Did you from the customers complaint and found one of the wires on the drain pump connector separated from the actual connector. Fixed the connector and was able to drain the unit. Once the unit was fully drained, the unit stuck its self into the drain and would not Start draining until the unit was unplugged. A power cycled the unit several times and blew through the pressure hose. Found no blockage. Found the unit was still draining with the pressure hose removed from the control. The unit will need a new control for repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised at the unit on a wash cycle completely stopped draining and would not allow the letter to unlock. I did confirm the customers complaint and attempted to turn the unit on. Found the unit would not turn on but could not hear the drain pump running. Measured resistance through the drain pump and found that the drain pump it shorted.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water from the bottom of the freezer door onto the floor. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm that there was ice buildup in the evaporator drip pan. Steamed out the ice and removed the clog out of the drain tube in the back of the unit. Confirm the customers complain and found wants the unit was started in the time start coming down, the basket was not spinning. Disassembled the unit and found the thermal fuse blown. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7734367381. He advised to go ahead and replace the thermal fuse in to measure temperature coming out of the exhaust. Found temperatures ranging from 164?F down to 131?F. I was advised this was good measurements and the issue would have to be we ventilation out of the home. The customer advised that none of her burners really work properly as she has had issues with all burners staying at the proper temperatures. The customer pull out a pan to tear up some water. Found at the pan that she gave me it was not flat and rounded. Had the customer show me the other pans that she typically uses and found all of them not properly flat to touch against the security safety button. I did advise the customer that this unit requires that you have a flat surface for your pants because it is not going to function properly otherwise. Tested all the burners and found all working as designed except for the right rear burner. found the element not even attempting to turn on. I called Whirlpool Safety Team and spoke to David SR# 7734259745. He advised that based on the current information, whirlpool would not cover the repair and the customer would need to purchase new cookware for the unit. The customer advised that she did not wanna proceed forward with repair if whirlpool was not gonna cover it because she does not like this unit anyway and were just referred by her self in the unit. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had lost power this morning at 4 oclock and were not expecting power until later this afternoon. They did advise that a day after they called, the unit began to cool as designed. They did not know if there was still an ongoing issue with the unit or not but since they had no power they couldnt tell whether or not the unit would still work once the unit was powered back on. Luckily, power was returned to the customers unit prior to my departure. I did find the unit compressor kick on an attempt to cool. Ran the unit for 15 minutes and did find the unit continuing to cool down. I did explain to the customer that because the unit is working at this time, I could not verify what initially caused their issue. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a knocking sound as it goes into a spin. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Were on the unit through a high-speed spin and the unit ran as designed. Did notice that the unit was unlevel and leaning to the right where the tub was pressed up against the side wall. Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Gain access to unit put unit into diagnostics mode found error F6E4. On inspection water was standing in the bottom of DW. CX says it is a new build and the DW never worked. Pulled drain line off garbage disposal and found knock out still intact. Knocked the disk out. Reconnected drain hose and tested unit. During service noticed that the kick plate was missing and the insulation blanket was missing .Order parts for CX Unit working as designed. Arrived to inspect knobs rubbing. I found the left two burner knobs would rub during ignition and were much closer to the cooktop than the others. There was a steady slant to all the knobs that denoted an issue with the manifold assy. The cooktop had several marks and decals had sections missing. "Arrived to inspect no water flow. I entered service test mode and found F4E3 F7E1 stored. I tested the sump assembly and it showed the correct ohms. The control would only momentarily apply voltage and I removed and replaced it. The issue persisted and I found the pump motor had been leaked on from a faulty sump assy seal, causing the resistance reading to be nearly the expected of the motor circuit. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and the issue was corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed upon completion of service.

Arrived for cooling issue. FC 23?RC 58? Discussed with CX that he put unit into manual defrost. Removed old defrost timer and was very warm to the touch. I removed and replaced the defrost timer and tested. The unit operated as designed and I am applying our warranty to this service. No leaks observed during service.

Removed water line from cabinet and inspected for any splits and it was good. Removed ice build up in the line and reinstalled. I then tested unit and its now dispensing water as designed. I found that the FC was collecting frost near shelf rails, but I did not find any air gap openings in FC. Unit was tilted forward due to installation. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the airflow using my vent tester and found the unit failed 2 tests for bad airflow. Removed the back panel and tested the element, cutoffs, fuse, and thermostat and found the thermostat and element bad. Removed and replaced the element and am ordering the thermostat. Unit is operating as designed. Using manufacturer approved silicone, I sealed the gaps in between the liner and chassis and openings of the doors. Also checked the back for damage per customer request and found the back cover dented inward on the right side. I removed the cover and found no parts damaged. I straightened the cover best I could No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is not cooling. Upon inspection I found that there was no frost pattern and the unit would kick off every time it tried to start and would do the same with new start device. Arrived onsite for dishwasher that is running louder that normal. Upon arrival performed a diagnostics test and found that unit was making and unusual sound when running and found skip steps in the diagnostics cycle and go to drain. I also advised customer that he needs to get a M&s sticker from whirlpool in order to cover and more repairs.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Sump&motor)

Arrived onsite to perform Heating Element - SP W11540964 - Special Project S17304 - PRE-ID Heater Bushing W11537778?after doing so doing so I tested the unit and found that the unit operated as designed no leaks job complete.

Arrived onsite for mw that is making a loud buzzing noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that the unit is heating like it should. But theres a buzzing noise. Upon further inspection I found that the chassis raper was not installed properly/ loose causing it to vibrate against the chassis. I.also check the mag and found that it was good along with the wave guide all other high voltage components looked good too. I corrected the rapper and tested unit and found it the noise was gone. Unit operating as designed. Job complete
