Arrived on site to install a door gasket for a washing machine provided by the customer. I installed the door gasket and then ran a quick cycle. I found no leak at the end of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a cooktop with the large burner not going into a low setting. I test the unit and found the large front right burner would not cycle on and off and would only stay on. I gained access to the burner switch and found a large burnout indicating a bad switch.. I installed the new switch and test the unit. I found it now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has lights out in the refrigerator and freezer sections and has water leaking from the freezer door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when the lights do go out, they can open and close the door and they will not come back on. He stated that if they move the refrigerator front and back and lift up the power cord, they can get the lights to come back on and the unit to start working as designed. He also advised that he hears clicking coming from the back and that sometimes the compressor will start and stop Multiple times when this is happening. Open the refrigerator doors and found the lights illuminating as designed in both freezer and fridge sections. Attempted to play with the door switch and found the unit working as designed. Found the deli user interface and main user interface both working properly. The customer advised that he did not want to proceed forward with the water leaking onto the floor as he has already decorated the unit and got it figured out. I asked the customer about whether they are seeing the unit show a PO message or completely reset like when you plug in the unit. He said that that was not what was happening and city just would either have to wait for the lights to come back on eventually, or move the refrigerator around until the lights came back. I spoke to CS regarding the issue with the lights and compressor. Was advised that due to the unit not feeling at this point and not having any real connection with each other, we could not necessarily pinpoint anything out at this time due to no defrost issues in either refrigerator or freezer sections. The customer stated that the unit does cool as designed but he believes the issue is more than just a light issue. Advise the customer to attempt to take a video of what happens and to run through several checks including checking to see if the daily user interface lights up, the regular user interface can be adjusted and changed in the state, or if any fans or compressor is running. Customer will try to get a video and contact service management prior to scheduling further service. Call complete."

Inspected the breaker and found the red indicator light flashing. I advised the customer maths test the breaker is weak and will need to be replaced. I was able to get the breaker to remain on and tested the unit. I tested the cooktop burners, oven bake and broil and unit is operating as designed. I pulled the unit out and checked all wiring and tested voltage and unit is good. "Arrived on site to diagnose oven throwing F6E1 error for over temp. Followed tech sheet diagnosis procedure and checked Temps in diagnostic mode. As soon as unit went into diagnose mode the broil element came on and stayed on without any cooking cycles being used. Temp sensor is working as designed and was within resistence range. Recommended replacement of control due to erratic behavior in the broil element. Replaced control and retested. Unit worked properly and broil did not trigger in diagnostics again.

"Arrived on sitw to follow up on refrigerator losing cooling. Found compressor running and temps normal, RC was acyally at 33. Corrected the thermostat wire behind the cover per service pointer. Called tech line and spoke wirh Adrian, SR 7734714813. Adrian advised monitoring Temps in the unit and data logging, also recommended checking evaporator for frost pattern. Amp draw on compressor and thermostat within spec. Removed evaporator cover and found condensation dripping off the suction line, and found suction line was folded and pancaked almost completely shut. Cap tube was folded at a 90 degree or sharper angle and was driven into the liner, causing restrictions. Called tech line again. Provided photos of lines.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit off. I powered the unit on and after 10 minuets found no cooling. I gained access to the compressor and found a piercing valve on the low side. I used a bubble solution around the valve and found no bubbles. I hooked my gauges up to it and found the system pulling into a 20 inch vacuum. Indicating a leak. I found the evaporator, condenser, and heat pan are all disconnected.

