"Arrived on site for dishwasher not drying, 6-1 stored in memory. I attached my clamp on multimeter and set it to volts A/C and was reading correct voltage. I did further diagnostics and removed the front cover to access the control and while on diagnostics I proved to to the element harness and was sending 124 volts. I then proceeded to test element on ohms and it was an open circuit. I quoted CX parts $59.02, service call & labor $174.75 & tax $19.29 total $253.06, CX accepted, i then proceeded with repairs and reassembled unit and tested let run on diagnostics and working as designed and showed correct amps. No water leaks detected during service, job complete."

"Arrived onsite for short cycling to standby at the 20 minute mark. throughly tested dishwasher loads in diagnostics, only error code present was turbidity sensor short, which this unit does not have so it is a phantom code. All loads test good in diagnostics and do not short unit to standby. Tested unit on heavy cycle for 30 minutes. Unable to replicate a failure. Advised customer that an intermittent control issue could cause the symptom, but that o repair was recommended at this time. Unit seems to be operating as designed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival customer had stated that there were signs of water leaking two weeks after unit was previously repaired. Upon arrival confirmed issue and inspected fridge and all waterline connections as well as door gaskets etc. to verify there were no signs of ice buildup or signs of other internal or external leaking that could be affecting unit. After verifying that all waterlines were intact and not leaking inside the refrigerator itself and underneath I didnt trace the leak back to where the copper line that feeds through the back of the wall and connects to the fill line going to the fridge was the culprit. Found that the brass connector on the copper line was starting to fail and corrode causing a small but steady leak down the copper line and wall behind the fridge. Instructed customer that at this time a plumber be required to repair/replace copper line in order to stabilize water flow and prevent further leaking. Took photos in SD indicating the area of the leak.; ordrng 1 Cnote (Service management read att. Note)
