Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking underneath. Upon inspection I found some standing water in the sump and filter cavity. Customer advised they havent noticed any leaks outside the unit. I ran the drain pump and it sounded scratchy at the start but would drain as designed. I ran a full diagnostics cycle and found the unit working as designed. Due to the noise at the start of drain I removed the drain pump to inspect. I installed the correct drain pump and tested the unit. I found the insulation pad between the door panels was wet. I removed the front panel and found a trail of water coming down from the vent and onto the insulation. I removed the vent and found the gasket not in correct position and slightly rolling out of place letting water seep by. The gasket wasnt da,aged so I corrected and re assembled the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect range leaking gas. Upon further inspection, I checked the cooktop where the possible leak was found before and found no leaks. When I opened the oven door, there was a strong odor of gas. Using my liquid gas leak detector, I found where the gas line coming into the broil burner was leaking gas (photo). I removed and replaced the regulator and checked all gas line connections with my liquid gas leak detector and all connections were good. I tested the broil burner gas line and no further leaks. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. The customer had a video of the unit leaking from the float switch area. I gained access to the switch and could see water traces coming from the top of the switch housing where the nut and gasket are. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and observed no leaks indicating an intermittent issue. I found the nut, gasket, and housing needing to be replaced from the video and water traces.I installed the new parts and ran a test cycle in diagnostics. The unit ran through as designed. Upon arrival I found unit had a hig/low side access valves so I was able to verify low/high sides were both at 0 with refrigerator running and no refrigerant was left in the system. After installing compressor, access valve, & uv dryer. After trying to run a vacuum for 30 minutes I found both low and high sides werent holding a vacuum at all. I then sweep charge the system and found an immediate leak hidden underneath the condenser coil due to how high side line runs in drip pan, after over the years had caused a rusted hole in condenser coil line. We will need to get further ahs approval for the condenser coil itself to be replaced. Office to reschedule once availability of parts and autho is acquired. "Arrived on site for washer not turning on. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that when the unit is plugged in the main controls receiving 120 V. High then try to verify the integrity of you I have found that you I was not responsive at all I didnt check voltage while the UI harness was connected to the main control and found that the voltage was bouncing around between .3 DC volts and 9.7 BC volts and not getting the full 12 DC volts at the unit was needing to turn on the UI panel I went ahead and tried replacing the wire to see if there was a short in the wiring harness or j11 connector, but after plugging in the new UI and retesting the DC voltage I found of the same results were occurring I removed the new UI and installed the old ui back in. Office will need to reschedule due to parT currently being on available and we will also need to return with the new UI panel just to ensure that once the main controls install the car is no longer any further issues with you I display ordering one main control; ordrng 1 W11387687 (Main control)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s having a fan had ice and issues with leaking from the icemaker area. Inspected unit and work area. Found a store shoot gasket bent and mangled causing air flow into the I spin and icemaker sections. Replaced gasket. Checked freezer and confirmed a defrost issue in the freezer section. Attempted to manually force defrost in the unit and found the unit would not heat. Checked the defrost bimetal and found it closed. Went to check he heater and found it open. Placed unit back into the defrost bimetal test and found it open. Attempted to place defrost by metal and water to close it. Once it closed and got access back to the theater, found the defrost by metal open again. Spoke to SW and was advised that the issue would probably be with the evaporator fan, heater, and/or possibly one of the controls. Upon inspection of the diagnostics cycle I found the unit making a loud scratching noise in agitate, I stopped the cycle and lifted the unit to inspect the drive system. I found gearcase oil leaking down through the rotor and some sprayed on the inner walls. I replaced the gearcase and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. I explained to the customer that there will be a coup,e of loud clicks through out the wash when the unit switches from agitate to wash. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival I confirmed amps to compressor was at .58, fridge temp was over 60 and freezer was at 37. Upon further inspection of the unit I found the evap coil was frosted over pretty well but it was entirely uneven and not frosted at the top as well as on the bottom. I found the evap fan had stopped running when ever the door switch was activated. After installing new evap fan and resetting power to unit, I found the evap fan immediately kicked on and the frost pattern on the coil started frost much more evenly. Informed customer to give unit a full 24 hrs to cool before adding items back in. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for washer making loud noise at the end of the cycle. I ran a full diagnostics test and could not re create any abnormal loud screeching noises. I inspected the drive system and all looks good no abnormal wear on any components I found Svc pointer (W11520474 Rev A) which suggests a control problem. I removed the belt and made sure it was attached correctly. I replaced the control via svc pointer and tested the unit. I could not re create any abnormal noises the unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I accessed the RC evaporator and found the drain frozen over. I cleared the drain with steamer and inspected the drain tube in the back. I found it clogged and separating from the chassis. I unclogged and re secured the drain tube with adhesive. I verified flow through the drain added some shims and reassembled the evaporator components. I replaced the deli drawer and UI with new and reassembled the unit. The unit is working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service.

