Could not reset or place in diagnostics because key to panel is missing. Gained access to the filter and removed all suds and fibers stuck inside. Suds were very thick so I went over amount of detergent necessary to avoid over sudsing. She knew about the over sudsing due to high efficiency washers, but is still working with her staff to only use a tablespoon. Gained access to pressure switch and it wasnt kinked and when I blew through it it was not clogged. Tried powering back on washer and same error remained. Ordering new lock (comes with key) (W11231586) to return and complete the repair. Once we are able to gain access to the interior panel and start diagnostics to reset the fault codes the washer may begin running as designed with the work Ive done today. Returning with all parts. Found hot water line had a small leak at the washer valve. Evidence of water stain on rear panel. Took picture for quick pics of water stain. I was able to tighten the hose to eliminate the leak. Once washer is repaired and it calls for water we will need to double check that the hot water hose isnt still dripping as it was when I arrived.

Upon inspection I found that the impeller would not turn with motor upon further inspection I found impeller cross threaded onto the motor.I am ordering 1x WPW10309864 DIVIDER. "Arrived onsite for unit making noise during operation. Tested the unit and heard some vibration noises. Upon further inspection, found that the fan had lint and causing the fan to spin out of balance. Removed the lint. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for DW not working. Upon arrival I put unit into diag mode and found code f1e1 I power cycled unit and found no change I check harness for continuity found it good. The I in stalled new sump and motor and tested unit and found that it would ash now but not drain. I installed new drain pump and tested unit and found that unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for rang not igniting in oven. Upon inspection I found back ignitor burnt out. I installed new one and tested unit and found unit operating as designed.job complete
