Arrived on site for NOT HEATING AT ALL-TURNS ON AND TUMBLES AND RUNS ALL THE WAY BUT NEVER DRYS THE CLOTHES. Found thermal cut off had gone out again. Removed thermal cut off and installed new thermal cut off. Dryer heating s designed. Called WP tech-line due to dryer continuously going out the same way. Spoke to Anthony with WP tech-line and I asked if installing the thermostat that comes in the kit could be the reason the dryer keeps going out. Currently the dryer has the original thermostat and its working as designed. He explained that it shouldnt and this issue is more of an air flow problem. Removed dryer vent hose from the wall and found 3/4s of the tube face clogged. I removed as much of the debris and lint build up as possible and customer cleaned out vent air tube. Recommended she reach out to Dryer Vent Wizard to clean entire vent to ensure it doesnt get clogged again to prevent shorting out her thermal cut off again.

Arrived on site for a chest freezer that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit initially kicking on but kicking off within a few seconds. Checked the compressor and the compressor was extremely hot to touch and was almost burning. Replaced starting device and tested unit. Unit did the same thing. Took an amp draw off of the compressor and found the compressor pulling 18.06 A initially upon starting and then kicking off. Spoke to CS and this would indicate a locked up compressor. Ordering sealed system parts in office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to psp items. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is leaking rinse agent. Found container full of rinse agent and no failures to unit at this time. Advised homeowner rinse agent can last up to 8 weeks depending on setting and usage before needing to be refilled.

Arrived on site for WATER COMING OUT THE BOTTOM OF THE FREEZER. Found water had leaked from the ice maker all the way down to the bottom drawer creating a large block of ice around the bottom drawer. Used steamer to remove ice block around bottom drawer. Removed evaporator cover and found a good frost pattern. Drain pan also had a large block of ice covering the drain and preventing defrosted ice water to drain properly. Removed ice block from drain pan and steamed out drain tube to ensure water could flow down to evaporator water pan properly. Found ice maker was receiving too much water when ice maker calls for water. Used Water fill adjustment screw to limit the amount of water that comes into the ice mold to prevent water from overfilling the ice mold causing additional ice blocks to form at the bottom of the freezer. I was able to adjust the water fill adjustment to only fill to the top of the ice cube mold as designed. No leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that won?t drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they hadn?t use the dishwasher in six months and while they were running water at their sink, they noticed water dripping from the dishwasher. At that point, they added advised that they looked in the dishwasher and found brown murky water inside. Instead of using the drain function of the dishwasher, they use the shop vac to suck out all the water. They did not know if there was something wrong with the dishwasher and thus they called and removed the spray arm and filter. I did notice their spray arm broken due to the twist cap still being on their pump and motor. I ran the unit through a normal wash cycle to fill and start agitating (without the spray arm). I then canceled the cycle and had the unit drain. The unit drained properly. I checked their drain hose for proper installation and found it going straight down hill from the sink. I did advise them to get a clamp and to lift the drain hose higher than the connection into the plumbing to avoid siphoning into their dishwasher. I did advise them that the unit is working as designed and that they would need to call into AHS for the spray arm. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine with no power. Inspected unit and work area. Went to plug in the washing machine and found a spark coming from the left hand pin. Tested the outlet and found the hot and neutral lines on the washer outlet reversed. See photo. Had the customer grab an extension cord and re-plugged it into another outlet that had proper polarity. Found the user interface receiving voltage but not coming on. Replaced user interface assembly and tested unit. Unit came on and begin working as designed. I did advise the customer to have their washer outlet fixed by an electrician and to use the outlet currently being used for the time being until that plug is fixed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected irritating squeaking and rubbing noise from the bottom right refrigerator door

"(TM) Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator compartment not cooling but the freezer compartment cooling fine. Tested the freezer compartment temperature and found -18?, tested the refrigerator compartment and found 48?. Gained access to the damper door and found good voltage and that the unit is operating as designed, found a significant amount of frost and some ice to where the freezer compartment door gasket was not sealing properly causing more frost build up. Cleared the frost and ice blocking off the seal of the gasket and now there are no air leaks. Put the unit into diagnostics and tested the damper door manually for open and closed position, damper is operating as designed. Informed customer they need to turn off the unit to thaw completely for 24 to 48 hours to properly defrost,

