I ran diagnostics and found barley any water entering the unit. I accessed the control and tested resistance on The valve. The resistance showed too high indicating a failed valve. I tested the OWI and it showed good according to the techsheet. As per SW the control is not reading the sensor correctly. to replace the valve, control, and OWI sensor due to the age of the sensor and it being discolored. The customer agreed so I replaced the listed parts. I tested the unit and it is now working as designed with no leaks and no error codes present. I found excessive suds in the unit so I helped clear them out.

Arrived on site for Dryer takes a long time to dry load of clothes even after cleaning dryer lint trap. Found vent is clogged with lint or debris. Ran temps while in timed dry. Dryer got up to 150 and wouldnt get any hotter. Removed it vent from wall port and heat shot up to 212 very quickly. Ran this same test three times to ensure the house vent was clogged. On second attempt I had the renter come in and see the temperature change when the vent was removed. Gave Landlord the number to Dryer Vent Wizard. Dryer heating as designed. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for the freezer ice maker not working. This is a built in refrigerator. During inspection found that the the ice maker was leaking water causing ice build up on the freezer floor. Also found ice build up as well. Found that the door gasket is not sealing properly. Will need to replace the ice maker and freezer door gasket and level the freezer door. "Arrived on site to inspect range error code. Upon further inspection, customer advised that since the previous repair, the unit continues to show error code F3. Customer advised that they bake on 350 and after the food is done they put it on convection bake at 425 to brown the surface and the unit will shut down and show the error code. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and my average temps were within range. I tested on Bake at 425 and temps were within range again.I could not duplicate the error code. I recommended that the customer continue to use the unit as its operating as designed at this time. Job completed"

Arrived on site for refrigerator making noise and frost buildup. Upon arrival customer informed me that there is no ice buildup. Inspected and found no ice buildup in FC or RC and unit is cooling properly. Tested and inspected unit and could not reproduce any abnormal noise. Found noise possibly from condenser coils. Made needed adjustments. Advised customer that if noise happens again to please record it. No water leaks present at time of service.

Arrived on site for TURN ON BAKE NOT HEATING UP AT ALL HOWEVER AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS WILL WORK - BROILER WORKS. Placed in diagnostics and F6E4 came on. Cycled power off and removed ACU and installed new ACU. Cycled power back on and error was gone. Selected clear error history anyway. Placed oven in a preheat at 350. Oven is heating as designed. "I arrived on site for a refrigerator still not making ice. Upon arrival the customer stated he could hear the IM working, but it was getting no water and he could hear the valve buzz. I tested temps and found the FC at -3?F, RC at 40?F, and the ice box at 6?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and he door ic box and tray thermistor read -4?F. I ran the fill on the IM and you could hear the valve click on but no water coming at all. I then ran test 120 and found the IM itself working as designed still. I then called techline and spoke to Bruce and received SR# 7730621060. Bruce walked me through checking the fill tube and found that the fill tube was frozen through and the heater possibly not working. We found we will need to replaced the fill tube. Arrived onsite for wall oven combo not responding to touch. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I called techline and spoke to Andrew SR#7730620662. I explained what was going on and advised that I would be replacing the console on this trip to resolve the touch sync issue. He agreed so I installed the console and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time. The customer connected the unit to WiFi while I was onsite but he still had multiple previous ovens active on his whirlpool app. I advised him to call the WiFi team to get those deleted just Incase they might cause any connectivity issues. Arrived on site for dryer that quit working after previous repaired thermal fuse. Upon for the diagnosis I found the thermal fuse had blown and I read diagnose the heating element and other fuses that gauge high heat etc. found that the heating out was not grounding out and the other thermal hardware is functioning as designed including the high limit cut off and high limiter. Read a heat temp check on the unit and found it fluctuating between 120 and 200? averaging a 160? temp as designed by manufacture inform the customer now that they have the dryer vent cleaning done it should be safe enough to reconnect the dryer and they can use it from here on out without any issues I did go ahead and reinstall a new thermal fuse that was previously put on to ensure of Drywood function properly. Call complete

During damper test it sounded like the damper would open but sounded off. I removed the damper and found a block of ice formed causing the damper door to stay open. I replaced the damper and thermistors and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. The customer stated that another company came out and said it was due to the drain hose being improperly routed. The customer had the drain re routed and ran a cycle after that. She found that the unit did not drain at the end of the cycle still. Upon further inspection I found the unit powered off at the wall switch. I turned it on and manually drained the water in the tub. The drain ran as designed. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for inlet water float switch open. I ran a test cycle and found the unit working and draining as designed. I observed the drain line and found the flapper opening and closing properly. I found nothing stuck under the float switch and the switch working as designed. I found the harness plugged in correctly at the pump and control. I found proper voltage to the unit as well. I called techline and spoke to Chris and received SR# 7730614272. Arrived on site for dishwasher giving F8 E2 errorcode and an F8e4 code. from further diagnosis I found unit was partially functioning during diagnostic test and when I just some of the bottom of the unit I found it was due to the flood switch getting stuck and not allowing the dishwasher to realize that the unit was empty and had to water in it I would had to replace the flood switch and verified to see if the unit was overfilling but could not get any indication that the unit was leaking water. at this time unit is functioning as designed after replacing flood switch call complete

Replaced timer due to previous issue of voltage supply. Tested unit and unit began working as designed indicating the improper voltage from the wall caused the contacts in the timer to short. Upon arrival found that the installers who installed the fridge had not completed the job the handles were left off the unit and the doors are not swapped around and they did not install the icemaker I went ahead and swap the doors to make sure they would open correctly and install a new icemaker and put the handles on after testing everything thoroughly found that the unit is functioning as designed, complete"

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that has a damaged door. Found stainless steel skin separated from door glass. Replaced glass assembly and all is working properly at this time.

Arrived on site to replace relay board. Replaced board test unit and unit test good job complete.
