub in the basket very grimy and 2 of the screws stripped immediately upon trying to remove them. I stopped repairs and explained to the customer the situation. The customer wants to try no remove the screws on their own. I advised them to let us know if return service is needed

"Arrived on site to re-diagnose washer making loud noise during the wash and spin cycle, I gained access to the unit and checked for fault codes, I found none, I gained access beneath the unit and found that there is no evidence of gearcase oil or shavings, i put the unit into a diagnostics cycle and found the noise would not replicate, I put a medium load of clothing in the unit and put the unit into a wash cycle and then drain and spin, once reaching drain and spin the unit towards the end made the noise, I found that the motor was extremely hot after the noise was produced and is likely the cause of the noise, upon returning the unit will need the new motor, gearcase and splutch. ; ordrng 1 W10890624 (Motor)"

Arrived onsite for washer making jet engine noise while spinning. Upon inspection I could hear a bearing rumble when spinning the unit by hand I found play in the basket to tub. I advised the customer of my findings and explained the extent of the repair.

Arrived onsite for unit not filling with water. Customer said they he himself had replaced the water valve. Saw that the single out was sharing power with a single 120v outlet with a small multi tap. Removed multi tap and plug unit straight to the wall on its own. Tested the unit and unit did start filling with water with no issues. Let customer know that the unit needs to be on a dedicated plug on its own and not shared. No leaks at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making a loud thumping sound when running. Hand turned drum and could feel it popping on the side. Checked the drum and found a piece of a zipper wedged in between the drum and the seal. Removed debris with pliers. Ran unit and verified with customer present the unit is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling properly, upon arrival I gained access to the rc and fc and took temps with my thermal leads I found proper temperatures in both compartments, i gained access to the service diagnostics and found all fans are operating properly as designed, I gained access to the control and found that the thermistors checked good, unit is operating properly as designed, frost patterns checked good as well. I am replacing the control JIC the unit is not presenting the issue during service, I also switched the unit from global to basic defrost. Job complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not allowing 5 leds in rc or 1 led in FC to turn on. Upon arrival confirmed all leds were getting 20dcv from hv control. After further testing found led in FC shorted out. Replaced led. Few minutes after led in FC went bad again. Called techline and spoke with Bruce sr# 7732216969. Was instructed to retest the other 5 leds on same circuit as FC led. Found no issues but found all 6 leds on circuit acting like they were on a dimmer switch. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker making ice, but theres a large block of ice in the bin. I found where water has been leaking at the bottom right corner of the ice maker and dripping into the bin below. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and unit is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit to reset controls. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for microwave turning on by itself when door is shut. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After disassembly of unit found bottom two door switchs functioning within specs but upper most switch was failing a stable continuity & ohms tests. Also found this had led to ACU relay fusing together and causing unit to run on its own as well as causing user input errors with touch pad. Replaced ACU and upper switch after getting approval. Reassembled and tested unit. Found microwave functioning as designed with no failures or random start ups. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had a prior company that came out over a month ago and they replace the door seal but the unit continues to leak. Ran the unit through a normal wash cycle and could not find any leaks from the fill valve, pump and motor assembly, and drain pump. Ran the unit through another test again on a normal cycle and found oversuds in inside the dishwasher. Ran the unit through a pretty wash and a wash cycle and still had excess suds through both washes. I ran the unit for a totality of 35 minutes and had no leaks present during the entire cycle. However, suds we?re getting close to overflowing out of the tub. I advised the customer that they would need to remove the excess soap inside of the dishwasher prior to any further cycles. I did advise that they could either run several wash cycles with no soap to try to remove some of that excess debris or run a dishwasher cleaner through their dishwasher. The customer did advise that they had never run dishwasher cleaner through their unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"On site for washer not operating properly, making clicking noises during operation, not finishing cycle and not able to power unit off unless unplugged. Confirmed complaint. In diagnostics, found F3E3 water temp too low. Cleared ran diag cycle. Found unit filling, agitating, locking and not going into spin. Checked polarity from J1 at control. Power cycled and found same error in diagnostics. Called techline spoke to Austin same SR# 7731979907. Confirmed that both tech sheet and service manual are labeled incorrectly for connector J1 at control. J 1-1 is supposed to be line, and J 1-2 is supposed to be neutral. Tech sheet and service manual are also different with labeling wire colors to J 1&2 at control. Techline was unable to verify if J1 connector arrow on service manual is correct ((pointing to top connection (per manual J 1-2 is neutral)). Per service manual visual of control, J1-2 is supposed to be line in (power). Black wire is attached to J1-1 and received 115v from connector to ground (per tech and svc manual, that is incorrect). I Advised to power cycle unit, perform diag cycle. Unit shut down before spin initiated. Advised to remove all loads, plug them in one by one and press power button to turn on and off. Performed this on all loads. Unit was able to turn on and off with one specific load connected. Advised to power cycle, clear errors, and repeat process. No change occurred. Repeated process multiple times and found that control replays were now flipping on and off during Fill. Due to possible short to ground in wiring harness causing control to not operate efficiently. Per techline, I was advised to replace actuator due to unit not going into spin. I replaced actuator from truck stock W10913953. Entered diag, cleared error, and starte diagnostics cycle. Unit had no change and continued clicking noise after repaird were made. Need to contact WPL techline again to see if they advise any other repair or solution. Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found signs of clogged drain line in the freezer. Found small clog in drain line near drip pan. Cleared line then clear all ice from FC drain compartment. Tested drain and found unit cleared. Call complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival confirmed prior complaint and installed heater. Verified thermostat was still intact and functioning within specs. Reassembled and tested unit and showed customer that heater was functioning as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that is consistently causing breaker to trip. The timing of the breaker tripping is random, and can take several days to happen. On previous visits we have replaced electronics and performed a sealed system repair. Called tech line and spoke with Bruce, SR7732158964. Bruce recommended service pointer W11525530, which is breaker tripping related. All steps and checks have been performed several times. All breakers in the house are GFCI per code. Electrician has replaced breaker 4 times and unit has a dedicated line run to it. All electronics are checking good. Advised consumer on contact numbers for breaker mfr per service pointer. No fault can be found with unit at this time, and no repair is recommended.