Arrived onsite for refrigerator frosting up on the back and not defrosting in the RC. I found the RC floor full of water and some sheets of ice. I did not find any ice on the evaporator cover. I vacuumed out all the water and ice from the bottom and accessed the evaporator. I found the drain frozen over and drain pan warped. I accessed the drain tube and cleared it out. I reinstalled the tube with some adhesive added to seal any gaps. I then steamed put the drain pan and confirmed water flow down the drain. I installed the drain pan and evaporator cover and added shims to make sure the drain pan was straightened out. I advised the customer to monitor the unit over the weekend to ensure it restores to good temps. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned on and in the process of making ice. Once the slab dropped to the cutter, I found the slab more formed than previous findings. I found the right side of the evaporator sitting lower than the left side and I adjusted it and leveled it. Retested and found the slab of ice still not completely formed. Cleaned the ports on the water tube and retested. Still the ice is not forming correctly. I removed and replaced the reservoir recirculating pump due to the pump sensor not sensing the water level in the reservoir and retested. Unit continues to fail. I removed and replaced the main control and retested. Unit is making ice. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit for the next 24 hours and take photos of the ice production in the next 24 hours and if the unit continues to fail to contact the office to schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the oven temps are off while Baking at 475. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 475 degrees. My preheat temp was 481 degrees. Next three readings were 484, 436, 515 for an average temp of 478 degrees. Unit is heating properly. Customer advised they were using a metal Mercury based thermometer and their inspector advised that temps were off as well. I explained that using the Mercury based thermometer will give slow readings as Mercury is a slow moving metal and if a heat laser gun was used, it only detects surface temps. The best way and only way whirlpool approves of testing temps is using a multimeter with thermal lead since it tests air temps and is most accurate.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that stopped making ice. Upon inspection I found a load of ice got stuck between the arm and tray causing the arm to stay propped up. I removed the stuck ice and the ice maker began a cycle. It dumped its current tray of ice and then filled as designed. I advised the Customer to Monitor the unit over the weekend to make sure the ice produces normally without getting stuck or forming mis shaped cubes. No leaks detected during time of service. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for not heating, upon inspection found the unit had a thermal cutoff that was blown due to vent issues.

"(TM) Arrived on site to diagnose unit operating properly and showing error code f1e5 signifying microwave inverter error. Customer informed us that the unit has only had the error as of recently after they went out of town. Reset the breaker and tested the unit again and the same error persists. Replaced the magnetron as well and found it was burnt out, after replacing the magnetron and inverter board we tested the unit for heating with a cup of water and found the unit is now operating as designed with no heating issues and no error code.

I put the unit into service diagnostics to check for error codes and found f3e2 for inlet water temperature fault ran unit through diagnostic cycle, found unit to be operating as designed, ran manual fill on hot and cold valve found valves tested correctly but found overfill in the oxi valve to be overflowing, found water pressures to be high. Called techline to verify of any additional issues and spoke with TJ, he suggests replacing the inlet valve and adjusting the water pressure and provided us with SR# 7730814887. Replaced the inlet valve and adjusted the water pressure and unit is operating as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Job complete."

"Tests upon arrival-Rc: 13 degrees, FC: -1 degrees, freezer evap thermistor 8.4k ohmsArrived on site for unit still over freezing in both compartments. Upon arrival inspected all previously done repairs and found no issues with ss. No signs of dye or leaks with soap on connections. Also found psi pressure werent not equalized properly after 45 minutes of unit being off (45L/55H) and during run time after 30 minutes run time unit was only reading (-10aL/160H) I then reported to in house with SW. I also called techline and spoke with Adrian sr#7730818503. After reporting all previous work and repairs as well as findings on 05/21/21 he was able to help me determine that unit had a leak internally as well as a partial restriction

I accessed the drain pump and found the impeller had come off and wedged itself between the blades causing the pump to lock up. I replaced the pump with new and tested the unit. Arrived on job for complaints of no power. Found fuse open. Replaced fuse and test. No leaks detected at time of service

Arrived onsite for dryer not making noise. Upon arrival found unit panel would not noise. Replaced panel and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found it is draining properly however it shares a drain connection with a ice machine that was installed three days ago. Dishwasher overflowed because ice machine was attempting to drain at the same time which overloaded drain. Recommended that whoever installed ice machine he contacted again to correct the installation, Job complete"

Arrived onsite for unit not spinning the clothes out. Checked diagnostics and got motor control error. Replaced control. Tested unit. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site to replaced upper rack. Replaced rack test unit and unit test good hob complete.
