Added will find some superglued parts behind display. Tested water dispenser and found filter head not engaging filter. Pushed in on filter head and water dispensed. Gained access to ice door and tested dispenser motor. After several attempts found motor running and door not closing. Found motor did run to attempt to close door and voltage was correct. Found failed motor and filter head. Removed failed ice door and tested operation. Found at first door was not closing and did not open all the way. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Robert. While on hold tested door over 20 times, door did open and close as designed. He stated issue was normal for 1st install. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will intermittently leak. It could leak twice in a weak, or may only leak once in two weeks. They found that the water was mostly collecting under the unit, and would eventually seep up front. I checked temps in the unit and found the FC at 4?F and the RC at 38?F. I gained access to the drain pan and found it good. No ice was in the freezer, and all airflow components were as designed. I gained access to the filter housing and valve. I activated the IM fill and dispenser. I did not observe any leak. I inspected the plastic water lines, and could not find any cracking nor a leak. I inspected the bottom of the unit, which was rather dusty. I could not see any water trail or trace of water in the dust either. I removed the drain tube and found it clear. I poured water down the drain from the freezer, and found it ran through as designed. At the time of service I could not replicate the issue. I found the unit working as designed.

Arrived on site for NO MATTER WHERE HE SETS THE CONTROLS IT NEVER GETS BELOW 15 DEGREES LESS THAN 15% FULL IN FREEZER. Customer showed me that he has a remote thermostat that has tracked the temps of the freezer. Took temps and temp never got below 32-35. Gained access to evaporator coils and found thick frost covering the entire evaporator. Drain pan was free of ice and frost. Tried checking resistance on defrost heater and it was out of range. Ordering defrost heater WPW10316428 control W11496873 and will return with both thermistors for replacement to complete the repair. Customer unplugged the freezer and knows to lay down towels that may overflow pan.; ordrng 1 WPW10316428 (Defrost heater) and 1 W11496873 (Control)

Arrived on site for SAFETY Dryer- Smelling Gas. Immediately noticed no sealant at gas hose fittings. Used leak detector to find any leaks and one was present right at the dryer valve where the hose connects. Removed hose completely from dryer and wall. Used yellow seal tape to wrap all threads and reinstalled the gas hose. Ran dryer for five minutes and no more leaks detected. While applying seal tape I noticed all four legs were missing from the bottom of the dryer. Ordering all four legs W11444912 to return and install to complete the repair. Called Whirlpool safety to report my findings regarding the gas leak. Spoke to Mary and reported my findings. SR 7732564710; ordrng 4 W11444912 (Leveling foot)s

"Arrived on site for a washing machine throwing an F9E1 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated that the F9E1 code and SUD error was being thrown almost every cycle. They found the SUD error started occurring once they switched to an off brand soap. Per the F9E1 error I inspected the drain tube. I found the drain tube about two feet into the drain hole. This is way to far, and could be easily what is causing the error code. I removed the tube and zip tied it back with the correct length going into the hole. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for long drain and F0E2 for oversuds. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. I gained access to the pressure tube and found no kinks or bends. I removed the tube and verified it was clear. I found the unit as designed, and the drain hose installation most likely was what caused the failure. Call complete."

Tried diagnostics numerous times and couldnt get in. Disconnected all wires from control and got into faults. Faults were long drain, motor fault, and pressure system.
