"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit was in drain mode, the drain pump was loud and rattling and failed to pump the water out of the unit. I found a large amount of debris at the front bottom portion the bellow at the drain ports. Cleared the debris and pulled the unit out and inspected the drain pump filter. I found a few pieces of debris in the filter, but not enough to keep it from draining. I removed and replaced the drain pump/filter and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. Tech Line rep advised the only 2 things that we can address that can affect this are the level of the unit and if the vent is crushed. When I checked the level I found the left side 1/4 lower than the right, and found the vent on the lift side had some bends in it as well. I straightened the vent and advised the customer can attempt to shim the unit 1/4 on the left. If these solutions do not change the behavior of the unit there is no other repair we can attempt or make, unit working as designed or has uneven insulation causing imbalanced Temps. Call compete."

Remove the front panel and check the blower wheel for any cracks. Did not find any evidence of any damage done to the blower wheel. I opened up the unit and bypassed the door switch to test the unit with the front off. I found a buzzing sound coming between the bulkhead and the chassis. I advised the customer to get the house vents cleaned because of the build up I found in the chassis. I removed the lint. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a wall oven with a strange smell. On arrival the customer already had the unit removed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer door latch not locking. Upon further inspection, I Tested the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. When I closed the door, the latch operated as designed. Customer advised that the issue of it not locking is intermittent. I tested in a normal wash and the door locked. Retested and it failed. I removed and replaced the latch and retested in diagnostics and it operated as designed. I retested in a normal wash by starting and pausing the cycle several times and each time it locked and unlocked as designed. I found the front panel damaged on the right side near the latch (photo) and advised the customer of my findings. I advised that due to this damage, its possible that the latch is not catching when the door is slammed. I demonstrated to the customer on how to close the door properly to any further issues. Advised too that if the door not locking continues to be an issue, the front panel will need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer thats making a squealing sound does a tumbles. Inspected unit and worked area. Did confirm the customers complaint and disassembled the unit. Found three out of the four rollers would not turn as well as the idler pulley. Replaced all rollers and idler pulley and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived onsite to inspect ice maker not making or dispensing ice. CX reports that the ice bin had a big block of ice in it. Tested ice bin and maker thermistors, fans, and temperatures. Unit passed all tests. I ran an ice maker diagnostics test and during the test the ice maker did not completely break all the ice out. This is causing the ice maker to over fill and make a block of ice down in the bin. I replaced the ice maker. I did find the ice maker door with a very small gap at the bottom and the separator door with a very small leak. CX decided to try the ice maker first and if it still has any issues we will need to replace the separator and the ice door. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected cooktop and found center orifice is clogged and after cleaning it it is working properly. Right hand rear and front burners can be lit with a candle lighter but spark is not reaching burner a cat. Attempted to disassemble cooktop to inspect electrodes and found all screws are seized. Screws would need to be drilled out and this would require replacing all of them, and orifice holders.

