"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit wasn?t filling with hot water for a while and that she changed it to a setting that was allowing her to fit complete cycles. However, she advised that certain cycles won?t finish if she put them on (bulky, whites, etc.) Ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran the unit for an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Spoke to PR and was advised to run the cold fill valve until the unit was full of water. He advised that if it completed filling the washer tub that the issue would be with the control. Ran the test in the unit ran as designed. Arrived on site for a dryer that is overheating. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through a test and found the unit will not cycle between heating and not heating. Arrived on site for washer making a knocking noise. Upon arrival reconfirmed customer complaint. Found during high speed agitation that there was a faint knocking noise anytime washplate changed directions. Ran a loud of 3 towels in unit during a normal quick wash cycle and found an odd knocking noise imitating from the gearcase compartment and washplate areas of unit. Found gearcase properly mounted. Found after further inspection that the gearcase has slightLy stretched splines causing inner gear case to knock when rotated. Called whirlpool techline and spoke with Chris sr# 7730648976. Techline stated noise was normal but did say if needed we could replace gearcase as well as slider again. Arrived on site for a trash compactor that?s a little hard to shot and is shaky. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her old crash compactor used to be a lot easier to shut and that this one seems to have to push in on it in order to get it to close. Found the unit leaking from the inlet hose on the unit where it connects to a conversion fitting. Found evidence of massive rust buildup on the inlet waterline. Due to the amount of rust buildup found on the water line, I did not feel confident in moving the line without it breaking. Advised customer to replace the water line and possibly fitting due to rust build up for full repair. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I found the left side closure causing the door to get stuck about 3 inch from closing. There is an issue with the closure latch getting stuck on the hinge. A previous tech with us was out for a different appliance and advised that the door switch would need to be replaced. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power. Upon inspection I found the breaker tripped. I turned the breaker on and tested the unit. I was able to invoke diagnostics and it ran through each cycle with no issues I accessed the control and found all connectors secured and no evidence of a burn out or leakage anywhere. I inspected the owi and it looks good with no water or evidence of a leak within the sensor. I reassembled the unit and tested again. I could not recreate any failures at this time and the unit is working as designed. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making buzzing noise and not cooling. Upon inspection I found FC=-1 RC=64 I found the RC evaporator with ice coming out of the bottom. "Arrived on site for ice build up. Found fresh food evaporator incased in ice,ran diagnostics thermistor reading open. Defrosted evaporator replaced fan assembly that includes thermistor. Per service pointer secured thermistor to correct location on suction line using foil tape and a zip tie,secured evaporator to liner wall using clamps and zip ties,installed cover secured with 4 screws,added shims to level drain pan.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated it was a humming noise and had a video. It sounded like a loud fan noise. I checked temps in the unit and found the FC at 3?F and the RC at 38?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated the FC evap fan, the RC evap fan, the baffle, the ice box fan, harvest the IM, ran a fill on the IM and none made any abnormal noise. I then ran test four and could still not replicate the noise. I could not replicate the noise and found the unit running as designed at the time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice and not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=1 degree. I found the ice bin with ice in it, but very small cubes. Tested the water dispenser and the water came out in a trickle. Tested the ice maker fill tube and it only filled the first 3 spaces in the tray. As I was about to pull the unit m its space, I found the water line kinked at the back of the unit. Pulled the unit out and adjusted the water line as I pushed the unit back into its space. Taped the line to the back of the unit to keep it upright and relieved the unit. Retested the dispenser and it is operating as designed.

Upon arrival, I asked the customer about their cold water valve and they advised that they noticed that the cold water pressure has dropped at all faucets in the home. I recommended that they have a plumber check their water lines in the home due to the cold water pressure being low. I advised the customer that the washer is operating as designed but due to the cold water pressure being low, the unit is taking too long to fill and therefore the unit will shut down and drain the water and not spin.

