Arrived onsite for refrigerator with an ice maker that wont dispense. Upon inspection I found that the freezer door switches connector was not settled properly resulting in the unit thinking that the door was open all the time I resettled the connector and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts, installed all parts ordered by previous tech. Used my heat gun to reform new door gasket and advised CX to keep doors closed for a minimum of 6hrs. Unit had frost on the freezer chamber just on the goods none build up on the evap cover. I explained to CX that its a must that doors dont stay open more than seconds because moisture will get up in the cooler sections and cause frost. No leaks where observed during service. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the unit cooling well and the FC was at 5 F. I discussed the CX complaint and it was the unit would work fine and intermittently the temperature would climb and then afterwards, water would pool in the bottom of the unit and then it would start cooling normally until the next incident. Inspection of the unit revealed the FC door liner was allowing the gasket to pull up and get very near the top of the front lower border, allowing air to circulate into the FC chamber. The upper FC drawer was binding badly, preventing full closure of the door and plastic debris was found within adjacent areas to the rear and lower drawer slide areas. I removed the debris and applied MFG approved lubricant and the prior binding of the upper drawer and subsequent failure of the FC door slides to pull the door fully closed, was completely remedied. The right RC door gasket was torn in several places and the magnetic door strip could be seen as well. I tested the defrost system and found it working as designed and cycled the compressor multiple times, without fail. Office to order FC door and RH RC door gasket. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker that doesnt work and the unit is making a loud chugging noise. On arrival the customer provided a video of the sound and it appeared to be the compressor valves rattling. I checked temps and found the FC at 8?F when set to 3?F and the RC at 40?F when set to 34?F. I gained access to the RC door harness and found two wires damage and two completely severed going to the IM. They were to close the the door to repair. This is why the IM is not working. I then gained access to the back of the unit and found the RC drain line was missing and the unit was dripping directly into the bottom of the unit. I was able to replicate the noise and verified it was coming from the compressor. In order to repair the unit it will need a new door, compressor, and RC drain line. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all components and unit is operating as designed. I tested in a normal wash mode and once the unit filled with water, it failed to turn on. I pressed the start button again no it began to fill then stopped and after a brief moment the unit began to wash. It has been an ongoing issue with this unit stopping mid-cycle and not draining. I placed the unit in diagnostics again and while testing the valve, I paused for approximately one minute and when I see the key to engage the motor, the unit got out of diagnostics and went into a normal wash ready mode. I removed the outer door panel and found where water had leaked in through the dispenser. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site for. Washing machine throwing error codes. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes F9e1 long drain, f8e3 over flow condition in diagnostics. I ran a diagnostics cycle, I inspected the dispenser and found it empty. While running a diagnostics cycle I noticed the unit filling up with suds when no soap is used. I let the unit finish the cycle and found it spinning and draining as designed. I spoke to the customer about running a clean cycle on the unit once every two months to prevent soap scum build up which can lead to over sudding.

Arrived onsite for flickering light and inspected unit for control or connection failure and determined that the filament in the light bulb was loose and bouncing causing the flickering. Advised that light bulb should be replaced. All else checks good. Unit is in good working order.

After reinstallation, I found the unit did not operate the fan in low speed during heating and it would no longer work manually as well. I removed the unit again and found the low speed connector within the fan plug assy was not fully seating and making intermittent contact, causing the fan to stop and the magnetron to stop heating via the thermistor. Magnetron, cap and diode wee required to correct likely damage from repetitive over temperature condition. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for washer controls that are not working. Upon inspection I found that the unit was flashing the sensing light. I corrected this by pushing and holding the start/ cancel button for 3rds and the proceeds to test the unit and found that it operated as designed. Checked the cam and found it good I replace the shit actuator just in case it was failing and was not showing me at thei moment I time. I the ran a regular cycle on cold tap but to the fact the the cx didnt hav hot water at the house so the hot water valve was not hooked up. The unit spent a little longer in sensing maybe due to a slower then normal flow of water but the unit did work. No leaks found job complete.

Arrived onsite for range that has a front right burner that is not lighting. Upon arrival I attempted to light said burner and found that it would not. I check the ignitor and found that the spark that if produced was not traveling into the path of the gas. I adjusted the ignitor thus changing the angle that the spark traveled and now the burner works as designed job complete no leaks at this time.

Broil was 14.2 amps and bake was 10.8 amps. Tested at 350?, Hi-cycle 375?, low-cycle 344?. I put a -10? offset and tested again. Second cycle: Hi-cycle 364?, low-cycle 334?. Arrived on site to test unit for not starting. Test unit and found unit not filling with water. Put unit on test mode and unit fills with water but not on normal cycles. Replaced board test unit and unit filling with water but wash motor not coming on. ordrng 1 W11460946 (Sump and motor) and 1 2hour (2 hour)

Checked element and element had no continuity, checked resistance and was OL. Unit had failed element. Replaced element and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete"

Arrived on site to replaced element due to special project. Replaced element test unit and unit test good job complete no leaks present.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rack issues. Upon further inspection, I found the upper rack left stop laying on the countertop. I placed the stop,back on the rail and tested the rack functions and it is operating as designed. I recommended replacing the stops with the same stops that are on the back of the rack rails and the customer agreed to it. I removed the front stops and replaced them with rear stops and tested operation. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for washing machine not filling up enough in wrinkle control setting. I put the unit into a diagnostics cycle and found no fault codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it working properly. I spoke to the customer about what the settings for wrinkle control are, that it doesnt auto sense itll fill to a certain setting, medium, automatically. I advised the customer to set wrinkle control to high and max fill when washing shirts. I gained access to the pressure tube and found it clear, I gained access to the gear case and pressure dome and found them in working order. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for F8-E4. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error F8-E4 float switch. Inspected drip pan and had water. Found unit is installed incorrectly and leaning forward. Test unit and did not find leaks. Recommend to customer to have unit reinstalled. New mounting holes will need to be made to cabinet. Unit operates as designed.No leaks present at this time . Job complete
