I found that there is an active leak behind the wall where the drain hose is connected I can hear a trickle and the walls and floor and saturated. I checked and confirmed that the unit is not leaking. I advised the customer of my suspicions on the leak. They agreed and will have a plumber come out to inspect. Job complete."

I removed the water filter and retested and water dispensed at both. I recommended that the tenant purchase a new water filter due to the current one being defective. Arrived onsite for wall oven not heating. Upon inspection I confirmed the oven will not heat. I accessed the main control and tested the sensor it checked good. I tested the bake relay on the control and I found it would not energize while in bake but the broil element would energize to 250Vac I waited for the unit to cycle but it did not. I will need to return with the main control due to the relay not engaging the bake element. I tested resistance of the bake and broil elements from the control and they both tested good. Ordering a control(W11261165) I found that the unit got stuck in diagnostics and I was unable to exit without cycling the power I recommend replacing the console along with the main control to complete the repair. Arrived on site for a dishwasher not drying. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found the proper amp draw at the heater. Upon further inspection I found the customer not using rinse aid. I advised the customer on the importance of rinse aid usage. I found the customers prior unit was much older and I explained to them the difference in heat on the two. I found the unit working as designed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I turned the breaker off and then installed the control. I turned the breaker on for a few minutes and then back off. I installed the UI. I then tested the unit and could now hear the relays click but no heat still. I could hear the cooling fans on as well. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and there were still no error codes. I called techline and spoke to Andy SR# 773094493. We checked L2 at K3 relay on control and found only 7VAC on red wire and 1VAC on the red and white wire. There should be 120VAC. He recommended to pull the unit and check the fuse/thermal cutoff and fans. However I found the fans operating as designed. I pulled the unit and found all elements and thermal cutoff ohmd out good. This indicates a voltage loss at the wall per techline instructions. I advised the customer of my findings. Unit is working as designed, it is just the incoming voltage that is faulty. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for washer having F9 E1 error code. Upon arrival found unit had bubbling and damage in floor by it and dryer took photos. To document. Proceeded to test. Found unit drain struggling. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the warming drawer cover not being aligned with the chassis, I removed and replaced the cover and mounting brackets and tested the door. Door continues to be misaligned. I found those bottom right front corner at the leveling foot damaged and causing the drawer to be shifted to the left approximately 1/4 inch. I contacted techline and spoke to Joel and advised of complaint and my findings.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that would not latch. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated the manual latch and found it working as designed. I then found no stored error codes. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed separator chute and installed new separator chute. Tested new chute with water pour test and water did not pour out like it did with the previous chute. 3/4 of the water came out at the base and the other 1/4 remained in the chute. Called tech line to confirm what was normal and what wasnt normal. Tech line stated as long as there is an improvement over the last pour test the chute replacement worked and the chute dispenser is now sealing as designed. While waiting for tech line the fridge cooled for thirty minutes. No condensation or water droplets formed on the funnel like the previous chute funnel had. Also leveled the fridge doors and used my heat gun to seal the top left corner of the freezer door. Customer was concerned because they have been noticing frost on the left side drawer and rail. Based on what I saw I explained to the customer that this was normal and not out of the ordinary to see. Customer also asked about water pooling on top of the gasket on the freezer door. This too is normal and will happen when the fridge / freezer goes into a defrost. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not sealing correctly and having condensation by control. Upon further inspection I found the latch and catch not making strong enough contact. I found the door seating properly, I removed the gasket and tried to close it, I removed the outer door and tried to push the latch on with the inner door, I found the ho fed on good shape, and none of these closed the door properly. I found a large dent on the door indicating maybe there is some frame issue not allowing door to close properly. I advised the customer of my findings. I found the door gasket needing to be replaced and to be warped and torn. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F9E1 for diverter cannot find position. I ran a test cycle and could see water leaking from the diverter. I advised the customer not to use it due to the leak until repaired.

Tech support asked if any onions or garlic is exposed in fresh food section,found both not in sealed containers per tech support odor from onions and garlic are migrating into freezer section and when the water freezes it absorbs the odor. Per tech support customer needs to place garlic or onions in sealed containers and customer will need to clean liner walls with white vinegar then with soapy water."

The original complaint was the dryer is making a vibrating noise. When we arrived the customer let us know that it is also not working on sensor dry. We tested the unit and found it excessively rattling. We gained access to the moisture sensor and tested it at the harness and found it working properly. We gained access to the motor assembly and the vent pipe. We placed sound pads under both and around the vent leading out of the unit. We reassembled the unit and tested it. It still had a slight vibration noise coming from it. We tested the outlet thermistor and the moisture sensor from the control and found both good. I am ordering the control to fix the sensor dry. I spoke to the customer about the construction of the room and that the hard feet of the dryer against hard tile are making the noise louder than it should be from. I suggested the customer get some kind of felt or rubber pads to put under the feet to absorb the vibration of the machine.; ordrng 1 W10875486 (Control)

Arrived onsite to replace console and control. Replaced parts. Put unit in calibration mode. Unit passed and put unit in diagnostics auto test.unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not agitating/cleaning clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E6. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I found the unit not agitating. Tilted the unit back and found the actuator jumped out of track. I adjusted the actuator and placed it back in the splutch assembly track and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Should the actuator jump off track again, it will need to be replaced."

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that customer says didnt have consistent temperatures when baking, and also had a broken handle. Found handle end caps split, resulting in handle breaking off. Ran temperatures in bake cycle, and found temps getting over 100 degrees hot. Preheat triggered 350 at almost 500 degrees. When cycling you could constantly hear relay chatter, even when temp was just dropping. Advised property manager (Quinn) fix would be 2 new handle end caps, control and temp sensor to resolve.

Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that will not turn on. Found external drain pump failed and it will need to be replaced to complete repairs. ; ordrng 1 1901a (Pump)
