"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making abnormal sounds when filling and is going off balance intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the water valve makes noise when it draws in water, goes off-balance from time to time, and has a weird odor that its putting into the clothes. I did explain to the customer that the foul smells would not be coming from any portion of the machine because it does not add anything to the water or the clothes when its washing. I did advise him that it would either be a water supply issue or build up inside of his tub. I recommended that they run a clean washer cycle through it and if that does not work to try to run vinegar on a cycle by itself. I asked the customer about the off balance issues and he advised that it generally happens when the I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I did find the unit severely unlevel, leaning against the back wall. I tried to move the basket to ensure that the spinner net had not come loose. I found the basket fully intact. I adjusted the feet on the washer and ran the unit through an auto test. I found all parts of the machine working and operating as designed except for the inlet valve. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost on evap cover. Upon further inspection, I spoke with maintenance and they advised that the FC evaporator cover was engulfed in ice/frost and were told the evaporator fan needed to be replaced. I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in and placed it in diagnostics. I tested the thermistors and found the defrost thermistor was open. I tested the evaporator fan, demonstrating for the maintenance crew and it is operating as designed. I tested defrost and found the defrost element heating properly. I removed the defrost thermistor and tested and its showing 1.93kohms (approx. 90 degrees inside the FC section). I tested voltage at the hv control and did not get proper voltage to the thermistor. I removed and replaced the defrost thermistor and hv control and retested the unit and its getting/providing proper voltage and the thermistor is reading properly at the thermistor and in diagnostics. I found a small gap in the upper left corner of the FC door gasket at the mullion and corrected/adjusted and sealed with manufacturer approved silicone. "Arrived on site to test unit for F02 error code. Upon arrival customer stated after the previous tech left and they ran a cycle, unit still did not drain and flashed a F02 error code. "Arrived on site for refrigerator with stuck filter, freezing items randomly in fc and forming snowy ice between ice door separator and ice bucket. Found ice door separator seal letting in hot air. Was able to readjust filter to proper position and its now able to be removed and replaced easily. Also I instructed customer on how to play Tetris with the items in the rc to help prevent freezing, also showed customer how to touch the option button, then touch filter reset option and to hit the confirmed button on the 3rd step to reset filter when it gets replaced in the further. Arrived on site for microwave making a loud noise when fan was on and unit not allowing proper airflow. On arrival confirmed issue and found airflow restriction was due to improperly installed vent kit externally on microwave. Ran a normal cycle and found water leaking from under sump at diverter. Also during inspection found OWI sensor is completely covered in build up, kick plate insulation is totally saturated with water and damaged with strong odor. Need to replace sump and motor, harness, OWI sensor, feeder tube, kick plate, and drain hose. Ordering all parts and requesting 2 hour weigh. WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. Upon arrival found breaker was tripped went outside and flipped back on. Preheated to 350 with ground on breaker flipped. Removed ground and flipped breaker back on preheated to 500 degrees. Temperature reached 500 degrees without ground did not trip breaker. Rewired ground back on and checked polarity L1 to L2 (247.) L1 to N (123.7) L2 to N (123.6) N to G (000.0) Preheated to 500 degrees with ground temperature reached 500 degrees without tripping breaker. Last tech replaced bake and broil elements . Notified client to let range heat for one hour and a half.

WRX735SDHZ09 Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found fridge unplugged I plugged back in and heard compressor try to come on but it was was locked . Left plugged in for a bit compressor never came on . Temperature on compressor was cool no heat at all. L2 to N (130) G to N (000.) Removed ground wire and preheated stove to 500 degrees. Temperature reached 500 degrees then rewired ground back on and preheated to 500 degrees. Again Temperature reached 500 degrees without tripping breaker product works as it's designed.
