Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the agitator has somehow come and mounted from the washer note that was underneath it by then ended up finding that the dog ears (agitation teeth) had broken and fallen to pieces. repair the unit and re-tested and found that the agitator is now staying down inside the washer in both high speed agitation and spin and is no longer loose inside the machine. Found freezer frosting up in the top left-hand and right hand corners. Due to extent of repairs and continual issue I called Frigidaire tech line and spoke to Russell SR# 84013341. He advised that the only thing that can cause frost in the freezer is warmer working its way into the freezer section. Due to frost forming on the door gasket and inside the freezer liner, he advised that he would have to have come from the freezer liner or from the gasket. Due to extent of repairs and number of silicone placements and gaskets replaced, he advised he did not believe this was an error on the service side. Customer stated upon arrival the unit has tripped the breaker anytime the ice dispenser was activated almost since day one of having a unit. At this point I disassembled the UI the main control the ice bucket area and could not find any cramped or broken wires or any indication of a wiring issue at this point I called tech line twice with the same Sr# 7729111898 for both calls and spoke to Steve and Kathy at whirlpool. DRYER FRIGIDAIRE FAQE7001LW0 On site for dryer that was not heating properly. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic tes cycle on each heat setting and cycle. I found it somehow the main UA control I had set the UA settings to where any knob or cycle you selected where it would put it on normal heat and not Maxie not allowing the dryer to get hot enough to dry the clothes. I also found that the dryer on the back of the unit had a vent hose that was much longer than it should’ve been and was well over 6 feet and the unit only needed about 3 to 4 feet of venting I also verified that the flap cover to the venting on the outside of the house was stuck shut and I cleared the lint around that vent hole cover to ensure that proper airflow Was being pushed the unit I also ran a temp check on each cycle and found that the unit was set with proper settings for each cycle would average between 120 and 185° as designed with no flaws or breaks in the fluctuations. Customer advised that they were told to cycle the the onto the unit and the unit has been operating since, but the ice dispenser still is not working. I found that when the dispenser motor was replaced, the spring and shaft were installed incorrectly with the spring spitting in the motor and the shaft shoved down inside the motor. Evaporator fan and condenser fan both operational. After running for a while no frost pattern was formed. Noticed that copper line to evaporator was cold to the touch but never made it through to the evaporator. Also signs of corrosion on dryer and discharge line. Unit has a Sealed system issue. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF555SDHW00 Arrived on site for filter that was stuck in the filter housing mounting area. Upon arrival I found that part of the filter had a locking mechanism that had not set in place correctly not allowing the filter to seal all the way and grab removing the filter and check the filter housing for any damage but could not find anything that seemed out of the ordinary I’ve been reconnected the filter and re-tested unit and found that water was flowing to the dispenser door as well as the icemaker as designed with no leaks before during or after repair. I also explain to the customer that due to this issue even though things are working now if things did go back to how they were behaving before the repair that The reservoir filter head assembly will need to be replaced part number W11346622.

Customer explained that they let the water fill the drum prior to putting clothes and detergent in. Explained to customer that the drum has a sensing function, and will not function properly if it only senses and empty drum. Putting the clothes and detergent in last will confuse the sensing function and the machine will not always operate as designed. Replaced control to ensure the lid lock was functioning properly. Lid lock may take a while to unlock depending on the current cycle. Customer stated the lid lock would not turn off. It was locking and unlocking for me, but it just took some time to sense it was safe before unlocking. Job completed."

Customer advised that the unit is still cooling properly and she is making ice. However she’s getting a little droplets on the back of her evaporator cover. Found minor droplets on the evaporator cover but no frost buildup on the evaporator or inside the freezer section. I asked the customer how often they open the freezer door due to the room temperature being in the 80s inside. She advised that they do open their freezer door a lot to get ice, food, and ice cream. Inspected gasket and found the gasket fully ceiling around the freezer section. I advised the issue is with two things. She has a full ice tray in her freezer that is pushed against the back of the evaporator cover.
