"Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice maker wires freezing over. Upon inspection I found a ball of ice around the IM wires and they were hanging down on the bin. I found the ice maker tray had gotten stuck at some point it was misshapen and damaged, I inspected the hinge wires but found no breaks or shorts. I accessed the main control and verified voltage coming out to the ice maker. I recommended replacing the ice maker and going from there. The customer agreed so I replaced the IM and tested function. I found the inlet slightly spraying out and dripping down into the bin. I confirmed it was not frozen. It seemed like a water pressure issue so I went to the wall valve and turned down the pressure slightly. I tested the unit again and there is no longer water spraying out of the ice tray.No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete."

Arrived on site two install wire nuts on the thermostat. Removed oven thermostat and spliced wires to wire not the wires together. Placed unit in our 375?F bake cycle. Unit got up to temp and did not flash the code. The customer did advise that 90% of the time the unit will not flash that error code but only once in a while will it be an issue. Advise customer to keep an eye on it and to call back and if they have further issues.

Arrived onsite for unit leaking.customer said they would see a leak of water near the front left of the unit had seen it only a few times with water. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that tripped a breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit only tripped a breaker once but happened sometime in the middle of the cycle. The customer advised that they did have their breaker recently replaced from an AFI breaker to an AFI/GFCI combo breaker. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found An F0 E3 (overload), F7 E0 (loss of power), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and measured the amp draw off the power cord. The unit ran as designed without pulling over 1.7 A. I placed the unit in a manual high-speed spin and drain. The unit did not pull over 1.89 A. Had the customer placed a load inside the unit and ran it through a normal wash cycle. The unit did not pull over 2.2 A during agitation. Placed the unit in a drain and spin in the unit did not pull over 2.3 A. I called Techline and spoke to Ed SR# 7730452981. He advised that based on my findings, the issue would not be with the unit itself but either a fluke (due to it happening one time) or with the breaker, which was already replaced. He advised to make no repairs. Call complete."

I gained access to the back of the unit and found the elements, fuse, and sensor all ohmd out good. I found proper voltage at the wall and terminal block as well. I then initiated bake and found no voltage going to either element. This indicates a faulty control. I replaced the control and tested voltage again. He element was now getting 240V. I preheated the oven and it is now reaching proper temps. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that is running lower temp then it should be. Ran unit and calibrated bake. Found temperatures were about 20 degrees off. Calibrated +22 to correct. This dialed in the bake cycle. Customer had me check the lower end temps like keep warm, and found temp was 30+ degrees hot. Called tech line and spoke with Cathy, SR7730456239. Cathy said there is no way to calibrate both, and that the temperature swing was within design parameters with no repair that can correct. Advised that the customer can remove my calibration and / or adjust it to the low end, and just compensate by raising temp above what its normally set for to resolve. Tech line has no recommended repair at this time. Call complete."