"Arrived on site and found customers complaint is dryer cannot be pushed back and the vent hose falls off where it is connected to the wall. Vent connection on wall comes out at a drooping 45? angle, this does not allow the vent hose clamp to properly seat. Even if connection was A 90? coming out of wall it would still be 18 inches higher than the connection on the dryer. There is not enough space for the dryer to be pushed any further back with any type of vent hose. Reported to tech line , sent pictures to MS. 7730850534"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could immediately hear a humming noise that appeared to coming from the blower wheel or motor area. I removed the back panel and removed the lint chute and found the lint chute foam seal was loose and rubbing on the blower wheel. Adjusted the seal and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no unusual noises. Contacted techline to get noise info documented and spoke to Joel. I advised of my findings on the noise issue and repairs made and they provided SR#7730850161. Also found the unit had no leveling legs. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that has an issue with the latch. Inspected unit and work area. Found an error code flashing for an F 26 indicating a latch issue. Upon arrival took temps and found sporadic readings from beginning to end of diagnostics (photos taken of initial temps on arrival) found ice maker had water freezing in ice tray, and half a bucket full of ice. Found evap coil had very little to no ice build up and over 85% of the coil was showing signs of water dripping as if it was in defrost even though heater was not on and compressor and both fan motors were running. Removed cooktop and found that ignitor had sleeve and were not adjustable. Replaced cooktop and made slight adjustments in to orifice holders. Cleaned out all orifice and burner heads and retested. Unit now working as designed and all burners functioning properly. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for catching clothes underneath agitator. Found agitator retention screw was loose and had about 3/8? gap. Per service pointer W11347319A replaced agitator and retention screw. Found no signs of gearcase failure. Spanner nut was properly tightened. Unit ran diagnostics as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for Visibly Failed, Broken or Missing Parts - Electric Ranges - PRE-ID Door Hinge and Receivers. Found spring loaded hinge badly bent. Customer had disassembled the door already. Removed damaged hinge and installed new hinge. Installed door into hinge slots and door opens and closes as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to replace sump and motor. Replaced sump test unit no leaks present at this time job complete.

Arrived on site for defective heater. Gained access to heater checked for continuity failed replaced defective heater assembly.

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part. Removed failed inlet valve and installed new. Had customer dispense water through dispenser and observed for possible water leaks. Put unit back in place and tested water dispenser. All tested good, no water leaks detected."

Arrived on site for Dishwasher power on but not operating. Placed in diagnostics and got F4E3 error code. No other error codes came on. Cleared error code. Removed sump and motor. Installed new sump and motor. Ran diagnostics and dishwasher completed all diagnostic cycles as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for washer not completing cycle. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found long fill error code. Ran valve test and passed. Ran auto test and noticed unit was not draining properly. Found drain hose inserted more that four inches into standpipe causing siphoning. Adjusted hose and tested. Unit passed auto test. Unit is functioning properly. Noise complaint was due to unit being un leveled. Customer corrected issue. No error codes at this time

Arrived on site for refrigerator with lights out in RC and FC. Performed diagnostic and found Freezer module has failed Replaced FC module and verified all lights are on and working as designed.Call complete

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it will power on but motor will not turn, belt is in good shape, found thermal fuse has failed. Replaced thermal fuse from truck stock And it is now working properly. Airflow meter shows that vent to the exterior of the home is blocked, this is likely the reason that the fuse failed. Dryer should not be used until the vent to the exterior has been cleaned by a qualified service, job complete"

Arrived onsite and found oven disparity. On temp but found that unit had been calibrated up to 30f above zero. Tested and found unit should be set to zero for good function. Advised customer on oven design and function. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to test unit for FC drawer slides are hard to open. Found bearings were bad and assists were not engaging preventing door from sealing properly. Replaced slides, tested unit, unit works good. No leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived onsite and found a pinched wire to the console. Causing stuck button. Repaired wiring harness. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice, found that the ice maker was leaking, we replaced the ice maker, found the fill tube pushed too far back and readjusted the fill tube. Steamed out all of the ice behind the evap cover. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived on site to replace regulator. Replaced regulator test unit and unit test good no leaks present at this time.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that is making noise. Customer showed me a video of a rattling noise. Noise sounds like its coming from blower fan, but its not all the time. I ran the convect fan for several minutes and didnt find a noise from it.Office to schedule return visit. ; ordrng 1 W11107275 (Blower Fan)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing and burn spots. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that the back left vent area was burned. I found it burnt and advised the customer that its normal. Customer provided a load of laundry that was damp and they had dried the load on timed dry for 50 mins. I found the vent tube at the back of the unit too long. Using my dryer vent test kit, I tested the airflow in the unit. After 3 tests, the unit failed each test. I tested with the vent tube off of the unit passed. I inspected the vent tube and found it clogged with lint. While checking the tube, I shortened the tube in order for the airflow to go directly to the tube going up to the ceiling. Also, I found that the tube going up to the roof/ceiling is badly clogged (photos) and will need to professionally cleaned. I provided the photos of the venting to the customer and recommended that they contact someone to come out to clean the vents. No lint observed in the unit during service, job completed."
