Arrived on site for washing machine making a loud jet engine noise. Upon arrival the customer had a video of the sound and it sounded like ball bearings rolling around. I ran a diagnostics test cycle on it and you could again hear the bearings being a little loud. I did not find any stored error codes. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and I attempted to get rotor off but the screw seemed to be bound and I could not remove. I got the unit to spin and you could hear the bearings rumble loudly and the customer stated that was the sound. Indicating a bearing issue.

Arrived on site for wall oven not having proper temps. I found that the unit was tested with an infrared thermometer. I advised the customer you should not use these to measure temps in the oven. I also advised the customer on how the heat fluctuates in the unit. I measured the temps with my thermocouple and found the average temps to be a 360?F. I calibrated the unit 10?F down. Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found heating element is physically damaged but is still working. Also found dishwasher is tripping GFI a few minutes into the diagnostic cycle. Amp meter is reading 6.3 when it trips. Customer provided a long enough extension cord to connect to a non-GFI outlet. Dishwasher Will now complete a diagnostic cycle without tripping regular breaker. Customer will confirm this later with a normal cycle. GFI may need to be switched to a normal outlet.

"Arrived on site to insect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit makes a loud bag in noise when the compressor turns off and the unit is leaking water from somewhere. I removed the back cover and inspected the compressor and found it hot and the condenser coils were dirty. When I unplugged the unit, the compressor shook vigorously and made the loud rattling noise which was the piston inside which is an indicator that the compressor is going bad. Also, I found the drain tube comp,steely clogged. I removed and drain tube and cleaned it out and reinstalled it. I found ice in the bottom the FC section due to the drain being clogged and when the evaporator defrosted the water had nowhere to go. Cleaned up the ice and water and advised the curstomer of my findings. They advised that the ice maker isnt working. I found that the dispenser door was broken and allowing warm air up into the ice maker area and it not harvesting. I tested the ice maker and found it not operating as designed. Arrived onsite for unit making a noise. Was pre diagnosed as the top blower making noise. Replaced blower. Tested unit. Customer said that the unit sounds better but still a buzzing noise. Heard buzzing noise still. Ordered lower blower motor. Rescheduled with customer. ; ordrng 1 WPW10176670 (blower)

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced user interface panel and still had no display. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unitran as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door not closing. Upon further inspection, I found the left RC door not closing as designed. I found the lower hinge bent keeping the door from closing properly. I adjusted the hinge and re-leveled the unit and tested the doors. Unit doors are closing properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Made recommendations on use & care of the doors."

Arrived on job to replace previously diagnosed parts. After replacement of control found still no display. Found the cavity thermostat open. Replaced thermostat and now cooling fan not working. ; ordrng 1 W10533501 (housing)

"Arrived onsite for unit not agitating. Put unit in diagnostics, saw no error codes. Looked underneath to check all connections to the motor and gear-case and all checked good. Put unit through every calibration cycle. Unit was working as designed. No issues at this time. Job complete"

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new door and then noticed the hinges were a little loose causing the door to slip. I also tightened the hinges. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete.
