"Arrived on site to diagnose icemaker that is not producing ice. On arrival customer let me know that if they were filling the unit, it would actually harvest and make ice. I removed the icemaker to test, and found what felt like a frozen fill line. I steamed out the small ice in the fill line and the unit filled after. Customer had recently replaced filter to attempt to resolve. Issue was likely due to a clogged filter causing an ice buildup, or excess moisture in the FC. , no water leaks found."

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling. Found loose connection at control for motor wiring. Reset connection to proper position and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with small water drip coming from ice door area. On arrival customer informed me that a good chunk of ice had built inside the unit on the left door by the ice bucket. I checked the dispenser flap and found it is sealing fine. Tested by putting water in the dispenser chute, and verified it is not leaking. I found several areas where the ice chute wasnt sealed to the door liner, which can also create an air leak. I sealed the ice chute and dispenser motor area with silicon. I also molded the door gasket to the outside edge where air could have also leaked. Advised customer to leave door closed to let gasket seat. Customer will follow up if drip continues, but unit is sealing and should be working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection. Found that the arm was not sitting correctly in the switch of the ice maker. Re attached arm, also found that the water valve from the wall was off. Turned water on tested unit. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time. Job complete"

"(M.M) Arrived on site for dishwasher making load whirling/ grinding noise. Upon arrival I spoke with the owner and learned the unit still cleaned the dishes but made a loud noise during the cycle. I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran diagnostics cycle, gained access to the bottom of the unit and observed the drain cycle making abnormal noise. I removed the drain pump and observed debris in the drain channel running from filter housing to the drain pump. After removing the debris I ran the unit through a drain cycle and observed no noises and no leaks. Advised customer of if they have similar issues from the unit that their small metal filter or other debris may have gotten stuck in drain pump.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was leaking into the pedestal. Ran unit and found water pouring out of the bellow. Found tear in bellow causing the leak. Replaced with new bellow and retested. Leak is gone and unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Informed customer that its not an error code, its actually the word sensing being displayed two letters at a time on the screen and informed her about proper loading to avoid unbalancing. "Arrived on site for cooling complaint in fresh food compartment. Good air flow entering fresh food,ran diagnostics damper opening and closing correctly,thermistor passed,changed defrost setting to basic. If problem reoccurs will need main control and fresh food thermistor.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was shutting off and restarting at times during cycle. On arrival customer explained the lights would shut off, motor would run, and it would repeat. I first tried the unit in a regular cycle and found no problems. Ran in diag mode and also found no issues. I did see an error code F9E1 for diverter losing position. Unit would start and run normally, indicating a good diverter. When trying the unit in 1 hour wash mode, i verified the unit would just shut down, restart, and start cycling like that. It was fairly early in the cycle, when only wash motor is running. I talked to SW about further diagnosis. I checked and found good power, and ran the unit from a completely different room outlet via extension cord. Unit would still recycle power. Advised customer that Id likely recommend starting with a control, and then possibly a sump and motor, but dialing in to 1 component was going to be hard with unit running. Customer declined further repair since its highly likely we would have to replace 1 or more parts, and there is no definite sign of what is causing the failure.

Arrived on site to replace mag cap and diode. Replaced all parts test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival found unit was not hooked up as it was removed and dryer out floor was badly damaged took photos to document. "Arrived on site for microwave tripping breaker. Upon arrival I found the 20amp noise filter fuse had blown. Fuse blew due to a high voltage issue between transformer & magnetron. Capacitor had also failed. After further inspection I found two previously installed door switchs had been broken again and shorting out. After receiving autho for reapirs, I found during final tests that unit main control is also failing causing certain components in microwave to operate when not selected/activated.

"Arrived onsite for unit having and error code and doesn?t finish a cycle. Put unit in diagnostics and found F9E1 long drain. Put unit in rapid wash. Stopped unit at a certain point water did drain but the drain motor did run for a while longer than normal.

Set to 350 degrees, unit would light and get to temp, after temp went down valve would open and unit would spark, but flame would not ignite. Tested with flame spreader removed and unit would re-ignite. Found flame spreader was flat and not v-shaped as it should be. Tried reshaping, but was unsuccessful. Oven not cycling due to flame spreader not allowing proper ventilation. Ordering new flame spreader. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator reportedly leaking from the icemaker. On arrival the house sitter had informed me a plumber had been out and said that he icemaker was leaking under the unit, due to the evap tray being almost full of water. I checked the unit for any leaks, and I did not see any kind of evidence of any kind of leak, and the unit may have just gone through defrost when he examined it. Icemaker leaks are usually characterized by ice building in the freezer compartment, or small ice production. There is no verifiable sign of any kind of leak. Supply line was disconnected under sink as well. No additional work performed as unit is working as designed.

Arrived on site for dryer not starting . Unit is receiving correct voltage . Found door not set correct readjusted door to strike start switch . Unit is now starting and heating properly .

"Arrived on site for a wall oven not heating. Upon arrival the customer stated the real issue was that the unit would make a pop sound after preheating over 300?F and then not work. Although the MW would still function. They reset the breaker and the same thing happened a few times. Upon arrival we tested the unit and found no heat. We turned the breaker off and gained access to the back. We ohmd out all three elements, the fuse, thermostat, the fans, and sensor. All ohmd out good. I gained access to the control and found correct voltage at the block and going to elements. I then tested the unit again and it began working as designed. I preheated the oven and it never popped again. This indicates a possible intermittently faulty control. Arrived onsite for wall oven with un even cooking results. Upon inspection I found the broil relay on the control not cycling when called for in preheat only the bake element was cycling. As I waited for techline I replaced the main control and tested voltage at the relays again. I found the broil element now cycling as designed in preheat. I checked the sensor and it checked good. Both elements showed correct resistance. Techline gave me SR#7731000989 and asked me to confirm 120 Vac on L2 which I did. I advised the customer on usage and rotating food for a even cook. The oven is working as designed at this time. Job complete.
