"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit non responsive. Tested voltage at the junction box and got 125V. Removed the outer door panel and tested voltage at the control and got 125V. Unplugged the UI from the control and closed the door and the drain pump came on so I know the control is good. I plugged the UI back in and the UI began to operate but would not let me start up diagnostics. I unplugged the UI again and plugged it back in and was able to get the unit into diagnostics. Found error code F2E1-stuck key. I removed and replaced the UI console and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washer not spinning. Upon arrival the customer stated the real issue was the unit will intermittently just stop on wash and not continue. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle on the unit and it ran as designed and threw no error codes. I manually activated each component and each component ran as designed. I called techline and spoke to Leon and received SR# 7730397915. Leon recommended no part replacement and that it appears the unit is running as designed. He advised to make the customer aware of proper load size, soap usage, and loading the unit. "Arrived on site for ice machine intermittently not working. The customer stated that the unit will start after a few days and stop after a few. The prior time I was here I found a small drip from the drain tube in the back and water was getting on the grounding wire. This time I could not replicate the leak, however there was still a small amount of water back there. It appears to be condensation dripping from the drain tube. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and kept same SR# 7730322473. Andrew advised replacing g the external drain pump and this can cause the intermittent issue. Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Heard the click from the start device but the the compressor was really loud for less than 5 seconds then shutoff. Called Techline. Had me check continuity to the compressor. Found that the on compressor continuity was jumping every where. Said to the compressor was bad and a new sealed system is needed. Spoke with CS. Could not submit a sealed system check list because of no internet in the building. Arrived on site for THE UNIT IS NOT COOLING/FREEZING AT ALL IN EITHER COMPARTMENT AGAIN. Found RC evaporator cover frozen solid with frost. Attempted to remove the evaporator cover but due to the amount of frost build up it could be damaged. Also found the drain tube had a small gap that will need to have silicone applied to prevent air leaks. Explained to customer the fridge would need to defrost for 48 hours with the doors open and towels down around fridge to prevent water damage to their floors. The evaporator thermistor may need to be relocated and the drip pan was clearly bowed causing the frost build up. We will need to return with shims to shim drip pan. This is correct per techline. Techline recommended replacing fresh food thermistor anyway to see if this would make a difference. If this does not make a difference techline recommended that a data logger beer attached the the refrigerator, Techline attached the service call to the previous SR number 7729896103.

Arrived on site for Water continues to flow well after the water storage is full. Placed in diagnostics and found recirculating pump was faulty. Removed pump and I installed new pump. Powered on ice machine. Water in now draining from recirc pump as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Tested the water dispenser and found water leaking from the valve at the ice maker water line connection to the valve. I found the tube badly cut up/damaged, but no breaks in the line. I pushed the line further into the valve finding that the tube wasnt fully inserted into the valve. When I did this, I found the valve was leaking at the water dispenser tube connection as well. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the damper stuck in the close position and not opening. I installed a new damper and retested the damper. The damper is now opening and closing properly. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would sometimes es stop the cycle and leave the clothes wet, and that sometimes it would drain to long and when they unplug it it will continue the drain for some time. She also mentioned it is intermittently loud. It was very difficult to get unit into diagnostics but once I got the unit into diagnostics mode I found stored error codes F3E2 for inlet water temp fault, F8E1 for long fill, F0E5 for off balance load, and F8E6 for water hazard. As it was in diagnostics it threw and F2E1 error code and then the UI became unresponsive. I had to unplug the unit and even after unplugging the unit the UI stayed flashing for around 1 minute. I had trouble getting it back into diagnostics again. Once I got it in I was able to manually test each component. I found the hot water valve not flowing. I took the hose off and found good flow from the wall. I found all other components working as designed. I found a faulty valve and UI needing to be replaced. I replaced the valve and UI and then retested the unit. The unit is now getting hot water and is no longer having issues getting into diagnostics. I cleared the old error codes and the F2E1 was no longer being thrown. The unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed by end of service. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for washer making loud noise in spin. Upon inspection I found the unit would make a metal on metal scratching noise during agitation in the diagnostics cycle. I inspected the drive system but did not see any oil leaking out from the drive shaft. I found that when the unit is low spin I found the washplate slipping. I also found the unit is starting to sound like a jet engine while in full RPM high spin. I recommended replacing the bearing and possibly the root stator assembly depending on if they are damaged or worn.No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not producing ice. Found ice stripper broken preventing bail arm from coming fully down. Replaced icemaker and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived onsite for the washer coin slot stealing money and not working properly, also door hinge is broken and dispenser drawer broken. Called commercial tech line I told them that I can not get into the coin box due to no keys. Discussed with them the issues and they told me to that the UI could be causing the issue and the coin switch and coin chute.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator tripping breaker. Upon inspection I found the unit unplugged and at room temp. I made sure the main harness was secured into the chassis by pushing up on it. I confirmed voltage at the outlet. I plugged in the unit and monitored amp draw at the compressor. After 10 mins or so the amps did not go past 1.4a I accessed the evaporator and tested amp draw at the heater. I found it drawing 5 amps which is within range. After about 20 mins or more I could not get the unit to trip the breaker and it is cooling as designed with all fans running. The customer showed me a diagram of his house wiring and it looks like the outlet is a gfci outlet. I also found the breaker is a test button arc fault breaker switch. I advised that with me not being able to trip the breaker at this time there could be something going on with the outlet or breaker itself. Job complete.

Arrived on site for range oven not heating. Tested and inspected unit and found failed terminal block and harness. Will also need new power cord. Ordering needed parts. Instructed customer that power cord is not covered and disconnected cord from unit and left unit unplugged. And left power cord with customer as they will get new one for us to install on return visit. Arrived on site for hinge squeaking. Found the noise was front right roller wheel rubbing on evap tray . Tightened down bolt to wheel housing . And refit evap tray so both have spacing to not rub on each other . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete .
