Arrived onsite for washer with noise during operation. Upon inspection I found stored error codes for over flow and door lock errors. I ran diagnostics and all functions passed with no issues and no abnormal sounds. I advised the customer of my findings. And found them to be on a water softener. I advised that less soap should be used and they might have to start manually putting soap in the detergent dispenser. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed bake burner and installed new bake burner. Tested bake and its doing the same thing. Only ignites on first preheat temp. Afterwards the igniter only clicks and will not light flame. Called techline. Tech line recommended a pressure test based on all items replaced to resolve ignition issue. Replaced bake igniter again to ensure the previous bake igniter wasnt faulty. Tested bake and it is doing the same thing. Arrived onsite for refrigerator RC section not cooling efficiently. Accessed evaporator compartment and found frozen drain line. Defrosted compartment and cleared line. Tested unit and found that RC fan was not working. Unit also needed fan replaced. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Temperature stabilizing. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator no cool. Upon arrival I found the FC=12 RC=44. I found the RC evaporator thawed with water droplets on the coils and rust in the drain pan. I found some frost forming on the FC evaporator cover and when I exposed the evaporator I found some ice formed at the top and sides of the evaporator. I confirmed the heater worked through test 6. CS and I walked through SS checks. I ran test 4 and put my hand on the 3 way valve during sub 4 I felt a slight movement and what sounded like a sizzle but not the normal noises a valve should make. I ohmed out the connector at the valve and it ohmed out good. We determined that the 3 way valve is not sending refrigerant to the RC evaporator and will need to be replaced. Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking from the ice maker. Upon inspection I found the ice maker twist tray is badly broken and a big chunk is missing from the tray. I found the fill tube frozen over. I ran test 19 and the evaporator fan kicked on but the tube did not un freeze. I was not sure if the evaporator fan was supposed to run on so I called techline to report. They gave me SR#7730951721. I found that the evaporator fan should not turn on during fill tube heat. Arrived onsite for refrigerator no cool. Upon arrival I found the complaint is that the doors do not seal and there is condensation in the RC. I found the mullion flipped outward not allowing the doors to close. I closed the doors correctly and let the temps equalize for a few mins. I tested temps and found the RC at 38 and the FC at 5. I instructed the customer about proper loading in the RC as well as the importance of the mullion side of the door making contact with the catch to close properly. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

After disassembly I found unit had to top micro switches that were bad, hv trans was burnt up, capacitor couldnt hold a charge and diode as well as entire rest of unit ( both external and internal) was completely covered in grease.

Arrived on site for a mini fridge with an alarm not turning off. Upon arrival customer stated the real issue was there was static sound coming from the bottom left of the unit. They also stated that the UI was going out. Upon farther inspection I found LEDS on the UI going out and when pressing on buttons the speaker had abnormal static sound. I found the speaker and UI needing to be replaced.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not receiving power. Upon arrival I found the unit was improperly installed. The toe plate was installed incorrectly and causing door to catch. I removed toe place and installed correctly, door now opens as designed. Upon further inspection I found unit does have power to it. I checked voltage at the wall and found correct voltage. I then put unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. When I disconnected harness from the element, I found that the left side gasket had broken free from the element and was not sealing properly. Ran diagnostics power to valve valve not energizing diagnosed a defective valve. Replaced valve and thermistor ran diagnostics all test passed. ; used 1 WPW10511923 (Thermistor), and 1 W10897719 (Water valve) from stock"

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with multiple issues. I found the RC doors not aligned. I found the pantry gasket depressed in the middle allowing warm air to enter the RC which is causing condensation to form. I found the bottom of the FC gasket has a gap between the door and gasket. I removed the FC gasket and attempted to heat form it to stick into place. I found the white liner on the door separating from the frame not allowing the gasket to seal to the door. There is condensation/ice build up in that spot I will need to order a door to repair. I also heat formed the pantry gasket where the gap was in an attempt to make a better seal. I advised the customer to allow about 4 hours for the gasket to reform but I will return with one JIC it does not seal. Customer had some concerns with the ice bin getting stuck but upon arrival it was not stuck so I showed them the best way to remove the bin. I leveled the doors as well. I am ordering the Door(W11435351) gasket(WPW10714545) pantry gasket JIC(WPW10443326) for return visit. No leaks detected during time of service.
