"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice melting. Upon further inspection, I opened the RC doors and found moisture built up at the top near the door opening. I found the ice sweating as well. I placed my flashlight inside on the top shelf and closed the doors and found the left RC door gasket is gapped at the top right corner above the mullion (photo). This gap is allowing warm air inside the RC section and creating the moisture and ice to sweat. I leveled the unit and using my heat gun, I warmed up the gasket and shaped it and closed the doors to test. The door is sealing properly. I raised the right RC door to be level with the left door. I recommended that the customer leave the left RC door closed for approximately 4-5 hours or even into the evening to allow the gasket to shape to the chassis and continue to seal. I inspected the deli control and verified no water had entered into the reservoir from the ice melting and the water leaking through the ice door. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator making ice but cubes were clumping together in bin and unit appeared to be leaking water when filling ice maker. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Went ahead and replace the evaporator fan assembly with the defrost thermistor as well as the control and defrost of the unit manually. Advise the customer to give the unit 24 hours to cool. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit would not work on anything except for the quick wash. I tested the unit on a normal regular cycle and found the unit starting and operating as designed. Tested the unit on a heavy duty bulky cycle and found the unit working as designed. Tested several other variations of cycles and found all to be working as designed. I ran the units for an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Found no stored error codes on the machine. I did advise the customer that everything appeared to be working as designed. His wife came in and advised the issue was really with the clothes not being fully spun out after the cycle completed on occasion and had mentioned that it doesnt do it very often but I wanted to know if there was an issue with the unit. I did explain to the customer that off-balance loads can cause this issue and it will not always show an error code present. Advise the customer to use the drain and spin option if that ever happens and just verify that the unit is still not going off balance as it can cause the same issue. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Upon further testing I found ice maker working and all wiring under door intact and functioning. Found inlet valve leaking water slowly over time into fill tube and had frozen over blocking ice maker from filling. Replaced valve and cleared ice. Found unit could fill and function as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is jumping around an estimated time and is going back-and-forth in between portions of the wash cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had written down estimated times shown route to wash locals and advised that one of them went back-and-forth between the rent cycle and spend cycle several times before actually finishing. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load detected) error code. I ran the unit for an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Rather unit through a rapid wash cycle and the customer showed me that the unit jumps up a couple minutes here and there. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7734489746. He advised that it is normal for this machine based on the algorithms in the control to add or subtract time based on various factors including suds, off-balance loads, or load sizes/types. He advised that the time shown on the washer is an estimated time and should not be looked at as guaranteed time. He advised that bass and all my checks, not to make any further repairs and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a wash machine that is still leaking from the fabric softener dispenser area. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the leak is not as bad as it was before, but she is still having to clean up 2 to 3 cups of water during certain cycles. Left at the top and did confirm water residue and splattering coming from the tub ring. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7734490465. He advised that this is a known issue and they are currently in the process of redesigning the tub rings on these washers for this issue. He advised that this wont be made available for at least another 3-4 weeks and to give the customer the file number so she can call in in a month to check on the status of the tub rings to see if they are being distributed and start a new ticket for repair. Used to heat going to try and re-mold the gasket. Found the gasket was initially made contact with the liner call word Not to separate within a minute and create a gap of an eighth of an inch up on the top left corner. Attempted to adjust the hinge to see if the door was shut properly. However, was unsuccessful in getting the door to fully close. Arrived on site for dryer taking a long time to dry. I inspected the unit and work area. I spoke to the customer and found out it only happens on sensor dry. I inspected the sensor and found it working as designed. I replaced the control and preformed an air flow test. I found the air flow weak when the unit is on the exterior vent. I recommend the customer have vent wizard come out and clean the exterior vent.

I gained access to the compressor and found it turning on and off, not getting out of start up. I swapped in a new start device and monitored the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-float switch. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I removed e toeplate and removed the float switch reservoir and found water in the reservoir. While testing, I checked the tub and found a large amount of detergent suds inside (photo). The customer advised that when the error code came up, they opened the unit door and found a lot of suds as well. Customer advised that they have a water softener system. I attempted to clean the float switch but was unable to get all of the water out of it; therefore, I removed and replaced the switch and reassembled it to the reservoir. The unit completed testing and is operating as designed. I cleared the suds from the unit and I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. Arrived on site for a washing machine not running properly. On arrival the customer stated the unit will fill (and appears to fill to much) then it will stop and flash lights on the UI. The customer showed me a video of the lights and it was error code F8E1 for long fill. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E1. I then manually activated each component and it ran as designed. I then ran a quick wash and found the unit would fill way to high and then throw an F8E1 and stop. I gained access to the pressure tube and found it had come loose. I re-installed it and then ran through the same steps prior. I found the unit now running as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a wall oven not heating properly. On arrival the customer stated they had a home inspector that found the units temps were off. I found the inspector used an infrared gun to check surface temps. I walked the customer through how this is the incorrect way to check temps for the oven. I heat the unit to 350?F then monitored the temp fluctuations and found it heating as designed. I informed the customer of my findings. I reached out to the office to collect the service fee. "Arrived to inspect microwave door issue. I found the chassis had sustained damage at some point and has a twist/bend, causing the right upper microwave switch to not be fully depressed unless the door is pressed in at the upper right, or slammed. The lower right front leg area was bent over toward the center of the chassis and causing it to further induce twist to the chassis when mounted. Further inspection revealed the outer stainless panel to the right of the actual microwave chassis is slightly deformed, preventing the door from fully contacting the switch. I contacted MFG tech Chris, SR# 7734490868, and advised of my findings. The MFG tech said the issue is due to shipping or installation damage and due to the nature of the damaged chassis, cannot be fully repaired. I was able to square the chassis in the mount and the issue was reduced, but requires a specific press or technique to get the door to close fully and shut off the light."

