Gained access to the valve and found the valve filters were dirty. Customer recently had the water softener serviced. This is most likely the cause of the filter head and valve not allowing a good flow to come into the ice maker and dispenser when the filter is installed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine throwing a F9E1 error code. Upon arrival I found that the unit could not operate, for it would throw an F9E1 error code for long drain. Upon further inspection I found the lid locked, and the unit full of wet clothes. I cycled the power off for several minutes, and when powered back on I was able to get the unit into diagnostics mode. I found stored error codes F9E1 for long drain and F0E5 for off balance load. I tried to manually activate the lid lock, but it would not energize. I tried to activate other loads, but nothing would energize. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the harness broken right at the connector to the drain pump. I removed the connector and ohmd out the drain pump. I found it at 20, which is within good range. This indicates only a bad harness. I am ordering the harness and the office will need to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11569161 (Lower Harness)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit power cord disconnected, the drain hose disconnected with the drain hose to the disposal going to the sink and the main water hose disconnected from the valve. The customer advised that the unit filled with water over night and leaked on the floor. I found the customer has an RO system and the RO drain hose is connected to the dishwasher drain hose and is possibly backfilling into the dishwasher. The customer advised that the water in the dishwasher drain hose at this time was there after they disconnected it from the dishwasher. I re-installed the unit and reassembled all hoses and re-wired the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer have a plumber or contact an RO system technician to relocate the RO drain hose to the lower pipe or the lower P trap. The customer turned the RO system off at the shut off valve on the tank and advised they have someone going next week to re-plumb under the sink. After testing, I inspected all hose connections and all were dry (photos). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a grinding sound. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit grind as soon as it went into spin. Checked underneath the unit and found oil leaking from the transmission. It appeared that the cam was also starting to grind. Advised customer that we would need to replace the gearcase, cam, and belt for a good repair.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking water. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After further inspection I found unit had a high concentration of suds/soap cause unit to over fill. Found no leaks under unit around motor/pump, etc. also found due to units age a large amount of water sediment has built up within center filter housing near top left of inner door panel causing water to be redirected down interior of door and out of unit. Removed sediment from filter and the suds from pump/motor but found during further tests that unit had multiple parts failures as soap dispenser, drain pump. Also found unit had safety panels that cover the motor hard to reassemble to to age related rust, and broken pieces.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that would shut off shortly after running a sensor cycle. I tested the unit and found it would run 1-3 minutes and then shut off. I tested voltage at the wall and terminal block, and both read good. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the outlet thermistor. It read within range. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then checked temperatures at the exhaust and found a slight drop in fluctuation with the vent on. Per the tech sheet and temp readings it indicates to replace the thermistor. I replaced the thermistor and tested the unit again. I found the issue continued. Per tech sheet I then replaced the control. The unit is now running as designed. I advised the customer that if the issue persists that they may want to get their vents professionally cleaned. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop being warped. Upon further inspection, I found the back right trim piece not seated correctly and not sitting flush. Customer advised that the venthood fell onto the cooktop knocking the pot filler off the wall and causing water to leak onto and into the unit causing the burner box to corrode and rust (photos). I removed the front right burner head and found corrosion to the burner box underneath and also found damage to the cooktop as paint is chipped off and beginning to corrode. I found underneath the unit that the there is not proper supports for the unit except at the front of the unit under the front panel (photo). I found several scratches on the unit trim, panel, cooktop, and burner caps (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the complaint and my findings

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated they saw signs of leakage on the bottom of the cabinets. However, they have not necessarily seen water come out. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for diverter cant find position and F9E2 for diverter stuck on. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found that when the wash motor first started, the wash arm did not rotate. After roughly 45 seconds of running, it began running as designed. Upon further inspection I found the diverter dripping water. This indicates a faulty sump and motor. I installed the new sump and motor and then tested the unit. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. No leaks observed at the end of the service.

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found customer experience is dryer sometimes stops cycle early and clothes are not completely dry. Check moisture sensor by completing circuit with a piece of foil tape and allowing it to run on a normal cycle. It slowly added time until tape was removed and then immediately started removing minutes. Moisture sensor is working properly. Recommended to homeowner that timed dry be used if there is a possibility clothing items will not make contact with moisture sensor. No further repair is required at this time, job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door noises. Upon further inspection, I opened the right RC door and the hinge began to immediately make a squeak noise. I found that there was no grease on the hinge and the hinge rubbing together was causing the noise. Using the grease that was prescreened, I placed some on the hinge and tested. Door is no longer making the noise. I placed some grease on the left FC door hinge as well. Leveled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. Unit is beginning to cool. I avoid customer to put some water in the freezer and see if it freezes as a final test. Unit is now operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I replaced the water spigot with new. I tested the water dispenser, and waited 10 minuets. I found the dispenser still leaking. I checked the water lines no I found the line coming out of the dual valve scared. I replaced the valve and the water line to the dispenser. I tested the unit and found it not leaking any more. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that some days the freezer will stay cold and some days it wont cool. I tested temps in the FC=-4 and RC was showing to be in the 50s. I found the FC evaporator fan motor running intermittently and there is ice on the right side of the evaporator, but it has a good frost pattern. After speaking with tech support, we determined that the genesis control board is going bad and there is a possibility that the fan motor is bad since its controlled by the genesis board. I advised the customer that I am ordering the control and fan motor and if the fan motor is needed, I will re-quote. Ordering the fan motor CNOTE-LSO and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and it began to make a loud growling noise. I disassembled the unit and inspected the blower wheel and it is good. I found that the exhaust pipe is loose. Using some sealant tape and screws, I sealed the pipe and tightened it and cleaned the lint from the unit. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on call to replace previous diagnosed parts. After replacing test and all functions working properly.

"Arrived onsite for unit leaking and top spray arm broken and dispenser door not opening properly. Looked at the unit and saw that the top spray arm is broken and the dispenser door will not close. Tested the unit for the leaks and saw that it was leaking from the sump and motor. Got authorization to have all parts replaced. Replaced top spray arm and sump and motor. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time. Ordered the dispenser to be replaced. Office to reschedule. Just need to replace dispenser upon next arrival. ; ordrng 1 W10861000 (Dispenser)"

Arrived onsite for range heating to hot. Upon arrival put unit through heat test and found it off by about 15 degrees calibrated accordingly and showed customer how. Job Completed.

Arrived on site for washing machine not draining. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the pump running but not draining. I gained access to the filter and found it clogged. I removed the debris.I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on call for complaint of top burners not working. Found the burners working properly. Checked terminal block and wired correct supply good at range. If problem continues recommend electrician check supply.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in rc. Upon arrival I performed a temp test and for fc at 26 degrees and the rc at 40. I then gained access to the fc evap and found fan running, good frost pattern, and both defrost element and thermistor testing good. Which points to the control having an issue.
