I inspected the back of the unit and I found the vent hose detached. I re attached the hose and the whirling went away. I confirmed the noise with the customer. I showed her the difference in noise when the vent hose is detached. I advised the customer to give us a call back if the noise returns with the vent hose attached. I put the unit into diagnostics and found the drain pump was humming but not draining. I vacuumed out the tub and removed drain pump. There was a piece of glass in the pump causing the impeller to lock up. I removed the glass and vacuumed out the drain pump port. I found that the unit has the insulation wrap installed and also found that the door gasket is not sealing correctly at both top corners allowing moisture to escape and collect in the corners of the tub and the underside of the countertop. I removed the dryer and found all the refrigerant trapped in the evaporators, I also found the steel line was restricted. I cut the steel line to get rid of the restriction. I put a sweep charge into the system and monitored for any leaks. No leaks found. I evacuated the system and put a charge of 5.5 oz of r134a into the system. I monitored the pressures as they equalized. I ran step four and ensured the refrigerant was no longer being trapped in the evaporators. The unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5620HW1 on site for dryer that was running and turning off all the exact same time for example the drum and motor and heating element would still be operating even though the user interface and main control seem to power down. After further inspection of the unit and running a diagnostic I found that there is a miscommunication and miss wiring Error code F6e1 between the main control and the user interface. I found that it was due to the Power cord being installed incorrectly. The four prong power cord had a red wire connected to black on the terminal another black to red and the ground and white neutral wires were not all in the same place as they should be. I rewire the dryer with red to red black to black white white and ground to machine as it should be and retest of the unit and ensure that there were no new error codespopping up and that the old ones were not coming back as well. Found good water suppply, the internal rubber lining of the hot water hose is deteriorating and was completely blocking the valve screen. Also found the cold water hose washer worn and not sealing causing a drip. After testing the unit determined a failed water valve. Repalced valve and tested unit. Upon further inspection and after entering diagnostics Iran test three and 13 to ensure that the defrost thermistor as well as heater were both functioning because when I pull the coil cover off the inner freezer I found that the unit had another defrost issu. After running test three I found that the defrost thermistor was showing a one that it was stuck open and I went ahead and replaced the thermostat and retest of the unit to ensure that it was defrosting properly the heater and you wire that we replace the last timer still functioning as designed and the thermostat is now showing a passing sign every time a diagnostic test run unit will need at least 24 hours to stabilize temperatures but is now functioning as designed call complete

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT710PAHZ1 Arrived onsite for dishwasher making a clicking noise. Upon inspection I found one of the brackets that secures the heating element to the tub was bent up causing the spray arm to hit against it making the clicking noise and not spin all the way. I straightened the bracket and the unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

The noise was the 3 way valve finding home position. Ran diagnostic tests and determined a communication error between the high voltage control and user interface causing constant voltage to be sent to 3 way valve and interupting dispenser functions. Replaced both parts, tested the unit and all checks good. Job complete"

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL MH1170XSB3 "Arrived on site for microwave not heating & panel broken. Upon arrival I found the front trim cover plate (cosmetic) had broken plastic mounts and wouldnt allow for proper attachment to unit. After testing unit for power I ran a 0:01 quick test to confirm no heat complaint. Within two seconds the unit would stop sending power from main control to rest of unit. Found that unit was having a high voltage supply issue where in by the unit cant hold a steady high voltage connection between transformer, magnetron, etc. during diagnosing and disassemblement of unit there were many plastic mounting pieces, brackets, etc that held this in place such and the user interface, thermostats, etc in places that were falling and breaking into pieces due to the age of the unit. .; ordrng 1 W10166188 (MICRO COMP) and 1 W10166190 (control panel) and 1 W10259625 (grill-vent) and 1 WP8206343 (transformr)"

WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVWC565FW0 Ride on site for a washer that would not agitate. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. Ran unit through an auto test without water connections due to the store not having lotta connections for the unit. Unit ran as designed except for the drain pump sounding like it had something in it. Removes hose from drain pump and found a gold plated chain inside the drain pump assembly causing the restriction of drain pump. Tested the lid lock in a manual lid lock test eight times in unit is working as designed. Call complete.

FREEZER MAYTAG MZF34X16DW04 "Arrived on site for freezer that was not keeping temp properly and cooling. Upon further inspection the unit I found that the compressor as well as defrost timer and thermostat were all functioning fine in the unit was receiving 120 V to all its major components after running a diagnostic test I found that the eve app thermistor had shorted out and was stuck shut and not allowing the main control to detect at the unit need to defrost. After placing the event thermistor and defrost in the unit I was able to retest the freezer and everything is working as designed(part number W11253271)"

WASHER MAYTAG MVWC465HW2 "Arrived on site for a washer that had gone back into a rinse after going into a spin and drain. Inspected unit and work area. Customer had unit turned off and I plug the unit back in. And it went into the rinse cycle again and started filling. Canceled wash cycle and placing it into service diagnostics. Found no stored error codes. Placed unit in An auto test and unit ran as designed. Tested unit in a high speed span and unit right now as designed. I called Techline and spoke to Dave SR# 7728737786. He asked the customer about what was in the load and load size. Customer had stated that she had ran a towel, washcloths, and a couple shirts and shorts together. The load was only roughly about 8 items. Dave mentioned that the issue was probably with an off-balance load in that the unit would go back into a rinse in order to balance out the clothes. He said the new controls arent registering off balance loads as well as they used to and thats why it probably did

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED8500DW0 "Arrived on site to inspect dryer drum not turning. Upon further inspection, I turned the drum by hand and it gave resistance while turning telling me the belt is attached. Customer advised that he heard a thump noise and the drum stopped turning. I raised the top panel and inspected the belt and it was not broken. I disassembled the unit and found a large amount of lint built up inside the unit. I removed the lint with a vacuum, and found that the unit will need a dryer repair kit ad belt to complete repairs. The tension pulley rollers doe snot move. I adjusted the roller and cleaned the axle and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating but will still need the repair kit and belt replaced. I am ordering the dryer t repair kit and a belt, along with CNOTE-LSO.No lint observed at the end of service.; ordrng 1 4392067 (dryer repair kit) and 1 W10849499 (belt)"

WASHER MAYTAG MHWE251YG00 "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and found the unit r code F3E2. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit failed to start diagnostics. I removed the top panel and the rear panel and following the tech sheet, I tested the sensor and heater. I found no continuity in the heater harness. I found the previous repair made had worked itself lose and was not making good contact. Also, the harness was attached to to the basket so when it goes into spin the movement causes the connection to get stretched. I corrected the connector and removed the harness from the basket and retested in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed.
