Arrived onsite for a range that is clicking. Upon arrival I found that the unit will click multiple times but the when you open the bottom drawer it ignites right away. Once I was completed,teed with the repair and turned the power back on to the unit, I tested the water dispenser and it dispensed water as designed. Inspected the ice maker and found the bin full of misshapen ice and that there was ice in the mold but there was a sheet of newly forming ice on top of the existing cubes indicating that the ice maker had not been dumping ice and overfilling. I found the RC at 33 degrees when set at 39 degrees. I found the refrigerator getting too cold because the diffuser is not opening and closing correctly. I found frost build up under the ice bucket caused from warm air leaks around the ice door and chute. I found ice cubes getting stuck to the bale arm of the icemaker because of the warm air leaks and this is causing the arm to hit the cover and make the icemaker think the bin is full. I found a stored F7E1 tachometer error and an F0E9 out of balance pause error. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed with no errors returning. The customer stated the issue mainly happens when heavier items like towels are being washed. I found the suspension good. I found the drive belt loose. The customer advised that sometimes when she goes to wash a load of clothes, the unit will buzz and will immediately skip to the complete portion of the cycle. She says that when this happens, she can unplug it and plug it back in, and the unit will work again. I ran it through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the units are an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I tested the unit starting multiple cycles and could not get the unit to replicate the failure. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7737522637. He advised that based on the current information, the customer would need to get a video of the failure or for us to be able to replicate it while on site. He said this could be due to an electrical supply issue even though the unit was currently showing proper voltage in polarity. He advised to make no repairs at this time and have the customer call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the water filter not staying in. I found the filter housing defective causing the issue. I replaced the housing and tested while dispensing water. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and placed my gauges on the sealed system and checked pressures. I found the pressures were at -20/100. I tested temps in the RC=51 degrees & FC=11 degrees. Based off my pressure readings from previous service call, pressures have dropped -10psi on the low side and approximately 10psi on the high side. Using my UV light, I checked for any dye/leaks at the evaporator and the compressor/condenser area and found no leaks. Using my liquid leak detector, i checked the same places and found no leaks. contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the history with this unit and my findings today. Jonathan agreed that there is a leak in the system inside the cabinet based off pressure readings from approximately four weeks time. Jonathan provided SR#7737525711 and advised that the file would be sent to engineering for review and someone would contact the owner in 3-5 business days. I provided the SR number to my customer and advised the same info. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

On arrival to washer verified complaint with customer of noise during spin. Customer states only when it had the agitator installed did it make the noise. Found unit not leveled correctly. Adjusted the level legs and Verified no error codes in system and ran auto diag test. All components activated correctly and no excess movement in spin. Ran spin with testing weights and still no excess shaking. Unit is operating as designed. Operational test good. No leaks observed during service. Job complete.

Confirmed error on arrival to oven. F3E0 Customer also states unit is getting to hot during bake. Ordering sensor W10833885 and LCX/Main board W11620570 due to still not reading temp correctly and over heating. Possible short in control or sensor. Replace both on return. Office to RS No gas leaks detected during service. ; ordrng 1 W11620570 (Main board) and 1 W10833885 (Temp sensor)

Arrived on site and adjusted flames as they were too high on simmer. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for not spinning out clothes and determined the cause of issue to be off balance unable to balance large towel loads. Advised customer on findings. Unit is otherwise operating as designed. Advised customer on use and care.

Arrived on site to test unit for leaking. Found no issues in diagnostics. Found customer was using dawn dish soap and causing unit to over suds and leak from front. Advised against use of dawn dish soap in dishwasher. Unit is working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does make ice, but then it stopped dispensing ice. The customer advised that the cover of the ice container had popped off and she didnt know what to do with it. Removed the ice container and reattached the cover. Checked the impeller and motor and found both working and operating as designed. Reattached the ice container and found the unit dispensing, cubed and crushed ice as designed. I did advise the customer that this can happen whenever they have ice clumps inside of the ice container, and to remove those if present. Tested the unit several times and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

18101081317 GP arrived on site to inspect clogged left side of sink. Found that there is a Y pipe connecting the left side of the sink to the garbage disposal that was previously serviced. Found that some debris made its way into the pipe slowing its ability to drain. Cleared the debris. No water leaks observed during service.
