Arrived onsite for dishwasher seemingly not getting water. Upon inspection I found F4E3 and F7E1 stored in the system. I ran diagnostics and found the motor not engaging. I could hear it clicking and humming but no function. I advanced through the cycles and the motor began working towards the end cycles. I found the heater working as designed. I removed and cleaned out the filter and tested again. This time the motor engaged as designed and went through diagnostics as designed. I ran the unit 2 more times and I was not able to recreate any other failures at this time. The unit is working as designed and no leaks were detected. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would intermittently go out completely where no LEDs were on and the unit was not running. They found after a while it would come back on. They found that the water did not work during this either, and once while it was on it would not work. During the service the unit was not acting up, and I could not replicate the issue. I checked temps and found the RC at 42?F while set at 40?F, and the freezer at 3?F. These are good. Due to the intermittent issue I replaced the HV control. The unit is as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator freezer compartment not cooling properly and building up ice. Upon arrival the customer stated they had another company come out and find that the evaporator had ice up in the top right hand corner, and they provided pictures. The other company advised her it may be a restriction in the evaporator line. The pictures indicate that possibility. The prior company steamed out all ice. I checked temps in the unit and found the FC at 16?F and the RC at 41?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I ran a short defrost and found it running as designed. I gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. I found the RC at 6.52k, the FC at 6.79k, and the RC evap at 7.15k. These are all accurate at the time of reading. I gained access to the compressor and measured amperage. I found 0.5-0.7 amps which is weak. I also found the compressor overly hot. I gained access to the freezer evap and found frost build up on the top right hand side on the cap tube. This indicates a sealed system failure

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the unit was in a spin, it sounded like marbles inside the drum. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found no issues. I placed in manual test mode and tested the high speed spin with the drain pump on then turned the pump off and the unit continued to operate properly. I found when the unit is in spin and slowing down, the drain hose at the back of the unit is hitting against the back wall and creating the popping noise. I demonstrated to the customer what I found and secured the drain hose to the water inlet hoses and retested. Unit is no longer making the noise. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing. Upon inspection I found the reservoir frozen again. I found RC=33/34 and FC=-2 I called techline to document. We found the RC thermistor had insulation foam stuck on it likely causing the cooler temps in the RC. SR#7732231087. I removed the foam and steamed out the union. The unit is now dispensing. I advised the customer to monitor the unit over the next week or so to ensure the issue is resolved. Job complete.

I found the pantry harness in seemingly good condition no broken wires found. I found the upper freezer bin warping and the face will not stay on. I found the RC drain pan warping. Temps check good and no frost build up anywhere. Ice bin full. The customer had concerns with the right side RC door opening by its self when shutting the left side door.
