I checked pressures of the sealed system and the pressures were low.I found a pin hole leak on the yoder loop were the splice was put on the condenser.I used my torch kit to seal the pin hole, vacuumed the system and recharged it. Arrived onsite for a washer that is showing a F02 code. Upon arrival I found that the cx had already taken the top off of the machine. And the drain hose was not installed properly I corrected the drain hose then checked the drain pump trap and and found it clogged. I cleared it and then checked the impeller for anything obstructions and if the motor on the pump was hot all checks good. I ran a few quick wash and drain cycles and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost built up inside. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=11 degrees and RC=44 degrees. I found the RC section with ice built up at the bottom of the evap,cover (photo). Also, I found moisture on the cabinet liner in the FC section with some frost on the back wall (photos). I inspected the door gaskets and found the FC door gasket has a gap along the bottom of the door and the RC gasket has a gap at the bottom corner near the mullion (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors and fans and all passed. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings. Chris requested photos and I provided photos of the cabinet behind the toeplate using a long piece of straight cardboard to show the metal is bowed and creating the gap with the gasket (photos). I provided several photos showing the bowing and how the center mullion sticks out away from the cabinet as well. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for MAKING A NOISE SIMILAR TO BEFORE REPAIR. DOOR IS VERY LOOSE, STILL ON THERE BUT DROPS DOWN. Upon arrival test unit and found noise coming from blower area. Inspected blower and found screw on housing was not secured. Secured screws on house and test unit. Unit is now operating as designed. Inspected door and found bottom of hinge is worn. Need to replace hinge Replaced hinge and door now opens and closes correctly.

"Arrived onsite for ERROR CODE F8 AND IT WONT DRAIN - MAKING A HUMMING/BUZZING NOISE LIKE ITS STUCK. CANT UNLOCK. Upon arrival inspected unit and door is locked with water inside. Ran diagnostics and got F9-E1 long drain,F3-E0 F5-E2 lock failure,F8-E1 valve failure , F8-E3 overflow, F0-E2 over suds, F5-E2 lock failure. Test unit and drain pump has failed. Removed front panel and inspected drain pump. Found debris in filter and caught in impeller causing impeller to fracture. Need to replace drain pump. Replaced drain pump and test unit. Unit operates as designed. No leaks present at this time.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that had been making some noise and had some fluctuating cooling. On arrival checked Temps and found RC at 39, FC at about 12 degrees. I checked all components and found the sealed system working properly. No excessive Amp draw from compressor, healthy frost pattern on evaporator. Fans are blowing good, and no indication of failure in the control. I found the drain tube had a ton of space / gapping on the sides of it going into the cabinet, so I used some truck stock permagum to fill the space around the drain tube and seal it, also sealed liner with adhesive. Door gaskets sealed. Could not find any other failures with unit. Issues with Temps are either from an air leak causing excessive ice or liner is thinning out keeping unit running. No other repair recommended. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for range display scrolling and blinking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found issue on display present and will not clear. Also found that the unit has an error code preventing oven from being used. F3E0 shorted oven temperature sensor. Disassembled unit and accessed harness to sensor. Sensor ohmed 1098 at room temperature. Found main control causing error code by not reading the temperature correctly and also causing the display to flicker.

"Arrived onsite to inspect dryer drum not turning. Upon arrival CX reported that the drum turns, but when it does it makes a very loud screeching noise. I tested the unit and the noise is coming from the blower wheel. I found two broken pens, a mangled nail, and some sling shot pellets in blower wheel. I cleaned out the blower wheel and tested. "Arrived onsite to inspect dryer with the start button disconnected and dropped down inside the console. I found the start button in the console the start button is broken and needs to be replaced. CX reports sometimes her clothes dont completely dry when the dryer is set to a sensing cycle. I found that the dryer legs were completely up and the dryer needed to be leveled. Leveled the dryer. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered the refrigerant and then removed and replaced the compressor, dye drier and service port. I vacuumed to 430 microns and then rested the system for an additional 15. Seeing no loss of vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. I found the RH RC door gasket torn at the bottom corner on the mullion side and I could see into the RC section. Office to authorize and order the gasket and contact the CX to arrange return service. "Arrived on site to inspect washer drum moving too much. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. During the spin cycle, I found the tub/basket are moving around more than normal. I tested the suspension rods and they are good. I removed the agitator and found the spanner nut not tightening. Removed and replaced the nut and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Customer advised the unit is leaking water at the front right corner on the floor. I tilted the unit back and found a small amount of water on the floor at the front right corner. I retested the unit and tested the recirculating pump and found water leaking out from the tub ring. I found where grooves are cut out on the ring from the factory and when the water stops flowing from the hose, water is trickling down the tub ring to where the cutouts are and leaking out of the ring as the cutout is too deep and is all the way through the plastic. I made a temporary repair until I can get back with a new ring. I am ordering the ring and will return on 09/30/22 AM. No water leaks observed at the end of service.; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub ring)"

