Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator building some moisture in the top right corner of the freezer compartment / side. Customer also pointed out door was not square either. I found the door is off center and tilted to the top left. When the door is closed the panel is rubbing in cabinets and keeping that corner from closing fully. Customer informed me Tri Supply is already handling the door panel replacement since the door has some discolored stainless. I advised the customer to have the door situation resolved before we make any adjustments since the door is coming off. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making some ice but not much. The customer showed me what the new icemaker that was just replaced had made since yesterday and there were only 16 cubes in the bucket. I tested temps and the FC was at 3 degrees. I tested the icemaker and the arm was catching on the mold and it was reacting like the bin was full. I installed another icemaker. I ran a harvest test and the mold filled properly. I found the right RC door gasket tearing and it will need to be replaced. Ordering W11456682 gasket. Office to RS. Installed W11455232 ICEMAKER.; O-emld tckt

Arrived onsite for washer pausing mid cycle. I found a F5E1 door latch error code present. Found the lid not showing closed correctly. I replaced the latch and ran diagnostics. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit is still not making ice and theyve had to throw away multiple items in the refrigerator. I took temperature of the freezer and found it at 21?F and dropped to 19?F before completely turning off. I also took temperature of the refrigerator and found it at 46?F. I gained access to the compressor and did not find it hot at all. I open the refrigerator and freezer doors and found the compressor kick back on immediately and start cooling after three minutes. I found that once temperature hit 19?F again, the unit powered itself off from cooling. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7739650107. He had me check resistance through the thermistor and we found the unit at 50?F after leaving the door open for two minutes. He asked me if there was anything in the refrigerator itself and I advise that the unit was cleared out. He stated that this unit is a load dependent refrigerator, meaning that the unit would not regulate temperature, unless if items were stored in it. He advised that the temperature fluctuations would cause the unit to short cycle and not drop down to proper temperatures because his unit did not track the freezer temperatures. He advised to make no repair at this time. I spoke to SW and we went through a variety of checks. I did find that the refrigerator thermistor that was supposed to be clipped into. The damper, was stuck in the air channel between the freezer and refrigerator section potentially causing this issue. I explain to the customer what I did and advise them of what tech line was requesting. Techline requested that they placed at least 5 gallons worth of water in the freezer to allow heat inside of the freezer section and allow the unit to cool for longer. He advised to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. No parts were installed."

I found a good amount of lint buildup inside machine (photo) and around lint compartment. I cleaned all the lint and hair from the unit and lint filter. I will have the customer monitor the issue going forward. No parts installed."

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection ran diagnostics and observed error code F7E1 (no heat). I then ran a test cycle to check that all components function properly. Heater is working and no issues with heater circuit. Heater was in lockout but now it is cleared. The customer has been using detergent pods with a rinse aid in conjunction with liquid rinse aid which can contribute to over suds and lead to problems with heater as well. I advised the customer to make sure their incoming water is hot enough and using correct detergent going forward. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer with low fill levels when in use. Customer was unhappy with how low the water is filling, and clothes are even sometimes partially dry. I tested the unit and did find a slow fill, which I traced to the hot valve being turned OFF. I turned on the hot valve and showed customer cycle and fill settings to get an acceptable level of water. I also assisted them in setting up the Maytag app to get software updates on their phone. "Arrived on site or a washing machine that has a broken agitator. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me that the top the agitator had broken again, but the bottom part of the agitator was still secured. I found the agitator bolt still in its place, but the agitator top broken off of the lower portion of the agitator. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7739654601. He advised that because the agitator top keeps breaking, the issue would have to be with the customer overloading it for yanking out the clothes that are tangled, causing the agitator to break. I did advise him that the customer has been trying to keep their load sizes to a minimum. He advised at this point, the only thing to do would be to replace the agitator and agitator bolt due to this ongoing issue. He advised to make no further repair to the machine. Condensation buildup is due to warm moist air traveling through the vent tube and entering a much colder environment. Unit also shows poor ventilation. Advised customer to close the AC register right above the unit to keep the temperature warmer inside the laundry room, get vent thoroughly cleaned out by a professional, and to contact a contractor to see if there is a solution to stop the air from entering from the outside. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking from the top. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker is not working and water is leaking from the front of the ice maker fascia. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker. I checked for error codes in test 56 and found E5-timed out. I tested the ice maker in test 57 and it harvested as designed. I found water in the tray and did not test the fill tube. I tested the ice fan in test 36 and the fan failed to turn on. I retested in test 59 and the fan continued to fail. I contacted techline to get my findings documented as this is the 2nd ice maker fan to fail. I spoke to Leon and advised of the history, the complaint and my findings. Leon recommended testing voltage at the hv control and if none, replace the fan and hv control. Provided SR#7739637602. I am ordering the hv control and ice maker fan and scheduled return service for 08/12/24. Arrived on site for a washing machine is not drying in cold water and has a torn bellow. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me what was happening when he was drawing in Coldwater and I found very little water flow coming from the cold inlet valve. I tested the hot water valve and found proper water pressure. I want to head and replaced the cold water valve and the bellow and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not not starting/advancing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E5-shifter failure, F7E9-locked rotor, F0E3-overload. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit filled with water and drained, but failed to agitate or spin. I tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the rotor, drain pump hosing and all four panels (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the gearcase, slider, clutch and stator. Returning tech to replace all ordered parts. Scheduled return service for 08/07/24 at customer request. "WRT311FZDZ02 Arrived to inspect temperature. The customer advised they are still having similar temperature swings as reported on all prior services. I found the FC at -2 and the RC at 27. The sealed system, control, thermistor, door, vacuum breaker and rear cover have been replaced and adjusted. There are minimal signs of gapping and it has been additionally sealed. As prior, I discussed with the customer that temperature swings are normal, but these that have been experienced by the customer are from todays readings up into the mid-50s in the RC. They have had multiple instances of produce freezing and dairy goods expiring much too quickly. I contacted the manufacturer to report, tech Glenn. The MFG tech advised all other items have been replaced and to attempt to change the FC baffle. The tech advised the unit may need more of a load of food to balance the internal temperature. SR# 7739411347. The tech referred the customer to the customer assistance line if they have additional concerns. No water connections to unit."

