"Arrived on site to inspect washer tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker to be a GFCI breaker. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E0 & F0E3. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Following the tech sheet for the error codes, I tested the unit at the control and the unit is getting good voltage. Performed the Encoder Test and it passed. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor, drain pump and all four side panels. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that due to the gearcase oil being on the motor connections and drain pump connections, this could be the reason that the breaker is tripping. I recommended not using the unit due to potential water leaks. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Compressor running at 1.3 amps. FC fan is energizing when switch is closed. Could not hear RC fan running. Ran diagnostics and found multiple error codes. Spoke with SW and unit has had multiple failures. Will need to order Main board and UI. Will return with parts. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer burning odors. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they used the unit recently and could smell the odor of burning plastic or rubber. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed and I could not smell any unusual odors. I disassembled the unit and found a small amount of lint inside the unit but none that was burnt. I removed and replaced the four rollers, tension pulley and belt and cleaned the roller axles and vacuumed the lint from the unit. Reassembled the unit and when I went to plug the unit in to test, I found one of their terminals on the power cord burnt and the outlet melted where the terminal connects. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended that they have an electrician inspect the outlet and left the unit unplugged for safety. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Found the control consul nonresponsive when trying to enter diagnostics. Found the light would flicker when the door was closed or when the door was already closed and you press the cycle select button. Gained access to the control and removed all my loads off the dishwasher besides the power and heater. The unit still would not turn on properly. Spoke to SW and was advised to replace the main control. Replace the main control and the lights began to illuminate on the control panel. Immediately when trying to start a cycle found the unit completely powered off. Checked voltage at the control and found no voltage. Went to the breaker and found the breaker still on. Flipped off the breaker and back on the breaker. Still found no voltage. I checked voltage at the terminal block and found this same issue. I advised the customer that they have an electrical supply issue that may have taken out their prior board. Advised them to contact an electrician to fix their electrical supply issue.

Arrived on site for an oven that has a rag that I am mobile. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she has tried to fix for rack but it does not seem to get unstuck. Confirm the customers complain and found the bottom rack in the upper oven was leaning to the back. Lift it up on the front to be able to slide the rack Ford and re-engaged in place. The rack began to sit level. Went over rack removal and positioning with the customer. Also and swerved a couple of questions from the customer. The unit is working as designed . Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that still intermittently cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes cool but then will stop cooling and defrost all the ice that has been made. Advised that the find water all over their floor in the morning if the unit freezes at night. Confirm the customers complaint and found the compressor hot to touch indicating it failed compressor. Replaced the compressor, dryer, and coupler. Vacuumed down the unit and the unit held pressure. Charge the unit and found pressures sitting at 145 psi on the high side and zero psi on the low side. The unit began to cool and is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher with the soap dispenser not working. Upon arrival the customer stated that the real issue is that the soap will dispense, but never dissolve. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for motor not running and F3E3 for OWI failed calibration. I ran a diagnostics cycle and the motor never energized. I found no voltage going to the motor, and good voltage going into the unit. This indicates a faulty control. Due to this I am ordering the control. Was able to get into diagnostics and unit started with no problem. Upon getting to the spin cycle the unit made a loud noise when trying to spin.
