"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and vibrating. Inspected unit and work area. Upon arrival, I found that the feet were not level and that the machine was rocking from the backleft corner to the front right corner. I adjusted the feet on the washer to level out of the machine. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. The customer advised that he recently had another technician out to replace something through Whirlpool and that after he left is when they ran into this issue. He advised that he was not sure how to adjust the feet on the machine. I showed the customer how to level out the machine if this ever happened again but did advise the customer that everything appears to be working and operating as designed. Call complete. Advised customer on use and care principles and on data around this exact issue regarding real solutions such as decreasing detergent and increasing water volume per wash to a sufficient level. And to wash certain loads with vinegar to help break down the residue for cleaning. Advised that this will eliminate the streaking residue. Further advised them on balance and and spinning design. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is frosting up in the freezer section. Inspected unit and worked area. The customer advised that she's getting frost in her ice chute and water is dripping from her ice dispenser. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found the ice door not sealing properly. I also found several gaps in her liner around the edges. I used silicone to fill in the gaps and replaced the ice door. I tested the unit and found the unit begin to work and operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for burn marks beneath the turntable shaft. Found visible signs of something having burned around the turntable shaft area. Removed the bottom cover to access the turntable motor wiring. Removed the turntable motor and found no evidence of melted wires or electrical burn marks. Findings indicate that a food was likely caught beneath the turntable shaft, which caused the burning. The interior cavity is visibly damaged. For safety, I left the unit unplugged and advised the customer not to use it. Additionally, I contacted the safety department to report my findings. Job complete. SR#7741800309"

"Arrived on site to inspect range not turning on. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and the unit not responding. I tested voltage at the terminal block and had no voltage. The customer advised they were using the front two burners and the oven at the same time when everything just shut off. I checked the breaker and found it tripped (Square D GFCI). Cycled power and placed the unit in diagnostics, and found F6E0-user interface failure. I cleared the code and tested the unit by turning on the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and turning on all cooktop burners. The unit operated as designed. I gained access to the UI board and found where some liquid had gotten on the board, possibly causing an interference in the circuit, causing the breaker to trip. I am ordering the control panel with UI AND CNOTE-SCHEDULE AS 1ST CALL and scheduled return service for 06-28-25. ; ordrng 1 W11335274 (Control panel w/UI) and 1 CNOTE (SCHEDULE AS 1ST CALL)"

"Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker to be a Square D GFCI 40amp breaker. I found the unit with power as the display was on. Per service pointer W11490386, I inspected the seals at the terminals on both the bake and broil elements and found the seals on the bake element were a soft rubbery type seal and it should be a hard rubber type seal. Per the pointer, I removed and replaced both elements and performed a burnout on Bake at 500 degrees. The unit reached preheat temps and continued to heat approximately 30 minutes after preheat. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the history, the complaint, my findings, and repairs. Andrew provided SR#7741851875 and then transferred me to Safety, where I spoke to Zen and advised the same info I provided to techline. Zen provided their SR#7741582169. "WFW560CHW4 Arrived on site for a washer with error code F3E1 . On arrival, I verified the error code, also client stated before the error code, the washer was shaking excessively. I tried running diagnostic, but the washer didn't let me run any test. I removed top cover inspected wire harness to the pressure sensor and I found harness was lose due to the shaking. I plugged in and powered back on . I was able to run a test under customer mode washer worked fine I looked at the pedestal to see if the nuts were tightened and they were not tightened i tightened and leveled tested again product is working as its designed no parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit to be stacked in a closet. I tested the unit, and immediately after it started, I could hear the blower wheel rattling loudly. I disassembled the unit to gain access to the motor and blower wheel, and I found a large piece brocken off of the wheel (photo). I removed and replaced the blower wheel and also found the exhaust pipe loose. Using the sealer pads that were prescreened for today, I adjusted the pipe and secured it with the sealing pads and reassembled the unit. I retested, and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing water. I found the valve to hum but not dispensing. I replaced the valve and same issue occurring. I inspected the reservoir and found it frozen up. Customer had fridge set to 33 degrees and frozen the reservoir. I didn't have my heat gun at time of service so I set the temp to 37 and advised a defrost to go through so the reservoir can thaw. No leaks. Call complete. Installed W11524655 Valve. Customer not insite for signature.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the faulty control and tested the unit. Unit is now operating as designed and start button will work. Call complete. No leaks during time of service. Installed W11603810 Control.

Arrived onsite for unit locking out. I found when testing the unit that sids would run out of the piping. I advised the customer that the piping is not good and you shouldn't see suds run over the top of the drain. I explained to the customer that the suds can cause a lockout as they can make a bubble in the pressure line and causing a flood state to occur. I tested the unit and all operated as designed. Door lock tests good. Call complete. No parts installed. Updated warranty via POP.

