Arrived onsite for washer that wont start or operate. Upon inspection I found the unit had power. I put the unit into diagnostics and ran a auto diagnostics cycle. The resident had previously checked error codes and cleared them so none were stored in the unit. I let the auto cycle run through and found the unit not agitating when called for. I accessed the bottom of the unit and found the actuator installed on the unit had popped out of the cam arm. I replaced the shifter with the correct part and tested the unit again. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

The customer advised that she’s having several issues with this unit. She has an issue with her detergent packs not been fully dissolved after a wash cycle, the lights on her control panel don’t ever show that it’s washing it just shows that it’s drying, and a steam clean option light is blinking on her control panel intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in a diagnostic cycle on the unit ran as designed. unit through a normal wash cycle and found the dispenser door not opening. Spoke to SR about the control board issue and was advised that the unit probably needed either a consult or a control.

Upon further inspection I found the unit completely unresponsive. I found the correct voltage at the wall and to the control. I tried cycling power at the breaker and the unit was still unresponsive. There was significant condensation and water in the inner door to the unit. Water was all over the latch, control, and UI. I found the UI and control both dead most likely due to this.I ohmd out the vent and it ohmd good. I am ordering the UI and vent just in case. Returning with all other parts. Went to test the functionality of the touch panel and found the unit unresponsive. Tested sub vent fan and found the vent fan operational and working as designed. As the vent fan was on, the unit did display the fan speed. Checked the lightbulb and found the filament broken. The customer did not have another bulb to replace it. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a thumping noise. I opened the unit door and held the door switch closed and turned the unit on and did not hear any unusual noises other than something clanking around in the drum. Stopped the operation and found a small rock in the drum. Disassembled the unit to inspect the door seal for other debris. Found no more debris, but did find that the drive belt is fraying and the tension pulley wheel is getting bound up with debris and not rolling as designed. Removed and replaced the belt and pulley and reassembled the unit and cleaned the lint from the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. Recommended that the customer advise their apartment management that the vents need to be cleaned as its a fire hazard."

Pulled the unit out and found the drain tube (duck bill) clogged with debris causing the water from the evaporator being defrosted to not drain. Per service pointer W10632338E, I removed and replaced the drain tube and placed a bead of silicone around the lip of the tube to seal it off from air leaks and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Removed the ice from the freezer section. No water connected to unit, job completed."

"I arrived on site for a MW UI being unresponsive. I found the power relay wires grounding out and the rubber covers not fully on. I fixed this issue and the UI became responsive. I tested the unit and the fuse popped. I then replaced the control and fuse again. Upon testing it a second time the fuse popped again. I called techline and spoke to Cathy and received SR# 7730339301 and she recommended to ohm out the HV components, check the diode, and harness. She also recommended taking the mag out and checking the antenna and wave guide for damage. I found no damage and the components ohmd out fine. I found no grounding issues or damage on the harness. I am ordering all HV components and a few fuses; ordrng 1 W11342846 (Control) and 1 W11446747 (Transformer) and 1 W10850446 (Capacitor) and 1 W11256462 (Diode) and 1 W10754299 (Mag) and 1 W11224803 (Mag Thermostat) and 1 W11224856 (Cavity Thermostat) and 3 W10138793 (Fuse)s"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking from underneath. Upon arrival customer stated the leak is intermittent and will form a small puddle in front of the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F9E1 diverter not finding position. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and could hear the diverter click, but I monitored it with a mirror and could not see it rotating. At the end of the cycle it gave me another F9E1 error code. During the test I observed no leaks. I removed the wash arm and the discs were intact, no cracks on the arm itself, and the feed tube was inserted all of the way. The gasket on the unit was in good hope no intact. I found a fault diverter and informed the customer this was the cause of the leak. I a, ordering the new sump and motor and office to reschedule. .; ordrng 1 W11085683 (Sump and Motor)"

I tested temps in the FC section and it was 0 degrees. Using my jumper wire, I jumped the IM from points T-H and it failed. I removed the ice maker and tested the harness and found the harness is bad. While testing the ice maker, I found the element failed to come on. I replaced the ice maker and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Test 59 confirmed the icebox fan is working and suction return is also good. I did find the ice box door had a small air gap when closed as well as the dispenser motor flap and air flow vent at bottom side of door, confirmed with SW, & PR of findings.
