Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. Upon arrival I verified 240 v from power uterus to terminal block on dryer. I then found the main control was not sending the 5 dcv to ui needed to power on unit. After replacing the main control I was able to get the 5 dcv to ui and proper power to rest of unit but found ui still not responsive. I then replaced the fascia ui and was able to run and verify unit was fully functioning as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for dryer motor sounding weak. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the dryer and found the motor working as designed. I gained access to the drum and inspected the guide wheels, I found the quite wheels prematurely wearing down. Over loading the unit can cause the guide wheels to prematurely fail and not spin correctly which causes the motor to work harder. I spoke to the customer about installing the repair kit which has both guide wheels, a new belt and motor pulley.

arrive on site for a dishwasher or draining. I put unit into manual drain and did not her the drain tube on at all. I then tried resetting the unit at breaker and it still did not drain. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for no drain. I ran a test cycle and it ran through fine with the exception of no drain. I found a bad drain on the unit and replaced. I ran a test cycle again and the unit drained as designed. No Leaks after service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that’s not cooling properly in either section. Inspected unit and work area. Video called DW and advised her that there is no model and serial tag for this unit. The customer did advise that they had one at one point but don’t know what happened to it. The refrigerator appears to have had prior sealed system work and confirmed the unit was low on refrigerant. The low pressure was sitting at -16 psi and the high side was at 106 psi.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit pulled out from its space and advised that the noise sounded as if it were coming from the compressor area. They had placed a sponge in between the compressor and chassis. I removed the front toeplate and found the piece of cushion in between the coils and the support bar under the coils was deteriorated and the coils were sitting on the support and rattling when the unit was not level or when the compressor was on. I placed a piece of sealant, from a previous job I had left over, in between the coils and support and when the unit came on from defrosting and the compressor was on, the unit was quiet.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not filling properly. Found screen on cold water valve clogged preventing proper fill. Cleaned valve and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite to replace the part ordered by previous tech. Replaced part. Still was having issues with water. Upon further investigation of the unit. Found that the unit is not getting enough water. Need to replace water valve. Customer could not get water to turn off. Customer knows that the water needs to be shut off before continuing any further. Customer will call back when water issue is resolved. Asked for Jl to return to complete the service.

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. I gained access to the drain pan in RC and found it was not bowed. The fresh food area was retaining a large amount of water. I got a cup of water and found it flowing to drain hole fine. However it was not draining. I gained access to the drain pan in back of unit and it was completely dry. I took off the drain tube and still no water came out. The drain tube had perfect seal as well. I tried steaming through the drain tube from top and bottom thinking there may be ice build up, but the steam just aggressively splashed back at me. The unit would still not drain. I ran wire through and could not find the obstruction. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and received SR# 7730288301. We found that the drain tube collapsed on the inside

Before scheduling this call, our office troubleshot the unit with the customer and diagnosed the filter and filter head had failed. Upon further inspection, I found the filter was defective and customer agreed to purchase a new filter. I removed and replaced the filter head and put the old filter in and tested and no water came out. I placed the new filter in and at first it dispensed, then began to fail. I advised the customer of my findings and I am ordering another filter head, filter and CNOTE-LSO FOR TRAINING and scheduled return. "Arrived on site for refrigerator with higher temps in unit. Upon arrival customer stated that the refrigerator would intermittently get to about 45°F in RC and 12°F in FC. I tested the temps and found the RC at 44°F and the FC at 11°F. I tested both RC and FC thermistors in diagnostics and both read fine. I tested and could hear the evap fan running, the diagnostics test verified correct RPM, I found the condenser fan motor running, I gained access damper and ran diagnostics and it opened and closed as designed. I had the bi-metal close and the heater turned on. I found frost build up on back of FC evap cover. I gained access to the evap and found ice build up on top. I also found ice build up in return air tube. I cleared the ice and found the frost was building significantly fast back onto the high side. I also could hear the refrigerant chattering and not flowing smoothly. I waited some time and the frost pattern did not go all of the way down. I also found the defrost heater severely warped and touching the evap and sagging to the bottom liner. We will need to get a sealed system tech to check pressure for leak or obstruction and to complete the repair.