Found after resetting power though that unit would function sometimes but random parts of unit would fail to operate at random times indicating a control failure but couldnt detect what which controls were leading to failure. "Arrived on site for a washing machine making abnormal noises. On arrival the customer provided a video of the noise and it sounded like an abnormal squeal (not typical GC squeal). It also appears to occur on the ramp down of the spin. I ran a manual high spin several times and was not able to replicate it. I then ran two diagnostics cycles and was able to briefly replicate it. I found the squeal occurred on the very last second or two of the ramp down before the unit came to a complete stop. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and everything looked fine. Due to this I am ordering the stator and we will return to replace that, the rotor, and slider. We will also return with the gearcase to install just in case ; ordrng 1 W10915700 (Stator)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit has almost completely stopped making ice and has only made two batches in the last two weeks. Took a temp temperature check in the freezer section and find the freezer section at 3?F. Ran the unit through diagnostics and tested all thermistors, icebox fan, ice level sensor, and icemaker error codes. All checked good but the icemaker error codes popped up with an E5 indicating a failed icemaker thermistor. Took a temperature reading inside the icebox area and found the icebox area at 9?F. Checked parts and found the icemaker sent with me as for the freezer. Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the wash motor working. I gained access to the chopper and found the blade broken off and the wheel completely clogged. I cleaned the wheel and removed the broken pieces of the blade. Arrived onsite for unleveled drawers. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found deli drawers are off balance not allowing drawer to close completely. Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errors. I did find that some of the setting in normal operation were starting to show different/incorrect times again.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking from a bad seal. On arrival the customer showed me where there was a rip in the door seal. They also stated the leak had been significant and damaged their cabinet. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E2 for door stuck closed, F10E1 for dispenser problem, F6E6 for no hot water, and F3E3 for failed OWI calibration. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit leaking from the float switch. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher being stuck in the cycle. On arrival the customer stated the unit seems to get stuck on drain even when it doesnt need to drain. They also found the console would flash. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E2 for drain motor electrical problem, F8E4 for overfill, and F10E2 for vent wax motor electrical problem. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the float tray with some water in it. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed with no leak present. Upon further inspection I found the customer with a water softener and with possible over soap usage in the unit. I informed the customer of my findings walked them through proper soap usage with a water softener. I let them know the unit probably over suds due to the soap/water softener and leaked into the float tray, thus, throwing off the float switch. I found the unit as designed. I also found the unit still within warranty. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a leaking washer. Upon inspection I found that everything under the unit looked good Except for a trail Hard water deposits leading up to the inlet valves. Upon further inspection I also found hard water deposits around the water valve/hose connections Indicating that it is leakingThe customer had the water shut off at the top because she said it was a constant leak. I checked the connections and found that they were loose I tightened up the connections turn the water on and monitored the connections found no leaks. And then I ran the unit in diagnostics mode and the unit operated as designed no leaks coming from underneath or at the water valve. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with a noise icemaker. Upon inspection I ran icemaker in its test mode and found that the icemaker would make a humming/grinding noise when getting to full twist. Witch may indicate that the motor may be going out. I replaced the ice maker and tested it and found that the noise was gone. No leaks job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher not filling. Upon arrival confirmed complaint but found u it could fill but wouldnt agitate water around. Found f4e3 in diagnostics. Found faulty motor. Replaced motor then ran normal test cycle and unit fully functioning as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site to replace compressor per Techline. Last visit no solid issues were found and was advised to tap into sealed system for further readings. Today found temps in fc were correct and 50 in RC. Found RC evap completely frosted over. RC evap thermistor reading 37 degrees and covered in frost. Would recommend control kit and evap cover before performing sealed system. Customer stated he has been speaking with whirlpool about getting P&L. If P&L is given recommend before mentioned RC evap cover assembly and control kit.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the left rear burner switch failure, I removed and replaced the switch and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=12 degrees & RC=45 degrees. I inspected the ice maker and found a few cubes in the bin. I found some moisture inside the FC section on the shelves, walls and also on the ice chute (photo). I found water droplets at the ice door (photo). I inspected the unit doors and gaskets and placed my flashlight inside the FC section and found the gasket gapped at the bottom right corner at the middle mullion (photos). Inspected the RC door in the same manner and found an even larger gap at the lower left corner at the mullion (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the complaint, previous service and my findings. Austin requested photos and I provided four photos of my findings. Austin advised he was sending the file up for review and provided SR#7734693763. I advised the customer of my findings and conversation with tech support. Also advised that the manufacturer would be in contact with them within 48-72 hours with a resolution. No water leaks observed during service, other than the one drip at the ice door, job completed."

BT arrived on site to inspect ice maker. Ice maker was properly making ice. Ice maker was not properly installed and had fallen down. I properly installed the ice maker. Now the unit works as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for W11457241 (Technical Service Pointer #: W11092686 Rev. G) Install the service pointer. Sealed the drain tube by compressor, squared up the chaise and pushed the ice maker back. No water leaks detected during service. Unit working as designed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power. Talking with the CX the unit was tripping the breaker at the 2hr mark of a cycle. I put my multi meter on L1 and ran the unit for 45 mins in the most amps recorded was 9.2amps. The CX is going to replace the breaker to see if it solves the issue. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. After UI replacement, the compressor engaged after several minutes and I found no signs of cooling. I contacted the MFG, tech Chris and advised of the issue. The tech recommended ordering a sealed system. Prior to leaving I elected to pierce the system and found 3 psi. I tested with 140psi nitrogen and after 10 minutes, could not see any difference in pressure. I replaced the dye drier and service port and vacuumed. During the vacuum operation, the unit would only go down to 610 microns and then would suddenly shoot up to the 900s of microns. I watched the issue occur five separate times and prior to attempting charge, and then allowed it to rise to a maximum of 1480 microns where it settled. I contacted the MFG again and spoke with tech Adrian. Advised tech of sealed system findings and was directed to charge the system as it was and to tell the CX to contact us if there are further issue. The unit did cool and appeared to work as designed. No water connections to unit. SR# 7734078606 I was advise by technical assistance that the CX could contact customer service 800-253-1301 to discuss the issue if it does not cool and to reference the SR number."

"BT arrived to complete sealed system repair. Vacuumed system to 440 microns and then allowed the system to sit for fifteen minutes. Losing no vacuum I charged with mfg prescribed refrigerant charge. Operational test good, no water connections at unit."

BT arrived on site to inspect refrigerator. One of the RC lights was out. I replaced the LED and all the lights are back to working as designed. I also adjusted the ice maker so the door gasket will seal better. I adjusted and leveled the chassis. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not sealing properly. Found gap between cavity and lower mullion. Sealed gap with food grade silicone and no other repairs needed. No leaks were found at time of service.