Arrived on site for HAD TO SHUT OFF BREAKER TO TURN OFF UNIT AND RESET - CONTROL PANEL WOULD NOT ALLOW SELECTION >>>. Found UI not responding as designed. Removed control and installed new control. Powered oven back up. Set preheat and ran microwave. Both heating as designed. UI responding to touch as designed. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser not working. Replaced deli drawer and deli UI that was ordered and issue was not resolved. Did some further testing and found that there is no power going to the water valve. Replaced the HV control board and issue has been resolved. Water dispenser is working good. And ice maker filled with water. Complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit non-responsive. I tested voltage at the junction box and got 123V. Removed the outer door panel and console and found the console UI harness had come unplugged. Tested voltage at the control and got 123V. Plugged the UI harness in and retested and unit is operating as designed with no error codes. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new fuse and tested the unit. When a I tested the unit it popped the fuse and died again. I called techline and spoke to Robert and received SR# 7730405707. All of the HV components ohmd out good. Robert recommended using the resettable fuse to isolate the transformer and if it pops then it will be the interlocks popping the fuse. He recommended ordering HV components just in case and the interlock assemblies. Arrived on site for icemaker needing previously diagnosed parts due to unit not being able to cycle and allow enough water in to make ice. Upon arrival I spoke with prior technician and got the details of what they found before. Eyes in quickly went over the unit one more time just to verify the parts are accurate and I found that the water inlet valve was not allowing enough water into the filter assembly to fill the reservoir up and I also found that the filter itself had bad seals not allowing it to suction and seal properly into the filter head all right After getting customer approval and making the necessary repairs I was able to reassemble and test the unit I waited for 30 minutes after repair to verify that the evaporator tray was freezing up the water and allowing ice production to be made at this point I inform the customer will take 24 hours to fill the bin up with ice but with it having a new filter she would need to let it run and then dump the first batch of ice after the bin is full and then recommended that she use the cleaning cycle afterwords in order to help flush out any unwanted sediment within the lines. No leaks before during or after repair call complete

Arrived on site to replace compressor for refrigerator. Replaced compressor and filter drier and charged unit with refrigerant. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no water is hooked up to unit.

"Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the dryer and punctured it. I found a full charge in the system. I evacuated the system. I disassembled the unit. I removed the evaporator and installed a new one. I installed a new non-uv dryer, and access valve. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found it vacuum. I charged the unit with 5.75 oz of refrigerant. I reassembled the unit and tested it. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that won?t seal the fresh food section. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted resale gasket and found the refrigerator door completely separated at the bottom causing the gasket not to fit properly and seal. Ordering door and office will need to contact customer about a reschedule date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 13109401WQ (dor-fip wh)

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not heating. Test unit and found opened thermostat. Replaced thermostat test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived onsite for unit freezing up. Unit was unthawed for diagnosis. Checked the drain, the drain was clear, checked the evaporator fan, fan checked good. Also checked the heater element, heater element had continuity. Noticed one of the wires for the heater from the wiring harness had came off. Replaced wiring harness. Tested unit. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete"