Arrived onsite for same issues with the buttons not working properly. Tested unit. Buttons acting erratically. Replaced control. Tested unit. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site and inspected the washer and found off balance, basket speed fault. Ran a diagnostic cycle and found basket is spending independently of gear case, attempted to remove washplate and it is seized. It would need to be broken off in order to replace gearcase

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. Except in the spin cycle as the basket began to make a screeching noise and the tub was shaking vigorously but the basket was spinning as designed. I inspected the motor and found the pulley wobbling. I removed and replaced the motor and retested and the unit continues to shake vigorously. I contacted techline and spoke to JT and advised of the complaint, previous repairs, and repairs done today.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing water. Found primary water valve not fully wired. Rewired valve and tested unit. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for washer showing UL and not completing cycles. Upon inspection I found no stored error codes in the system. I ran a automatic test cycle and found only cold water coming through when calling for hot. I found that with the unit being upstairs it takes a very long time for the hot water to reach the unit. I inspected the drive system for any wear but everything looked good. I tested damper function and suspension feels good as well. I explained that if the unit thinks hot water is coming through but its not it could alter the cycles and even turn off. I did not hear any abnormal sounds while in spin. The unit is otherwise working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like a fan hitting something. I removed the crisper drawer and found a large block of ice on the RC evaporator cover (photo). I advised the customer of my findings. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover to inspect the drain tube and found a very small gap in the tube between it and the bottom of the chassis. I sealed the gap with manufacturers approved silicone. Also found that the UI digits are missing (photo). I am ordering the UI, CNOTE-SHIMS, clamps, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION and will return with all prescreened parts. Advised customer to unplug unit 24-48 hours before I return and to place towels around the unit to catch any overflow of water from defrosting. Arrived on site for washer draining out water as it was filling according to the customer upon arrival. I ran diagnostics upon arrival but found the same f8e1 error code. I did find that the water pressure was slightly better than previous visits and water was filling semi-quickly but the drain line was still not properly installed and was stuck straight through the wall behind the washer lower than what the insulation manual recommends I then Ill whirlpool techline and spoke with Ed sr# 7730290109 Who instructed me that at the moment due to the issues with the installation we cannot recommend any further repairs or diagnosing until the water pressure is resolved and once the customer has a stand PVC pipe installed at least 36 inches from where the drain hose connects to the washer and that due to the way its currently installed it is siphoning out the water faster than washer can fill causing the F8e1 to appear. Techline recommends no further repairs at this time but instead recommends at the customer address the insulation issues and advise that we refer them to the user manual I went over these recommendations with the customers grandfather this time I was on site who informed me that he would try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and let us know if anything else changes. Found blue wire on j15-4(UI side) was not fully seated into plug connection. I wiggled harness and was able to replicate issue. Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken hinge and the lid won?t close. Inspected unit and work area. Found the lid completely broken where it seats onto the hinge.

The customer advised that she hasn?t actually seen the unit leak but that when she runs multiple cycles at a time, there?s water underneath her floorboards in the kitchen. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed with no leaks present. Filled the unit halfway up the basket and put it in the drain cycle and it still did not leak. I did advise the customer that based on my findings, there were no leaks present as well as no calcium deposits from potential water leaks. Advise customer to look at their water supply in the wall. Arrived on site for washer making a noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I followed service pointer W11520474. I tested the spin and agitation. I found the unit only making the noise during the beginning of the spin cycle. I replaced the control and retested the unit. It still made the noise during spin. I inspected the gear case I found signs of the belt slipping. I replaced the belt and retested the unit. It is no longer making any noise. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for microwave power cord being damaged. Found unit power cord was damaged likely due to power fluctuations during storm in outlet. Found unit control and switches both likely damaged as well. Found unit clean and with very little grease. Unit was just damaged due to electrical surges. Let customer know theyd likely need new switches and control as well as power cord.

