Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has a broken dispenser and its flashing prior to the end of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Tested the unit in an auto test and did find something appearing to be hitting the drain pump impeller. Remove the obstruction from the drain pump and replaced the dispenser. Tested the unit and the unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for Leaks water out the front. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and there were no stored error codes. Inspected inner drain hose, outer drain hose, and drain pump. There is no evidence of leaks. Ran manual test to fill tub halfway with water. Did not find leaks at or around tub. Iran drain test and all water drains correctly without leaking. Inspected water valve and is good with no leaks. Ran a normal wash cycle and unit fills correctly, begins washing and no leaks present. Found that unit leaks during rinse and spin between tub and ring. Could not pin point the exact leak.

Ran unit and found pumps working well, good flow on chill plate. Chill plate seemed to have an issue getting a good frost pattern. Checked condenser coils and found them completely blocked with dust and fur. Cleared off condenser coils and found it started freezing ice immediately after. Unit appears to be working as designed at this time. If issue repeats we may have the start of a sealed system failure. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I removed the toeplate and found water sitting on the bottom cabinet under the unit (photos). I found water damage to the floor of the cabinets and some damage to the cabinet walls to the left & right of the unit (photos). I advised the customer of my findings. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-diverter lost position. Cleared the code and continued with testing and found when the motor comes on, water begins to rapidly leak from the diverter housing. Cancelled testing and drained the water from the unit. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and cleaned most of the debris from under the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will make an abnormal noise at the last minute of the cycle. On arrival the customer stated the unit will complete the spin and drain fine with no noise, but right at the end of the cycle for about a minute a strange noise starts. They found it to be almost as if a card was in bike tire spokes. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E3 ACU communication error , F0E4 for spin limit by water temp, and F8E6 for water hazard. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and manually activated each component to find them working as designed with no abnormal noise. I gained access to the bottom o the unit and found the screw that holds the stator/rotor in missing. I replaced it with personal stock. I found no other issue on the unit. Call complete."

Upon inspection I found some frost/ice buildup on back of refrigerator section I am ordering 1x evap cover, up further inspection I found that the right door gasket is torn in the upper right corner if viewed from the inside of the door. Im ordering the door gasket as it could cause moisture/condensation. Later bow the line. Customer stated that they will have fridge ready for us upon next visit, cx set temps in refrigerator slightly higher to. Compensate for the Freezing. No voltage was present to the unit on either L1 or L2 and testing between neutral and ground showed no continuity as well. The CX will need to contact the builder or qualified electrician to correct the issue prior to any further service. I did find the supply would work if the circuit breaker marked oven was switched on.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not filling nor draining. On arrival the customer stated that the real issue is the water only tricked out when trying to fill. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for long fill, F0E3 for overload, F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then manually activated the valves and found the cold valve dripping in and the hot valve with slow flow. I gained access to the valves and found them bad. I installed the new housing and then test the unit. I found the unit now working as designed with no leaks present at the end of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit non responsive and the breaker turned on. I pulled the unit out and tested the control panel harness and it is good. I tested the main control for voltage and found only 122V. Tested incoming voltage to the transformer and found none. I tested incoming voltage at the wall and found between the L1 and L2 (red & black wires) 122V and there should be approximately 220V. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they have an electrician look at the breaker and the outlet and once the issue is repaired and they still dont have power to the unit to contact our office and schedule service. Unit breaker left turned off for safety, job completed."

JM: Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator having trouble making ice.I found that the ice bin had very small ice cubes. I also found that in the ice maker there where ice cubes that were not properly harvested and were stuck up in the ice maker.I tested the water dispenser and it dispensed water at a very low pressure. I placed a filter bypass and the water pressure returned to normal. The ice maker is making poor ice cubes and the fill tube is leaking due to low pressure. R/R both the reservoir and the water filter and tested. Operational test good. Water pressure returned to normal. No leaks observed during service. Call complete.