The customer advised that the unit just does not completely dry their dishes and they?re having to dry them by hand. I did notice no rinse aid in the rinse aid dispenser. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed and heated at the end of the cycle. I did advise the customer that due to a plastic tub, they will have difficulty drying dishes especially with plastics being inside the unit. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival I was able to confirm r134a refrigerant was completely leaked from system. After installing both compressor, uv dryer as well as a low side access coupler, I was then able to reassemble and pull a vacuum on refrigerator for 15 minutes. After that I was able to hold the vacuum for an additional 15 minutes with no signs of leaks. After that I charged unit with 6.0 oz of refrigerant as recommended by manufacturer. Ran unit for additional 20 minutes to verify sealed system repair was working. Informed customer unit would take 24 hrs to cool before its safe to put items back in. Psi levels were 13L/148H upon completion. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon inspection I found the RC= 41 ice room =36 FC= 6 I ran diagnostics and found the ice box thermistor showing pass. I ran the ice maker harvest and fill test. I found the ice maker would harvest and during fill the valve would hum when engaged but no water would enter the ice tray. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon inspection I found the ice bin full of ice but no function to the auger motor. I began removing the motor cover and I could smell electrical burn. I removed the motor and found the connector slightly charred and the motor smelled very bad and burnt. I accessed he main control and found the main control outputting 122VDC to the auger motor when 130 - 140DCV is the correct output. I am ordering a Motor(W10822606) main control(WPW10675033). Returning with the UI just Incase. I reinstalled the auger motor but left it unplugged in a attempt to prevent any thermal event that could happen at that connector. I removed and replaced the UI and tested and the unit continues to not heat in both ovens. I pulled the unit with help from second tech and tested the controls and found voltage at the thermostats. Tested voltage to the unit and got 249V. Checked resistance to the thermostat and it was good. Checked ohms to the harness and it was good. Arrived on site for an unresponsive wall oven. I cycled the power at he breaker and gained access to he fuse. I found the fuse open and needing to be replaced.I installed the new fuse and the unit now turned on. I preheated the unit and it ran as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that will not respond to user input. Found faulty control panel and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site and inspected loud buzzing noises from the freezer compartment.Confirmed the complaint and found the evaporator motor was defective causing the malfunction.Removed and replaced the part with SWs assistance.Reassembled and unit tested as designed without any annoying noise.I observed the frost pattern forming.Customer advised the unit would take approximately 24 hours to reach optimal temperatures.Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that will not stay running. Found failed centrifugal switch in motor. Replaced motor and tested unit. All is working properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not filling and running cycles properly. Ran diagnostic and found an F7E4 error for shifter failure. Unit has a clutch that isnt nagging for spin. When running in diagnostic the agitator will run, but the basket barely moves. Called tech line SR7730440778, and discussed with Chris. Only real causes can be bad clutch / wiring / control, likely a failed clutch. Didnt see any wire breaks in harness. If unit cant spin it cant properly sense in sensing part of cycle. Ordering clutch. Ordering all possible necessary parts.Replacing clutch and slider on return visit. Arrived onsite for dishwasher tripping breaker. Upon inspection I found the the unit would fill and wash normally but when the cycle called for drain it would trip the breaker. I could hear a pop inside the inner panel when the breaker would trip. I removed the outer panel and found the power supply lines were fried at the control. The damage traveled to some of the relays on the control. Ordering Harness (W11027902) returning with the main control. Office to R/S due to part availability. ; ordrng 1 W11027902 (Harness)

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit compressor being bad and unit not having any refrigerant, I performed a sealed system repair on the unit. Disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the compressor, non-UV drier, access valve, and evaporator. Vacuumed the system and added 6.5oz of R134a refrigerant. Tested the unit and it held pressures. Reassembled the unit and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for thin to no ice. Weak water flow with filter removed diagnosed a defective water valve,replaced water valve ran diagnostics all test passed.

Arrived onsite for the washer not draining. During testing found that there was debris inside the drain hose coming from the tub assembly. Took hose off and removed debris and washer tested good and its draining and no leaks detected complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for water freezing underneath and around bin. Upon arrival found extreme heat coming from compressor area. Removed panel and found compressor was extremely hot, condenser fan not running.

"Arrived on for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival customer wanted to inform us that since they called for repairs the unit had stopped cooling also. Found compressor, condenser/evap fans all running. Both compartments wee over 45 degrees. Upon further inspection I found the high side line around the compressor was shooting oil bubbles from weild point. Both evap coils had no frost build up. "Arrived on site for no cool in fresh food section. Fan running damper door opening and closing,no air flow entering fresh food,with freezer door open and fan running good air flow into fresh food. Diagnosed obstruction in return vent ordering deicing kit for evaporator. Customer will need to defrost unit 24hrs before return visit. ; ordrng 1 WR49X10021 (Icing kit)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found newspaper at the bottom front of the unit and he right side of the paper was wet. Removed the toeplate and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit did not leak, but I could see where water had been leaking. Opened the unit door and found the right side of the door gasket at the bottom was torn. Recommended that the customer not use the unit until repaired due to the leak."
