Confirmed broil element not heating. 240v from outlet to control, but control wasnt sending power to broil element. Oven sensor ohmed out at 1.08 ohms at room temp as well as resistance of wires, both broil and bake element were showing continuity.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has ice on the bottom of the icemaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she is getting ice crystals on the fronted her ice bin and around the door area. I advised the customer that having ice crystals is just due to the freezer door being open for a long period of time causing the door to sweat and then when the door closes the moisture freezes causing the ice crystals and then that is normal. The customer asked several questions about the unit to ensure that they?re doing everything right. Tech line has been called several times about the same issue and they?ve have advised that this issue is normal. No further repairs can be made to rectify this issue to make things better. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water is leaking at the front wheels. I opened the FC door and found a large slab of ice at the bottom the FC section. Inspected the evaporator and found the drain clogged with ice. Pulled the unit out and found the drain tube to be the old style duck bill. Per service pointer W10632338E, I removed and replaced the drain tube with a pee trap type tube and part covered by S38253. I am ordering the right RC door gasket and scheduled return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10830274 (Gasket)"

I checked the power cord for continuity and found one side showing intermittent continuity.Found the power cord had a burn mark on the connector for the outlet. Check the outlet and found the outlet completely burned on one side. Advise customer that her issue is with her electrical supply and that she would need to have an electrician come fix her outlet and to replace her power cord. Checked thermal fuse, thermal cut off, heater, and Highland thermostat. All checked good. Advise customer to call back if there any further issues persist after electrical is fixed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that there is condensation on the back wall of the RC section and when the fan comes on, it makes a loud noise. I inspected the RC section and found the doors sealing properly. I found that when the left RC door is closed, the mullion isnt closing all the way and making good contact with the right RC door so there is a large gap allowing warm air into the RC section and creating the moisture/condensation. When the FC evap fan came on, it began to make a loud noise as if the fan were rubbing on something. I disassembled the FC door/drawers and found that a piece of the evap cover gasket was loose and hitting the fan causing the noise. Adjusted the gasket and cover and retested and the noise is resolved.No water leaks observed during service and moisture cleared from the RC section.; ordrng 1 WR17X25027 (Mullion)"

The unit still did not dispense and the ice bin felt like it wasnt seating all the way into position I found the control arm slightly bent outward. I bent it back into shape and locked the bin into correct position. The unit is now working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with condensation in the RC and door gasket issues. Upon inspection I found the RC door was not closing correctly and as if it was getting caught on something or rubbing causing the top left corner of the gasket to have a gap. I found condensation built up on the damper. The customer had concerns of the condenser coil and compressor due to excessive dust build up on the condenser. I removed the RC door and found the cam bolt had backed its self up out of the hinge about the 2 inches . I screwed the bolt back in and lined the cam up so that the door would close correctly. The door is now closing correctly but there is still a slight gap in the upper left side of the gasket. I inspected the condenser coils and compressor we vacuumed up what we could of the dust but being an older unit there is dust in certain spot and are spots that we cant reach with the vacuums and would need compressed air to shoot the dust out. With no other complaints about cooling issues. I heat formed the gasket so that it seals correctly and asked the customer to leave the RC shut for a few hours and monitor the unit to make sure the condensation doesnt return

"Arrived on site to diagnose temperatures being off by 40 degrees, customer informed us that the inspector tested the temp with a laser temp reader on the side panel giving an improper reading for actual cavity temperature. We tested the unit with my temperature coupler and found the average temperature to be 10 degrees below set temp. We tested the sensor and found it out of range. We replaced the temperature sensor. We also were informed by the customer that the burners were lighting at different levels and some the low was either too high or low, we adjusted all of the burners and now they are operating as designed. Job complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that had display issues. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the dryer control panel having multiple boxes of the same thing indicating the circuitboard had shorted out. Replaced control panel and tested unit. Unit begin working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a range with the cooktop on light stuck on. I checked the voltage at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the switches and isolated the front right switch causing the light to stay on. I installed the new switch and the unit began working as designed. I tested the burner and it was also working as designed.

"Arrived on site for popping noise continuation, upon arrival customer informed us that the unit is still making a popping noise and would like a replacement unit due to the continuation of the issue. Found that the noise was due to the dampener door opening and closing upon use, checked the wiring harness and found no issues with it,

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker not working. Upon arrival the customer stated that the IM fill tube was frozen and she thawed it out and this is the second time. Since then the IM has been workin. The real issue is the fridge wont dispense ice. The unit also has water dripping from the water dispenser. These indicate a weeping valve. I heard the IM harvest while I was checking temps in the FC and found it working as designed. I found temps at 7?F. Upon further inspection I found the harness from the IM not allowing the ice machine to push back all the way to come into contact with the auger. I zip tied the harness up and now it pushes back all of the way. I tested the dispenser and it is now working as designed. I installed a new valve as well due to the dripping and recurring frozen fill tube. I then tested the unit and it is dispensing water as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for oven not igniting. Test unit and found igniter not making contact with bane burner. Test unit and oven igniting right away job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for upper rack falling. Test unit and found adjusters broken. Replaced adjusters test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for a complete complete no cool. We came out before and replaced the pantry UI and pantry harness because it was corroded and the harness was split. We tested dc voltage to the compressor and found 3.2 volts dc while running. We found 120 volts to the compressor. We tested the windings reading proper resistance. We did an amp draw during normal operation and found 1.2 amps. We inspected the freezer evaporator and found. No frost pattern forming. I am ordering a sealed system. When we puncture the dryer for the repair if there is no pressure in the system we will need to replace the compressor and fresh food evaporator. "Arrived onsite and found unit had good voltage. Laundry room lighting is failed. Replaced lightbulb but something is wrong with the lighting circuit. Advised customer heating assembly would be needed and would be put on order. If lighting is fixed by return we can work in laundry room, otherwise we will need to move dryer to new location to repair.
