Arrived on site for a washing machine that will unlock delayed. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and ask the customer if they had power cycled their unit. He advised that he had but he unplugged it and plugged it back in and it didnt unlock. Turned off the breaker to the unit for a four minute power back on in the unit unlocked the door. I ran the unit through diagnostics three times with the lid locking and unlocking as designed. Customer advised the unit had gone off balance prior to the door staying in a locked position. I did advise the customer of off-balance loads and how to properly reset his unit when this happens. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Checked icemaker error codes and found no codes present. Checked the icemaker fill sensor and found it working properly. Harvested the icemaker and found no ice coming from the icemaker. Checked inside the icemaker and found no evidence of any water inside the icemaker. Went to fill the icemaker and found the valve kicking on but no water flowing. Remove the top cover and found the icemaker fill tube frozen. I checked resistance through the filter heater and fascia heater and found resistance on both. I spoke to CS and was advised to replace the UI and fill tube heater. Replaced both and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Advise the customer to call back if they have any further issues. Call complete.

Found no error code could not duplicate the issue with the unit not spinning. Found that the customer is using a highly concentrated detergent. Advised the maintenance department that too much detergent could lead to unit failure and not reaching full RPM. 2-3 table spoons of detergent are sufficient. Tested the unit by filling unit with water and running a drain and spin cycle with towel. Unit drained and spun at correct rpm. Ran quick wash to clear out detergent deposits. I attempted to run the unit in manual agitation and spin testing through diagnostics. Neither would work. Spoke to CS and was advised to replace the shifter due to the unit potentially not recognizing its in spanner agitation. Replaced the shifter and the unit began to work as designed. Attempted to locate bushing on the floor but could find it anywhere. Took picture of where it should be for quick pics. Ordering bushing 461967510191 and sliding arm W11214480 to return and complete the repair. All we need is the small washer that slides and secures both arms to mount arms and prevent play. "Arrived on site for a fridge door not opening. I spoke to the customer and found out it was the deli drawer not opening. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer had the unit off and defrosted it. I found a puddle of water at the bottom of the fresh food section. I checked the deli UI and harness and found it in good condition. I found the rc drip pan warped. I put the unit through a forced defrost and checked voltage at the control. I found good voltage to the defrost heater and good continuity through the circuit. I tested the rc thermistor and found it reading 45 degrees when it is set to 37. I am ordering the drip pan kit, UI, and the rc evaporator harness to complete the repair. ordrng 1 W11457241 (Drip pan) and 1 W11087438 (Rc evaporator harness) and 1 W11330971 (UI)"

"Arrived on site to follow up on microwave that was cutting off at random. On arrival customer informed me that since previous tech came out to diagnose, the unit has worked with no issues since. Ran unit several times and found no issues present at this time. Called tech line and spoke with Austin. Advised Tech line of verified issue prior, and possible repair should issue repeat. Due to the random nature of the failures and the fact previous repair likely fixed a loose connection, no recommendations are provided at this time. We would need to test the unit and find where voltage is dropping off, however main harness would likely be the best course of action since its the only item tying all the systems together. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system failure, both RC door gaskets being badly torn and the defrost bimetal failure, I removed and replaced all parts mentioned including the UV dye drier and access valve. After replacing the compressor, drier, and access valve, I vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. I installed 5.0oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures were good at 2/148. Using my heat gun I shaped the gaskets before installing and checked for air gaps. Doors are sealing properly.No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for approximately 24 hours."

"Arrived on site and inspected oven and found no power showing on display. Access control board and found L2 is missing. Found builder had used a plug head instead of hardwiring pigtail to a junction box. Inspected plug head and found L2 is disconnected. Took one picture. Reconnected it for testing and oven is now working and observed it heating properly. Explained to homeowner that this is not the installation recommended in the use and care document for the oven. If issue happens again recommend that they have an electrician hardwire the outlet properly

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker turned off and not ice in the bin. Customer advised that they found water streaks down the inside of the left RC door and water puddles on the top of the FC door. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it got to half harvest and stopped. I cycled power to the unit and retested and it is operating as designed and the fill tube is operating properly. I tested temps in the FC=5 degrees. When I tested temps in the cooling ducts, my temp readings were very warm (68 degrees). I disassembled the FC section and tested the ice fan and found it getting 12VDC but when I ohmed it out, it showed 0 ohms. Also, I found the right RC door gasket is badly torn. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube and found it gapped. I sealed the gap with silicone (photo). I am ordering the ice fan and right RC door gasket and scheduled return service . No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11407678 (Ice fan) and 1 W10917313 (Right RC door gasket)"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not running properly, and being very loud at the beginning of the cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found that the motor would make a very loud noise as soon as it ramped up. I then gained access to the sump and motor. I found the sump gasket bubbling up and bad. I also found the chopper in the sump bad, which was most likely causing the noise. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and found that the sump tabs had broken off, and was allowing the sump to leak. Upon further inspection I also found the display on the unit going out, and that the unit was missing the toe plate/insulation. We will need to get authorization for the sump and motor, the sump tabs, the toe plate and insulation, and the display. "Arrived on site for a cooktop getting an F25 error code when trying to use the left two burners. Per the tech sheet I gained access to the inside of the unit and found all wiring correct with no damage, therefore I replaced the module. I then powered back on the unit and it was throwing an F47 error code. This indicates a faulty UI. I tried to calibrate the unit, but the UI ended up failing and not coming back on. I gained access to the inside of the unit again and found all wiring correct. We installed a faulty module and it threw out the UI. Due to this I am ordering another module and UI to install. "Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. On arrival pierced dryer (unit unplugged) and recorded 65 psi. Recovered refrigerant. No suspected leak, but potential restriction at dryer. Replaced dryer and inserted access valve. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged unit per spec and did not equalize. Had low side negative 28 and high side 75. Potentially clogged cap tube. Replaced dryer again with truck truck and ran pressure test. Unit still would not equalize. Removed cap tube from evaporator side and charged with refrigerant (nitrogen not available) refrigerant entered system and recorded 75 psi however did not make it through the cap tube. Called tech line for assistance. Cap tube has restriction. Tech line recommended returning with nitrogen and charging to 140 psi and see if it blows threw the cap tube. Provided SR#7732500672.
