"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the ice maker failure, the customer provided a new ice maker and ice bin. Using my steamer, I removed all ice inside the ice maker housing. Cleaned all water from the housing and sealed the gap between the housing and the liner with manufacturer approved silicone. Installed new clips to the coil and installed the new ice maker and bin. Tested unit and it is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water inside the RC section on the shelves and at the back left corner above the filter. I tested the water dispenser and found water spraying from the water filter area. I removed the filter head housing and inspected the filter head and found the gasket had blown out the back of the head. Cleaned up the water and turned the water source off at the wall. Customer advised the unit is not cooling in the RC section. I found this freezer is cooling, but was unable to determine if the RC section was cooling or not due to having the doors open too long. When I closed the RC doors, I did not hear the RC fan come on. I pressed the reset button at the back of the unit on the main control and once the unit came on, I could hear the fans operating as designed. I advised the customer to allow the unit to cool for approximately 4-5 hours and to contact the office around 430pm to report the status of the unit. Customer advised that they can do without the water dispenser/ice at this time and were more concerned with the unit cooling. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed"

Arrived onsite for a range with the bake burner not lighting correctly to replace previous diagnosed parts. The customer stated the can hear the unit sparking and the gas coming out every time it will not lite. I tested the unit and found the bake ignitor a little warped so I replaced it. I found it sparking multiple times to light the burned so I adjusted the air shutter and was able to get it to lite on the first spark. I ran the unit up to 500 degrees and let the burner relight and it ignited the burner on the first spark. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint but found the refrigerator completely packed full of food and items pushed against the back wall causing an air flow restriction. He advised that things are freezing on the second shelf where multiple items were pushed against the back wall. I explain to the customer that airflow can cause this issue. Went over user care guide with the customer. Went ahead and checked the damper and found it opening and closing as designed. Remove the back cover for the control and check resistance through the thermistors. Found the refrigerator thermistor reading 5.27 k ohms (51?F) and the freezer thermistor showing 16.45 k ohms (11?F). Checked my temperature in my refrigerator and found it sitting at 52?F check the freezer and confirmed the 11?F. Advise the customer that the unit is working as designed and the airflow issue is the only thing that can be causing this at this point. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a freezer that is making a rattling noise in operation. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and remove the back cover. Techline instructed me to dispense water out of the unit and if it dispenses anywhere from 5.5oz to 9oz in 7.5 seconds unit is operating properly. I made CX aware of the situation. Found 7.34 DC volts going to the inverter but the compressor never attempting to turn on. Also confirmed 120 V going to the inverter as well. I replaced the inverter and tested the unit. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the RC compartment cooling good but the FC compartment isnt freezing anything and no ice has been made since the last repair. I found the RC at 42 degrees with it set at 38 and I found the FC at 56 degrees with it set at 0. I only found about a 6 frost line on the FC evaporator after the capillary where it enters the evaporator. I could hear the refrigerant surging into the evaporator. I did not have a set of oil less gauges with me to check pressures but the new compressor is either not pumping correctly or there is another leak in the system, or there is a restriction between the 3 way valve and the FC evaporator. Ordering W10865322 RC evaporator, W11592009 Compressor, Watt/Inverter Test Kit, Oilless gauges, & W10843121 non-dye filter drier. Returning with the other parts also. "Arrived on site for a washing machine getting out of balance. Upon arrival the customer stated no matter the load size it will stop and throw an out of balance error. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E9 for off balance pause, F0E5 for off balance load, F0E7 for load detected on clean wash, F7E4 for basket reengagement failure, and F7E9 for locked rotor. I then activated each component and found on high spin it took abnormally long to ramp up. During testing the unit also locked and would not unlock. It would then no longer allow me to activate any load, but after unplugging and plugging the unit back in several times it would unlock. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found all in good shape. Due to this I am ordering the rotor, stator, and control to replace. I also walked the customer through proper loading. "Arrived on site for free standing ice machine, Inspected unit and work area. Inspected unit and had water siting in reservoir. Tested unit in diagnostics and found recirculating pump is not operating, it will fill with water and drain but will not recirculate through the evaporator to make ice. Will have to order new pump and office will reschedule CX when parts have arrived. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11542867 (Recirculating pump)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door not closing and leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the FC door slightly open on the right side and a large ice block in the bottom of the FC section. Disassembled the FC section and removed the ice and found the drain tube clogged. Pulled unit out and found the drain tube is the old duck bill type tube. Per service pointer #W10632338E, I am ordering the drain tube and its covered under special code #S38253. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10619951 (Drain tube)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer snagging clothing and clean vent light wont turn off. Upon further inspection, the customer had a piece of blue tape on the spot where they found their clothing snagging. I found what appears to be a piece of metal in the paint (photo). I attempted to remove the debris and it would not come off. I tested airflow to the unit and it failed 2 out of 3 tests. Using my borescope, I found the vent tube going outside is clogged. I am ordering the drum and office to schedule return service. No lint within the unit observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10545923 (Drum)"

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Found low refrigerant charge as well as uv dye on evap. Compressor also running at abnormally high pitch.