Arrived onsite for freezer and rc freezing or thawing food. I found the issue to be the damper not shutting. I replaced the damper and unit now circulates air as designed. No leaks call complete. Installed WPW10594329 DAMPER.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer shutting down during a cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E5-shifter fault. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit failed to spin properly. I tilted the unit back and removed the rotor to find rust dust on the underside of the rotor. I removed the stator and clutch to find the slider ring broken and the clutch was badly worn. I removed and replaced the clutch and slider and calibrated and the unit is operating as designed. While I had the top panel lifted, I found the suspension rods are badly rusted and making a creaking noise when the unit agitates. Due to the rust issue, I am ordering the suspension rods and scheduled return service for 07/03/25. No water leaks observed during service and customer is able to use the washer until we return. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator drain tube clogged. Upon further inspection, I found the freezer (FC) section packed with food items, and there was no proper airflow. Also found a thick slab of ice at the bottom of the FC section. I removed the items from the FC and removed the ice andngained access to the evaporator by removing the ice maker and evap cover. I found the drain clogged with ice. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and then forced the hot water from the steamer down the drain to clear it. I poured hot water down the drain to verify it was no longer clogged. The unit is operating as designed now. No parts were replaced, and no water leaks were observed during service, job completed. I advised the front office staff of my findings with the FC section being packed."

Arrived onsite for controls locked on Microwave oven combo. I found the unit never set on wifi. I performed a power reset and issue still persists. I replaced the panel as the memory has been corrupted due to no updates being received. Unit now functions as designed and i gave the customer the wifi team number to get the unit set up. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the right RC door; however, the door ordered/sent today was the FC door. I re-diagnosed the unit and found the unit not leveled properly, and the unit doors are not closing properly. I placed my flashlight inside the RC section at the bottom of the doors and closed both doors. I opened the FC drawer and checked the gaskets at the bottom of the RC doors/mullion area, and found an air gap (photo). Also, I found the right RC door gasket is torn (photo). I re-leveled the unit, and using my heat gun, I reshaped the bottom tab on the right RC door gasket and tested door operations and the doors are closing as designed, and the gap has been closed. Also found the FC drawer slightly difficult to close even after leveling the unit. Using some grease from my van stock (WP542638), I placed a small amount on the rails of the FC upper basket and on the sides where the basket slides on the FC bin. Tested operations and had the customer test, and the FC drawer opens/closes as designed. I am ordering the right RC door and gasket and office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for glass moving around. Upon arrival customer presented issue, glass has popped out of the bottom left bracket causing it to slightly move during use. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not producing much ice, and not dispensing any ice. I tested the dispenser and can hear the motor rotating, but the shaft is not catching. I removed the auger shaft and moved the collar down 1/4' to allow the shaft to make good contact with the ice bucket. This resolved the dispensing issue. Customer said the ice maker is producing far slower than it used to, but it is producing. I checked temps and found ths top of the RC is around 35 or so, and the bottom section near the thermistor is at 50 degrees. I found several items blocking the RC vent, which is limiting airflow to the lower section of the compartment. This does not allow the harvest temp to be satisfied, and delays ice production. I advised the customer to relocate items away from the vent and to make sure nothing is protruding past the shelves to allow airflow to properly circulate. This should resolve ice production as temps should be satisfied and allow for harvesting. Call completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for sealed system issue. Found nice Friday pattern on entire evap. Customer stated she had never had an issue with unit getting warm just over cooling. Found defrost bimetal is shorted causing over frosting on top right hand side. Also found condenser completely clogged. Cleared clog and removed ball off ice. Don't see a need to tap into sealed system and potentially create an issue that is currently not present. Recommend evap harness assembly and control. Used new zip ties to have drain line up higher. Advised customer of findings and that something may need to be added to better route drain is it hits wall. Unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated unit typically will trip the breaker before the final spin. Has happened multiple times in the last couple weeks. Reset breaker and entered diagnostics, found no error codes stored. Started a test cycle, during the fill unit tripped the breaker. Reset breaker once more and applied power to the unit. While searching for tech sheet with the unit in standby mode, breaker tripped. Suspecting a breaker issue. Used an extension cord and used a different circuit to test unit, ran a test cycle with no issues. Breaker did not trip and all components properly engaged. Advised customer to have builder replace the breaker due to nuisance tripping. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

I monitored the cycling temperatures and the dryer is cycling at the proper temperature. Thermostats and thermistors check good. Moisture sensor is operating as designed. I instructed maintenance that the dryer is operating as designed and that there are variables that the customer will need to take into account while using sensor dry such as load size and type. The dryer will reduce dry time based on the moisture sensor feedback and if too small or too large a load is placed in the dryer, this can affect the dryer`s sensing. Talked with builder who says RC struggled to get and maintain temp, and FC is not getting cold enough to freeze items. This has been the case since installation. Unit has been off, and was room temp when I got there today. I turned on the unit and ran diagnostic tests. I found compressor is coming on, and I am getting some cooling. No thermistor errors present, and all fans are working. Based on description, unit sounds like it has a failure somewhere in the sealed system. "Arrived on site to inspect unit displaying F6E4 error code.Ran diagnostics and confirmed F6E4 communication failure between the appliance manager and the user interface. Attempted to remove the unit to access and replace the control board and console but was unable to do so. The unit would not slide out of the cabinet. Removed the door and vent cover to further inspect and found the door catching on a cabinet lip, and the left leveling foot making contact with the cabinet wall, preventing removal.