Arrived on site for a dryer making an abnormal noise. On arrival the customer provided a video of a loud intermittent squeak. The customer also stated that the issue itself is intermittent and doesnt do it every load. I gained access to inside the unit and found the pulley wheel almost completely seized. I installed the new kit and then test the unit. The unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to further diagnose a heater issue. I contacted LM and was instructed to gain access the the RC heater and ohm it out. I did so and found it good. I then activated the heater and found voltage at the heater coming in from the chassis from white to ground and orange to ground, but not from orange to white. This indicates a possible wiring issue due to reverse polarity. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the control and found the heater orange wire at P2-6 which is correct. I then checked voltage while the heater is activated and found from P2-6 to P70-3 only 12 volts which indicates a possible bad control. We then checked voltage to ground on both of those and found P2-6 getting 20VAC and P70-3 getting 46VAC. However, we are getting 120VAC with reverse polarity at the heater. This indicates a possible bad internal wiring issue as well. We then checked voltage to the FC from the control and found it good. I called techline and spoke to Scott and kept SR# 7733012426. Scott had me run through the test at the heater again but with the connector unplugged from the heater. Now the white to ground was getting 120VAC, but the orange to ground was only getting 20VAC. He then had me go back to the compressor area and observe the incoming harness to the chassis to see if it was wired incorrectly. However, we found the insulation had sprayed all over the connectors and we were not able to identify the connections properly. I informed the customer of my findings and provided them with the file number. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker leaking. On arrival the customer stated the ice maker had overflowed all the way onto the floor, and inside the unit they had frozen water running down the front of the shelves from the IM. I test the IM and found it no longer harvesting. I test the valve and found it as designed. I ixnstalled the IM and tested the unit. It is now working as designed and no leaks were observed at the end of service.Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water puddling in the fresh foods section on the top shelf just under the vents. I inspected the FC section and found ice built up around the vent openings to the RC section. Removed the evap cover and found the drain tube clogged. I removed the ice from the drip,pan and using my steamer, I cleared the drain tube. Cleaned the FC section from water from the steamer spray and tested the the drain tube again with hot water from the steamer and its clear of debris. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site. Adjusted front right side hinge assembly,found filter stuck adjusted filter housing tested filter removal operation good. Replaced water filter flushed new filter,reset filter setting.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher element bushings. Upon further inspection, I found the bushings to be incorrect and fall under the service pointer #W11540964. When I pulled the unit out from the cabinets, I found the unit had been leaking from the top panel on both the right and left sides (photos). When I pulled the insulation back, I found the tub cracked on the top at the front and left corners (photos). Also found where the element had leaked on the left side due to the bushings deteriorating (photos). I took several photos of the dry water streaks around the unit and also at the back near the bottom the tub (photo). Took a photo of the floor under the unit where water had leaked (photo). I didnt find any damage to the cabinets on either side or at the back of the unit. I turned the water off under the sink (photo of valve in off position) and advised the customer that the unit is not operable at this time. I checked entitlement and found the unit is under any extended warranty. Notified our claims office (MS) and was advised to not repair the element due to the current issues of the unit already leaking at other locations on the tub. I advised the customer and they advised that they still have to use the unit and the customer placed silicone on the cracks and wanted the element replaced. I advised that I had been instructed to not replace the element and recommended the customer contact the manufacturer. I had the customer sign a waiver of damages from working with water. Customer turned the water back on while I was still in the home and advised them not to due to further potential damages to the home. Unit placed back in its space and had customer sign for the ticket. Unit was not tested during service due to the signs of the tub leaking. Job completed."

Arrived on site for a washing machine with a strong sewage smell. On arrival the customer stated they had a plumber out and eliminated the water supply to the unit. They also found they could smell it in the room behind the washroom. I was able to smell the dead animal/sewage type smell upon entering the washroom. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and inside the tub. I found nothing abnormal. I could also not smell anything abnormal in these areas. I ran a diagnostics cycle on the unit and found the smell was slightly amplified when draining. I found the unit fine and informed the customer of my findings.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is making unusual noise. Found washplate spindle worn out and replaced washplate. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for a no cool for refrigerator to possibly replace previous diagnosed sealed system parts. I confirmed that the refrigerator was a complete no cool in both compartments and there was no signs of UV dye anywhere on the unit. I installed a process stub on the compressor and changed the UV drier. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 4.50 ozs of R134A refrigerant and both sides equalized at 58 psi. I tested the unit and found both high and low sides dropping between 35-40 psi indicating there was a high side restriction. I isolated the high side from the drier to the compressor and could not blow thru it. After further testing I found the yoder loop solder joint at the rear of the unit restricted. I corrected the joint and was able to blow thru the line from the drier to the compressor. I soldered the inlet side of the drier closed and was able to blow thru the system to the suction side of the compressor. I tested the compressor and found it not sucking and pumping correctly. The compressor needs to be replaced but the part number I was sent with was for a 00 engineering digit and this is a 02 engineering digit. Ordering W10832994 compressor and W11506635 access valve. RS for Sat 8/20 AM PRO.; ordrng 1 W10832994 (Compressor) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve)

Arrived on site for range with the crack top. Upon arrival confirm issue and found crack going along front to back of entire glass assembly as well as going through one of the main front burners and in some spots going completely through the glass causing a functional issue with glass to possibly fall into burners if not replace

I ran a diagnostics cycle and found fault codes F3e2 owi failed calibration, f10e2 vent wax motor failure , f7e1 wash motor failure, f8e4 overfill switch open. I let the unit run and I found the unit leaking from the heating element. I found the wash motor activating and the diverter changing positions. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that every single load they run goes off balance and makes a strange sound. Took to dispense the basket by hand and found that the basket was not spinning evenly. Remove the basket and leveled out the gearcase driveshaft. Found the driveshaft unlevel. Also found the basket torn up at the bottom. Spoke to W and was advised to order the basket, gear case, spanner nut, and suspension. I recommended that the customer have the copper tubing replaced with a braided water hose due to the possibilities of the copper tubing leaking later on. /// to replace it. Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking and drain pump staying on. Test unit and found damaged tub will need to replace tub 2 hour job ; ordrng 1 W11409866 (Tub) and 1 2hours (2 hours)

