Upon arrival I was able to verify that the turntable microswitches and main controls are all working after running multiple test at first I thought the magnetron gone bad but after further diagnosis I found out the diode capacitor were both blown not allowing the unit to hold a proper charge to supply the high-voltage components with.l I replaced both parts and found unit is now fully functioning and heating as designed. Arrived on site for a range that has a broken baking element and has a surface burner that goes on high regardless of the setting. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed both of the customers complaints and replaced bake element. Replaced the infinite switch but also noticed a bad spot on her element that was glowing red when the rest of it was not red. Spoke to PR and was advised that the element was about to break or stop working and advised to replace the element as well . Replaced surface element and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a dryer that would pop the breaker. Upon arrival the customer stated the breaker would pop as soon as you plugged the unit in. He also stated that the unit was working fine at the old house and as soon as they moved here it began. I found the home to be a new build and it to be on a GFCI, it was also a 240V dryer on a 120V breaker box. I turned the breaker on and checked voltage at the wall. There was no polarity issues and the voltage was good. I plugged the unit in and the breaker popped right away. I gained access to the terminal block and found it in good shape. The power cord ohmd out good as well. I gained access to the control and harness and found both in good shape. I advised the customer the unit appears to be as designed and they may need to call an electrician.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found out the unit is over cooling not under cooling. I found food in the RC deli drawers freezing. I tested temps and found the RC=30 and FC=5 I ran diagnostics and found the damper opening and closing in diagnostics. I found that the whole time onsite the FC fan did not turn off and the damper stayed open to cool the RC. I found the RC thermistor out of range causing the unit to think its too warm in the RC I am ordering the rc thermistor(W10316760) and the UI as per CS. . ; ordrng 1 W11284720 (UI) and 1 W10316760 (Thermistor)

Arrived on site to test unit for loud noise while ice maker running cycle.

Arrived onsite for microwave that looks damaged or there is a problem with the wrap. I found the right side of the wrap slightly bowed allowing the white frame to show through. I did not see any dents or damage to the wrap. I adjusted the control and that side of the wrap. The gap has closed and the wrap within tolerance for the unit. It was most likely bowed due to the canister shape or installation. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer not draining. Customer stated they was able to drain manually through access drain. Inspected unit and work area. Found drain line to far down standpipe and not zip tied in. Corrected drain line. Tested operation and found unit draining at good rate. Recommend to run cleaning cycle and run a few washes through to see if failure will reappear. If failure does reappear will need to replace drain pump assembly. All operations tested good, no water leaks detected.

Arrived on site for a wall oven door catching top left corner of the frame. Upon further inspection I found the left side frame bent and actually causing the lower and upper door to slide agains the frame. This was making it hard to close the door and scratching the inner door. I called techline and spoke to Sterling and received SR# 7730762125.

Arrived onsite for ice maker still not making enough ice. Upon inspection I found the inlet valve not letting enough water enter the reservoir. And the unit is taking too long to fill. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found a major difference in the flow rate of the new valve. The unit is cycling much faster I also found a patch of dust and hair stuck to the condenser coil. I advised the Customer to monitor ice production over the weekend. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival I inspected icemaker and found unit was only receiving 88 out of the 120 volts needed from harness. I then spoke with Sterling sr#7730765014 at whirlpool techline. After further testing we found that the door switch is only partially allowing power into the optical sensors. We also found after further testing that the inlet valve is not opening allowing water to enter ice maker. He recommended we return with new freezer door switch as well as the optics just in case anything should change between diagnostics and repair. We will need to replace door switch and valve on return then verify optics are still functioning again. O; ordrng 1 W11457217 (Switch freezer door)

Arrived on site for refrigerator still not making ice properly. Upon arrival I found in the ice bin that the ice was functioning as designed didnt see any abnormalities with ice shapes. Mrs stated she thought ice was starting to work perfectly this morning before my arrival but mr says it still hasnt been. I called whirlpool techline and went over as much previously done work as I could and after reviewing with Joel Sr#7730762874 he stated that at this time the ice build up on side of door is typical and that with ice acting as it is know that they dont want us to proceed with any repairs. Also found while on site that customers have a carbon based filtration system and that their psi on to property is around 90 psi but per customer they are claiming their plumber checked it directly at house and it drops from 90 to around 50-60 psi. I documented all of this with whirlpool. They say to leave unit as is and no further repairs should be done at this time. I did however go around and add on a pexline with regulator due to psi levels customer stated was going into home. No issues or leaks during repairs. Also replaced cracked shelf and checked on light customer stated wasnt working customer claimed they had found food item blocking light and during repair found no problems with any lights in fresh food or freezer compartment. call complete

Removed the door and disassembled and cleaned. While doing this, I found the unit lights flickering (all4) together at the same time. I attempted to engage the drain pump through diagnostics and found no response. I ohmd out the drain pump and found it out of range I replaced the pump and tested but still no action. I replaced the control and now the unit is draining and working as designed. As I replaced the pump I found a good amount of gear case oil spread around the inner wall and on the rotor. The unit also need the gearcase replaced. "Arrived on site for a microwave smoking. Upon arrival the customer stated the smoke came out of the cavity and that the unit was completely unresponsive now. I checked the voltage at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the inside of the unit and it had significant grease build up in it. I found the transformer visibly burnt as well. I ohmd out the thermostat, the mag, and cap. All ohmd out good, but the fuse ohmd out open. The control looked in good shape and so does the harness. I took the mag out and inspected the antenna and wave guide and found it good. I found the transformer and fuse needing replacement.

Tested all thermistors and all tested fine, checked temperature record for the freezer in the last six hours and found that the lowest temp was -20, highest was 66 and the average was 0. Checked drain tube and the drain tube was clear, checked defrost and defrost tested fine as well, put unit back into global defrost mode. Arrived on site to test unit for unit not working. Found bad fan motor and fan blade. Will need 2 hours. Still dont know if the unit is going up and down. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 WB26X10222 (Fan motor) and 1 WB26X10130 (Fan blower wheel) and 1 2hoursjob (2 hour job)

Arrived on job to replace previously diagnosed part. After replacement test operation.

Arrived on site to diagnose a freezer that is leaking. Tested unit and found drain line clogged causing defrost water to leak out of freezer. Issue should have been resolved on previous appointment. Cleared drain and removed ice from freezer and all is working properly at this time

Arrived on job for complaints of warm temperature. Found one small spot with ice.

Arrived onsite for unit not spraying to get the tablet to dissolve. Found that the lower spray arm wasn?t attached correctly. Re attached lower spray arm. Tested unit. Unit spraying with no issues.