Arrived on site for a washing machine has a broken wire. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that another company had come out to look at the unit. I advised her that there was an issue with one of her wires Bing broken. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. I tested the drain feature and found the drain pump would not turn on. I gained access underneath and found the line voltage wire had split underneath on the wire harness. Ordering the wire harness and will return with the control just in case. I rescheduled the customer to 8/7. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower harness) and 1 W11626074 (Control)

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking from water inlet for ice maker. Upon further inspection found a gap in the water tube allowing water to spill onto the evaporator fan. I removed the ice and installed a fill extender and used a sealer to unsure water will not spill from the ice maker fill tube. Ran a test and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. Job complete 212643

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not producing ice. Upon further inspection found ran a test on the ice maker and found that it did not respond to the test. I verified that that the ice maker was receiving the proper voltage which led me to conclude that the ice maker had failed internally. I replaced the ice maker and retested. Unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11700250

Arrived on site for no ice. Removed icemaker assembly found extension and bail shut off arm not installed correctly to icemaker preventing unit from making ice after first batch of ice made. Installed parts correctly to icemaker ran test icemaker working as designed.

Arrived on site to install unit for cooktop center burner gas odor. Upon closer inspection used gas detector to check for leaks or unburnt gas. Found no signs of leaks or unburnt gas. KOCE500ESS22 Arrived to inspect seal issue. I found excess sealant around the door opening at the lower left corner. I was able to removed the excess sealant and the issue was resolved. Operational test good.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not tumbling. Upon further inspection I did a test on the dryer dryer is running and heating properly. I checked to see if the connections were all secure. All connections look good. I also reset the dryer by cycling power. Retested, and the unit is working as designed. No parts installed."

"Arrived onsite for unit needing compressor per previous tech company. Unit not cooling in FC and not making ice. On site found compressor running, no signs of broken line. RC temperature has maintained throughout. Freezer temperature about 40 degrees. Per customer, FC evaporator fan has been replaced due to fan not working and hitting ice from evaporator. Spoke to SW as model has been problematic. Ran test and found Ice box fan not running. Unit having voltage issues and possibly still a compressor issue. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with condensation in fridge and on side of fridge door. Upon further inspection found gaps in in molding allowing air migration and causing condensation. I applied silicon to fill all the gaps and to ensure the gaskets are sealing properly. No water leaks observed after service

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the chute for leaking warm air causing frost to build up around the ice bucket and plate. I replaced all the other parts to keep the shaft engaged properly when dispensing and keeping the ice bucket from jumping up. I tested the ice dispenser functions and all are working as designed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly and has an issue with the user interface. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that when they had food in the refrigerator, they found frost buildup in the freezer section near the door, and their ice was melting. We advised they remove everything from the freezer and everything seems to have come back down. However, there are unsure if there is still an issue with the unit. They also stated that the user interface temperature buttons are having a hard time activating. I did confirm the customer complaint with the user interface. I took temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the freezer at 4?F in the refrigerator at 37?F. I found no evidence of a defrost issue of any kind. I did explain to the customer that it would appear that door may have not been fully shut, causing their issue. I went ahead and replaced the user interface. I did tell the customer that because the unit is cooling and operating, I could find no failure with the refrigerator itself. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose noisy refrigerator with unlevel doors. I examined the unit and found the freezer door was very off level, and damper was making a ton of abnormal noise, almost grinding. I replaced the diffuser to alleviate the noise. I tried making adjustments to the level and the cabinet, and almost NO change was made. I checked the level of the floor and found the floor is slopijg to the left, and even with almost maxing out the freezer leveling foot, unit was still not leveling. Floor appears to be significantly off level and will need some form of shims installed in the front and rear in order to square the cabinet, since I was not able to do so with just the feet. Added pictures of level. Unit is now working as designed, but needs the cabinet adjusted via shims. Parts used - W11164593."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a gap in the freezer section causing frost buildup. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found a gap at the upper right hand corner of the freezer door. I removed the door assembly and attempted to check the brackets. The brackets seem to be in good working condition. I went ahead and adjusted the door upward to see if the door would get a better connection. I found that with the adjustments, the fitting was better, but was still leaving a gap on the top edge of the freezer door. The issue did not appear to be a gasket issue but instead a bowed door or bracket issue. I am ordering the freezer door and brackets just in case for repair.
