On arrival I was able to install all three needed parts I then turn the water back on and verified the pressure is exactly where it needs to be to the water dispenser in the icemaker the water dispenser was filling up 8 ounces every eight seconds which can break down to an once a second as designed by the manufacturer manufacturer. Also verify that there were no leaks of any kind that the unit is fully functioning informed customers to give unit 24 hours to fill the bucket up with ice. Call complete"

FREEZER WHIRLPOOL WZF79R20DW03 Arrived on site for freezer not cooling. On arrival found refrigerant was off and defrosted after plugging in the unit could not find any air codes and diagnostics indicating an issue with thermistors or any software. I did check amperage to the compressor for the first five minutes of run time after plugging the unit in and found that it was sporadic all over the place between .7 and 20 A and took about five minutes for it to stabilize back down to .73 A I also found that during the entire diagnosis there is never any heat transfer after 30 minutes of run time between the high side and dryer behind the unit and that the evaporator coil had almost no ice or sticky coldness to it at all anywhere on the coil except for where the capillary to first connects to the evaporator. I also was unable to find any signs of oil leaking which indicates that the compressor he just filled internally and is not pumping the Freon through office will need to reschedule fo

I did however find that the door seal was warping and allowing water to pass by door plus the front level feet are missing causing dishwasher to lean and put water pressure on door seal even more. Due to the RC evap motor harness, hv control, & UI failures, I removed and replaced the evap harness and placed the evap thermistor on the suction line and secured it with foil tape and ziptie. Secured the evap housing to the back RC wall with clamps and zipties as per service pointer #W11092686F. Placed shims at the bottom of the evap between the cover and evap drip pan to level drip pan. Removed and replaced the hv control and UI and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. Removed the back panel and inspected the drain tube and found it flush with the bottom the chassis. Removed the drain tube and cleared debris from inside and using manufacturer approved silicone, I placed a bead around the drain tube to seal off any gapping in between the tube and chassis. Cleaned up all water from spillage from defrosting the unit, job completed."

Continued with testing and removed the top panel. When the unit called for water, there was no hot water coming in. I found that the harness connector to the hot water valve was disconnected. I reconnected it to the valve and tested the unit in a normal wash. Unit is operating as designed.. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
