"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the previous dryers had worked but that this unit has not been right since the first day they got it. He advised that it takes 5 - 6 90 minute cycles to dry a load of towels. I tested the dryer and found the dryer tumbling and heating, but found a massive gush of hot air come out from the dryer when opening the door, indicating an airflow restriction. I removed the vent hose off the back of the machine and found a cup and a half's worth of water and massive l8nt build up in the hose. The customer got a bucket for us to dump the debris and we cleaned out the vent hose. I checked the vent going into the wall and found the vent going downwardsbut could not find any further debris within a hands reach. I reattached the vent hose back onto the wall and dryer. I ran a timed, dry cycle and went outside to check the vent. I found little to no airflow, coming out of the actual vent, indicating the clog was within the venting system within the home. I did advise the customer that this would explain why water and lent had built up in the vent hose and why the ,machine has not worked properly since they bought it. I did advise the customer that they will need a professional vent cleaning company to clear out their ducts prior to further use. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site to diagnose the oven for not reaching the correct temperature, as reported by the inspector. Set the oven to preheat at 350?F and placed two thermocouples inside the cavity to measure temperature accuracy. Allowed the unit to cycle three full times, recording the three highest and three lowest temperatures reached during the cycles. Calculated the average temperature from these readings, which came out to 359?F. This is within proper range and confirms the unit is heating as designed. No adjustments were necessary at this time. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had an issue with the freezer losing temperature and thawing out. And she advised that she was seeing massive amounts of frost inside of the freezer section, but it has since dissipated and has gone back to normal temperatures. She did advise that she is having an issue with ice clumping. In her ice container and that she gets ice from the machine 3 times a day. I checked the ice door and found that the gasket going to the ice maker was bent and bowed. I also found the separator under the ice container not properly sealing. I checked the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the refrigerator at 36?F and the freezer at -2?F. i found no evidence of any defrost issues or compressor issues. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection I gained access to the underside of the dishwasher and found that the leak is coming from the diverter. I examined the diverter and found the water leak has damaged the harness connector and it is corroded. O found that the access panel foam has mold. I also noticed that heater element is very warped and is making contact with the spray arm. I am ordering the harness. Insulation foam. I am returning with prescreened parts to replace the heater and pump and motor assembly as well. I left the dishwasher unplugged and it cannot be used unit it is fixed. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer making noises when running. Customer described noise as loud screeching. Examined bottom end and found thick black tracks on the cam from excessive belt slippage. This is the source of the noise, and a result of overloading based on the thickness. Advised customer to lighten loads as much as possible, cam is plastic and belt will slip if overloaded. Tested ice dispenser working,showed customer ice chute and ice cube size let customer know due to chute design some cubes can get stuck in chute and when dispensing and no ice comes out to stop and clear stuck ice."

Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. Tested unit and unit did trip. Restored power and put unit in test mode. Isolated components and unit individually never tripped breaker. Unit never exceeded 15amps and was on a 40amp gfci breaker. Ran unit again unter normal mode and did not trip. Customer was able to successfully use unit for over a year without issue until now. Spoke to PR. Recommended customer have breaker replaced and tripping is intermittent and no component is causing the trip. Customer will address the issue.

I reset the circuit breaker. I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran through a test cycle and found all components are operating as designed. I could find no indication that any components are faulty or caused the circuit breaker to trip. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not cooling properly, found temperature at 25 degrees in RC, I found issue with control and thermistor. I replaced control and thermistor, unit tested good. Parts used wpw10384183 and w11546690"

Cx stated that unit will stop on middle of cycle. 4an diagnostics and no fault codes. Cx also stated that if door is left slightly open it will slowly open all the way and it never had that issue before. Checked under unit and found rear legs not touching the floor and bottom of dishwasher was pushed in slightly this could cause door to pop open enough to disengage door lock and stop washer. Can also cause door to galloping. Lowered rear legs so they were resting on floor and unit is level. If issue persists recommend replacing door strike and latch.

"WED4950HW0 Arrived on site for a dryer taking to long to dry. On arrival client stated she ran the dryer twice on 70 minutes and clothes were still wet. Further inspection I found the outside vent was full of lint, not allowing the dryer to ventilate. I uploaded the photo.I removed all lint and hair, then tested product is working as its designed no parts used."

