Arrived onsite for refrigerator with water collecting on top of the FC gasket. Upon inspection I found the RC full of water and a sheet of ice. I could see ice forming over the drain. I accessed the RC evaporator and found a sheet of ice formed over the drain tray and tube. I steamed out all the ice but the water would not flow down the drain. I accessed the rear panel and removed the drain tube. I found it clogged so I blew out any debris. I re assembled the drain and went was now able to verify water flow down the drain from the RC side. The water box cover (W11190820) cracked when I was removing it so I will need to order and return. I also found the Water symbol on the UI was fading or dimming. I am Ordering the cover(W11190820) and UI(W10848301) as well as shims for the RC evaporator cover because I didnt have any with me today. Customer requests KYO. For return visit. Arrived onsite for microwave door not shutting. Upon inspection I found the interlocks depressed in and not securing the door latch. I quoted 260.30 + tax to replace the interlocks and switches. After replacing I found the cooling fan would turn on while the door was opened and when I closed the door it blew the filter fuse. I inspected the switches and they were being depressed as designed from what I could see. I will need to order the switches again and interlocks for return visit. Returning tech please check wiring. We checked the deli control,and found no standing water or corrosion. We gained access to the control and tested the thermistors and the defrost heater. We found all in good condition. We gained access to the freezer evaporator and found a sheet of ice along the top of the evaporator. We cleared the ice and tested the fan the fan is working as designed. We ran the unit through test 4 and found only the top two coils frosting over on the evaporator. I called me spoke to PR. I am ordering a sealed system. The evaporators, compressor, Uv dryer and access valve. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in RC. Upon inspection I found the RC at room temp. I found the damper closed and frost building up in the top of the FC on the walls and shelf. I cleared out all frost from the FC and cleared any ice cubes that had escaped the bin. I replaced the FF control and harness with thermistors. I verified the airflow was not blocked by any ice build up. I tested the damper in diagnostics. It opened and closed as designed. I reassembled the unit and explained to the customer they need to monitor the unit for the next 12 hours before re stocking. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit on and the unit warm. Found the compressor very hot and showing 1.02amps. Placed my gauges in the unit and checked pressures and found them very low. Gained access to the evaporator and found a pinhole leak on the left side in the coil. I vacuumed the system and removed and replaced the evaporator and UV drier and vacuumed the system again. Pressures held at -30/0. Installed 4.8oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held at 2/190. Reassembled the unit and no water lines connected to the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Resecured blower wheel to motor stem but wheel wouldnt tighten all the way down onto the motor stem threads. Ordering a new blower wheel. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and RC=33 degrees at the top shelf and 39 degrees approximately midway down. I found the ice cream soft, but other items frozen in the FC section. I found the beverages on the top shelf up against the left side wall as were the beverages in the 2nd shelf. Also found food items placed all the way back against the back wall restricting air flow. Placed the unit in diagnostics and and tested and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for food/beverage placement and explained how the unit cools. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing everything up in the freezer section near the door according to the customer upon arrival. Upon further inspection I arrived and found that there was little to no ice inside the shelving of the freezer door and upon further inspection found that the freezer and fresh food sections were set to zero and 37? but the actual temperatures were zero and 39? in both compartments indicating that both units were cooling as design customer also stated that a week before showing up they had noticed that the ice and started to go away on its own but could not figure out what was causing it upon further inspection of the doors I found no issues with the door gasket ceiling or any other indications if there any hot air leaks. At this time unit does seem to be functioning as designed with no ice building up inform customer to keep an ion it to ensure that the problem does not come back also instructed him to take temperature readings at least 2 to 3 times a day in the event that there is an issue that comes up we can gauge whats going on with the unit

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from dispenser. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit isnt leaking water from the water dispenser but from the ice chute area. When I opened the right RC door, I found water debris on the ice chute and on the bottom side opening of the ice bin. Removed the ice bin and found water leaking from the fill tube chute area. Removed the ice maker and found the fill tube chute clogged with ice. Removed the ice and found insulation/fill tube debris inside the chute/ice. Removed the debris and placed ice maker back into place and tested ice maker. Cycled power to the unit to reset controls and Ice maker is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for LEAKING WATER FROM VENT THAT ASSOCIATED WITH ICE MAKER. PUDDLE DAILY. Found fridge legs were raised causing the fridge to lean forward. Adjusted legs to ensure fridge sits even on all four corners. Ran diagnostics to test ice harvest and it passed. Ran test to call for water and no leaks were detected. Inspected ice chute gasket and it was seated properly. Ran ice box fan test and it passed. Customer showed me area where water was dripping into door shelf. Found water was dripping from ice maker container. Explained that this was normal if the doors are opened often which will makes the ice melt and drip water down to shelves. Ran test for Fridge and Freezer fans. Both fans ran as designed. Job completed.
