"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and at the end of the cycle, the unit failed to drain. I checked the hose and found it good as some water was going though to the disposal. I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested and same results. I found debris at the check valve that was blocking the valve from fully opening. When I went to replace the drain hose with check valve, I found the hose going to this disposal was badly kinked and almost broken. I removed and replaced both hose and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. And the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I ran the unit through manual testing and found the valve, drain pump, and driving parts all good. Ran the unit through normal wash cycle and found no problems with the cycle. The customer advised that the issue only happened on one load and then she was unable to get the unit to start a cycle. Showed her how to clear the drain pump if the drain pump is actuated and is not along her to make selections. Call complete."

Took rear cover off and found pulling .4 amps. Unit receiving proper voltage condenser motor engaging. Evap motor engaging. Heater working as designed. Did confirm the customers complaint in diagnostics and also found an F5 E2 (door lock error) error code. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test in the unit ran as designed. Check the pressure hose, pressure dome, drain pump, and fill valves and all checked good. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce 7734123585. He had me run through a few checks and advised the issue would have to be with an over sudsing issue or a harness issue. He advised the customer to run another load and check to see if there were suds inside the unit. Did confirm suds inside the washing machine during the diagnostic cycle. Advise the customer to run a few loads and call back if further issues persist. The office will need to order the lower wire harness if the problem still persists. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with ice all in the bottom of the FC. I found ice coming out of the lower evaporator cover vents on the left side and ice in the bottom of the FC. I found the wrong fill tube installed on the icemaker and it was about 1 1/2 to long. I cut the fill tube off and removed the evaporator cover finding the drain restricted. I cleared the drain and remove all the frost and ice. I reinstalled the icemaker and tested. The icemaker works as designed and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Ran the units were an auto test and the unit seemingly was working as designed. Ran the unit through normal water cycle and found the unit fill and then agitate. The unit agitated for about 10 minutes and then errored out with that code again. Tested the unit on a cold wash cycle and found the cold water valve not pulling in any water. Removed the hose from the valve and found the customer had no water supply to the unit on the cold water valve side. Did advise customer they will need to fix their water supply issues. Arrived on site for refrigerator creating ice around the dispenser inside the door under ice bucket and around the liner of door itself. Upon arrival confirm complaint customer also stated the unit was making a loud vibrating sound whenever water was dispensed the icemaker or into the door itself. Upon further testing found that the filter housing was failing to seal correctly with a filter I then called whirlpool techline and spoke with Adrian sr# 7734107053. Due to the amount of failures and ice forming around the door itself underneath the bucket and underneath the lighter below the bucket techline recommends that we order a brand new door due to possible failing insulation in the door and replace the filter housing as well. Will need office to get authorization before ordering parts or rescheduling; ordrng 1 W11089011 (Door (needs to be stainless)) and 1 W10394053 (Filter housing) and 1 Cnote (Needs authorization!!!)

I found no water lines leaking. I found thebice maker full of water. I preformed a temp test and found the unit at 40 degrees. I gained access to the evaporator and only found the bottom 3 rungs frosted. I let the unit run for 15 minuets and rechecked the frost pattern. I found it building a good frost pattern. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=27 degrees and RC=40. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors and all checked good. I tested the thermistors at the control and all checked good. I tested the cooling system in test 40 and found the FC evaporator not forming any frost pattern. When disassembling the FC section, the left drawer stop broke. I removed and replaced the compressor and drier and vacuumed the unit. Pressures held good. I installed 4.5oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit in diagnostics test 40 again. Unit is beginning to cool and evaporators had good frost pattern developing. No water leaks observed during service. I recommended allowing the RC section to cool for 24 hours and the FC section 48 hours before placing items back inside. I am ordering the left drawer clip and customer to schedule return service when they return from vacation. ; ordrng 1 WPW10485096 (Pan stop left)"

Gained access to the main control and found the diagnostics LED on solid. Following the tech sheet, the main control is not communicating and needs to be replaced. I found the personality not correct and corrected and retested. Unit continues to fail. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Tested unit in diagnostics and found all bimentals in good condition, tested defrost and was good. Found right door gasket needing replaced. I asked CX if any doors where left open and yes they had found it open once on the freezer door. Unit was not properly leveled I also loved it correctly. I advised CX to defrost unit for 32 hrs and I explained to them on how to do it and had them sign the waiver. After defrost as been properly done for them to turn it back on and let unit cool for 24hrs before using it again. If any other problems persist CX will need main control and UI. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

Upon arrival confirmed the issue in found water from the center of the top FC gasket going 4 inches left to right and I the direction. Found no evidence of leaks or water leaking from anywhere and also found no signs of moisture on dividers. Called techline spoke with Chris sr#7734108491. Went over all symptoms and previous repairs made and also ran multiple tests and diagnostics with techline on the phone and we determined that it is possible to moisture was being created from small gaps in the liner. Was instructed to silicone the liners and then inform the customer to monitor the temperatures of the fridge for the next 1 to 2 weeks to verify if the issue comes back. Call complete
