"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit slightly below room temperature and checked pressures. After equalization, the unit was 70/70 psi. I tested with the compressor running and found low at 15 of mercury and high at 225 after several minutes, likely indicating a restriction. I recovered the refrigerant and then blew it out with nitrogen and during that operation, I found reddish water within the system and exiting through the drier connector. I then pressurized system to 275 psi and it dropped to 260 in 17 minutes. There were no signs of leaks on either evaporator or any accessible tubing within the entire chassis. I isolated the Yoder loop, compressor and condenser separately and had the same loss. Due to visibility and testing of the compressor and condenser and ensuring no issues there, the unit is due to internal lines that cannot be accessed. I will refer this unit to management. No leaks observed during service."

Customer experienced issue with delicate cycle. Began delicate cycle and it started at 47 min, jumped to 53 then 54 progressed to 44 min sat idle for 5 min then drained. Went from 34 then 38 min added some water at 37 min then sat idle drained at 36 then sat idle, drained again dropped to 34, then dropped to 27 drained again at 26 ran drain pump for several minutes then raised to 28 min and added water then raised to 35 min. Spoke with techline and Reported everything observed and they said it was likely a logic problem in the control board 7734423036.

"Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I unplugged the unit and verified the three-way-valve (TWV) could be heard having difficulties going to the default all-open position after power reset and then removed and replaced the faulty coil assembly. I installed the replacement and performed testing and found the audible issues were fully corrected and positive actuation could audibly be detected, including the sound of the flow of refrigerant to the correct evaporators within test mode. I advised the CX to monitor temperatures and if there are further issues, the TWV mechanical assembly would be required. No leaks observed during service.

I checked diagnostics and found fault codes for out of balance and long fill. I corrected the level of the washer and secured the drain tube so it has a high loop. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit after plugging it in and found that when I press the door switch closed, the unit automatically turns on. I pressed the power button and turned the unit on and when I pressed the power button to turn it off, the drum continued to turn. I tested the control by unplugging connectors and found the power relay closed causing the unit to function even when turned off.I removed and replaced the control and retested and unit is operating as designed and heating properly. "Arrived on site to inspect washer latch issues. Upon further inspection, I found the lid strike broken. I removed and replaced the strike and attempted to test, but the unit would go into diagnostics showing no error codes and do nothing. I attempted to start a normal cycle and the unit would not get past sensing. Tested voltage and unit is getting 124V. Tested the lid latch and its getting 120V at pins 1 & 2 and at 2 & 3. Contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint and my findings. While talking to Rich, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics again and this time it showed error code F6E1. Rich recommended replacing the main control and UI fascia. Provided SR#7734413279. I am ordering the main control, user interface fascia and another strike and scheduled return service for 08/31/22.
