Arrived on site for dryer not fully completing cycles past five or 10 minutes on any setting that customer would send it to. Upon arrival confirmed complaint with customer and after further testing found a stable 240 V connection. In diagnostics I found an F4 E4 and an F4 E3 error. After further testing found that the line to voltage inside the ACU was shorting out went overheated and causing him to shut down. I also found that the unit had a clog inside the venting at the Home exiting the top of the house. Found that all thermistors moisture sensor is another heating hardware functioning within specifications required by manufacturer. Replaced the ACU and informed customer that unit will need a dryer vent cleaning before using unit again safely. At this time unit is functioning as designed call complete

I tested the water and found it dispensing as designed. I checked the set temps and found the RC set to 37?F. I then checked temps by the reservoir and found it at 37?F. I found all airflow components running as designed. I found no hot air leaks, and the evap cover sealing properly. I could find no failure on the unit at the time of service. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 7732848101. Austin stated there is a known issue, but the service pointer has not been created yet. He stated there are insulation/gaskets to install, and to install the gaskets where the fan assembly and the air tower meet. I am ordering the parts provided by Austin to install. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, customer advised that they did a cleaning cycle and the unit got too hot. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees using my multimeter and placing my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack. My preheat temp was 408 and my next 5 readings were 375, 394, 366, 386, 361 for an average of 376.4 degrees. I tested the sensor and it showed 1281ohms which was within range. I removed and replaced the main control and also found one the cooktop knobs receiving stem broken. I removed and replaced the knob and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Heated oven to 450? and only after allowing it to heat for over 20 minutes did it finally make a rattling noise again. Noise goes away when door is opened or when convection motor stops. I disassembled the unit and tested the ohms to the element, hi limit cutoff, and thermostat and found the cutoff and thermostat were bad. Also found the drive belt beginning to fray and the tension pulley seized. I removed and replaced the thermostat, cutoff, drive belt and tension pulley. Cleaned the lint from inside the unit and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."
