I arrived on site for a dishwasher not having any power. I found proper voltage at the wall and junction. I found wires wired correctly and no grounding issue at junction. I gained access to the control and found it was getting 120V indicating a bad control. I replaced the control and the unit was now turning on. I ran a test cycle in diagnostics and it ran through as designed with no errors. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator making loud noise and having frost build up. Upon rival customer stated that the unit had gotten frost build up and made the noise recently, but they thawed out the unit and the noise stopped. They also stated that it started a few weeks ago, and recently the lights started having issues. Indicating this may have started during winter storm and rolling power outages. The unit is now beginning to frost back up again. I checked temps in the FC and found them at 42?F when set at 37?F. The FC was at -1?F when set at 0?F. I found the evap fans working as designed and the thermistors on diagnostics reading fine. I found the damper not opening or closing properly. I gained access to the HV control and tested voltage at control P2 2-5 for the damper when activating it in service diagnostics and found only 66VAC when it was supposed to open and when it was supposed to close it went to 0VAC. I also tested the voltage at the control P5 1-2 for the RC thermistor and found it at 1VDC. This is indicating a faulty HV control. .; ordrng 1 W10695459 (FC Module)"

Arrived onsite for broken dispenser. Upon arrival found customer had tried disassembling door. Customer had dispenser ordered but was unable to remove the top two screws at the latch assembly. Screws are stripped into the latch assembly and would need to be forced out causing damage to the assembly.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator loaning cool and not making ice. Upon inspection I found that all functions and thermistors passed in diagnostics. I found the compressor pulling 1.8 amps while running. I accessed the FC evaporator and found no frost pattern. I let the unit run for atleast 20 mins but no frost for,Ed one other evaporator. I found the drain pan warped. I found the RC evaporator was after market indicating it had been replaced before. As per CS the unit would need a sealed system repair and possibly need diagnosis for defrost issue.

Arrived on site for refrigerator cleaning previously diagnosed sealed system upon arrival I was able to recover the current Freon uninstall the compressor reinstall a new compressor UV dryer and access valve high then vacuumed out the system for 20 minutes and make sure that the pressure did not have any leak and stayed with the vacuum for another 15 minutes. I then charge the unit with 5 ounces of Freon as recommended by model tag at this point I inform the customer will take 24 hours to fully cool the temperature is down where they need to be call complete. Psi levels high/low upon completion were 125/0

"Arrived on site for dishwasher getting into the middle of the cycle and the stopping. Upon arrival customer stated that it would fill and then stop. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for wash motor not running, F7E1 for no heat, F3E3 for failed calibration, and F5E1 for door switch stuck. I ran a diagnostics mode and found the unit would fill properly and the motor would hum but it sounded as if it was struggling and would skip around then stop. This dispenser opened. I measure amp draw for heater and found it working and at the end the unit drained as designed. I checked voltage at the motor during another test cycle and found the voltage to low and chattering. I then checked voltage at the wall and control and both have proper voltage. This indicates a bad control. I replaced the control and put unit into diagnostics mode and through as designed with no errors. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

Found issue was not with the infinite switches but with the element. Tested voltage from the pink wire to ground eight on each element and found 125 V present. Could not find which element was the problem so called SW. She had me disconnect all pink wires off of the elements and attach them one at a time to see which tripped the hot indicator light. Found the left front element causing the hot indicator light to turn on without being hot. Placed Sienna in Service diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) and F8 E1 (no fill/siphoning condition) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Placed the unit in a high-speed spin and found the unit slightly unlevel. Raise the feet on the unit and had the customer placed a load inside the washer to run and saturate to do a drain and spin cycle. The unit did the drain and spin cycle fully without going off balance and completely wrong out all the clothes. I advise the customer that the issue was probably with the load that they ran. Went over user care guide in the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Customer advised that not only are they having icemaker issue but that their water dispenser will dispense an ounce of water and stop dispensing. They advised that if they open the door or press any buttons on the on the door it?ll start working again but every single time they go to dispense water does the same thing. He advised for me to check voltage going to the icemaker and we found proper voltage. He advised that he would be out in issue with the bad icemaker. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit has gotten worse since the last repair as the water dispenser and ice maker dont work now. I removed the deli UI and unplugged it and after a few seconds, all the interior lights came on and the UI recognized that the deli drawer was opened. I tested all the burners and all are operating as designed except the middle burner. I found the ignitor isnt arcing correctly and lots of gas is being released. I removed the cooktop panel and inspected the burner and found lots of old debris on the burner and down inside the burner. "Arrived on site for refrigerator with lights out in FC and RC, as well loss of cool. The customer stated they feel that their vegetables in the produce drawer are expiring quicker than usual. I tested temps and found RC at 37?F, produce drawer at 39?F, and FC at 6?F. I then tested the thermistors and they both passed, both evap fans functioned as designed, baffle motor opened and closed, condenser fan turned on, and defrost heater and bi-metal were functioning as designed. I found the unit cooling as designed and that the customer may have been over loading the unit. I advised the customer on my findings. I found the smell coming from the house drain pipe and went over that and explained that hot water heater diodes can also cause the smell they were experiencing. I explained that the smell was not the fault of the washer.

Arrived on site and inspect range and found inner glass is broken/shattered will need to bring back a new one to correct issue; ordrng 1 W11339500 (Glass) and 1 W10902192 (Door liner)

Arrived onsite for unit making a noise. Plugged unit back in. No noise from drain motor. Put unit in diagnostics. Tested unit. Unit tested good. Did notice suds at the bottom of the spin tub. Let customer know to not use too much soap. Because the soap can cause the control board to go into a drain mode. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed door gasket as well as front leveling feet. Upon arrival I was able to install the necessary parts I then reassembled and tested the unit twice fully to ensure that it was filling agitating and draining as intended. I found no further issues to the unit and inform customer is ready for use. Call complete
