I cleared the code and manually tested the valve and found it not filling properly. I removed the water hoses and checked the valve screens and found debris in the screens of both tent cold and hot valves. I removed and replaced the valve housing assembly and calibrated the unit. "Arrived onsite for a rang that has orange flames, sounds like a blowtorch and smells like gas when in use. Upon arrival I checked for gas leaks and found none. I check t flams on the cooktop and the oven back burner and found them orange. I check for contamination in the gas feed line and found that there was Excess pipe Sealant in it I clean it out was best I could and reinstalled it and Double checked for leaks and found none. Tested unit again and found less orange in the flame cut the was still a Blowtorch like sound. I check that if the regulator was sent to the correct Fuel as the unit is using NG after setting it to NG the torch sound was gonna but the flam still had some orange at the tips Possibly due to some residual contamination in the gas lines. I explained all this to the cx. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood not operating. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on to test and could hear the motor humming, but the blower wheel was not turning. I turned it by hand and found it rubbing against an object. As I was removing the blower from the hood, I found a screw at the top of the blower that was holding the blower to the hood. I removed the junction box cover and found when the unit was installed, a 2 inch screw was used on the ground wire and it was embedded in the blower housing making contact with the blower wheel and keeping it form turning (photo). I removed the screw and installed a green grounding screw and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I notified the builder and provided a photo for them as well. "JM: Arrived onsite to inspect washer. CX reports that unit door lock does not work and that the unit squeals while running. I found error codes F5E1, F2E1. I ran a service diagnostics test. Unit failed door lock test. Manually tested door lock and it failed once every three times there as well. I could here it activating, but it wouldnt lock. Tested spin cycle and I could not reproduce the squeals the CX was reporting. I tested the suspension and it passed the test, it has very little play in it. I talked with the CX that it could be producing the squeal, but that its not worth replacing at this time. Unit needs the door lock assembly replaced. R/R door lock assembly and tested unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. On arrival the customer stated that the unit appeared to leak the entire tub of water on the very first cycle they ran it. Upon further inspection I did not see and visible sign of water damage. The customer stated they found and cleaned the leak relatively quick. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E4 for overfill, F9E2 for drain motor electrical problem, F8E1 for no water, F8E2 for inlet water electrical problem, and F9E1 for not draining. I cleared the error codes. I then started a diagnostics cycle and found it aggressively leaking from a crack in the back top left of the tub. I put a picture of it in SD. I found no other leak on the unit. I am ordering the tub and a two hour job; ordrng 1 W11409866 (Tub)"

"Arrived on site to replace freezer icemaker and while disassembling found fill tube is blocked by ice buildup. Incoming water has been hitting ice and spraying over and filling lower ice bin. Cleared ice and cycled icemaker running properly. Reset fill tube Into cabinet wall and added a zip tie to the end to provide support. Incoming water now is much less splashy. Requested that customer monitor freezer icemaker to see if it operates properly. If not, fill tube with heater and dual valve should be replaced. Customer then requested that upper icemaker be looked at again. Found E2 on test 56, attempted to cycle icemaker on test 57 and motor did not run. Ran test 45 and it filled properly. Replacing upper icemaker will likely correct production here. Customer is going to monitor the lower icemaker to see if fill tube adjustment will correct experience.; ordrng 1 W11294907 (Rc icemaker) and 1 W11238340 (Fc fill tube w heater) and 1 W11430645 (Dual valve)"

Unit filled with water and the motor failed to operate. I advanced through testing and the dispenser, drain pump, and element all operated as designed. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I found the handle not properly installed and adjusted the mounting nuts and tightened the handle screws. I check the evap and the fan found fan operating like normal and there was a great frost pattern. After waiting/ Listening for a few minutes I found that the noise was coming from the cap tube, I adjusted the sound pad to help with the noise but unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for middle drawer not closing properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the middle drawer sticking. I replaced the drawer and both rails I found it still sticking. I found the rails not seating all the way in the slots. I removed the evaporator cover and fan scroll, and retested the drawer. I found the rail still not seating properly making the drawer stick. I called techline and spoke to Anthony, I advised him of my findings and sent in pictures of rails. He advised the liner is bowed causing the rails to bend inward pinching the drawer. I received sr# 7734432741. He has submitted the file for review, for replacement."

Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking and would sometimes stop washing. Upon inspection I found that the dispenser would leak when I ran unit in quick wash. I reaped the dispenser and tested unit and found that the was another leak at the door due to pet heir buildup I clean it up and tested and found the the leaks had stopped. I tested unit again using the pods the cx unit in the manner in which she uses them and found that the unit started flashing SD on display and it stopped washing. I then advised cx to switch to the liquid detergent and to use on up to the first line in the Measuring cup No matter the load size and they should help with this issue. Job complete.

"Arrived to inspect drain issue. I found debris within the strainer and I removed it. The CX advised me that the bellow would not drain and I found and removed a large amount of debris from the lower bellow drain and during removal, discovered the bellow was wearing through and had two pinholes in it. I removed and replaced the bellow and tested. I discussed detergent type and amounts with the CX and advised to refrain from pre-measured detergent pods. The drain did not have a safety strap and I added one. Operational test good, no leaks of the water supply observed during service

"Arrived to inspect blower speed issue. I found the unit appeared to only have one speed. Upon further inspection, I could hear the motor straining as the speed was turned up. I removed the venting and tested and the unit operated as designed with clearly different speeds. The outlets used for this installation are not of a type that I have seen before and appear to be a vacuum breaker type of pvc cap. The outlet gap between the cap and riser pipe is only 1/2 and calculating that with an average circumference of 23 yields approximately 3.6 of air space. This is much less than the MFG recommended 6 diameter minimum and also the type of outlet forces the air to make a 180* change in direction, which is also advised against. I recommend replacing the existing stand pipe system with the MFG recommended wall cap with built in damper and pest screen."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not dissolving the soap. On arrival the customer stated it has happened the last four cycles. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E4 for float switch open. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit ran through as designed. However, at the end of the cycle there were excessive suds. I found the customer had a water softener. I walked the customer through proper soap usage via the user care guide. I advised them to run a clean cycle on the unit to remove some excess soap build up. I also informed them if it continues we may need to replace the dispenser, for it could be dispensing to much rinse aid. I found the unit running as designed at the time of service.
