Arrived onsite for dryer not drying clothes on first cycle. Upon inspection I found the vent test kit showing poor air flow with the vent hose attached and good flow when detached. I found only a 3 ft run to the outside and I could see the yard so there was no obstruction in the vent. I ran temp tests and found the unit cycling as designed but in sensing mode it would cut off quickly. I replaced the thermistor and advised the customer to monitor the unit but as of now the unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dish washer with an upper rack not pulling out. Upon father inspection I found the back left wheel came off track. I was able to remove and inspect the rack/rail and I found the. in perfect shape. I found the rack works as designed and advised customer not to overload the rack. Call complete.

Twenty minutes after departing customer called me to state it had shut down and locked the lid exactly as it had done before. Went back to home and found board not responding to voltage. Ran test on board and found board faulty. Removed control and installed new control. Washer running as designed.

Arrived on site for fridge freezing food items. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the freezer evaporator. I found a partial frost pattern on the freezer. I tested the thermistor and found the thermistor getting 5vdc and showing within range and changing when I apply heat. I gained access to the fresh food thermistor and found 3.45 vdc being supplied to the thermistor. I swapped in a new control and found the same voltage. I swapped in the old control and tested resistance. I found the rc thermistor in range and changing when applying heat. "Arrived on site to inspect washer turning on by itself. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the dispenser is leaking water and the unit came on by itself at 2am. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F3E2, F8E6 & F2E1. Attempted to clear the codes and it failed. I calibrated the unit in test 52 then tested in test 51. Unit operated as designed. At the end of testing, the water continued to enter the unit (photo). I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics again and it failed. After a few more attempts, I was able to get it back into diagnostics and tested the valve and it continued to dispense water after being turned off. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor and all four panels. However there was an ice ball at the cap tube and you could hear the refrigerant spit out. There was also an oily substance on the evap cover. This indicates a SS failure. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling and power outage alert every hour. Found compressor amp draw was fluctuating around 2amps. Also found low side lines from compressor frosting up. Was not able to finish diagnostic test 4 without unit kicking off and PO alert. Found pantry UI compartment had enough water built up where connections were grounding out causing PO. Used electrical cleaner and dried connections. No signs of corrosion. Assembled unit and amp draw dropped from 2amps to 1.1amps from compressor, and low side lines not frosting up. Pantry UI was causing 3-way valve issues. Advised customer to thaw unit for 24-36 hrs to allow frosted evaporators to clear and thaw and to monitor unit once fully thawed. Both RC and FC evap motors operating as designed. Condenser motor working as designed.

"Arrived on site for a microwave that is tripping the breaker is soon as you press start. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and tested switches. Found the monitor switch the primary issue with the switch not opening and closing properly. Replaced monitor switch and tested unit. Unit began heating as designed. However as soon as you open the door, the unit with then tripped the breaker. Spoke to PR and was advised to go ahead and replace the primary switch as well. Unit still did the same thing. He then advised the issue would have to be with the main control power relay and order the main control for repair. I gained access to the interior cabinet and found the vent hose was disconnected and rattling around. I inspected the hose and found the clips broken. I gained access to the drain pump and cleaned the filter and lines. I found no rips in any of the other hoses.I replaced the hose and secured it to the outer tub. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found it working as designed with no more rattling noise. Job complete.

Cleared the ice and secured the evaporator to the back wall with the clips & zipties provided with the kit. Sealed the top of the housing with the permagum provided as well. Relocated the thermistor to the suction line and secured it with foil tape and ziptie. Reassembled the unit and checked the drain tube wt the back of the unit and found it clogged. Cleared the drain tube and sealed it with silicone. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop ignitors constantly arcing. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. As soon as the customer plugged it in, all ignitors began to arc without turning the burners on. Before I could get the unit lifted and the cooktop removed to inspect inside the burner box, I found all burner head screws were badly rusted/corroded and risk the possibility of breaking the screws upon trying to remove them. I advised the customer of this issue.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator frosting in the freezer. Upon inspection I found the RC at no cool and the FC frosted all over the walls and ceiling I had to steam the evaporator cover to access the coils. I found the water inlet port was never sealed or not sealed correctly and was just a hole allowing air to leak in. I found a large chunk or the liner missing at the port I went to the rear and found a large spot of cold water/condensation forming in the middle of the back of the unit. I call

Confirmed complaint. Tested unit bake cycle, set to 350 degrees. After preheat cycle, temp probe read 283 degrees. Ten minutes after preheat, meter read 318 degrees, avg: 300 degrees. Found the temp sensor probe and main control wasnt allowing proper temp fluctuation. Need to return to replace control and oven temp sensor. Arrived on site to diagnose a range with no low flames. Found burner valves not set for lp gas. Set all valves properly and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time.

(MM) Arrived on site to install parts diagnosed on prior visit. Removed door and door skin and installed inner door seal. Assemble the door skin and door. Also replaced old toe plate insulation due to leak coming from door seal. Put the unit into diagnostics mode and found it was now working as designed. Observed no leaks. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and found no ice production from upper Icemaker, ran test 57 and icemaker harvest is working properly. Ran test 45 and valves run but Icemaker tray is not filled. Removed waterline from Valve to Icemaker and ran test 45 again and it filled a plastic cup. Waterline to icemaker is frozen and after clearing ice it will now fill properly. Recommend it to homeowner that first batch of ice be discarded, job complete"

"Arrived on site for washer making a banging noises durning agitation cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Per diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault code F7-E6. Performed automatic test cycle and monitored operation. Ran manual heavy agitation cycle and found incorrect (very slow agitation). Gained access to motor, measured capacitor microfarad and motor resistance. Found both correct. Found fault is with actuator. Removed actuator and installed new. Install new cam in case any abnormal wear and tear. Performed diagnostics mode and found agitating correct. All tested good, no water leaks detected."

"Arrived on site to test unit for sparking/burning smell. Found grease build up on diode caused diode to overheat and burn out. Replaced diode, tested unit, unit works good.

Arrived on site for oven combo left trim had fallen off. Inspected unit and work area. Found trim vent damaged and unit was not mounted down and no holes were drilled in cabinet for screws. Drilled holes in cabinet to mount unit down. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of ice door broken, found broken motor and ice door, I replaced both parts, unit tested good."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not allowing water dispenser or ice production to work properly. Upon arrival inspected and found water pressure within specs flowing to filter and. Found one of the filter head pressure activated seals had gotten stuck during installation of filter. Was able to remove and repair stuck pathway seal. Found dispenser working 100% accurately but icemaker wasnt receiving proper 120 volts through harness ass. Also found fill tube had somehow been clogged with ice from inlet valve although pressure wasnt causing sealing issue. In order to insure proper repairs based on diagnosis office will need to insure part availability as well as acquiring autho for potential part repairs needed. ; ordrng 1 W11232485 (Top water tube) and 1 W10191141 (Water tube cover) and 1 W11399844 (Control) and 1 W11284720 (Ui)

Arrived on site to diagnose a range with the burner not properly working. Upon further inspection I found the front right out burner not working. Checked voltage at the wall and found it correct and checked voltage going to the burner and also found this to be correct. Upon farther inspection I found the burn visibly broken. I installed the new burner and tested the unit. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to replace bracket. Replaced bracket. Tested switches. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time.