"Arrived on site to test unit for grinding noise. Upon arrival customer stated during spin cycle unit produces a high-pitched noise similar to a missed gear, and clothes wrap tightly around the agitator. Entered service diagnostics and ran automatic test cycle, no abnormal noises present during test. Retrieved fault history and found F7E5 (shifter fault) stored. Based on stored error and customer description, condition consistent with failed shifter function. Unit not shifting into spin during rinse, causing agitator to drive at spin torque and create noise and fabric wrap. Also suspect calibration was not performed after prior component replacement. Replaced shift actuator (W10913953) and performed calibration cycle successfully. Verified operation by running test cycle, all components engaged properly with no abnormal noise. Advised customer to capture video if condition reoccurs. Unit is now operating as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for concerns of setting off carbon monoxide detectors. Customer/builder stated that the oven had been turned on for approximately 2 hours without the vent running, which caused the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors to go off. Removed the bottom bake cover to inspect burner operation. Observed the flame pattern and found it to be even and consistent with a steady blue flame all the way around, indicating proper combustion. Preheated the oven to 350?F and allowed it to run for approximately 1520 minutes. Unit cycled on and off normally as designed. No gas odors, leaks, or improper combustion detected during testing. Unit is operating as designed at this time. Job complete."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the DSI module and reassembled and tested the unit. It is now operating as designed. No gas leaks observed during service. W10860916

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not buzzing at end of cycle. I ran a diagnostic test cycle, unit tested good, customer just used to a louder buzzer. This is working as designed."

Arrived on site to inspect cooktop with orange flames. Upon further inspection I found that the cooktop was operating as designed and change of color was due to excise moisture in the air. No gas leaks observed during service

Arrived on site and found model and serial number not to be correct. Instructed customer to contact their extended warranty to obtain a new dispatch with correct model and serial number. No parts installed. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. I replaced control and harness, unit tested good. Parts used w11603810, w11652038"

Unit was off upon arrival. Checked breaker and itvwas tripped. Reset breaker. Removed ground wire from oven and ran broil and after about a minute the breaker tripped. Removed and replaced both elements to and retested oven. Ran oven up to 450 degrees and no issues. Reinstalled ground wire and retested ovento 450 and no issues.

Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11608056) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrievd on site to inspect middle burner not operating properly. Upon further inspection I found that the middle burner flam was burning uneven on the lowest setting causing it to blow out if there was a breeze. I replaced the burner and tested and it was operating as designed . I called tech line 7742388139 W10811599. No gas leaks observed during service

"WTW5010LW1 Arrived on site for a washer getting stuck on drain cycle and shaking violently . On arrival I inspected the suspension they were great. I made sure it was balanced it was. I ran diagnostic no error codes. I tested on customer mode on quick wash it was working great until It started to drain and spin I heard the splutch making nosies. I inspected under the washer and found splutch was damaged and belt was lose ,actuator readings were off. Gearcase was in great shape. I replaced the splutch, belt, and the actuator,calibrated, then tested again on quick wash waited for cycle to finish product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."

"Arrived on site to inspect oven door for front glass hanging loose. Upon inspection, found the bottom retaining clips had come loose from the glass, causing the outer glass panel to shift and not sit securely. Removed the oven door from the unit to gain proper access to the bottom of the door assembly. Realigned and resecured the bottom clips to the glass, ensuring the panel was properly seated and stable. Reinstalled the door onto the unit and tested for proper function. The glass is now secure, the door opens and closes smoothly, and unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have to recalibrate the ovens due to food items burning and getting overcooked. The customer also advised that they had the unit connected to Wi-Fi via the Whirlpool app on their phone but kept losing the connection and then just wouldn't connect at all, so they deleted the app. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E0-UI lost communication with the ACU. Cleared the code, and using my multimeter, I placed my thermal coupler in the middle of the center rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 381 degrees. My next five readings were 415, 383, 406, 367, 405 for an average temp of 396 degrees. I found the unit temps would never go below 367 degrees. Due to the control panel not connecting to Wi-Fi and the too high of temps, I am ordering the control panel and sensors. I will return with all prescreened parts. ; ordrng 1 W11428581 (Control panel) and 2 W10859573 (Sensor)s"

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will make one or two slabs of ice and then will stop producing. She advised that she can turn the machine off and back on and that it will make another two batches, but then quit. I tested the ice machine and found very little water fly going inside of the reservoir. I removed the filter and found no difference in water pressure. I went to turn off the water supply but found the ice machine was. It's very uniquely installed and could not be removed. The customer was able to have her sprinkler installers turn off the main water supply. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit once water was restored. I found the unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W10897719."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer drain pump on constantly. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in. While attempting to place the unit in diagnostics, the drain pump turned on without activation. I checked for error codes and found F3E1-pressure sensor fault. Following the service pointer W11766193, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit it is operating as designed.