Cx was not home but I spoke with him on the phone and I told him of my findings and that the filter may be the issue and it would have to be replaced. Cx decided to purchase a filter and install it him self. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose no drain dishwasher. Examined unit and found standing water. Checked disposal and found the knockout still intact. Removed knockout are verified unit draining properly. Call complete.

Compressor felt a little warm, but unit has a full frost pattern. Customer informed me they had heard the unit clicking but not cooling, almost like compressor was locked up or a voltage issue. Checked all components and unit tested good with no verifiable failures. Customer said unit appeared to have started cooling this morning. Arrived on site for refrigerator with water from the dispenser barely coming out. I test the unit and found a very light steam when dispensing. I removed the filter and found the flow normalized. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not making it through any spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Round the unit three diagnostics and found an F 51 ( motor RPS failure) error code. Checked all my connections and found all connections good. Tested resistance through the RPS sensor and the motor and found both within range. Spoke to CS and was advised to remove the basket to see if there was anything stuck underneath the basket. I was unable to remove the basket even after shaking the basket up and down at least 50 times. The basket would not break free from the driveshaft. Did not find anything underneath the basket. Hes been advised to check and spin the basket to see if it was making a grinding sound. Did find the unit making a grinding sound as the basket was spun. Advise the customer the issue would be with his bearings on his washer and because of the basket not being able to be removed, we would have to do a rebuild on the washer for repair.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed RC cover, high-voltage control, and Bella UI. Upon arrival confirm the unit was probably defrosted and installed all three parts. Reassembled and tested unit and found all functionality fully restored and inform the customer to give it 24 hours to stabilize the temps as well as an additional four days to fill the ice bucket up.

I attempted to test the unit and it failed to heat. I advised the customer that I could have the main control rebuilt but could not guarantee the rebuilt control would pair to the control panel

Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not dispensing ice and burning up solenoid. Tested voltage at the control to solenoid and no voltage was detected. The harness to the solenoid from the icemaker was also damaged. Both the icemaker harness and control board need to be replaced. CX has elected to order and replace parts himself. Suspicion is that the relay on the control had stuck closed causing the coil to be energized at all times and burn up.

"Arrived on site to install a dryer cord for the customer. Upon further inspection, the customer requested to remove the 4 prong cord and install a 3 prong dryer cord, which they provided. I removed the 4 prong dryer cord and installed the 3 prong cord and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer temps too high. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they were drying clothes on the low setting and when they opened the unit door, it felt too hot inside and the clothing was too hot to touch. I tested the voltage at the wall and got 243V. I tested temps on the low setting and got an average temp of 143 degrees which is approximately 8 degrees out of range. I tested the unit on the high setting and the average temp was 152 degrees, which is within range. I tested the thermostat and found it within range as well. The customer advised that they had opened the unit door during the cycle when they found the clothing too hot. I explained that the element cycles on and off and possibly they had opened the door when the element was at its hottest point during the cycle as the unit is testing good. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found power from control board is sporadic, cooling system is running but control can be heard starting and stopping. I have to replacement power is steady and refrigerator is operating normally

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found Control panel is unresponsive attempted to enter diagnostic cycle and found saved error code F6 E2, control board and control panel will need to be replaced

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is not hitting. Removed rear panel and found heating element has failed. After replacement showed customer airflow is showing as blocked/clogged on airflow meter. Recommended that dryer not be used until vent to the exterior has been clean/cleared by the service, job complete

Arrived onsite for a MW that is not operating. Upon inspection I found that the fuse was blown. I installed new fuse and tested unit and found unit operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with top rack issues. Found several wheels had broken studs, causing rack to dip. Provided estimate for new adjustor kit to customer, . Replaced adjustors with updated service kit. Unit now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dryer that was throwing F3E2 errors and stopped cycles. Per tech Line replaced the moisture harness and the sensor bars. Checked wiring going to moisture harness from the main harness and it showed good and inline with a new harness. Ran unit and found it working properly. Customer advised to make sure large sized loads that can contact sensor bars are used, and to a small sized loads that can't be accurately read. Tech Line has no further recommended repairs as all have been done one or more times. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose freezer that was not cooling at all. On arrival found compressor was not running and unit not cooling. Found all fans on, compressor did not even try and turn on. Attempted to turn defrost timer to start compressor and it still did not run. Changed overload with spare from truck stock on compressor. Unit compressor clicked and came on immediately. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for freezer side walls generating some heat. Observed concern. Found unit operating as designed. Provided customer instruct on design. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for icemaker leaking. Upon arrival ran harvest test and found water leaking from hose at water valve. The hose is not ecure. Secured the hose and test unit. Unit now fills correctly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the lead does not even show that its closed even though the ladies closed. Did confirm the customers complaint and found one of the switches inside the latch stuck inside the latch assembly and would not push back out. Replaced the latch assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.