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flames. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the back right burner flame goes low when using other burners. I adjusted the flame on the burner and retested and it is operating as designed. When I removed the burner cap, I found baking soda in the burner head ports restricting the gas flow which is why the flame was going low when using other burners. Cleaned the burner head and retested and it is operating as designed. I found the front right and left burners were taking longer than normal to ignite and when they do ignite, the flame is shooting out causing soot on the burner heads. I attempted to adjust the burner head gas ports and it continued to take too long to ignite. I removed and replaced the front left burner head and retested and it is operating as designed. I contacted techline to report my findings and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings. Bruce recommend checking gas pressures and replace the burner heads and caps and check orifices per service pointer #W11438074 and provided SR#7734687481. I am ordering the orifice kit per SP and CNOTE-LSO and will return with the front right burner head. No gas leaks detected during service and office to schedule return service.; ordrng 2 W11502161 (Orifice kit)s and 1 CNOTE (LSO)"

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven bottom panel and cooktop burners. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. The customer provided a video of the issue they were seeing which was the burner flames too large on one side due to the burner cap not being positioned correctly. I demonstrated to the customer how those flames are produced and demonstrated when the caps are corrected. Also, I found the oven bottom panel bent on the bottom right corner. I adjusted the panel and reset it into place, but the panel is not fitting properly due to the damage. I am ordering the bottom panel and scheduled return service for 10/04/22. No gas leaks detected during service.;

I adjusted the door so now it is sitting straight up and down give it it the best chance to actuate the door switch properly. Arrived onsite for washer found this apartment was having dryer issue. On inspection there was no power! Tested the outlet and was 242vac at the wall. Gain access to terminal block and when I went to plug it in it sparked. On further inspection the L1 wire had melted into the the ground wire causing the spark. I tilted the unit back and found a small amount of water on the floor at the front right corner. I retested the unit and tested the recirculating pump and found water leaking out from the tub ring. I found where grooves are cut out on the ring from the factory and when the water stops flowing from the hose, water is trickling down the tub ring to where the cutouts are and leaking out of the ring as the cutout is too deep and is all the way through the plastic. I made a temporary repair until I can get back with a new ring. No water leaks observed at the end of service.; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub ring)"

Arrived onsite for Water Dispensing Slowly. Upon arrival test unit and water was dispensing too slow. Filter head is operating louder than usual. Need to replace filter housing. Rescheduled for Thursday;

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found fresh food evaporator completely frozen over. Customer stated multiple companies have been out to address this issue and have failed in repair. No good record of what has been previously repaired. Ran diagnostics and evaporator fan is not functioning. According to manufacturer service pointer W11512766, the fan scroll assembly, thermistor, and updated UI electronic components need to be addressed. Customer asked for timeline, parts currently not available. Will notify customer of any updates. Arrived onsite for failed knobs. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found all four knobs had failed. Notified customer that knobs are kit covered under warranty. Also found left front infinity switch needed replacement. Ordering switch; ordrng 1 W10911303 (Left front)

"Arrived on site and inspected cooktop and found F47 showing on display. A new module will be needed to correct issue; ordrng 1 W10857232 (Module), states that autho needed"

"Arrived to inspect no bake ignition and breaker tripping. I found the upper oven had never worked on this unit and the CX elected to ignore it for now. The lower had started tripping the breaker (GFI) and the igniter was visibly failed. The unit ignited a designed, but would trip the breaker after about one minute. I tested on three different circuits, all GFI, and the issue persisted. The gas valve will require replacement as well. Office to order gas valve. ordrng 1 WB21K10161 (Gas Valve, Lower)"

Arrived on site to replace control board. Replaced board test unit and unit getting warm but still not hot. Found bad broiler ..ordrng 1 W10804429 (Broiler element)

Arrived on site to test unit for all burners have flames to high it to low. Test unit and found all burners have incorrect LP orifices. Will order new orifice LP kit ; ordrng 1 W10853432 (Lp conversion kit)

"BT arrived on site to inspect refrigerator. The compressor wasnt running. I put the unit in diagnostics and manually turned on the compressor. The unit is now cooling properly. I reset the breaker and the compressor kicked on immediately and the unit started cooling. The sealed system is in great shape. Further inspection revealed the right RC gasket ripped. Arrived onsite for stopped working after first use. Upon arrival. Builder said that unit operates but that the wave guide cover is warped. Inspected and test unit . Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly. Found ball of ice on top left evap around cap and suction tubes. Compressor running and hot pulling 1.4amps. Actual temp in unit is 20 degrees. Recommend replacing compressor and evap. Unit is 134a refrigerant.
