After testing the dispenser after emptying the ice bucket I heard the motor turn 15-20 seconds after the chute closes. Called tech line and talked to TJ, SR7729906026. Engineering says this is normal, to keep the ice moving and is easier to dispense next time. This can cause a couple cubes to fall out depending on position or blades and arm. All is now working as designed. Call complete."

I couldn?t hear anything out of the ordinary for the unit making noise from the video other than the clothes that were in the unit. Listened to the unit with nothing in it. Could not hear anything from the unit as far as noise. Called tech line. Let them know that the unit are on a bench made for the units to sit on and Said that the unit not being on the whirlpool brand pedal stool may cause slightly more noise of the unit is not stable. Arrived on site for refrigerator that still leaking water and ice onto the bottom of the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customer complaint and check the drain tube in the back. Down the drain tube had no water in it. Attempted to steam out ice buildup in the freezer section and found the unit not draining the water. Use a flat head screwdriver to open the rubber seal underneath the drip tray and unit water began to flow into the drip pan underneath the unit. Tested the unit three more times just to confirm water with drip into the drip pan. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dryer not allowing door to stat shut properly during use. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that not only is a dryer door opening during use but if you shut it and wait a few seconds it will pop open on its own without even running. I didnt found that the hinges were not holding the door probably in place and this is caused warping inside the door strike and catch assembly. After replacing both door hinges as well as the strike and latch assembly I was able to reassemble and test the dryer door and found that it is snapping shut tightly and not opening during use or outside of the dryer running unit now functioning as designed call complete

Upon arrival I was able to confirm unit was receiving 120 volts proper from the hardwire and breaker. Found ui unresponsive. Found main controls leds diagnostics light was flashing non stop indicating a issue within the main control. After getting approval for control. I installed the new main control kit assembly (including harnesses and float switch,etc) I found unit was still giving the same main control issue as before. Unfortunately after inspecting the entire unit I found that there were no loose wires or connections, and the wiring diagram was removed and missing from unit. Without the tech sheet there was no way to properly test unit further for what is causing the main control issue. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not draining. Unit has no drain error on arrival. Found standing water in unit. When unit was running you can hear the drain pump running, but only a small trickle coming out. Removed front panel and needed parts and removed a handful of debris from the drain trap. Reassembled unit and tested fill and drain. Found unit is now draining as designed.

"Arrived on site for WASHPLATE AT THE BOTTOM IS JUST SPINNING ON ITS OWN- NOT GETTING CLOTHES CLEAN. VERY LOUD/NOISY. Found wash plate was spinning by hand not attached to spindle. Placed in diagnostics and F0E3 came on. Ran through diagnostics cycle and agitation was not spinning wash plate due to heavy rust and damaged spindle. Inspected rotor and found heavy grease build up. Attempted to remove wash plate and bolt snapped with barely any force. new gear case W11455453, stator W10754158, slider W10734521, clutch W10754448, and rotor W10754161 ,wash plate (W10902814)

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival I found unit was unplugged. After restoring power I found evap and condenser fan turned on as well as the compressor. I found no ice forming on coil in FC. Theres was little heat exchange from high side line after 20 minutes of run time. Also found amperage to compressor was between 1.89+2.00 amps. Also found a lot of the sealed system lines around compressor compartment showed a lot of rust where they feed into inner cavity of insulation. . Part# 5304475102 compressor ; ordrng 1 WPW1014375 (Uv dryer) and 1 W10913906 (Access coupler) and 1 Cnote (Spoke with SR while on site. Will need research done on compressor) and 1 Cnote

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s flashing at DEN code. Inspected unit and work area. Took unit out of demo mode and attempted to run a cycle. Found the unit seemingly trying to drain and would not start the motor. Placed unit in service diagnostics and attempted to run the auto test. The unit would not turn the motor and was stuck in the C3 drain cycle. The unit timed out and gave me an F3(drain pump) error code. Spoke to CS and was advised that the unit ost likely had an issue with the main control as that drives to motor and measures the resistance from the pressure switch. Replaced control and tested unit. Unit began working as designed.

Also found the back right burner not operating due to having the wrong burner cap. I turned the unit on to test and immediately I could hear the bearing making the screeching noise. I disassembled the unit and found the bearing in badly worn. Also found the idler pulley badly worn. Arrived on site for fridge section having ice build up at the evaporator. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the evap covered in ice. I gained access to the main control and tested the fresh food section evap thermistor. I was showing the thermistor at 60 degrees when invaded in ice. The thermistor is out of range. I cleared out the ice in the evaporator and installed a new thermistor. I retested the thermistor at the control and it is now showing proper resistance. Job complete.
