"WMH31017HS09 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the damper could be heard anytime the blower engaged, during blower and microwave operations. I found no issues with air movement and advised the customer the issue is common and not a cause for concern. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher display frozen/not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display flashing the time remaining for the cycle and when I pressed the keys, nothing happened except the button indicator making a beeping noise. I found the display child lock turned on and when I pressed and held the sani rinse key for three seconds, the panel unlocked and I was able to get the unit to drain. Once I had the unit drained. I placed it in diagnostics and tested. I observed the heating element to be badly warped and coated with old powder detergent from the pod. I tested amp draw to,the element during testing and found it be getting 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. The unit operated as designed. Due to the element warping, I am ordering an element and scheduled return service for 04/02/24. Arrived onsite for range no power. On inspection found no voltage at outlet. Found breaker tripped. Reset breaker turn unit and within 1 minute it tripped. I monitored the amps and when it turn the bake element the amps went to zero and the unit tripped the breaker. Installed a new control board in the unit and now the range is operating as designed. Turn bake on for 20 minutes and never tripped the breaker.

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that the soap is not dissolving and there doesnt seem to be much water entering the machine. I checked stored error codes and found an F6E1 low water/no water error and an F9E4 lower spray arm error. I ran the diagnostics cycle and found the machine filling with water properly, the lower spray arm working properly, and the machine completing the cycle and working as designed. I deleted the error codes. I found a ton of foam in the machine from the rinse aid and I turned the rinse aid dispenser down to the minimum. The customer is also using pods and I went over how to check it for suds and explained if it was still sudsing up on the minimum setting to stop using the rinse aid. I also explained if it still suds up with just a pod they would need to go to a liquid detergent and then try rinse aid on the minimum setting. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was making noise. On arrival customer said there were several issues / new issues. Cooling from previous ticket was resolved. Customer said the unit makes noise a couple of times a day, the ice bucket is not attaching to the door, that the ice bin overfills and drops ice, and that they sometimes get condensation on the pantry drawer glass. Examined unit and found as follows: noise was not present at time of service and may be due to previous evaporator ice issue since unit was not defrosted. Found the magnets on the ice bucket / door aren't making a strong connection, so ice bucket doesn't stick to door. This will require new magnets / pieces. The icemaker seems to be producing fine, and bail arm is not loose / disconnected. The contact point for the bail arm to stop likely does allow the ice to fill above the bucket, and dropping some cubes is likely normal due to how its designed. Condensation on pantry glass is normal, since the warm air from opening the door is going to go for the glass being the best spot to condense. This is normal and doesn't require a repair. Customer does not want any parts replaced and wants Jenn Air yo exchange the unit, and did not authorize me to replace any parts. I advised them that we can not do that as servicers, and they must continue to discuss the issue with customer service. Also reported customers request for exchange/declination of repairs to tech line, under same SR7738624652. Customer let me know they do not want this refrigerator and will continue to submit tickets and service requests until it is exchanged. Call completed."

Contacted tech line, per tech line we checked various components found the issue with softener was hoses swapped to incorrect location. Fixed hoses. While running diagnostic with tech line ui was not responding to power button but could get into diagnostic. Will need to order ui and control and return. Office to reschedule. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for not heating unit. Upon closer inspection found heating element separated as well as the thermal fuse had blown. Replaced heating element and thermal fuse, tested unit, unit is inning as intended. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that has a rotten egg smell on the dishes when a cycle finishes. The customer had run a cycle and the machine was full of clean dishes when I arrived. There was no smell coming from the machine or the dishes on this load. The customer and I both confirmed this. I found the drain hose at the disposal mounted correctly. I found nothing on the heating element. The customer stated they run the machine daily. I advised the customer to run a dishwasher cleaned thru the machine once a month. The customer already bought a dishwasher cleaner. I went over how to use it and what to look for to make sure it is working. I went over detergent and use and care for the machine with the customer. The machine is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for fridge making noise and not making ice . Got E2 IM error . Found frost on front of cabinet. Fan and control damper making noise . Ordering rails damper and ice maker . Call to set return .no water leaks detected ; ordrng 1 W11668672 (Rail) and 1 W11658802 (IM)

Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Found unit has a failed compressor. Needing a compressor replacement. Needing 2hrs on return visit. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve)

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the right side RC door gasket and used my heat gun to smooth it out. The door is sealing correctly. The customer stated they have had no more dispensing issues since the previous tech left. Call complete.

On arrival verified complaint of too hot. Customer calibrated it down 25 degrees. Ran bake cycle at 350 and found avg temp was 326. Reset calibration to 0. Job complete operational test is good.

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking water. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found leak coming from motor asm. Replaced motor asm and tested unit. Found dishwasher working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

On arrival verified complaint of unit pushing bottom out to far. Found unit is not installed correctly. Corrected installation of the unit. Unit is now level and correct. Ran opertional test and all checks good. Job complete. No leaks detected during service.

Test voltage at control and there is voltage from supply to control Found harness connection FROM control to Ui is not secure. Secured connection. Test unit by running a normal cycle. Arrived onsite for unit 107 and found range tripping breaker during preheat consistently. No standing shorts. Proper voltage and proper installation. Used the PR method for drying out the elements using heat cycling until they are thoroughly dry to prevent ongoing breaker tripping with the higher sensitivity GFCi breakers required by code. Unit able to preheat and maintain at 500f bake without tripping the breaker.

"Arrived on site for washer not agitating correctly. Upon arrival found no errors in diagnostics. Found coins wedged between agitator and tub causing friction during agitation cycle. Removed coins and tested unit, found no leaks and washer working as designed. Call complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for F1E1. Found bad control board replaced board test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making noise during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes a thumping sound and that it has a little squeak noise that it makes intermittently through the cycle. Around the unit and the customer showed me it right away with a thumping sound was. Found, thumping sound was when the dryer idler pulley was hitting the ridge of the dryer basket. I did explain that that is a normal sound that they will hear during operation. I disassembled the unit and found the rollers and idler pulley hard to spin, potentially causing the squeaking sound. I replaced the rollers, belt, and idler pulley and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."
