Arrived on site for rc door ice maker not producing. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the icemaker and found it cycling. I ran a fill test and it would not fill. I called techline and spoke to Rich sr #7732461848. He stated to watch how long the unit takes to cycle the ice harvest. If its below 22 to 24 minuets to replace the thermistor and control. If it is above 27 minuets there is a possible sealed system issue. I waited and watched the unit. I found it cycling at 18 minuets. Found the customer had set the refrigerator temperature to seven which is the coldest. Also notice the customer had several items pushed to the back wall on multiple shelves. I did advise the customer that pushing things to the back can cause airflow restrictions and cause freezing of said items and items close to it. Ran through diagnostics and found all tests pass. Advise the customer to lower the setting of her refrigerator and to make sure that air can travel freely around the compartment to give her her best cool went over user care guide and the unit is working as designed. Arrived on site for arrange that is 100? off in the oven section when baking and has large front claims coming from her burners. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint on both ends and check for resistance through the temperature thermostat. Found it out of range. Replaced thermostat and attempted to adjust burners through the valves. Could not adjust the flames lower. Checked the orifices and found that the orifices were correct. Checked the gas regulator for conversion and found it still converted for Natural gas. Advised customer of the issue and she advised that she would get her propane guy to convert it. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the front of the unit. Upon further inspection, I find a blackish/brownish sticky substance at the front right roller area on the roller and on the floor. Pulled the unit out and inspected the compressor area and found it clean with no debris. Tilted the unit to the left and placed a wooden block under to support and inspected the front right roller area. The debris looks like molasses as its dark brown and sticky. I removed the roller mount screws and dropped the roller down and found the substance in between the mount and the unit chassis. Cleaned the debris from the unit and re-installed the roller and after doing such, I found the same substance in the same area on the front left roller. I advised the customer that what appears to me is that something spilled and collected in the roll of the metal at the toeplate and possibly the floor is not level tilting to the right where the substance could travel down the metal and onto the roller then onto the floor. I did not find the substance anywhere else other than the front rollers and in the metal of the chassis at the front behind the toeplate.

Replaced the air baffle and tested the unit. Found the unit cooling properly. Waited for the compressor to kick on and could not hear the compressor running so I opened up the compressor department. Found a big wasp nest built inside the condenser fan housing causing the condenser fan motor not be able to run. Remove the dirt dauber nest and the condenser fan began to run as designed. The unit is cooling and is operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer control panel not responding. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and attempted to place in diagnostics and the console failed to respond. I cycled power to the unit and placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F6E2-communication error between UI and ACU. I cleared the code and attempted to continue in diagnostics and the unit would not go any further. Following the tech sheet, I tested voltage to the unit (123V) and voltage at the control to the UI at the J18 connection and got 5VDC. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings. Bruce recommended unplugging the speaker and retesting. I did such and it continued to fail. Bruce recommended testing the hot water to make sure steam is not getting into the control panel and I did and its not the issue. Bruce recommended replacing the UI console again. I removed and replaced the control panel and calibrated. Retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The customer advised that she had an issue with a load and that after that load she hasnt been able to get the washer to start. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E3 (overload), F2 E1 (UI stuck key), and F5 E1 (lid switch fault -lid opened when start key pressed) error codes. Around the unit through a normal water cycle and the unit ran as designed by sensing, spinning, feeling, and agitating. I canceled the cycle and ran the unit through diagnostics. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the lid lock function of the unit 20 times and could not get the lid lock to fault even with opening and closing the lid. The customer advised that sometime she has issues with getting the unit to start. I had a customer attempt to start the washer and found that she was using her fingertip. I did advise her to use her fingerprint to start it due to the heat sensor on the board needing to be activated. Could not find any issues with the unit so I advise the customer to call back if she has any further issue with the unit. Call complete."

I advanced through testing and the drain pump and heating element are operating as designed. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. In the video the unit stopped and started beeping, and it flashed the F9E1 error code. Upon further inspection I found the unit full of water. I pressed the cancel/drain button and found it working. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for no drain, F10E1 for dispenser electrical problem, and F8E2 for fill valve electrical problem. I cleared the error codes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found it ran through as designed. I inspected the drain tube and found it clear and routed correctly. I gained access to the control and found everything in good shape. I found the unit getting good voltage at the junction box. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7732440228. Joel recommended replacing the sump and motor. I replaced the sump and then ran a diagnostics cycle on the unit.

Arrived on site for fridge not cooling and freezer icing up again. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested voltage from the control and found good voltage. I found continuity through the bimetal and the defrost element. I found the evaporator fan spinning slowly. I pulled the fan off and found it full of ice. I removed the ice and dried the fan off. I found the fan working as designed now. I found the evaporator pan and the air ducts iced over. I gained access to the drain tube and found it clear. I advised the customer to turn the unit off and let i5 defrost for 48 hours. Job complete.

Arrived on site for range having plastic burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. Disassembled back and inspected wire harness. Found wire burnt at terminal block. Removed failed harness and installed new. Assembled unit and tested operation.

Performed streem diagnosis. found display led lights failed and unit has same display read out at all time. customer started a cook cycle and the display stayed the same. Unit will need new display control to repair.

Arrived onsite for dryer not operating properly. Tested unit by running time dry and noticed that the timer was not moving. I replaced timer and tested unit and found that the timer moved this time. I also performed a vent test and found good flow. Unit it operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival replaced unit grates and tested. Job Completed.

Arrived on site for unit not washing. Upon inspection found no water coming in unit from the water supply. Advised customer that a plumber would need to be called to resolve issue. Job complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Found that the control was not bad. Found a polarity issue. Found 120 coming in and not 240. After further diagnostics found that L1 leg on the cord had melted the plastic on the cord there was no continuity from wall to block. Also found the outlet itself was bad and caused arcing to the plug. Adjusted cord placement and restored missing leg of 120 to operate unit. Unit powered on and heated and functioned properly just was not able to secure connection.Advised customer to to have the 240 outlet replaced by an electrician as well as installing new power cord. Job complete

Arrived for - SP W11540964 heater issues.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that isn't turning on constantly. Found outer panel of microwave door out of alignment and reset it to proper position. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.