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling in both compartments, tested unit found unit unplugged plugged unit back in and compressor starts right away, exposed evaporator, unit developed a good frost pattern, customer stated that he did not noticed evaporator frozen over just ice started to melt, ran diagnostics on ice maker to see is a potential water leak could be causing ice to melt, due to unit running good advised customer to monitor unit and when it does stop cooling not to unplug unit and call us back,

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found fresh food evaporator Is frosted over, took one picture. Will need another fan scroll to correct issue. Also found fresh food door gasket Magnetic strip is not making contact with cabinet on the bottom. Took one picture. And sent it to tech line. 7734386939 User interface was already replaced on previous visit due to service pointer W11512766. Techline does not have any further recommendations other than replacing fan strobe and ensuring thermistor is in the correct location. If issue continues door seal maybe the issue and this cannot be corrected.

Arrived on site for no ice. Ran diagnostics E2 error code ran harvest test passed ran fill test no water removed housing found damaged heater unit will need a new heater and icemaker ; ordrng 1 W11226501 (Heater)

Arrived onsite for has a crack on the inner top part of the door. Upon arrival inspected unit and found the console has failed. Need to order console. ; ordrng 1 W11095590 (Console)

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that was not draining water. Upon arrival the customer stated they thought the external drain pump stopped working, and that the ice machine had leaked all onto the floor. They went out of town and when they came back the ice machine was completely full of water and a very large portion of their floor was covered in water. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the valve never energized. I checked voltage going to the valve and found none. This indicates a possibly bad water level sensor or control. I am ordering the recirc pump with the sensor integrated to install, and will order the control too. We will install the pump and test the unit. If the pump does not work then we will install the control. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the water line and drain line leaking. I showed and advised the customer on replacing these. I found the unit still within warranty, for it has a 36 month manufacture warranty. ordrng 1 W11542867 (Recirc Pump) and 1 W11034363 (Control)"

"Arrived on site for micr not working. I inspected the unit and work area.I used my watt meter and tested the unit, I found it pulling less then 5 amps. I removed the unit from the cabinet and tested the magnetron, I found it ohming out correctly. I tested the transformer and found the secondary winding open. I spoke to the customer about what was needed; ordrng 1 W11371718 (Transformer)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found temps around 15/51 (fc/rc). Found all fans and compressor running. Found no defrost issues. I then found fist sized rust hole in liner insulation causing internal cool air to escape to escape

"Arrived onsite for Not Cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit and is hot in both boxes. Found compressor turning on then after a few seconds, clicks and shuts off. Compressor Is pulling 12.8 amps. This is a r134a sealed system. Need to order sealed system parts.ordering evaporator, compressor, access valve, and uV drier ; ordrng 1 WPW10507886 (Compressor) and 1 W10836706 (Evaporator) and 1 Wpw10143759 (UV drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve)"

"(JM) Arrived onsite to inspect washer not draining excess water at the end of a cycle. I entered diagnostics and found error codes F8E1, F5E2, F0E2, F1E1, F5E3. I entered the service test mode and ran a test cycle. The drain pump turned on and drained the tub as designed. The water valves filled as designed. However, at the end of the test cycle the unit was still filled with water. I manually tested the the drain pump outside of the diagnostic test cycle and it is working as designed. Unit will need a new control board and I advised the CX to purchase a surge protector. I may also need to replace the water valve, but I need to rule out the board first. Arrived on site for washer not draining and leaving load wet . Found slider ring out of position . Also gear case is leaking oil ; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gearcase)

Arrived onsite and found no cool issue caused by locked compressor. Compressor will need to be replaced to repair. Advised customer on wait time for parts and scheduling. ; ordrng 1 R600a (R600a)

Arrived onsite and found installation failure which resulted latch strike bending. Repaired installation and latch. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived on site and found water filter is jammed, filter housing will not disengage. Replaced filter housing and customer has a new water filter already on hand. Refrigerator is now dispensing water properly, job complete"

"Ride down site over the range fented making noise when fan is on . Found construction debris in blower housing . Removed debris, fan is normal sounding now and venting properly . No other issues found. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not draining. Test unit and found drain pump disconnected. Secured connection test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and found low water pressure on the cold side. Removed water hose on the wall valve and found the screen clogged. Explained to CX that those screens need to stay clean to have good water pressure. Tested unit and its operating as designed. No leaks observed during service. Job completed."
