"Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRX735SDHW09 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had quit making ice a few days ago. I removed the ice container and found it halfway full of ice. The customer dispensed ice and I found the unit going back through another ice making cycle. I found the ice maker harvest and refill to complete the ice making cycle. I checked temperature in the ice box and found it at 8 degrees farenheit. I advised the customer that it appeared to be an ice cube that got stuck between the bail arm and the icemaker, causing the icemaker to think the bin was full. I went over some checks to make if they have any other issues and to call back, if they can't correct the issue themselves. The unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Performed operational test and verified glow igniter not energizing properly despite correct voltage being supplied to igniter circuit. Further inspection found igniter physically cracked, preventing proper current draw and gas valve activation. Quoted customer for part $101.21 and labor $229.99; customer accepted. Proceeded to replace igniter and retested operation. Verified bake burner now ignites properly and heating cycle engages as designed. Collected fee $358.52 CC Auth# 99C3E4. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

I checked for codes in diagnostics and found no codes present. Ran function checks in diagnostics and was able to to trigger both elements and their associated sensors. This leads me to believe issue was in the software for the unit. I performed a factory reset and reconnected the unit to the whirlpool app. Retested and found oven working correctly. If issue happens again, recommend replacement of console due to housing the software. Call completed."

Removed outer cover and inspected door switch assembly and interlock system. Found damaged/broken interlock causing the door switches to improperly engage and disengage, which was activating components when the unit was not being used. Replaced defective interlock assembly and reassembled unit. Tested microwave multiple times by opening and closing door and allowing unit to sit idle. Attempted to remove agitator for further disassembly, however agitator is seized to shaft and will require replacement for completion of repair. Replaced drain pump w11412291. Also removed drain hose from garbage disposal and cleared food particles and debris. Tested dishwasher: filled, ran cancel cycle, and drained properly. Tested two more times to confirm clear drain hose; it drained properly. Dishwasher working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service."

Light smoke and odor from oven, which is normal due to protective oils and lubricants used inside to prevent rusting or vaporizing. Recommend builder: run oven to 400? for burn-off at least 1 hour (minimum two hours if possible). This will burn off excess oils/lubricants and cure insulation around cavity. Make sure exhaust fan in microwave is running to help vent odor. Oven working as intended. All odors/smells from oven normal at this time. No gas leaks detected time of service."

"WOES3030LS01. Upon arrival, customer stated she was reheating a roast that dripped to the bottom of the oven liner and caught fire. The model/serial tag had burnt off. Contacted office; they authorized service. Ran oven to 350?F; it was off by about 60?. Replaced oven sensor W11598120 and recalibrated. Oven now accurate to ?2-3?. Customer noted grease on bottom liner won't come off. Advised it is not greasematerial melted through during self-clean cycle, likely causing the damage. Nothing can be done to fix liner; management company or owner must replace oven. Advised customer to contact management to reach Whirlpool, update warranty with home closing date, and obtain new model/serial tag to avoid future issues. Oven now working as intended."

Noted that compressor was not running. Removed panels to access control board and verified 6 volts DC to inverter. Ohmed out compressor; it read about 10.7 ohms on all three windings, which was fine. Checked voltage to compressor and found zero volts coming from inverter board.
