I showed the customer this and she said the scratch was fine and there was no need to order a new one. I then tested the unit with a cup of water and ran a 30 second cycle four times. Arrived onsite for range with feet missing or bent. Upon inspection I found the right side foot bent out of shape and the left side foot gone completely. I replaced the left side foot and the customer provided a right side foot that the manufacturer had sent them. I replaced that one as well and made sure the unit was level. "Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining. Upon arrival the customer stated the real issue was the unit would fill up and rain. No spin or agitate in the cycle, but she would hear a clicking sound. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E6 for motor fault. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed, but on agitate it sounded a little slow. I then manually activated high spin and fast agitate and it worked as designed. Yet again the agitate sounded off. I gained access to the bottom of the unit found everything looked good. I found correct 120V at the wall. The basket turns freely as well. I gained access to the control and put my multimeter probes in J2-4 to J2-6 and ran a slow agitate on the unit. During this I had a large range of fluctuating voltage on VAC. I did the same test on J2-4 to J2-5 and the same issue occurred. The unit should get 120V during this. This indicates a bad control not sending proper voltage. I replaced the control and ran the same VAC test again. It was still having this issue. However, I did find the correct voltage for spin on the same pins. Per tech sheet the unit is 1/3 HP and the motor at those pins should ohm to 3.5-6 and the are both almost 2 ohms over.. I am ordering the cap, motor, shifter, harness, and another control. The complaint is the cooktop isnt sparking again on the cooktop. I gained access to and replaced the main harness. I tested voltage at the main harness and found it good. I tested the unit and found it not sparking still. I tested continuity through the switch harness and I found good continuity on all switches. I tested continuity to the igniters and found good continuity. I am ordering the spark module to complete; ordrng 1 WP6610341 (Spark module)

"Arrived on site for washer leaking durning cleaning cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Found traces of water from air vent. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault code F8-E1 no water entering washer. Ran test cycle and monitored operation. Found water level good and all function on inlet valve are working. Found drain pump louder than normal. No leaks detected during service mode. Ran unit on cleaning cycle in attempt to get unit to leak. Inspected underneath unit and found dust, indicator of no water leaks from underneath unit. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with frost in the freezer. After inspection I found a small amount of frost on the right side of the bins and door of the FC. I found the FC at 8 and the RC at 38. I did not see any frost anywhere else in the FC. I found a very small gap in the upper right corner of the gasket so I adjusted the brackets and it helped close the gap. They had a complaint of a humming or vibrating noise so I tested all fans and compressor in diagnostics but could not recreate any abnormal noises. I added some adhesive between the chassis and liner of the unit where the frost was forming in case air was getting through that way. I called techline to report TJ gave me SR#7730729950. He advised advising the customer on letting the unit preheat roughly 15 minutes longer after the beep and trying different rack positioning. I also advised the customer that if the temp or cycle is changed during use then you have to press start again otherwise it will stop.Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that will make ice. Inspected unit and work area. Took temperature in the freezer and found the freezer sitting at 3?F. Went to jump icemaker and found the icemaker off. Turned on the icemaker and the icemaker began to harvest. The unit cycled and refilled. Removed water from the icemaker and jumped the unit again. The unit did a full harvest again and refilled. Advise customer of issue and how to avoid future issues with the icemaker. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for ice machine not making enough ice. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and found unit cycled through each setting fine. Upon arrival Id also found ice sheet on heater grid but grid wasnt melting ice properly. Called whirlpool techline after finding ohm resistance to grid was 5.5ohms and voltage was 11 ac volts to grid. Techline says both of these reading are within specs but that we should return with new heater grid. Heater grid has not been melting ice and is instead causing ice to melt natural land not fill inner cavity quick enough. Techline Sr# 7730713173. I gained access to the cam and found a broken flashlight stuck between the cover and the cam. I removed the cover and flashlight. I removed the cam and ispected the teeth and gear case. I found both in good condition and no oil leaking from the gear case. I reassembled the unit and put it through a diagnostics cycle. It operated as designed. I filled the tub half way with water and ran a heavy agitation. I found it working as designed. No water leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site for fridge freezing food. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the freezer evaporator and found a full frost pattern. I tested the freezer thermistor and found it out of range. I replaced the thermistor. I inspected the fresh food section and found the top shelf full of water bottles and high liquid content products. All the cooling on this unit is down in the freezer and comes out and circulates from top of the fresh food section to the bottom. The top shelf will be the coldest part of the fridge. Any products its high liquid content will freeze on that shelf. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and found ice bin drain clogged and draining slowly causing ice that dropped to melt in the standing water. Used compressed air to clear drain line. No external drain pump. Good batch of ice produced while onsite. Water is now draining.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water or ice. After inspected the unit I found the door switches would depress and turn off the lights but no function at the dispenser. I tested P3-7 to P1-2 at the main control and found no voltage going to the valve when the dispenser paddle is pressed. I checked continuity at the paddles and found them in range. I tested the left side RC switch again and the switch popped out at me. The dispenser is now working every time. I replaced the switch and the unit is working as designed. I noticed a small dent on the left side door where the switch touches the door. I added a provided plastic square to the dent to try and prevent further issues with the door switch. No leaks detected during time of service. Customer had some concerns with the mullion not sliding in correctly or being off center. I uninstalled the mullion and found 1 of the wires on the mullion side had backed out of the connector so I replaced the mullion as well. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking water. Upon inspection I found the filter housing leaking constantly. The customer stated that it started leaking when they put in a new filter. I could not see any visible damage to the filter head. I accessed and replaced the reservoir with filter head. I also replaced the inlet valve jic. I turned the water back on and installed the filter. The unit is no longer leaking but there was water sitting in the bottom of the RC and ice starting to form. I also found the FC door was frozen shut due to water dripping down from the RC. I found some small gaps in the liner under the RC pantry door so I called techline to report. Spoke to rich SR#7730720171 he advised I fill the gaps with some adhesive but do not attempt to pull the door open while its frozen because it can tear the liner. I advised the customer of this and explained the manual defrosting process for this refrigerator the unit is otherwise working as designed at this time and no leaks detected after servicing the filter housing. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit consistently being off balance, I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam, & basket and calibrated the unit. Placed unit in diagnostics and tested in manual test mode and tested the high speed spin and unit is operating as designed. Tested unit in diagnostics and it continues to operate as designed. "Arrived on site for no ice. Ran diagnostics found water leaking from reservoir drain cap during fill,tightened cap to reservoir unit passed all other diagnostics test,water filled reservoir,pumps powering on,evaporator built up frost.

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is not heating. Inspected incoming power and found one leg of power is missing at terminal block. Also checked airflow and found it is restricted. Found leveling feet are missing, these are not covered for replacement under warranty. Recommended that homeowner contact whirlpool for replacement. Customer inspected vent exit on exterior of home and found it is blocked with lint and cleaned it during the service call. An electrician will be needed to correct the issue, job complete."

Arrived on site for housing not ejecting the filter. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the housing missing back piece holding the latch in place. I found the missing piece under the fridge and reclined it in. I found the housing workings as designed. I tested it multiple times.

"Arrived on site and inspected the washer and found saved error code for main control fault. Found washer shares an outlet with a gas dryer and recommended that this not happen. Ran all functions in manual diagnostics and everything passed, replaced control and actuator and ran a calibration cycle and it completed properly, job complete."

Arrived onsite for door gasket being ripped and power issues. Called N.E.W. Techline. Was able to get authorization for replacement of the HV control only. Replaced HV control. They are aware of the new door needed to be ordered because the door seal is glued and foamed in with the door and can not replace on its own. Needs authorization before returning. Ordered door.
