Arrived onsite for a DW that will attempt to pump the water out of the unit but will not move the water out. I checked that the hose was not clogged I attempted to Ruths drain pump and found that the pump would hmm but the impeller wouldnt move. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not evenly freezing items in freezer and RC wasn't as cold as it needed to be. Checked freezer and found 2 ice balls on the front of the evap cover. Removed evap cover and found the fan was not plugged in from factory and not blowing. Plugged in fan and verified proper cooling. Advised to defrost unit to get ride of the ice on top of the evap. Unit now working as designed. Repair completed.

Went to replace the inlet tube and found that the waterline feeding the inlet water valve has been leaking for sometime. Replaced the inlet tube and water valve together and advise the customer that they would need a new waterline hook up for for repair due to the leaking waterline. Found the freezer door, not being able to pull out initially and once the freezer door was pulled out found ice buildup on the bottom side of the freezer door. Inspected the door and found the bottom outer edge of the door loose indicating replacing the gasket would not be the best fix. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the detergent door not opening. I checked the resistance for the dispenser solenoid from the control and it read 24 ohms and was in range. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is getting too cold (below freezing) in the fresh foods section and making a whirling noise. Upon arrival, I found the unit in defrost mode and the compressor not running. I tested temps in the fresh foods section and get 32-36 degrees and the freezer was 26 degrees. I removed the evaporator cover and found no frost pattern; only frost on the first coil in the upper right corner (photo). I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover and tested amp draw to the compressor. I found .48amps and the compressor is very hot to touch. I advised the customer that the compressor is bad and will need to be replaced. I am ordering the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve, NITROGEN, R600 and CNOTE-2HR JOB. I contacted the Whirlpool WiFi team and spoke to Michael and advised of the issue. Michael was able to get the unit connected to the customers app and it immediately updated the app on the phone. "Arrived onsite for IM not working. On inspection the customer tells me that they only get 2oz on a measured 8oz pour. Pulled the filter out and installed a bypass. The unit dispensed 8oz on a 8oz pour. Informed the customer that the filter is clogged and it wont dispense a enough water to the IM to make ice. Customer said that it would make ice sometimes, I then checked the fc temperature and it was -4 on setting of 0? informed her that the fc is cold enough to make ice. Did the fill test on the ice maker with the bypass and it filled. Customer going to replace the filter. No water leaks detected during service."

Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the right RC door gasket and using my heat gun, I heated the gasket and shaped it before installing. Once installed, I inspected it and found it sealing all the way around the door. I recommended the customer leave the door closed for approximately three to four hours to allow it to mold to the chassis. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I tested in automatic test first (test 12) and the unit operated as designed. I manually tested the valves and they, along with the sensor, filled and sensed as designed. While manually testing the valves, I found the unit with a large amount of detergent send in the drum assembly (photo). Customer advised that they are placing the detergent pods in the dispenser drawer. I recommended not doing that as the plastic from the pod does not dissolve well and clogs up the dispenser which is the reason the unit is showing the error code. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and softener use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Inspected the door and found significant warping at the bottom of the FC door. Also discovered that the slide will not allow the left side of the FC door to close unless it is pushed in but it is barely noticeable. Ordering the door, slides and brackets for return service. WRF757SDHZ04 arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Inspected the unit and found that the ice bin door has significant gapping due to a warped door causing warm air to leak into the ice maker. Ordering the RC door and ice door for return service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water not dispensing and water on shelving inside fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had to turn the ice maker and water off due to the ice maker fill tube leaking from the top of the unit. I found the fill tube bulb cracked (photo). I removed the ice maker and found the fill tube chute full of ice (photo). The customer advised they found water on the shelving under the water filter housing and they had just replaced the filter which was a knockoff filter and not an OEM manufacturer correct filter. I placed my bypass in the filter housing and turned the water on at the wall,and tested the dispenser and it operated as designed. I did not test the ice maker due to the fill tube being damaged and there is water in the motor. Looking at past repairs, this has been an ongoing issue. I am ordering the ice maker, fill tube, permagum, dual valve, reservoir, water filter and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Office to schedule return service. Water turned off at the wall and the ice maker is turned off at the UI. "Arrived on site for door not closing correctly. Upon arrival,inspected unit and found debris in latch preventing the door from closing correctly. Removed debris and latch is failed and strike will not press latch. Removed latch and by passed switch. . Am now able to get into diagnostics. Got error codes F5-E1 door switch stuck open. "Arrived on site to test unit for beeping after cycle starts and doesnt allow water into unit. Upon closer inspection found code f6e2 meaning know water, reset units codes. Tested unit unit is running as intended. Job complete."

On arrival verified vent complaint. Found crushed vent hose behind unit. Took photos and attached. Advised customer vent may need to be replaced. Attempted to move dryer forward to ease restriction of vent. Dryer then blocks door of closet it is in from closing which prevents access to another room. Pushed unit back to allow door to close. Advised customer vent issue needs to be fixed to allow proper air flow of unit. Operational test good. Job complete.

On arrival found no power to outlet. Spoke with builder and found power was damaged recently at breaker box and will need to be repaired before diag can be completed. Job complete builder will call back when power is returned.