Followed tech sheet process for error code. Found temperature rising in test mode. Measured resistance on temperature sensor and found within range. Measured resistance bake and broil and found within range. Found failed control. Removed failed control and installed broil element and wire harness with control. Performed diagnostics mode and found temperature no longer rising. Preheated unit to 350? and waited 5 minutes to see if error would reappear. All tested good

"Arrived on site for a range that won?t heat in the oven during a big circle or on their cooked up. Inspected unit and work area. Checked voltage going to the unit and found proper voltage. Check voltage going to the bake element and found proper voltage. The customer advised that the unit seems to broil fine but the bake does not work. He also advised the only one of the elements on the cooktop seems to have a little trouble heating. He advised that it does sometimes heat very well. But when they remove it or move it, it seems to take forever to work properly. Checked resistance on the cooked up element and found it within range. Checked voltage going to the housing and found proper voltage. I did find the element not making good contact with the housing. Fixed connection and tested the unit. The unit worked as designed. Went to the bake element and check resistance across the bake element. Found it going between open and closed. Removed element and found it cracked and burnt at the very end of the element. Replace element and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and was advised of multiple water system failure no ice production and slow water flow. Removed old filter and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer to replace filter to restore function. Advised customer that if after replacing the filter the fridge continued to have a water flow issue the housing may be needed.

I inspected the cam teeth and found them in good condition. I replaced the belt and tested the unit. It is working as designed. Job complete.

Jiggled the power cable that looks to be hooked up to a hot water in sinkerator, the unit turned back on and worked once again. Arrived on site for fridge not making ice. I inspected the unit and work area. I tried to test the ice maker but it would it go through. I tested voltage to the ice maker and found good voltage. I pulled the unit off the wall a retested. I found the ice bin arm warped and getting stuck on the ice maker tray causing it to think it is full wand not produce ice. I am ordering a new ice maker. .; ordrng 1 W11284458 (Ice maker)

"On site for washer having burnt rubber smell at end of spin cycle. Inspected unit. No errors in diagnostics. Ran diag cycle, it completed. All connectors underneath unit secure, no burnt wires. Found belt shavings underneath. Replaced belt with truck stock W11239857. Checked control as well. All connections secure, no burnt wires and no burn marks on control board. Unit now functioning as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven control panel not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit connected to WiFi. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed to respond. I cycled power for approximately 1 minute then placed it in diagnostics. No error codes present. While attempting to test, the control panel was not responding to all functions touched. I advised the customer maths to the control panel needs to be replaced. I am ordering the control panel and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. ; O-emld tckt"

"On site for microwave shutting off completely, then running for 2 sec and stopping again. Confirmed complaint. When starting unit on any setting, unit would power off and eventually power on. Found thermostat contacts burnt and black wire going to thermostat from control burnt. Unit needs control, wire harness and thermostat. Arrived on site for loose foot . Found tub leg severely bent in and toe kick pieces missing . Ordering Tub and toe kick pieces . No water leaks detected at time of service. Call to set return .; ordrng 1 W10526114 (Toe kick) and 2 W10503548 (Fastener)s and 1 W10681491 (Tub)

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is shaking during spin. Tested all parts and components and found no failures to unit at this time. Advised customer on findings and best loading process to prevent out of balance loads. No leaks were found at time of service.
