Ohmed RC and FC thermistor, thermistors in range. Tested air baffle and was operating properly. Manual adjustment seems to have corrected issues. Arrived onsite for oven not turning on. Upon arrival turned unit off at breaker removed unit from wall checked fuse found it was bad. Checked unit thermostat and broil found both are good.Replaced fuse put unit back into wall and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

Arrived on site for washer making a burning smell. Upon arrival I found an f7e5 shifter fault. I ohmed out the shifter from j2 harness. Found unit was between the 2-3.5 ohm rating at exactly 3.1 ohms as designed. Found the 5 dc vaults present from main control to shifter during spin and 0 dcv during agitation as needed. Found during agitation tests in diagnostics that the shifter was getting stuck when goin into agitation causing the splutch not to adjust correctly. Found after installing new actuator (that matches previous generation style of actuator) that during agitation the splutch is being adjusted properly and allowing the unit to put less stress on the motor directly. The motor was causing burning smell due to how much weight the motor was trying to spin when splutch wasnt adjusting from actuator. Unit now functioning as designed. Explained findings to customers and showed them unit full functionality. Call complete

Arrived on site for dryer making odd noise according to the customer. Arrival customer had stated they were hearing any odd clanging noise coming from inside the drum that sounded like change rattling around. Upon further inspection I found that some change had gotten stuck in between the fins without drum itself. After clearing out change I was able to reassemble and test the dryer to ensure unit was functioning as designed. Customer is pleased with how quite dryer sounds now. Call complete

I replaced the main control and facia and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time. The resident stated that it takes more than one cycle to dry a load. I advised that the vent system in the house may be obstructed and would need to be cleaned out. The moisture may be traveling back into the unit causing these errors. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning correctly. Upon arrival I found that the unit was receiving 120 V proper from the power supply and you I was turning on sometimes but it was not successfully running each time at the start button. I also found at the lowest brown was broken high ended up replacing the main control to try and stabilize the power output going to all the components and after doing so I found the dishwasher was functioning accurately and 100% as designed with no leaks I then went ahead and replaced the lower sprayer as well and upon completion of installing both parts I also raise the drain line under the sink because if not probably been installed and was causing backflow from the sink into the dishwasher. Unit is now fully functioning as designed with no leaks before during or after repair call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator FC completely frozen over and light not working. Inspected unit and work area. Found FC drain pan dry and unit not defrosting. Checked defrost bimetal and found working. Found unit will need drain pan kit. Powered unit off and allowing unit to defrost. Spoke with customer on defrosting unit.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not producing ice. Upon arrival the customer said another company replaced the IM due to the teeth being broken. She stated the unit is not getting water to IM. I tested the temps in the FC and they were at 6?F. I checked voltage at the IM and it is getting 120V but doing nothing. I jumped the IM and could hear the valve energize but still no water was coming to the IM. I checked the water coming from the water and it had good water pressure. I found 120V at the harness to the valve and the valve ohmd out good. This indicates a bad valve. I unplugged the unit and turned the water off at the wall and replaced the valve. I then tested the unit again and no water was coming to the IM. I then harvested the IM again while checking voltage at harness while plugged into valve. I could hear the valve energize again, but the valve only received 95V. This indicated the IM not sending proper voltage to the valve. I then replaced the IM. I harvested the IM a gain and the same issue occurred. This indicates a bad harness. Ordering the harness and the office will reschedule,p.; ordrng 1 Harnesstovalve (Research)"

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not always dispensing water or producing ice. Found all is working at this time. I was not able to reproduce any issues with unit. Advised homeowner that since home is not always occupied reservoir may be freezing over on occasion. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

I replaced the fan motor and retested multiple times after reassembly and found microwave could run multiple 2 minute long water tests back to back with no failures. I tried to replicate the issue but could not. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E0 for lost communication to UI. I found the UI and control bad. I cycled power off and replaced the UI. I cycled power on for a while and then back off. I then replaced the control. I tested the unit and preheated the oven for a while.

Arrived onsite for wall oven no power upon inspection I found the thermal fuse blown. I used the provided mini multi amp breaker to bypass the thermal fuse. I accessed the main control. I tested the bake and broil relay both were outputting correct voltage but the unit would display f1e1. According to the techsheet I am to replace the MRC when this error occurs. I found 120 VAC outputting from the control to the fan motor but no fan function in preheat. The unit would only work for about 60 secs before displaying F1E1. The unit will need a blower fan main control and thermal fuse to complete the repair. I will need to re order the fan and return for service. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the outer door being damaged, I removed and replaced the outer panel and test3d the door closure. I found the door continued to not close properly. After further inspection, I found both door hinges were bent. Also found the 3rd level rack did not slide out all the way due to not being installed correctly. I pulled the unit out and removed the 3rd level rack and adjusted it and tested. I found the tracks were bent and the right stop is broken beyond repair. Also found the unit is not leveled correctly as the tile flooring does not go back far enough for the leveling feet to rest. Customer is going to provide more flooring to be able to level the unit. Also, mounting brackets are not correct. I am ordering both door hinges, both mounting brackets, both 3rd level tracks, and toeplate retainer. Arrived onsite for the refrigerator door ajar light intermittent coming on and will not dispense ice. During inspection found that the left door was sticking out about 1/4 in. Found that the top left door hinge was slightly bent adjusted hinge and issue was not resolved. Tried leveling the refrigerator and no changes. Open refrigerator door and found that the inside liner that activates the door switch was bowed inwards causing the door ajar light and dispensing issue. Arrived on site to diagnose vent hood with discoloration on the side. On arrival I found both of the sides had some heat coloration. When looking at the cover I saw it wasnt able to tuck completely into the body of the hood. Removed and found a screw protruding keeping it from sealing right. Adjusted and cleaned off with cleaner and found all is now working as designed. Call complete.

Removed the control from the door and found corrosion on the control. Inspected the harness and found all wires to the harness broken. I test3d the ice maker in diagnostics test 57, 58, 59 & fill tube in 45 and all are functioning properly. I removed and replaced the deli control, harness,UI and hv control and tested unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