Arrived on site for refrigerator that customer stated unit is soft making ice and a loud noises coming from the dispenser win being activated. Upon arrival I ran diagnostics but could not find any failures in the software or hardware of the unit I did however find that when I remove the ice bucket the thermistor wired into the icemaker was hanging off and was not gauging the Correct temperature of the ice tray as it was intended. I also found that the auger motor was occasionally getting stuck in place not allowing the ice bucket to propel the ice forward and out the dispenser. I ended up replacing the auger motor and yolk and was able to reapply the thermostat to the icemaker ensure that it was functioning also found that upon arrival I spoke it was full of ice and customer had stated unit had started working again.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon arrival found unit valve was receiving voltage but was not calling for water. Upon replacing valve also found unit housing was damaged and not allowing water to travel through replaced housing and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks detected during service. Job Completed.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found in diagnostic cycle no water pressure from hot water valve. Found hot water valve is clogged and it is attached directly to Hot water heater which is allowing calcium buildup into the washer. Cleared buildup from screen on hot water valve and attempted test again and it immediately clogged again. This issue will continue to happen until Hot water from source is corrected. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that was making a humming noise. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that it?s not making a humming noise but that it?s making a weird sound as it supposed to be washing. She advised that the unit is not actually washing her clothes. Inspected unit and tested unit. Unit seem to be working as designed. However, when I placed the unit in a normal wash cycle the agitation did not sound correct. Looked it up the unit and found the actuator not connected onto the cam thus resulting in the unit sticking into a spin cycle only. Refit the cam onto the actuator and test the unit again. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher tripping breaker when used. Upon inspection of the diagnostics cycle I found no abnormal amp draw within the unit while washing heating or draining. I unplugged the unit and found the breaker would trip on its own after sitting idle for a while with no load plugged in. I advised the customer of my findings. Arrived onsite for microwave sparking and buzzing when trying to heat. Upon inspection I confirmed the unit would spark during heat I could also smell burning electrical within the unit. I removed the control panel and accessed the high voltage components. I found the diode had burned up and was resting against the common to capacitor. The wire sheath seemed to protect the wire from damage.

Arrived on site for washer giving an F8e1error. On arrival I was able to confirm and diagnostics that the unit is indeed soaring a long feel no feel error code. I ended up calling Warfel tech line while on site to document the fact that I found the hot water fill line was not getting any water from the cut off on the wall whether or not the cut off is turn on or off and I had instructed customer that they would need a plumber in order to help resolve that issue but after speaking with techline I also was recommended to replace the water valve because the home ranges on the harness were a bit out of range with what whirlpool techline was comfortable with at this point unit is working as designed but I instructed the customer to get the plumbing situation taken care of soon as possible in order to help maximize the washers efficiency. Dryer is noisy while running, Would need to have motor, blower wheel, Sound pads, blower wheel housing, And a standard dryer belt/pulley kit in order to ensure repair.

Arrived on site for a MW sparking. Upon arrival the customer stated it was sparking on the right hand side by the door area. They also let me know it has not occurred in over a week now. I found no burn marks on or inside of the unit. I found the paint inside of unit fine. I gained access to the control and found the ground wire was rubbing up on the chassis. I adjusted the wire and advised customer this should fix the issue.

Arrived onsite and tested oven for not heating in upper oven. Unit is operating perfectly without any heating issues in both ovens while onsite. Explained possible scenarios to the customer. All checks good.

Arrived on site for oven needing calibration. I inspected the unit and work area. I spoke to the customer and found out the time keeps advancing on the clock. I spoke to the customer about getting the unit hooked up to WiFi and the whirlpool application. I ran a temp test on the oven. I found the sensor is out of range. I replaced the sensor. The unit is heating properly. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for the dishwasher missing a part. During inspection found that the door hinge pads were broken replaced both pads and dishwasher tested good. Complete

Arrived on site to test unit for door not closing and convection fan not coming on. Found bad convection motor and latch ordering new convection motor office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 WB26K10003 (Convection fan motor)

Arrived on site to test unit for FC door not aligned good. Found left side was not sitting properly into rail. Set door properly and customer was satisfied with improvement. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the Orion board failure, I removed and replaced the Orion board and tested the unit. All fans, and compressor are operating as designed and unit is beginning to cool as designed. No water lines connected to unit so no leaks observed during service. Recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for 24-48 hours before it reaches set temps. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival replaced unit spray arm and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

Arrived onsite for washer making loud noise. Put unit in diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran auto test however the noise was not as apparent as customer explained. Customer showed recording of noise. Checked underneath unit and found belt shavings. Removed cam for inspection and found oil had leaked from gearcase. Will need to bring back prescreened parts as well as ordering new belt and motor just in case. ; ordrng 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11497303 (MOTOR )
