Arrived on site for CSI Range- back right burner not working. Tested back right burner and lit first click. Cap was a little off center which may have caused the igniter not to light previously. All burners igniting as designed. Bake and broil lit on first clicks too.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine leaking from underneath. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will leak roughly 30% of the time. Particularly on heavier loads and when using extra rinse. The customer stated they typically use delicate cycle, for towels they use normal, and bulky on things like comforters and the water leak will soak up two big towels. They also stated the clothes will often come out soaking and they have to run several drain and spin cycles to ring them out. I found they are using the right amount of soap. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and could find no sign of water marks indicating where the leak may be coming from. I found the bellow in good shape and the unit does not appear to be leaking from the front. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E1 for long fill. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through as designed with no issues nor any leak. I called techline and spoke to Scott and received SR# 7730652007. He recommended replacing the dispenser and stator under service pointers W11457481 and W11481731. I replaced the stator and are ordering the dispenser assembly. I found significant rust behind the stator as well. I tested the unit and the unit is still running as designed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling in either section. I checked the temps and found the FC at 3?F and the RC at 55?F. I found a good frost pattern on the evap and the fan motor running as designed. I gained access to the air baffle and found it closed. I ohmd out the RC thermistor and found it at 3.5k ohms in the RC at 55?F, which is close to where it should be. I ohmd out the FC thermistor and found it at 19K which is good. I ohmd out the harness and it was good. I found the evap defrost working. I called techline and spoke to TJ and received SR# 7730649850. He said it does sound to be running as designed and that the air temp might be a little warmer due to lack of product in unit and the RC being set on lowest setting and damper being closed RC. He recommended the customer put a thermometer in a glass of water and monitor it to get a better feel. Upon further inspection when I was adjusting the damper to open position I found damper was getting jammed. I adjusted the damper on the unit to move between the open and close position properly. The unit should be working as designed now. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection I found the tub filled with water. I tried to manually drain the tub but nothing happened. I then checked the voltage at the wall and found the proper 120V. I then checked voltage at the drain and found the proper 120V going to that as well. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I started the test cycle and it skipped the drain and went straight to fill, even with the water already full in the tub. I then vacuumed all of the water out and gained access to the drain pump. I saw no damage to the pump or nothing obstructing it. I walked down the drain tube and found it clogged right by the disposal. No kinks were in the hose. I cleared the clog and ran a test cycle again. It still did not drain all the way, it only drained about half of the water. I watched the drain tube as it drained and I could barely see that flapper on the hose open, indicating a weak pump. I installed the new drain pump. I ran a diagnostics cycle and the unit drained better but not all of the way. I then took off the drain at the disposal and found it trickling out. I installed an new drain line at the pump and put the end into a bucket and it was now draining as designed. I found the bad solenoid not allowing proper water flow and overworked the pump. No leaks observed at the end of the service.

Arrived onsite for F1E5 error. Upon arrival tested unit and confirmed error code for inverter. Accessed component and found replacement not compatible. Verified model and last digit is incorrect. Arrived on site for dryer err code E6-F1. Display was not responding to touch as its designed. Placed dryer in diagnostics and F6E1 (display communication error) came up. Customer showed me video of the boise being made, which sounds like struggling turntable motor due to lack of voltage, and fan doesnt come on unless door is reopened. Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking water. Upon arrival I found no error codes and diagnostics but upon further testing of the unit I found water leaking very quickly from the diverter section of the motor. I then went ahead and replace the entire motor sump assembly and reassembled and tested the unit and found that the dishwasher is now functioning as designed and is no longer leaking. Call complete

Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. Upon arrival I found at the unit would not turn on in any way shape or form I did find however that the outlet was giving a stable 240 V connection. Upon further testing of the main control I found that it has completely stopped sending the proper DC voltage to the UI panel but after replacing The main control I then found that although the DC voltage had been restored the wire the you I would still not turn on I then replace the UI panel and found that the unit is now fully functioning as designed with no error codes or any other issues while on site call complete

Arrived on site for microwave door needing to be replaced due to crack on old door. I was then able to install the new microwave door I also found that the new door came with a nameplate pre-installed so we did not have to use the one that we were sent with at this time door is now functioning as designed call complete
