"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I placed my gauges on the unit and found pressures equalized at 20/20 showing there to be a leak in the system. I placed my nitrogen kit onto the unit and tested for a leak at 130psi and could not find one. I did not find any dye from the drier either. After approximately 20 mins, my pressures had dropped to just below 125psi. I contacted techline and advised of the issue and my findings and they advised that from what Ive tested and checked, the unit has a slow leak within the cabinet and deemed it non repairable. Provided SR#7733341552. I contacted my customer via phone and advised of my findings and my conversation with the manufacturer. I provided the SR# to my customer and recommended they contact the manufacturer for assistance. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaving residue on dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they recently had a water softener system installed in the home. I found the clear dishes with white residue on them and the customer provided their detergent to me. I explained how a water softener system works and how it works with their dishwasher. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use f care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The customer stated that the real issue was the units UI was completely unresponsive. I was able to get the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error code. I then activated each load separately and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit ran through as designed. I started a normal cycle and found the unit was responsive. I found no failure at the time of service.

"Arrived on site for a combo wall oven receiving a F1E0 error code. Upon arrival the UI was flashing the F9E0 error code for L2 or L1 power failure. This indicates faulty incoming voltage or possible control failure. I attempted to gain access to the inside of the unit to properly diagnose, but found I will need a second technician to safely do so. Upon further inspection I found the unit sitting on two bars and has a lip over the front edge of the unit with an open base. I informed the customer that the unit needs to have a completely covered base in order to have proper airflow and heat release from the unit. I informed him that in order to properly warranty the repair this would need to be fixed, for this incorrect install can replicate similar failures. I also informed him of the second service fee for a second technician. The customer accepted. The office will need to reschedule with a second technician. We will bring back all parts on hand."

"Arrived on site for a cooktop that has a delayed ignition on the front left burner. I tested the unit and found the front left burner would click for a while before it lights. This would allow a large flame to be produced over a large surface area and would even reach the knobs. After the first delay, the unit seems to ignite as designed. I was able to replicate this several times. I called techline and spoke to Drew and received SR# 7732385906. Drew recommended adjusting the burner head and ignitor. I adjusted the burner head several times and was able to continuously replicate the issue. Drew recommended replacing the orifice holder with the ignitor. Did further inspection and found that one of the shelves was hitting against the door shelve and causing door not to seal correctly. CX explained to me that door gasket on FC was great, so I reinstalled the RF gasket and applied a little of heat to form correctly, tested unit and now it closes correctly and does not stick out. I informed CX that gasket will take a little while to settle and form to molding of the refrigerator. No water leaks detected during service, job completed."

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My temp readings were 335, 381, 334, 386, 357 for an average temp of 358.6 degrees. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings and he recommended installing the insulation per service pointer W10917778. Provided SR#7733344658. "Arrived to inspect intermittent power loss. I found an F6E0 communication error from 03/25/2022 stored in memory and no others. I removed the unit from its mounting and inspected and reseated all internal connections. I tested the unit with the chassis open and all test points showed steady voltage. After reassembly and reinstallation, I found activating the WiFi connection would cause the unit to go into unpredictable behavior and continuously restart and state power failure. Multiple relay clicks could be heard as well and I had great difficulty getting the unit to stop the behavior and then deactivate wifi connectivity. The unit will require the UI. I contacted the safety line, Nichole. New Autho: W12AD11WPL1 Safety team granted a concession for the UI. Office to contact the CX for return service. ; ordrng 1 W11296171 (UI assy)"

"Arrived onsite for the unit still not keeping temperatures and sometimes the temperature gets to 120 degrees on its own. Called tech line and let them know of the previous findings from the last technician and customer said that the unit will sometimes get hot on its own, said findings were in spec of the unit. Had me check the oven sensor at the control and it checked good. Said to replace both controls and possibly the WiFi assembly at the same time, and to have the customer call the WiFi Connection team 866-333-4591, either before or after returning to get the unit updated for any issues as far as controls go. Spoke with JR got Sr#7732937025. Customer still wanted the bottom control to replaced. Let him know that the control by itself may not fix the the unit but wanted it replaced anyway. Replaced control. Unit was fine. No issues at this time. Ordered parts, rescheduled with customer ; ordrng 1 W11234290 (WiFi module) and 1 W11333311 (Ui control)"

Upon arrival customer stated that the dispenser issue was fine and that water was coming out as designed and that their complaint was that the switch lever that you activate the water with was sometimes sticking and not operating back-and-forth as it should and after further inspection found that there was a warped mounting area around the water dispenser switch on the ice door separator mold and after trying to re-position switch found that it would continuously pop out of the locking mechanism. Was able to reschedule customer for April 8 of 2022 on a Friday to complete repairs with new ice dispenser switch as well as ice door separator housing.; ordrng 1 W11204892 (Ice door separator) and 1 W11087492 (Switch) and 1 Cnote (Customer request sooner apt.
